Let me see your hands right now. Let me see your hands. >> Step out. >> DON'T SAY ANY POLICE CAN. YOU'RE GOING TO GET BIT. >> I'M NOT SAYING I'm not going to do them. I need to attend to my daughter. She's crying right now. >> Amid familiar streets, adults [music] sometimes face challenges in fulfilling their responsibilities. >> You're under arrest right now. >> No, I'm not drunk and I don't have to go in there. >> Get the off. [screaming] >> The note says, "While climbing on her shelf, hold him onto the carpet." Today we follow stories where care and the law meet, highlighting moments where children's safety depends on responsible decisions. A routine dinner escalated to the point where authorities had to step in to ensure the children's safety. A moment both tense and human. >> You should be ashamed of yourself as a parent for operating a vehicle in these conditions, driving the way that you just were with your 2-year-old or three-year-old daughter in the back. On March 12th, 2022, officers stopped a vehicle that appeared to be driven unsafeely after it drifted out of its lane and struck immediate. Upon approaching, they found children and a passenger in the back seat, which made the situation more serious. >> Go ahead, stay in the car, please. Put down your window. >> Will you put your hands on the steering wheel? >> Hey, how are you? What in the world is going on? I'm trying to take him back to his fiancé. >> Okay. You have a little kid in the car. >> I do. I I want to go. >> What is happening? >> I want to >> Why Why do you have a What is he doing? >> Well, he's tired. >> Okay. You realize you just hit two medians and you just went completely up a curb. >> How is this your daughter in the car? And who is he to you? Boyfriend or father? >> No, my friend. Yeah. Okay. >> No relationship. >> Is it okay if I open up the back door and talk to him? >> Hey, you all right? >> Yeah, I'm good. I just had to drink. >> Okay. >> Do you need medical attention? >> No, sir. >> Is there a reason why you're in the back seat or you just sleeping? Have you been in the back seat the whole time? >> Where are y'all coming from? >> Uh, dinner. >> Huh? >> Dinner. >> Y'all are coming from dinner. >> All All of y'all were coming from dinner. >> St. Augustine. >> Okay. You're coming from St. Augustine. And where are y'all going? >> Same place. >> The house. >> You're going back to your house. >> When did the kid come into the car? Where she had dinner with you? >> Same. >> Okay. What was your reason for hitting the median? >> Okay. >> Trying to figure out my >> I don't even know where she's supposed to bring. >> Where are you supposed to bring my fianc? >> Okay. >> I still don't know where my clothes at. I figure out where the [ __ ] >> I understand, but you've got a little kid in the car. If you want to drive like an idiot, then that's on you. But if you hit two medians like that, >> honestly, she's driving circles because of me. Because I'm >> No. No. But that is why she's driving circles though because of us. >> Just sit tight one second. You're with me. >> I'm driving on the Parkway, right? Emergency lights are on and she goes over the median, swerves back in, and then hits a curb and like almost goes airborne. He's in the back seat like laid down sleeping and they have probably a three-year-old in the back right in a car seat. >> During the check, police confirmed that the 4-year-old child was with her parent and the [music] adult resting in the back was the parents partner. >> Can I grab your driver's license, please? >> Grab your ID for me, sir. This is your friend's kid. >> Who's the Where's the parents of this baby? >> I am her mother. >> Your mama. Okay. I was driving. >> Okay. And you were at dinner as well, correct? >> I was. >> Okay. Where did y'all eat at? >> What is it? >> Okay. The habachi place. >> Yeah. >> Gotcha. My [music] ID. >> Yes. Your ID. >> I went to the beach. 21our service. >> Thank you. >> Sorry. Do you have your ID? I know you found your phone, but that's none of the work. >> That's all I got for you guys. My my fiance has my ID. >> Here you go. >> Thanks, sir. You okay, sweetheart? You okay? Oh, she's scared. We hang out with him for a sec. Thank you. >> Been here. >> Walk out of my car instead of my daughter. >> I mean, she's okay, right? >> No, that usually makes you >> No, he was asking if she was okay. Yeah, I mean, that's our job. We got to make sure the kids are all right. Did you get all your items? So, I know your purse kind of tumbled. There's some stuff that's in the No, I asked if you had all the stuff in your purse, ma'am. Because there's some things that fell on the seat and stuff. That's all I was saying. >> Okay. >> No, we didn't need anything. I was just seeing if you need any of yours. I was just waiting at her. Excuse me. Ma'am, looking pleasant is making her not feel threatened by anyone is probably the better healthier option for her. So, I can smile and wave at a toddler if I would like. If I didn't say I was her friend or yours. >> Yes, ma'am. I am. Yes, ma'am. >> Here's your medical card right there. >> There you go. License. What's your daughter's name? >> Okay. Does she live with you? >> Yes. >> Um, was that at dinner? >> Okay. All right. I haven't asked her um about She So, they're coming from St. Augustine. They were out at Yamadoo's, which is a like a habach bar and grill um over in St. Augustine and they're coming back here. I believe that they both reside in Palm Coast. I haven't asked her anything about if she's been drinking tonight. When was the last time she drank? I haven't asked her anything like that. It's just you can smell a little bit alcohol coming from her breath. Her eyes are super glassy, bloodshot, and I mean her driving pattern was like I I'm surprised that they made it this far from St. Augustine. So, um let me know whatever I can do to help. I've got everybody in the call, including the kid I'm about to add right now, and I can do a supplement regarding um the uh vehicle, uh observations. >> Just let me know. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Noticing the parents [music] unstable state, officers requested that she complete standard safety checks, which she initially refused. Hey, >> how are you? >> Good. How are you? Howdy. Howdy. So, I just got here. So, what's going on? >> Like, >> okay. So, why are you crying? >> Pulled over and now I lost my daughter's impression and got me sore. >> So, where are you coming from? Were you drinking? >> No. >> Or were you doing anything? I don't even work going to like a birthday celebration. >> Okay. You may be placed under arrest for DUI. You understand that, right? >> You guys, I need to go home. I need her to go home. >> So, you can't drive a motor vehicle safely based off what's going through. >> How are you dealing with two people in my back seat? >> All right. It's it's it's simple. Are you going to do the exercises or not? Yes or no? >> Yes or no? Step out of the vehicle, please. No, he's just >> It is though. >> Let's use this line right here. So, like seriously. >> So, look. >> But my daughter is in Can put a cap on her. >> Can you back up to the edge of the line? >> My daughter is in the back seat. >> Can you back up to the edge of the line, please? >> No, I can't. >> Are you going to complete the exercises? He's sleeping or passed out. Correct. And you're out of the vehicle, which means your daughter's unattended. So, do you want her unattended? >> Because you >> So, do you want her unattended or you want to talk to her and keep her calm while we do this? >> She's 3 years old. >> Okay. Part of my termination of whether you're intoxicated or not, either by the following. Do you understand? >> Not right now. No. I hear my daughter crying. >> So, do you want me to say it again or are you not? I cannot hear what you're saying because I hear my daughter crying. I hear my daughter crying. I I I need to I need to attend to her. >> So, >> can you please I >> The exercise need to be done or you're not going to do them? >> I'm not saying I'm not going to do them. We're going to do a U10 for safe safekeeping on the kid and have the kid taken to children's services for safekeeping and let them decide what happens to the kid from there rather than us allowing the kid to be turned just turned over to grandma. >> Even during a routine health check at the hospital, the young mother had yet to fully understand how her choices could worsen the situation. >> Literally, as soon as I just put the cuss in front of you, just said, "Ow." >> Get out. The young mother faced multiple charges including obstructing official business, failure to comply with a police officer's order or signal, endangering children, driving without a license, and run and assured clear distance ahead. The remaining 15year-old girl was also held accountable, charged with obstructing official business, and their vehicle was impounded. This situation serves as a reminder. Reckless choices can affect not only oneself, but also children and those around them. Every careful decision today contributes to a safer community tomorrow. >> I want to make sure she doesn't ever work in a daycare or any kind of child care facility ever again. >> What caused this woman to become so upset? A situation in Wisconsin highlights challenges and hidden issues in the education sector. On March 14th, 2025, authorities received an emergency report. A daycare teacher acted inappropriately toward a 3-year-old child. Fortunately, a parent witnessed the incident and immediately reported it to the Department of Children and Families, prompting a rapid police response. >> How you doing? >> Doing well. >> So, I'm here regarding an incident that occurred in a couple days ago regarding a teacher. >> Oh, you have a name? >> I don't have a name. They didn't provide anything. We don't have a name on the child. We don't have a name on the teacher. >> Yeah. DCF lady was just here. >> The DCF she did. >> Oh, that'd be great. So, we can give her a call. When we get the product, she should put it here. >> That's her. >> All right. And do you have your information as well? I would like to speak to the teacher. >> She's fired. >> She was fired. >> She was fired. >> Okay. >> I can give you >> her information. Yeah. I want her information. Thank you. >> Did anyone witness the the child? Was there anyone witness? >> Oh yeah. Did you witness it? You see the teacher? >> I didn't. But we do have video and see it. >> Oh, that' be great. >> That would be great. Is a child here today? Oh, nap time. >> Yeah, nap time. >> Okay. Did she suffer? >> The best thing for you to do is call that lady. She should answer your call and get the you can ask our question. I will answer everything, you know. But because you guys work together so often, so she has all the information I seeking. >> And I'm sure you guys share information, too. >> Yeah. But this is a um >> this just a receipt. She's writing up the >> I I know, but the number that she gave you is not her cell phone number that goes to like >> Yeah. As soon as I looked at it, >> she won't give out [clears throat] the cell phone number to us anyway. So really she does her investigation and we do we look at criminal course. Yeah. Let me show you >> the video and then did you get the information for the lady that they fired? >> Yeah. I need to get that. I don't know if we have her phone number sheet like you know where it has all her information. >> Of course. >> Yeah. Let me get you her file so that >> Okay. You want to step in the office? >> Sure. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Better said we don't take those things uh easy at all. >> Were you here that day? >> I was here. I was the one who fight her. I saw the video. I said, "No, she doesn't belong here. I would just fire her." But nobody got she and then let go like a like a rough handling. Uh that's not okay to us. The kid was she kid fall on the ground and he rise up and he just play the rest of day. Uh no no nothing. Nothing. Okay. But that's not okay for us. A teacher should not do this. Uh we we're here to provide love, not to do this. You and I, you probably have kids of age. You have kids. You don't you don't do that. >> I saw the video. I I just let it go. >> Okay. Okay. >> See that boy over there? She's trying to to get the people kids in like in a circle. That's room for improve her her way of handling kids. But she should know better as well. And that kid climb there. I show the DCF lady the same same video and she should just go there, take care of the situation. Kids of that age, they're not very communicative verbally. She throw that not like get her attention. That's enough for us to fire. So she grabbed them by the left arm. >> By the arm and >> left arm. >> It's a normal to have all these kids for one teacher. >> Yeah. The ratio is crazy. Ratio is one >> 1 to 11. Okay. >> Well, actually at that age 1 to 15 because the most of the kids are all most of kids are three and a half and a half one to 16. Uh we don't run the >> I'm guessing she didn't she didn't think it was wrong. >> Did he complain of anyies or did he cry? >> No, this time I mean kids cry all the time but not this time. >> I don't see anyone in the room. How did you guys become aware of it? >> Well, a parent saw it, brought to our attention. >> Yeah. And then our director went there together with uh admin up front. We took her out of classroom immediately. And uh and >> so was a parent in the room. Where was the parent in the room? >> At the door. >> He must have been the guy that I saw walking out. Okay. Okay. The door >> and I need her information. Yeah. >> What did she say after the incident when she was brought in? We did not let her say anything. Uh we took her out. She went to the break room quiet a little and she was near to us. She was very remorseful and we saw the video. This happened on 8:20. >> How was she notified of >> she was by the email? >> Through email. Email. Okay. Did she reply back again? >> She did not. But we I do have the email. I I do have the email. I wrote the email. >> Do you have it? >> Yeah, I do have it. >> Okay. By any chance, do you think I can lay eyes on the sh? >> We definitely can. Um I just want to make sure you know I have to do my end you know make sure you say safe you can um talk to the teacher at the door she either you take you to see >> while verifying the teacher's identity police prioritized the child's safety carefully monitoring every step of the situation instruction I would hate to wake him up but okay you pause right back how you doing >> that's the name of the boy the classroom is uh date of birth >> and this is going to be Mom and dad. >> Mom and dad. Yeah, both are moms. You you you >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Just the the two moms situation. >> Okay. >> Oh, that that's perfect, man. Thank >> because the case directly involved a young child, officers worked closely with the parents to make quick yet sensible decisions, ensuring maximum safety. >> Hello. >> Hello. How you doing, ma'am? Is this um >> uh who's calling? >> This officer with the Noah Police Department. >> Oh, hi. Yes, this is her. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> I'm doing good. Sorry. How about you? >> I'm good. I'm good. Sorry to call you this early, but I just I had a question. Okay. Um and I want to talk to you if you had a chance to speak right now. >> Yes. >> I'm sure you were aware of the situation of the daycare. >> Yes. >> So, I just wanted to ask you, you would like to pursue charges, I guess, a teacher. >> Okay. So, I I would actually like to I want to make sure she doesn't ever work in a daycare or any kind of childcare facility ever again. >> You have a little bit of time just maybe like 5 minutes just if you can explain to me what happened, how you find out, and how it all. a couple days ago. We usually pick him up around 5. So, we got to the daycare. He was in the classroom that day. We heard some stuff going on in the office. Kind of kind of sounded like an investigation and I was like, "Oh, that's strange." Nobody said anything to us about anything. But then we went over to go pick my daughter up from school. She's only like 10 minutes away. And I get a notification on my ProAre app, which is the app connecting the daycare to like us. We can get uptime like details of what's going on throughout the day with the kids. And they had sent through a notification. It says 8:20 in the morning, pulled by arm. Parents were not notified and first aid administered was TLC. The note says, "While climbing on a shelf, pulled him onto the carpet, the teacher was removed from the room." That's how we were notified. We weren't notified about anything else. What exactly happened? And when I read that, I was like, "What the heck?" A parent had seen that whole situation and called DCF about it and that they had removed the teacher from the room, replaced her with somebody else. It was too aggressive for their liking. And then she was fired later on that day. >> Of any injuries at any time? >> He didn't he didn't say anything. You know, he's still not fully, I think, aware of what really happened cuz he's only three. We asked him a little bit. He just said, "Yeah, my teacher by my arm." That was really it. He didn't it didn't seem like it was really bothering him. There was a couple bruises, but I think it could it also could have been just because he's a boy and he's rough, too. I don't know if they were already there, so I didn't really worry about it too much. >> Okay. All right. So, I'm going to document the conversation we had and I'll refer it to the case officer and she'll probably should be reaching out to you tomorrow. Well, you have a good day. Okay. >> All right. Thank you so much for calling. >> Immediately after receiving the report, [music] police visited the teacher's home. Every step was handled carefully yet decisively, explaining basic rights, confirming the details of the report, and completing the necessary procedures. >> Savannah, come here real quick. I'm sure you're aware about what happened the other day, right? Okay. So before I ask you any questions, I got to read this for you. Okay? These are going to be your mirror warnings. Okay? So before we ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions and to have him with you. You cannot afford a lawyer. One will be appointed for you before any question. And if you wish, do you understand each of these rights? I have explained to you these rights in mind. Do you wish to talk to us now? >> What happened the day of the child? >> He threw his toy out. So, I went to move him over to the toy to get it. And when I let go of his hel and it looked very awful cuz I even me watching the camera, I'm like, "Yeah, I see it. That looks so awful." But he like also tripped over my foot when he did. >> Were you having were you having like a bad day? Were you frustrated or something cuz of all the kids being around or screaming? >> No, I was good. There's sometimes where I do get frustrated. I just won't I will like back up and don't like or like I won't touch the kid. I'll back up. But I wasn't frustrated at that moment. I just wanted him to pick up before he threw. >> All right, Savannah. So, I want you to understand this, okay? And this is coming from the parents and people above right now. You're under arrest. Okay. >> What? >> You're you're going to be >> But she said I wasn't going to run. Okay. >> Have you been arrested before? Catch your breath. It's not that big of a deal. This is what's going to h This is what's going to happen. You're going to go up there. All right. I'm going to give him your phone number, the bondsman, and they'll work on getting you out today. Okay. You just got to get booked. >> I don't know. Like I said, it's their business. >> If you have anything with you that you want to leave, is he your husband? >> Boyfriend and is he that? Okay. So, whatever you want to leave with that or boyfriend, you can leave it with them. Okay. >> Going to have to go up to Sharks and Coco, get booked, and then you guys can call and get taken out. >> I know you didn't do nothing. What is the problem? >> It's him. I >> So, I'll talk to you guys in a little bit. So, is there anything that she has on her that you guys would like to keep? Her wallet, phone, being arrested. at the moment they said I wanted the daycare said I wouldn't either. They said it was just a misunderstanding and I had I haven't even talked to DCF. She they said that DCM said it was good that they would just talk to me and I haven't even talked to DCF. >> I hate this. >> It's going to be her first time being arrested. She's probably going to be able to >> but that's on her record and that's her job that she >> and this is coming from a boss. It's coming from a supervisor. >> What I hadn't even talked to me and the ECF told the dayare calls for an arrest. It doesn't mean she's going to >> so she'll still have to go to the court system and they she >> they didn't do this to the lady to the lady at the dayare that >> I wanted her to leave this daycare because they do not protect their teachers and I told her that that I wanted her out. These kids throw >> it wasn't frustrating. >> You should be able to get her out today. >> Yeah, I I got a babys in my back pocket. It's on. >> She's not going to be able to take the piercings. So, I don't know if you can take them out. >> I can take them out. >> You can't un rescue. >> Yeah, they're difficult to come out. >> Difficult to come out. >> Try to tell your mom how to do it. >> You got to relax. >> I don't know. But the one time >> What? >> The one time I came out. I actually >> I'm going to search her pockets and everything. She has some phone numbers that she want to take with her. She can. Um we just write it down on a piece of paper that she can take with her. Okay. I have cash in my pocket. Um, where my wallet was. >> You know what? This is what I'll do for you. I'll take the handcuffs off on that side that we take them off. Okay. >> They all said that she was fine. They sent her This happened on Thursday. Why are they arresting her on Sunday? >> It's a felony. So, it doesn't do anything. Even the digger said it was just a misunderstanding. >> They said it was a misunderstanding. He let her go because he didn't want bad. A parent was walking by the room and she she redirected a child. If I was thinking it, it was apparently. >> Yeah. And it was apparent that it wasn't. >> I can't get that one off. My watch needs to come off. >> Yeah, we'll take it off. Okay, >> I'll take that one off. Okay, >> here. I'll get it. It's all right. Relax. You got it. >> I can't. I can't. >> It's okay. >> I just wanted to >> You know the story and you know. >> I'm sorry. Do I need my rings off, too? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Just the the gel one taken. And then your necklace as well. >> Oh, and we got to get your Sorry. My belly piercing too. >> Yeah, >> I have a permanent bracelet on my ankle. >> Okay. There's a form that you can write down a couple of things. >> I want to be a teacher. Would that affect it? >> Not guilty. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, this doesn't mean that you're going to be convicted of of a felony child. Okay. It just you be in charge right here cuz I I still I don't know the check, but I still have to do action. Okay. Are you wearing a bra today? >> Yeah. >> You have to get your brother going to stick me or me? >> No. Unless the wire's broken. I don't know if the wire is broken, but I don't think it is. >> Just got to make sure that you know >> sometimes we do some people that are just [clears throat] weird and you know have this needles and stuff. Okay. >> Yeah. His uncles are all cops and they tell >> they anything in your pocket. >> I don't think so. I think we took them all out. >> And that pocket is ripped. So there's nothing in there. Okay. Then on that pocket there was only your wallet. Correct. >> Yeah. >> All right. And just come off. So once I get the seat belt on, if you like turn to the side, it'll be a little bit more comfortable on your on your hands. Okay. >> All right. Mom, do you have any phone numbers that you you would like her to have? >> Yeah. Mine and he told us she's probably because of the bond. They'll put no bond because of this child. >> Yeah. So she'll see the judge hopefully in the morning. >> Hopefully. Well, depending on how busy they are, they'll see the judge in the morning and then >> she is she's going toize over this. >> It's usually whenever every time I've done arrested 10:00. >> Yeah, it's usually 10 to get later in this early. >> It doesn't mean she's going to be convicted of it. It just >> this is going to ruin her life. >> Unfortunately, >> she doesn't know that, but I know. She's worked child care for 3 years. She's been at that one. They just gave her a raise a week and a half. She begged him to get these kids out of the class because they're such bad kids. They get written up three or four times a day. >> The teacher was charged with felony child abuse. Under Wisconsin law, she could face 1 to 25 years in prison and be prohibited from working with children. This case serves as a strong reminder every adult action affects children. Ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment is not just a responsibility. It is essential for protecting the next generation. >> Get in there right now. >> And again. Again. Again. Get in there right now. >> It's okay. >> This is not just a case of unsafe driving. It's a story about responsibility, care, and the impact when children face risk due to adult decisions. This case serves as a reminder for all parents and guardians. Children's safety and responsible decision-making must always come first. You head to Illinois where the line between criminal and victim is so thin that just one tear can make the whole system pause and listen. >> I apologize, but I'm just letting you guys know I have some mental health stuff going on right now. I'm really manic and I haven't slept for days. >> On July 27th, 2024 in Mckenry, Illinois, police had to stop another car speeding at 85 mph in a 35 zone with a child inside. The mother stepped out aggressively, proudly stating she had served 7 years in prison, suffers from mania, chronic insomnia, and is raising a young child. Will that kind of self introduction soften the police's hearts or only raise more red flags? >> Henry, >> stay there. >> Why? What for? >> Why are we going so fast? What are we talking about? It wasn't anything. >> Well, the reason we stopped you is cuz you were skating. >> Oh, okay. Let's write a ticket. Let's go. What's What's going on with you? >> Southbound. My name's Caitlyn. >> Okay. Hey, I'm I'm uh Princess Lamb, royal judge. >> I'm trying to help. I'm trying to help. Yes, I understand. Maybe you've had bad experiences with cops. Never mind. >> Seven years in prison. Yeah. >> I'm sorry to hear that. So, what do you need? >> What I need from you guys right now? Understand that without him, I would kill myself. >> What does he have to do with my baby? >> Okay. So, why the only thing I care about care about me anymore? >> Are you trying to get him to the hospital? I'm trying to get back home so I can just forget that everything is for me. >> Can I please have your driver's license? >> Okay. Would you guys like uh It's kind of a real mess right now, so I don't know how you want me to do this. Oh, you know what? It's attached my keys. Attach my keys. Hi. You are so cute. Sarah, I got a couple of funny questions for you, okay? Just because you're telling me that you're having some mental health issues, okay? I want to make sure that you're okay to take care of Seth. Okay. Answer her. >> Six. Go ahead. >> Can you tell me what do you know what month it is? >> Uh, we have July. >> We got the driver in here. >> July, July, whatever. It could be Harris. It could be Biden. I'm not sure. >> So what are you trying to figure out that I'm levelheaded or what? >> Can you run her? >> Well, did you yet or what? >> Oh. The officers chose empathy over handcuffs. They lowered their voices, carried the child out of the car, find a way to comfort, and most importantly, they listened. Even as the mother cried and slammed her head against the pavement, >> jumped out of the car. You ran towards our spine car. >> Then birth last scar. >> You nice scars, right? >> 52. >> This is a good scar, too. These are all about my pain and expressing it. >> Can you hang out and express my pain? Can I just express my pain for what I'm feeling? >> We're listening. We're listening. >> Are you really? >> Yeah%. >> Then why won't you just >> Wouldn't you want to kill me? >> No, absolutely not. >> Here. >> I don't want you. If I created me, I'd want me. >> Well, we don't want you. >> I was God. I'd be so ashamed of myself. >> We want you to hang around. Okay. >> For what? >> For us. For your son. For the little guy. >> Everybody else is going to take care of him. I'm really glad I scared that lady. She needed it. >> Okay. >> Um, so here's what we're going to do. >> We're going to rescue squad's going to come. Okay. I want you to speak to a doctor because of these statements that you're making. Okay. >> They can't help me. >> Why? Why do you say that? >> Cuz there's no suboxin program for me. There's no methadone program for me. There's no clinic. There is nothing that they can do for me cuz I've already done the damage. Don't you get it? Damage is already done. Okay. So, so the rest of my life he will be taking care of me. He will be wiping my when I'm older because of what I did because I didn't know what I was doing at the time. So stupid. >> And I did theing research. I'm mad at myself for I'm mad at myself. I'm so mad at myself. I'm so >> Sarah, I want you to breathe. Okay, >> Sarah, please breathe. Oh god. [screaming] >> What's your name? >> Sarah. >> Sarah, can you sit up? Sarah. >> Yes. >> Sit up. Please give me just one more time. >> Yeah. Yeah. I need you to sit up. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You have a baby in the car, so if you don't start acting. >> All right. You're right. You're right. You're You're correct. You're correct. I need to be an adult. I need to stop. I need I need to give it up. I need Come on, Sarah. Sarah, sit up. Okay. All right. I need to give it up. >> You can say sit. You need to give it up. Just sit. >> Sarah isn't just a wounded mother. She's living proof of how society has mental health for far too long until the pain could no longer be hidden. >> Do you have any friends in the area? Any family? Anything like that? >> What does that mean? How are they going to help me? >> Well, I'm not I'm not sure. I mean, >> I live with my mother. >> Where does your mom live? >> Elorn. >> Elorn, Wisconsin. Your mom's name and her phone number. >> All right. All right. All right. All right. Can I smash my face against the concrete yet? >> No, thank you. >> What's your mom's name? >> I've done it before. I got scars and [ __ ] >> Okay. I just >> Sarah, what's your mom's name? >> What does it matter? >> I need to get a hold of your mom. >> For what? >> You're going in my car, Kayla. >> For what? Cuz you're going to take my kid away. >> Relax. My take away. >> Knock it off. >> This is what I wanted. >> This is what I wanted. This is what I asked for. >> Your son is hot. I took him out of the car and put him in the air conditioning. >> Thank you. Okay. Thank you. >> What's your mom's name? >> Carolyn. >> Okay. >> Did you throw a niner in there by the way? [laughter] >> I know what movie that's from. >> I do cuz I'm a [ __ ] >> Don't talk about yourself like that. >> I have to. That's what I am. >> Sarah, >> I'm a piece of >> You're not a piece >> and everybody should know it. >> You're not a piece of You're a human being. Maybe you've made some mistakes in your past that not a piece of does that make you? You're You're judging yourself awfully hard. >> I have to. >> You've been nothing but cool with us, okay? Which I appreciate. You're making our job easier. And I took your baby out because I didn't want him to get hot and I didn't want him. I know he's little. >> I don't want him seeing this because kids remember, right? We remember our right. >> I don't want to talk about that. >> Okay. I'm telling you, that's why I took your talk about that. >> So, here's the deal. Sarah, do you have a I think Can you go? >> This isn't a good phone number. Get her phone res. They're going to check your blood pressure. They're going to check your heart rate. Carol, I saw your mom. Where is your phone at? >> It is in there somewhere. I'm not sure because I've been I've been a wreck today. I've been a total wreck today. Good luck finding it. But I believe it should be just those are all my prescriptions. >> You think it's I may have a joint or something in there. I'm sorry. I apologize. >> Why can you tell me why you want to bring >> Oh, yeah. Because I don't know. >> I told you it. >> Maybe maybe I'm wrong. >> Let's try again. phone. I'm sorry, a new phone. >> Yeah, if it lets me cuz it's a new phone and apolog. Okay. >> In [snorts] truth, Sarah is a victim herself by her own family. [music] A childhood filled with a and a mother's silence pushed her into a lifelong battle with a darkness inside. It all came pouring out in a moment of self-lame. [music] I'm just trash. >> We're trying to get the mom's phone number. She's been pretty erratic, so Oh, I just hit the phone number. Just like one second. >> She's been pretty erratic. Okay. 85 down Crystal Lake Road. Pulled her over. Tires are hers. Jumped out of her car, ran into the street. >> 5 minutes. >> Okay. >> Well, maybe that's my that's my fault. I'm sorry cuz I kept see I kept seeing. >> We just want >> I kept throwing a letter in there. I'm sorry. >> We just want to make sure >> I'm dyslexic. So that is it okay with you if the hospital if the fire >> ambulance is 5 minutes out >> the ambulance is a few minutes out there please what >> so the reason why my my officer needs to call your mom is because is it okay if mom comes and gets your son >> okay just because you're you're acting a little disoriented okay I'm worried about you and you're making statements about hurting yourself why do you want to yourself when you say when you say you wanted us to just eat you why why Sarah can you tell What did I say wrong? I can't I can't explain it all. Can't explain it. I can't explain it all to you. So, it's long story short, I went through a lot of as child and I'm trying to get over it now. Okay. And I'm in my blooming process and it hurts. It's very painful. I bet. >> I mean, look, the scars are telling enough, aren't they? I did that to myself, so it should be telling enough. >> So, you self I have. >> You have. When was the last When was the last time? >> It's been a couple years now and years. I'm doing really good, but I lost my mind yesterday and the day before because I've been getting a lot of sleep. I've been a little manicky. I've been >> I can't help it. I can't help it. You guys act like I can help it. I can't help it. >> I'm not saying you can't help it. I'm so sorry. I'm trying to keep it together in my belly. >> D, take a breath for me. Okay. >> Oh, I'm feeling soing bad, man. I was doing so good with that kid. Oh, I just want to break everything. >> You did not hurt your child. Okay, >> I put him in. >> Well, you you were speeding. Yeah. Here's what's going to happen. You're You're going to get evaluated by rescue and we're going to write you a ticket for speeding and your child's probably going to be turned over to your mom. >> That's okay. >> I will have to contact DCFS. Okay. >> Yeah, that's right. >> Have you had any contact with them in the past? >> I have. >> Okay. I had to fight really hard to get to. I was dirty when he was born and I've been trying to stay off the pain. I've been doing really good. But >> so her license is valid out of Wisconsin. Revoked in Illinois. >> Yeah. >> So the Illinois uh doesn't that Wisconsin? >> Wait, I'm revoked in Did I get a ticket in Illinois that I didn't pay or something? So I must >> It doesn't tell us all that information, >> right? I'm like I owe my mom so much money for paying off all my tickets is real. Like that's why I mow lawns every single weekend. I even got this accident. I start mowing this stuff for anybody. I don't care. Are you close with mom? It's so complicated. I don't really want to get into it. >> I understand that if you don't want to talk about it, that is your prerogative. I get it. I was just stabbed. >> She made one mistake that she can't undo and nobody can. So, it's over. She didn't tell my dad about my divorce. So, my dad had no clue the whole time. Pisses me off so much that that's why I was the way I was. He was lying to him. He didn't get why my brother went to bed till he was 16. Obviously, he had he didn't want to believe it. You denied that truth. >> Sure. >> So, >> I'm so sorry for everything that happened to you, Sarah. >> Nothing happened to me bad. Everything that was happening to me. >> Well, you obviously because I wouldn't be the person I am today. >> Pulling up. You want me to come up here? Wait. >> No, we can walk back. We're going to take a walk back to the ambulance. Okay. >> Although they acted with compassion, the police still upheld the law and completed their duty. The child was handed over to his grandmother. As for the mother, she was taken in an ambulance, not because of V, but because her own past is killing her day by day. >> Will that be okay, Sarah? >> Just real quick, you don't have anything in your pockets. Nothing. >> Oh, no, no, no. >> Just keep your hands out. >> I do have tissue or something. I have a thing in my pocket, but yeah, you can search me. >> Just uh face the car for me. I'm just going to do a pat down. Okay. I'm just making sure you don't have any guns. I tried to start a new life today and I found out that everybody was >> Well, you get no argument from me there. Do you keep anything in your bra? >> No. >> All right, stand up straight for me. I'm just going to look under your hat. >> Oh, yeah. Go ahead. >> Okay, you can relax. Okay, we're going to just walk right on my face. You know, I do that on purpose so people will look at me funny. You know why? Cuz I don't want them to like me. >> Let's go take a walk. Can we take a walk towards the ambulance? >> Grab your phone. >> Okay. She came up just like pulled her over. >> What's your name? >> She lost behind her, swerved out into the grass, eventually pulled over. Once she was in car, she jumped out of the car. She's been suicidal suicidal ideations. Um, and she has made a fair amount of references to like in the past. I don't know if it's current, but that's it. >> What's that? >> Sorry, it was a huge cluster. >> Oh, yeah. It's fine. I What are you guys doing with the kids? Uh, she's on a No, she's calling uh calling grandma. >> Hey, Ros. >> No. Why? >> Oh, did you get a hold of mom? >> Yeah. >> She's coming. >> You want to go start a tow report for her car? >> Sure. >> Correctly. >> Right. Okay. >> Call you to death. I'm going to call the CMS cuz we have a child in protective custody. [sighs] Best child abuse collect online that charm. >> Hello, my name is Officer Caitlyn Lorenzo. I'm calling from Mckenry City regarding a child I have in protective custody. Can you get out and tell whoever that is to do a tow report coming to you? >> If I'm going to follow them, I need someone to finish the tow report. She's on the phone with DCFS. >> Just do the finish up the tow report. >> Okay. >> If they were going to go, then you can just follow them after. >> I would say probably >> 104. How old do you think that little one is, Chris? >> What? >> How old do you think he is? >> A year. >> Probably about >> He just turned a year, she said. I'm on the phone with DCFS. >> Sorry. Go ahead, Neil. I'm sorry. >> I'll follow him up to the hospital then. If you're going to be on the phone with DCFS, >> you left, right? >> Yeah, she's >> even. So, Sarah, the mother, could not escape prosecution. She was charged with child and reckless driving. Under current Illinois law, each charge carries a maximum penalty of up to one year in jail and a $2,500 fine. But for someone like Sarah, both an offender and a victim, what would truly be a fair sentence? McDonald's, kids, [music] and cold beer. Three things that should never mix. But in Ohio, they collided in a legal firestorm. >> They got your family moving around here acting crazy with liquor in the car as well with two kids. With three kids in the back seat. November 6th, 2024. Ohio police chased down a speeding car carrying three children. Once stopped, they quickly learned the group had just been involved in a chaotic altercation with McDonald's staff moments earlier. At the scene, one person deliberately refused to cooperate and immediately ended up in handcuffs along with a I can't breathe performance. Yes, but screaming like hell is still possible. >> What's going on? >> McDonald's. We just came from McDonald's. These mother got us upset basically because she talking about oh we can leave. We were see they told us to go. They told us to leave. >> What's your search? >> No, I'm not doing none of that on everything. I don't have nothing. I was respectful of the situation. ID. You give me some information or talk with your hand. >> I don't I don't get in trouble. I never got in trouble a day in my life. That's all you need to know, right? >> Your souls on cops. >> Bet. >> Where's your souls? >> Where's my phone? No. Stop. >> I didn't do nothing. Wait, I'm trying to TALK TO MY KIDS. >> I DON'T GIVE A DAMN. >> I WANT TO TALK TO MY KIDS, BRO. >> YOU ABOUT TO GET TAGGED. YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET TAG. PLACE YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back. IT DON'T MATTER. I CAN'T BREATHE. Call the ambulance and let them know that I need to be I'm about to pass out. I ain't even lie to you, bro. >> But things didn't stop there. She kept going with a lawsavvy citizen monologue mixed with a demand to urinate on the spot. [music] Ironically, she had no idea how to cooperate to ease the situation. >> I didn't even do. >> You guys don't live here. >> No, like literally she pulled in. So, I mean like literally I have my babies like I have my baby. So, I >> didn't DO NOTHING. WHAT do you mean? >> Fine. >> My neck. >> And the other mother, not much better. One arm held the baby while the other practically sh the child's [music] face into a thorny fence. That's when chaos broke loose. One was still screaming, "I can't breathe." while the other launched into the classic tune. I'm not drunk. >> Literally, like I'm scared as and I got these babies in my car. Do >> you want me to take the baby? >> No, this is my baby. >> Why don't you put in his car seat or something like that? >> I will. >> These are my mom's fine. You guys literally >> Do you have anything illegal on you? >> No. >> Nothing going to prank me. me, right? >> Nothing. Like, I don't understand this. I really don't understand this. So, you you have no right to arrest me. >> I'm detaining you. I'm detaining you right now. All right. How about for OB? >> No. No. Actually, you need some information. >> How about that? >> No. Give me some information. >> How about that? >> No. No. No. >> No. No. No. No. Cuz you're freaking. Go. Get in there. Have a seat there. Yes, you are. I can smell it on you. Have a seat. Now, I'm going to make you get in there or you're going to get in there. >> Let me get No. Let me get your supervisor. >> I'll get him here. >> Yeah. Please. Can I? >> Okay. Have a seat in the car. >> Can you please stop getting >> He's on his way. I promise he's on his way. >> Literally, stop putting your hands on me. >> All right. >> But the Corona beer bottles on the car said otherwise. >> Well, uh, I found a bottle next to a big bottle of Corona. So, I guess that's the reason why we acting crazy today. >> Yeah, >> I was not driving, bro. >> I was NOT DRIVING. SO, WHY ARE YOU >> YOU'RE BEING DETAINED. I JUST TOLD you you're being detained until we see you just dropped a child at McDonald's from what they're saying. We're going to review the video. Okay. And then you went there and you're supposedly pulling your pants down trying to FIGHT SOME >> NO. WELL, IT'S ON IF IT'S on video, then if then that. If not, then you're you're good. >> You You see the three kids in my car, bro. >> Well, her bottle of alcohol. Look at that. This is why we acting a little crazy. >> They rushed to McDonald's to retrieve the surveillance footage. What appeared on the screen sent chills down everyone's spine. The two women seemed to be dragging the child. >> Do you guys want to run to McDonald's and see the video and see what transpired with her? Cuz they said we could do child. She dropped the child and obviously she's intoxicated. Something like that. See, we can go from there. >> If you don't mind. >> All right. They're going to go check out the video and if nothing there's nothing to go off of, then we'll be done. >> Well, did you guys already get her or >> I think we found her. We just We were just wanted to look at the camera footage about. Thank you. >> So, we're not really sure what occurred before this other being crazy, but you watch this lady come over and grab this baby. At one point, she pulls the baby and like the baby was like in half. like the neck was back and everything, but the way this baby didn't cry, that baby has to be like three weeks old. The baby didn't cry one time. Something's wrong with that baby. You're like, >> and when they we don't have camera out here, but when they throw that baby in the back of that truck, >> okay, >> I just saw the footage you guys have. >> I mean, I can show you the whole thing back there >> like and they just started acting like >> No. Well, they were on the counter and I was walking back from up the front and they were like, "Nobody's working the counter." Like they were like I don't know. Shut that door. >> Yep. I was getting ready. Say my first rodeo. >> Yeah. >> That door got up and I got smacked face over in my chicken. >> Yep. I believe that. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. Look. Look. >> Right there. That baby crack right in half. >> Yeah. That is crazy. >> So, I mean, they like backers. She's really good at pissing people off. So, she was >> Yeah. >> Once they started spitting, I I had to I had to keep everyone inside cuz I will I'm a farm girl and I'm going to someone up if you spit on me. >> You didn't [music] see the baby fall outside? >> I did not. >> No. >> So, what she said was that they like tossed the baby into the backseat [music] of the >> with clear evidence right in front of them. They still shamelessly repeated, "I didn't do nothing." >> Hello. >> What's up, man? My bad for a little panic. It was hard for me to call out with that woman screaming my face. So I pull up and so she blow past me at Frederick like a high rate of speed. I mean you see the tire skip off the the concrete which behind her. She pulls this driveway doesn't live here. Got nothing this house like what's your name? G information blah blah. What's going on? I ain't telling you nothing. It's okay. Let it be red. I ain't telling you we're not at the McDonald's at You're not playing this game. >> I'm not going to play games. You got in that truck. You ain't giving me your identification. I'm just going >> I didn't do nothing. >> Please don't. Okay. Who's that's her children? >> Yes. I was literally taking to McDonald's. I had like $60 on me in my truck. I was going to buy and then something happened and she went crazy and I took the kids off. Like I'm not I promise you guys like I'm not in that. I'm already in the service. I'm not on that. Like I just want to go buy the kids. >> You want to try and get her information? >> I just try to like >> I maybe going to be all right. >> Baby appears to be acting normal. though. >> Yeah, >> the carrier dropped or was it physically dropped? >> From the sound, it sounds like the baby was physically dropped to the ground but then picked back up and then like amazing like she's so intoxicated that like the baby was kind of flopping around just because it's so young. So, I'm not sure but didn't like the light being shining appears to be acting normal. I don't see anything any other issue. >> Yelling didn't work so [music] they switched tactics right away. One pretended to faint from shortness of breath while the other suddenly remembered [music] that car belongs to my husband. Two women slick enough to have the entire police unit spinning in circles. But the moment children are involved, no trick can stand up to the law. >> I'll loosen them up, but you going to swing your back. >> You need to loosen them just a little bit. >> Stop grabbing. Stop grabbing. Stop grabbing. Release your hands. Stop spinning your hands. Just release them. Can't breathe, bro. >> Stop moving. >> I can't breathe, bro. Give me water or something, please. Bro, >> relax. >> I'm trying, but my kids is away from me. That's the worst thing that could ever happen, bro. Please help me. >> All right. You want to take a look at her? She's saying she can't breathe. She's >> We're looking at her now. >> Yeah. >> Here's your consideration. It don't matter if I'm in trouble or not. Yo, y'all got to help some type of way. I've never been in trouble. I don't know how to go, but I'm not a criminal. Dear lawyer here, I'm not Please. I need the baby's name and date of birth. >> I can't tell you that. I don't want my babies away from me. Period. Bro, it's all on camera. I don't care. You're not giving no information. >> Stay in the car. >> Okay, that's fine. I want >> I need a water, bro. Y'all need to LET ME BREATHE. YOU HANDCUFF ME OUT of nowhere, bro. >> Get back in the car. >> It doesn't matter. He ain't safe. Please put your hands behind your back. Nothing. He grabbed my hand. >> I got three kids. >> You got You got EMS right here looking to check out your baby. Okay. >> Okay. What's your question? >> I have a question. Um, that truck, I'm not gonna lie, it was my husband, David H. I I was not driving it. I was the one that was giving the kids or whatever. You know, they all freaking out. Um, I didn't do nothing. Like, I'm sitting there freaking out with the kids. Like, what the is going on? She whipping it, bro. We scared. We screaming like, "Whoa, bro. Like, you doing too much." Like, they got you. Like, they got you. I'm not done. Like, like I just cut off the paper, bro. I'm in town, baby. You like me? >> I don't a lot. Yes. All right. >> All right. We'll be we'll be back in a minute. >> All right. Just just sit up. Keep your keep your head up. Deep breaths. Right. In through your nose, out through your mouth. We got to get your heart rate back down. Okay. >> Go to McDonald's and see the camera. >> We We're going to do that. Okay. We'll do that. All right. Right now. Right now, we're worried about the health and safety of everybody here. Okay. >> They're cool. We're not cool. We just had a whole McDonald's and I'm trying to explain to them. Okay. Just because one person be disrespectful, you don't mean the next person got to get out. You get what I'm saying? >> You just trying to check her out or >> Yeah. You want to check out? I mean, >> I don't care. I'm going to pass. >> Oh, yeah. Cuz you're hyperventilating. Not anything wrong with you. >> There's definitely something in that truck as she keeps saying, "That's not my truck. That's my husband's truck." So, there's definitely something in his truck. David. I'm not doing the >> do what? >> You searching David H. That's David H. >> Do you not read the license plate? >> It don't matter. >> That's my husband. Yes, she was in the car. >> I'm not and she's under arrest. >> Clearly. >> Clearly. >> The ice cold open Corona bottle was undeniable [music] proof. Yet, they kept making excuses and blaming each other. It got to the point where the officer, clearly fed up, said, "I almost pulled my taser because of being so sick of their antics." >> Well, right now, now you are under arrest for an open container in a motor vehicle. >> I did not do nothing. I was not driving. >> You're in the passenger seat with an open container. That's not an OVI. It's open container in a motor vehicle. >> What do you mean? How How can you prove that? >> It's in the passenger door. >> It's in the passenger door. >> Bro, that's not my All right, let me get the evidence then because you know what? >> That's fine. That's You'll have it in court. You have your day in court. >> Open containers in the bed of a truck count. No, I I mean I would never charge that, but she she had that one. >> She had that open bottle. >> Yeah. Which was full. I dumped it out. So that one you could do her and and like to document like on that. I put that it's like cold and documented their sweat on it and stuff like that. So they can see there's not like it's new. >> Yeah. Cuz she's like, "Oh no, that's been in there. That's not mine." I mean, >> still cold. Yeah. >> You have no reason to arrest me. >> You can't see the judge till tomorrow. So it won't be till at least tomorrow. >> You have no REASON TO ARREST ME LEGALLY. Listen to you. You sound dumb as >> You ever hear the rap? Cuz we have a thing called the rap. I'm trying to get this out of my like look. It's literally my Look, >> I had him loose enough. >> Look, >> at one point in time, >> dude, I'm I'm skinny. I'm anemic. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I promise that's not me. >> I didn't say it was. >> I was going to say that's not me. Don't look at me like that. >> Okay, go ahead. Step out. >> Like, that's not me. Oh, hold on. Oh, >> back behind the back. >> No, no, no. I will. Hold on. Hold on. Let me let me >> Man, we ain't here TO PLAY GAMES. >> OH, WAIT. I'M I'M playing games. Like, don't don't harass me. Hey, guess what? You 50. >> You're not here to play games with your man, >> dude. You literally I'm anemic. And guess what? Yeah. Wait, wait, wait, wait. No, wait, wait, wait. What's your name? >> No. What's your name? >> No. Your name. >> Ma'am, your attitude was terrible. Come on. Like I said, we could have worked something out, figured something out going this route. If you didn't have a license, yes, you were driving reckless with that car and the kids in the car. >> We could have figured something else out versus the way you were acting. When you trying to go back in that vehicle after I ask you for your information, you like, "No, I ain't giving you nothing." That to me was a complete problem. I don't know what you have in that car. I understand you got kids in that car, but like you, I want to go home and see my family at night. That tune was a no. When we start acting pulling away like that, >> I was tempted to tase you, but I would didn't. It shouldn't have gone that far. So, I put you in those cups and put you in the back of this car. I got your family moving around here acting crazy with liquor in the car as well with two kids with three kids in the back seat, which Man, that's crazy. >> I got in the car. But you could have just stayed there. >> Just you just ma'am. You should have just stayed there. >> Yes, the kids are gone. Kids went down to the hospital. >> All right. One step out now. Hold on one second. I really left my leg is really hurting. I got bit by that one. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. You guys are really taking this boat. I've never seen I've never seen someone take two people at once. Can we step up? Nope. >> Okay. >> You got to stop moving. >> No, I'm saying like it's on my [ __ ] bone. >> You might be muscle. You might be a muscle. >> You need to stop moving so we take the piss off. >> Ain't nobody ask me. You getting hand rest. >> Hold up. Wait a minute. I can face my direction, but my hand is hurting. I've been trying to do this. >> Well, then stop moving it so I can take it off. >> I'M LITERALLY TRYING to move my wrist so I can I'm anemic. >> No, obviously. I'm trying NOT TO, BUT OW. >> STOP. It hurts. >> You're causing this. Knock it off. >> Oh god. What is up with people today? >> Really? >> Yes. >> Stop running. >> Ow. >> Get in there. >> All right. >> Watch your hand. >> Why do you think you're in charge? Cuz you're not. >> The scene got more chaotic as both were taken away. One was screaming while the other wanted to beat up her [music] friend for driving like a maniac and getting them caught. It's almost laughable. With no way out, they turned on each other like they were never close. >> All right, come on out. >> Yeah, I will. As soon as you step out, walk over here. Okay. >> Don't put me in the car where I'm still on that. >> No, you're going to be in a different compartment here. You're going to be I'm going to switch this out on you. Okay. any information on what's going on right now. Turn around. >> Turn around. I got you. I got you. >> I'm ashoe. >> You a lying [ __ ] and I'm going to make sure I'm Hey. Hey. Shut up, Jessica. For real. You stupid. >> Stupid [ __ ] >> [ __ ] YOU STUPID. >> I'M GOING TO JAIL because you've been belligerent to McDonald's. I can't wait to go to court so we can see this. No, it's not on camera. Don't worry. >> Don't worry. Everything is not What the is UP WITH TODAY, >> BRO? I DIDN'T DO NOTHING, DUDE. THEY PLAYED ME, BRO. I'M HERE. THE you mean you going to give me, bro? Literally. LITERALLY, THEY TOLD MY DUDE'S CAR. THEY ARRESTED ME BECAUSE YOU RAN FROM HER. JUST LITERALLY SIT THERE YOU >> ENJOY the ride. >> Hey, at least I got my baby daddy. At least I'll get bailed out tomorrow. And at least I'm going to whack your ass soon as I can. Yes, they will >> PLAY WITH ME. >> YOU THE ONE THAT DROVE CRAZY, >> JESSICA. I'm decking your dumb. >> You sound >> I don't care. I don't care. >> I DON'T CARE BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT SAFE. >> GUESS WHAT? WHAT DO I GOT TO SAY? HEY, WATCH YOUR FACE. >> You knew what you were doing. >> Yeah. >> You ain't got your kids, so you DON'T CARE. >> GUESS WHAT? I'M ON PAPER. >> YOU AIN'T GOT YOUR KIDS, SO [screaming] YOU DON'T CARE. HEY, THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM. HEY, HEY, HEY. CHILD, CHILD. I swear to God. >> Shut up, ho. You a child. >> All right. Running from the mother. >> Hey, YOU GOT A LAWYER, RIGHT? YOU GOT >> MY LAWYER IS ON DECK. WHAT YOU MEAN? >> YEAH. I ain't never been to jail A DAY IN MY [ __ ] LIFE. >> BABY, >> this going to be a ball. >> You the one and running from the police. Look at your ass. >> Let's go. Open up. Open up. Wolf. Come on. LET'S JUST OPEN THE DOOR. >> They sure know how to cause a scene, even inside a police station. But there's one thing they still don't seem to get. Driving drunk with a baby in the car is putting that child in panic and lasting emotional that won't be easy to heal. Knew she couldn't drive. Of course, I'm going to drive. You're drunk. Of course, I'm going to drive. I can't even work. I know how to drive. Yes. I'm about to spend my Y'all going to take me to this station, right? That's why I'm not going to go. >> Come on. >> Put them back. Put them back behind your back. Give me the arms. Just put my arms around. just stand up. >> I can't, >> bro. >> Yeah. Why'd you do that? >> Well, guess what? >> I was sitting there in there too long. >> Because she wants to sit in there and run around. >> What do you mean? I guess >> Stand up. I'm done dealing with your already. Stand up. >> I know. No, you about to get sued. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah, you do. >> Do I have to tell you? Actually, no. He's the one that uh arrested me. Let him give you the information. >> I didn't No, no. You did arrest me. I don't care. I shaved me a handcuff. No, no, no. I didn't do nothing. Nope. I >> These two mothers ended up in jail together, charged with child [music] and open container. Under Ohio law, they could face 6 months to one year in jail or a fine of up to >> [music] >> $1,000.
