Some kids never get to celebrate their birthday with their family, but some kids mark their new age with >> Well, they were just fighting in the living room. >> What? What? Like what? Were they yelling or were they? >> Or maybe with the icy snap of handcuffs amid the chaos. >> That is the last they'll his kids will see it. I promise you. >> And I'm going to try. >> As of right now, you are not under arrest. I promise you. >> Happy birthday, little one. This year's gifts is a screaming conflict, a shattered iPad, and watching your mom quietly handcuffed and led into a police car. Watching the woman aggressively attack her boyfriend, you'd never imagine how smoothly she could switch into the role of the victim. >> Yeah, because >> on September 1st, 2024, Georgia police were suddenly hit by an emotional whirlwind unleashed by an extremely toxic woman. They received a call accusing her of assaulting her boyfriend. But the moment they arrived on scene, everything flipped. She immediately slipped into the role of the victim, crying, sobbing, and painting herself as the abused one. It wasn't until the man, Russell, showed up that the truth finally came to light. >> Hi. >> Yes, ma'am. >> He's not going to put his hands on me like that and choke me and slam me on the ground so you can take him away from my house. Now, >> start from scratch. >> He wakes up every day and talks about how bad my kid is, and I'm sick of it. His kids are little brats and they're bad, too. And I'm tired of it. I held my tongue long enough. This morning when he started, I said, "I'm sick of you waking up every day and talking about how bad my kid is." I said, "You can get your [ __ ] and leave." So, I went inside. I sat on the couch. I called his mom. You can call his mom and verify this. I said, "You need to come get your son because I'm tired of him waking up every day and talking about how bad my kid is." He come over there, gets in my face, your kid's a littleing punk. All he does is this and that. Proceeds to get on top of me, chokes me by my throat, picks me up, slams me to the ground by my throat. I'm kicking him, grabbing him cuz he's got me by the throat where I can't breathe. Picks up my phone, throws it across the room. His mom's on the phone the whole time, so you can verify. Then he's still yelling and screaming. My kids outside. His two kids are inside while he's steadily attacking me. My kids outside in the garage. And I said, "You need to leave." He said, "The cops already been here one time because of this. Who you think is a problem?" I said, "No, the problem is I stand up to you men that put your hands on me. That's the problem." >> Okay. Who is he to you? >> He's my boyfriend, but not anymore. So he's not on this lease. So you can take him and leave or he can get his stuff and leave. >> I think this is the second time y'all been here like we're not going to do that. >> My kids are inside. >> Yeah, because touch her. >> Yes, you did. You're a gun. You're mad because I stand. >> Stop. >> This is the second time y'all been here. >> So what I mean >> she's crazy. >> Well, what took place today? >> Nothing. She's crazy. Dude, I'm telling you. >> Well, something took place today. >> She mad about something that got said yesterday. Kid's bad. He's disrespectful of my kids. I said something to him. She's got mad. She starts hit me. Scratching me. Hit me with the [ __ ] iPad. It's broken there. She was on the ground. I told her to chill the out. Stop. She said, "I'm calling the cops." I said, "Calling." It's the second time in a month y'all been here for the same thing. Two different people. Y'all ain't got to worry about nothing. I'm packing my [ __ ] I'll be out of here today. I pay the bills here. She makes $500 a week. She can't afford. I pay this here. Her name is on the lease cuz she was on the lease with her ex-boyfriend. Y'all were here maybe a month ago about the same thing. They were fighting, fist fighting, this that and the other. Everybody told me she was crazy. I said, "Whatever. She's cool." This same thing y'all were here for. So, I moved in. My little girl's birthday party was yesterday. And she comes in there. He's mean and bad mean to my kids. He's just a little to him. Anyway, that's that's what started it all. So, she comes in there. First thing she does, she calls my mom. Don't bring my mom in it. And then she comes in there. I'm getting in the shower. She comes in there antagonizing me. And I tell her, "Leave me the alone. What's wrong with my kid? What's wrong?" I said, "He's mean to my kids." Blah blah blah. Going back and forth about him. She throws the iPad at me, hits me, starts scratching me. Scratches on my neck somewhere. She scratches my neck. And I put her on the ground. I said, "Stop and leave me the alone." By then, my kids came in there. I'm not doing that in front of my kids. That's a no no. So, I had to go cuz she's following me through the house. I had to go get my two kids, lock them in her bedroom so they didn't witness none of this. I mean, I I know y'all can look it up. Y'all were I don't know if you came. One of y'all came here maybe a month ago, a month and a half ago about the same thing, but a different guy. >> Grab your Grab your license for me. In her eager attempt to throw an innocent man in jail, she enthusiastically began instructing the police on how to investigate, conveniently forgetting one small detail. All the evidence seemed to be pointing right back at her. >> And Swammy broke my iPad, go look in the bedroom. He probably picked it up by now. Took my phone, slammed it across the room. Look at my phone. Call his mom and ask his mom. She was on the phone. >> She was on the phone when he attacked me. Picked up my phone, threw it across the room, broke my son's iPad. It's probably still on the floor. He can play victim all he wants. That's fine. Play victim. Get your and get out of my house. >> Okay. Where's the marks on you? >> He grabbed me right here by my throat and choke slam me. I defended myself by scratching him because I couldn't breathe. You want to take me? Take me. I don't care. At the end of the day, he's a liar. God knows. I know. And that's all that matters. Call his mom and ask his mom. Go ask his kids. Go ask his kids. I was sitting on the couch. He come over there and attacked me. Go ask his two kids. >> They all saw him. >> His two kids did. My kid was in the garage. Go ask his kids what happened. Call his mom and ask her what happened. >> Tell me how Stop telling me how to do my job. Okay. We I've dealt with this with you before and you won't let me talk when I try to try to figure the mess out. You want to try to just run everything. It's not going to happen >> because the point is when I've had enough. >> But you got to let me do my job. Like I said, this happened the last time. You kept telling me you're going to do this, you're going to do that, you're going to do this, you're going to do that. No, that's not how this works. >> I didn't say I'm going to do this and do that. >> Yes. The last time I was the last time I was out here, you're telling me how to do my job >> now with the way you acted. right there. You look like the aggressor >> because when I've had enough, I've had enough. >> But if we're here and I say, "Don't start." And then you go after him, doesn't look good, right? >> Nope. But when I've had enough, I've had enough. >> Amid the fog of swirling emotions, nothing stings more than hearing a seven-year-old calmly say. They were fighting in the living room. A simple sentence, yet it echoes with heartbreak. Because kids don't lie like adults do. They only know how to tell the truth. And the truth is their mother is a terrible person. Where's your How old are your youngest? >> Uh Daddy Kate just turned seven. Parker's four. >> Can I talk to your seven-year-old? Of course. Can I talk to you, sweetheart? Come on, baby. Hey, sweetheart. Did you have a birthday yesterday? Happy birthday. >> Thank you. >> You know when my birthday was >> when? >> The day before yesterday on the 30th. But I'm a lot older than you. Did you see what happened this morning? >> Not really. >> Well, what did you see? >> All I really saw was them fighting. >> What? What? What do you mean fighting? >> Well, they were just fighting in the living room. >> Like what? Were they yelling or were they Well, who was yelling at who? >> Well, they were both yelling at each other. >> Okay. Where was your daddy at? Was he sitting down or was he standing up? >> I was daddy standing up. >> And where was she? Where was the other lady? >> Sitting down. >> Sitting down. >> Okay. Did you see anybody put their hands on anybody? >> They both put their hands. >> Who put their hands on who first? >> I don't. >> You don't know? >> Don't know. >> How did they put their hands on them? >> I don't really know. >> You don't know? Like, I'm going to punch you or I'm going to grab you. >> Don't really know. >> Don't really know. Okay. Thank you, baby. I appreciate it. What did you get for your birthday? >> A lot of stuff. >> A lot of stuff. You know what I got? >> What? >> Nothing. That's what happens when you get old >> cuz she has no marks on her. >> Yeah. All I did was grab her by her shoulders. She was already down and just told her to chill the out cuz by then I looked and I seen all them in my periphery. >> I've never had a confrontation with a woman, much less nothing like that. And it's especially not going to happen in front of these babies cuz this one is hers. He's already been put through the ring. You know what I'm saying? But y'all don't have to worry about this cuz my brother Yeah. My brother's on his way getting home and I'm out of here. >> I locked her out. >> Who's the closest that could come watch the little one her son? >> Probably your dad. >> That's who she wants to call all the time. I mean, she would more than likely leave him with the neighbor. They're very close. Amanda family. He stays with his papa a lot. >> Does he? >> Yeah. All the time. >> I mean, nothing's happened with that recently. Him causing issues. >> Papa. >> Yeah. >> Well, what happens is that's where it all starts. He goes with his papa and her brother lives with him and he just does whatever he wants to do. So when he comes back here he's on >> but you're living here in that's your new address right now. >> Yeah. But >> what's the fun? >> I'm going back here. >> This is the address where he goes to his papa's house and does whatever the hell he wants. He has no >> So then we he has they call it stage one autism. Asberers >> that's what he has. >> I think they stopped using that term. >> Yeah they did. >> But you looking at him probably you never tell. It took me like a week and a half, two weeks to see any sign of it. >> It's just like I mean >> Yeah, it's very He's He's smart. He talks. It's just when he gets told me he has some potential to yell real loud. He does that. But that's what happens. It goes over there and it comes back and Huh. >> Yeah, dude. Y'all seen it out there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> She hit me in the side of the head. I guarantee I got a bruise. That's why the iPad's in a million pieces. She hit me with the iPad. >> Oh, that's why I forgot to ask. >> Hey, sweetie. Can I ask you a question? Another question? Yep. >> How'd the iPad get broken? You know? >> No. >> Never saw that. >> You never saw that? Nobody threw it or >> Yeah, >> the red one. >> Yeah, I guess. >> Mm-m. >> You didn't see anybody throw it or anything? >> No. >> What about your little brother? >> No. >> No. >> And just like always, Russell's mother, acting as a witness over the phone, showed up like a familiar rescue hotline. But unfortunately, this time her statement tore a hole right through the victim boat that the future daughter-in-law was desperately trying to row. As the truth slowly came to light, no matter how stellar her acting was, she couldn't escape the net cast by the heavens of justice. >> Her name is Barbara. >> Barbara? Was she on the phone when all this was going on? >> No, she called her earlier and I told her, "Don't call my mom." >> She just hung the phone up. >> Okay. She's Okay. She's saying that she was on the phone and all that. She was on the phone earlier cuz we were in here talking and then I went back there. I had a shower running when she was on the phone. I was getting in the shower. I was going to go to my mom's house just because. And that's when she come back there [ __ ] with me and that's where it all happened back there. >> Okay. >> She put her hands on me a couple times before that this morning in the laundry room like she's some grown man. She grabbed her arm and went in my neck and pushed me up against the door. What are you doing? Chill. I never seen the side of her but we have a bunch of mutual friends and all and everybody's like dude crazy. The lady here said that you were on the phone during the whole time that I had to call you and she you would corroborate that she was attacked by your son. >> No, that's not true, officer. Now, she did call me said with him that they were arguing. He came in the room while I had her on the phone and they started yelling at each other. Then we got disconnected and I tried calling Russell and I said, "Russell, put the kids in the vehicle and leave." Of course, they were arguing, arguing and arguing. I said, "You have to not do this in front of your children. You're in your truck and me with children." He said, "You should see the scratches on." And and he said, "She's crazy." Everybody told me she was crazy. I said, "Okay, Russell." And then we got disconnected again and my other son is on his way up there right now. I was trying to tell Russell just get in his truck and we would get told they were screaming and yelling at each other. But she did not say that he attacked her or put his hands on her. He did not. She did not say that. Now I'm one of those she did. I can tell you because my son knows not to touch a woman and she did not say that he attacked her. She just said coming with him. He's talking ugly about my children. And then he came in the room and they started arguing again and nobody. >> Okay. I just finished talking to your mom. Your mom pretty much corroborated what you were telling me. >> Is there any way that I can you can like make her leave? >> Oh, she's going to jail. She's going to jail for battery and and um cruelty children cuz the fight happened in front of the children. >> Yeah. That's why I locked all of them in their room cuz I could not get her to stop in >> hers already been through it with this actual dad. >> Well, I'm sure y tried to over talk me the last time I was out here and it don't happen. I'm going to do my job. So >> that's why you got the bag, buddy. But she just I don't want I don't want anything bad to happen to nobody. But >> babies with with the way Georgia is and family balance because it is family balance because you guys are residing together. >> Am I going to get in trouble? >> No. But she has no injuries. >> Yeah. I I did not touch her. All I did was literally she was on the ground. She jumped on me, put her on the ground. I'll never put my hands on them. I don't care what they do unless they hurt a child. So, and I grabbed her shoulders just like that. I said, "Chill the out. Come." She was going crazy, dude. Well, she like I said, she says that you choked her around the throat. She don't have any marks. She has no marks. You have severe marks on your neck and then light marks. >> She hit me somewhere with the iPad. But >> the um statutes on uh family violence is simple battery is maybe this. >> Mhm. >> And then we leave it we leave that up to the victim if they want to prosecute that. She drew blood. That that's battery. >> You have no say so in it. We have to act. She's going to be on jail. She ain't going to like it. Plus the way she acted out there. Yeah, >> she come running in like a bull. She should >> going to get you when you're talking to the authority. You know what I'm saying? But I mean, you would think obviously I don't think her and not were married, but her prior relationships was the same thing. You would think, you know, you learn from your mistakes and but yeah, her >> I'm trying to talk to this. I should have known. >> I'm going to try to talk to her about who she wants to go to. >> She'll probably say her dad. He goes there a lot. Yeah. I won't be able to get all my but I'll get my clothes. >> You was that how long you been here? >> A month and a half. >> You was a residency. say you have a right to your house. Thank you, man. All right. Sorry, guys. >> And with bruises as evidence, the children's testimonies, and the absence of any injuries on her own body, the police decided to arrest the woman on charges of battery, family violence, and to children in the third degree. A fitting end for the extremely toxic one, but a heartbreak for the children when even their birthdays could not bring a little more joy. >> I did what you said. I called the mama. She didn't corroborate anything you said. I talked to the children. They didn't corroborate anything you said. So, this is He's got injuries. You don't. All right. So, you're going to go to jail uh for battery, family violence. All right. And cruelty to children. >> Cruelty. >> Yeah. So, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You got somebody to come watch your son, your neighbor or somebody so your dad can come. >> He's not leave. He's not going to be in my house while I'm not here cuz my name's >> He's been here for a month. So, he's established residency here. >> My dad's calling. Don't leave my kid with him. >> I'm not. That's why I'm trying to get That's why I'm trying to get you to call somebody. >> Um could your neighbor watch until your dad can come like last time? >> I'm calling. I'm not going to place threats, but he better be out in my mother house before I get home. If you want to take me to jail, take me to jail for threats, too. He's not home. >> Put it baby Jesus. >> That is the last they'll his kids will see him. >> Come get me from jail and come get Riker. >> Okay. And come get >> Come get Riker right now. Call Amanda back. That's tight, dude. >> Hold on. I come send somebody to get me from jail and send Come get Riker from Amanda. Let me call Amanda. Is that Amanda that lives next door? >> Bullet County. >> Is that Amanda? >> Am I going to Bullet County? >> Yeah. Is that Amanda? >> Okay. All right. >> Is that Amanda that lives next door? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'll walk over there cuz I remember that you and the baby went over there that one time. He's got multiple. Actually, his head's starting to swell right here. I got >> saw on the side of >> Yeah, I got to get that picture. >> I would tell you to get all your stuff today and get out. I told her that you you've established residency, but she's already making threats. It won't be good if he he's here when I get out of jail. She's not going to get out of jail because it's family violence and she's got to see a judge. So, >> hey, come here, pal. >> I would give you >> I would take the day to move all my stuff. >> Yeah, I'm going to go get a U-Haul and move it. You're going to go over there with them for a little bit, okay? And play. >> Your your grandpa's going to come. >> Okay. Papa's going to come get you in a little bit. You're going to go play with him for a little bit. All right. >> You guys can play while we get ready for Hudson's birthday. >> It's his birthday today. Okay. Sorry you guys had to come out here for this, but >> it's part of the job, brother. >> Thank you, man. >> And in the end, when all the emotions had settled, what remained was an arrest warrant, a child temporarily separated, and a house that had fallen silent. Perhaps even long after everything passed, that woman would still have no idea that was the saddest birthday of those children's childhood. And now two more kids have just been added to the long haunting list of andused victims. Driven by his eternal love for dogs, Willie had no idea he had created a reality oasis that any horror movie would be defeated by. >> Why you got to keep the dog for us? >> Well, you want the dog with all your problems. >> What problem? The dog over here with us. That dog is my family with us now. On February 9th, 2024, an anonymous call reporting severe child neglect rang out like a warning bell about the hell hidden behind the doors of a home in Aluras, Florida. Without hesitation, police rushed to the scene and launched a full-scale investigation. Everyone in the house was questioned. No one was left out, not even the dog. >> I'm coming here trying to let them know that y'all can't stay here because number one, I guess his sister gave him the okay to stay here. They got put out of the project or whatever. Big up for >> I have my own situation, my own little >> Hey, can you let her talk so she can finish real quick? >> I have my own little thing going on, home, work, school, and my kid is in the NICU. So, reason why I haven't been over here to get them out because I haven't had my flight tomorrow from the Nik. So, yesterday I when I got over here, if you guys remember me pulling up, it was initially telling him he had to go because number one, y'all got all this stuff back there. This is where y'all, you know, storing stuff. And then the city is contacting me and my brother's locked up from that. How long has Willie been staying? >> So, they've been here since I want to say November. They haven't paid anything. There's nothing that his sister gave him the okay to stay here without his sister. >> His sister Lena. >> So, why did why does she have permission to do so? >> That's why that's all right. >> Yeah. So, that's what's going on. >> Okay. So, >> I don't see the wife. >> So, what happened? So, what happened with the dog? >> The dog. I had the dog. He said, "Go to bed." So you walked over here to get the dog >> yesterday. So I brought the dog home and then they come over. I want my dog. I got it on video. He said I got paperwork. No, you don't have paperwork on dog. You're nothing but a squatter. >> You're nothing but a squatter. Pick up a pipe to come after me. >> Yes, I do. Can you just talk to one? >> You're from Daytona, right? I am. Oh, I met you at the one time. >> So, what's the problem? You want them out of your house? >> Yes. Oh, camera's on. You got me. I almost said it, girl. I had your back. What's the problem? Why are they here? Make them leave. What do you want me to do? >> Oh, I already told them they had to go. >> Yeah, they still here. I still see them. >> Yeah, I already told them. And but what happened? See, I'm not physical and I have a lot going on. So, >> who owns the house? >> Me and my brother. >> Yeah, they still here. >> That's what I'm saying. >> Did they get mail? >> No, they should be getting mail. That's why I'm like >> I'll make him leave right now. >> Yeah, I already told you. Who's that? That's really brother. other kid. >> I guess it's his girlfriend. See, I >> this white kid right here. Who is that? >> His girlfriend's son. >> Willy's girlfriend son, >> I guess. >> So, you own the house? >> Yeah. >> Perfect. Let's do a walk through. >> They stepped into a dark world where dog feces, urine, rotting floorboards, and cold-hearted cruelty had become the roof over the heads of two innocent children. Tiny souls being suffocated day by day, living aimlessly like shadows, waiting for the day to be freed. And then the paradox slowly revealed itself. The children didn't even have clean water to wash their faces while the dog lived like royalty with ownership papers, freedom to roam, and even warm affection. Turns out in that house, being human was a disadvantage. >> The dog, okay, you built people cuz I know you used to be over here and like that. Okay, that dog right there. See him? I got the papers for that dog. It's like and he still got it. >> Like you kind of said, you guys let dog go back and forth, right? >> But I told him getting the dog back. I got the dog back and he still got the dog again. So if I got a dog, if I'm the co-owner of that dog right now, why he doing with the dog again? >> Do you want him to keep the dog? Because listen, >> I don't want that man right there. He came on my yard talk trashing me, ma'am, and disrespect me in front of them kids. >> Well, can I ask you this? When we get your money financially situated, can we on camera work something out civily while he keeps the dog until we fix this problem? Because if you have papers for the dog, I'll get it back. Willie, this is a problem. She's going to go through DCF. There's no water. She's going to end up >> water got turned off. >> Yeah. She's going to end up losing kids, honey. I need to try to not make that happen. >> I know that, man. >> And I don't want you catching a child neglect charge because of it. She's been warned. I feel like she's bringing you in all the mess. But the children say you're the fiance. >> Yes, ma'am. But at the same time, man, I've been doing so much to try, man. >> You are doing a good job. So, let's fix the dog right now and let's just let him keep this dog. >> Why you got to keep the dog for? Well, you want the dog with all your problems? >> What problem? The dog over here with us. That dog is like family to us now. Come on now. >> Okay. If you're able to financially take care of it, >> we could. >> Okay. Where's the papers for the dog? Do you have the dog? >> I get a check from the government. Huh? >> Watch the bee, honey. Do you um do you have papers that show the dog's yours? >> It's not showing mine. No, I got the papers. I got the papers to the dog. >> If you have no papers showing that it's not yours, if we can't come to an agreement, we'll take the dog. But I need a bigger picture. Will, you got to save this house. >> I'm trying to save it right now. But I'm doing this by myself. >> I see that, honey. It's hard on me. >> She's going to end up making you catch a charge with these kids. That's why I came over. I mean, I'm not >> That's why I'm doing everything. >> Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm pro woman. This is bad, Willie. That is bad. This dog is the least of the problems. You need to let somebody take care of this dog so you can get on your feet. >> It's like this. >> Alex, I'm going to need you to go do a walk through of the house. I'll be right back, Willie. Hang out here. >> You can bear with me with the dog. I'm dealing with bigger stuff right now. the dog and any other possible things that came into play are the least of it. It's the children and these living conditions. So bear with me. >> Thank you. Thank you. Can I >> I'm going to ask one question. Okay. I'm going to need you to lower your horse because you're going to incite Lily and if I have to fight him and they get hurt because if you have problems the kids come home, they'll walk for an hour. >> I got it. >> You're a smart woman. Got it. In fact, DCF had previously issued warnings about child neglect in this home. But those warnings weren't enough to shake off the deeply rooted irresponsibility. This time though, they refused to turn a blind eye. If these people couldn't even manage rent or pay a utility bill, how could they possibly nurture a decent future for their children? >> Uh, sir, she's calling. I need name and data birds of all the children. >> No 1098. Might I speak to you? I'm going to take care of this on the DCF issue because I I really like Willie. I want to do all I can to help him. And I'm saying that because I really don't feel like fighting him because I will. His size means nothing to me. I'll end up on the tree. It don't bother me. I will. I'm not putting up with it. I'm not. I got a lot going on at home. So, I need to take care of this. I'm going to call DCF. Don't do a walk through anymore only because he has an expectation of privacy as a renter. She's telling me she gets mail. I need that mail to be provided with me. This dog is the least of my worries. I'm calling DCF and I'm going to start a report. I just don't want them to know cuz she's going to flip out and I don't want the kids to flip out. So just bear with me. Thank you. >> If DCF comes in and the mother, okay? If you guys are dating and you guys are together, >> I appreciate I just thought maybe you'd be more helpful when I didn't explain it right. Thank you. >> I will take care of him. I promise. It's her and all the I need to deal with right now. This dog and you and this neighbor, I'm not saying I don't care about it. It's back burner for me because there's a pending case. I'mma call them right away. Okay. I just know no about the living conditions of the house because there's no water. So, this has nothing to do with you. >> Can I say one thing? She going to give us She said, "Think about how can we pay to get the water on?" She going to give us a lease. >> That's what I want you to stay and tell DCF. And you tried to pay. >> We trying to just don't talk to her anymore and let me let the lady let you hear that. >> I got that on my camera. Now I need it on a statement. >> The dog was still the topic. while officers had to wrestle their way through the stench, the screaming and a flood of pathetic excuses, doing their best to stay sane like someone working a garbage route. And then, right in the middle of that chaos, a chilling truth came to light. One of the children had a broken neck, and that was the moment they knew. They couldn't wait another minute. >> Hey, be quiet. >> I'll deal with it in a second. So, do you care for this dog? >> Oh, for the last year and a half, I have. >> Oh, and here's where we have a problem. If she's got papers that says the brother's the owner, >> he knows I have the dog. >> They're going to have a three-way call for her, Larry, and brother Mike. >> And when he was in Flaggler, I was going to see him twice a week by phone or over there. >> Okay. Well, your gestures don't go unnoticed. All I care about is who owns it on paper. Her brother, >> her brother, her family, not him. >> And she said I could. >> He said he had paperwork. >> You're making my scene worse. I got it. I got it. >> Keep them with me. Maybe I might give him to her. >> I might. >> I'm past the dog. I just want the dog out of my scene is what I'm saying. >> Thank you. Before I change my mind, >> I don't want to leave her or the children unattended and the cleaning. So that's what I mean. Constant surveillance. What's going on? Like I say, when my brother Go ahead then with her. When my brother got increment or whatever, I stayed in Palm Co. I had a neighbor in October. I had a team lease. So I knew Stan. >> Yeah. >> Do they have a note a lease? >> No, they don't have a lease. I >> They've been here two months. >> They've been here since he just told me cuz I come in when he was doing all this arguing and holding up in the neighbor's face. He was like, "Yeah, I've been here since November." And I'm like, "November?" The sister Michael, my brother's girlfriend, is his sister. She's the one gave her brother the okay with his girlfriend. >> So they're squatters. >> Slaughters. Squatters. I could have addressed two months ago. Now I can't. She says there's an electric bill in her name. >> Listen, I'm You don't see me? I want to call her. No. >> Do you want the dog or you want him to have it? >> I told him he can have it cuz right now >> keep the dog in the house. He's not getting it back. I'll be right back. >> Do we need to do a hotline on this though? >> She's going to call me back and let me know if I need to do that or if she has taken my report on my behalf. >> The reason we did that, Jeff, is because DCF was out with her before with their last case and they told her if she has one more encounter, all the kids are being immediately pulled. So that's why we call. She has pending pending cases. we need to do here is we need a detailed report of what you're seeing and then um I mean there's a show where it's we charged with neglect. >> Absolutely. When you walk through you'll see it. What I don't want to do is charge Willie for it but once DCF comes here they might want it because they're living as a family and he's allowing all of this to go on. >> Are you pretty much arrest or you >> Yes. times two. I'd rather just do one because mom was told from DCF get it together. >> Mom's biological mom or the mother. Willy's he he's only the living boyfriend, right? >> That's what I'm trying to accomplish with him. He's just the boyfriend. So, it's not child neglect, but he's been here the whole time and knows these kids have no food or no water. >> My thing is he's cleaning ownership as them as these are my daughter. This is my dad. >> They call him dad. >> Yeah, they call him dad. >> I don't know if there's a CPT involved, but they need to interview children. >> PCF's on their way. They're >> I think DCF guys can do that. I'd rather have them probably. >> That's why I called you. I had in my head already with everything I have. It's enough for a PC on view for mom, the children, all three to be placed. But the little girl came outside and goes, "I saw you talking to him. Here's my papers. My neck's broken." And it's from that individual right there. >> Oh, the back didn't go. >> Yeah, her neck's clear. She's broken. >> We clearly saw that. You know, I think, you know, I showed her I think it was an intentional act where they tried to to make it look like she was hit so they can't shrink. >> I just want to share my day with you and have you do this walk through because all followup gets done by you so it's just easier if you're here. In the end, DCF couldn't escape suspicion for their delay, allowing children to survive in filth beyond imagination. But justice didn't sleep. The mother and Willie were arrested for child and jailed at the Poke County Jail in full accordance with the spirit of Florida section 827.03. That said, bond information remains a mystery as they await the next steps in a legal process. >> I think it's my murder. I was going to die. Not quite sure what's going on, if you're facing charges or what's going to happen, but I'm going to be as polite as I possibly can. I gave you the cigarette. I'll let you sit in here and finish smoking the cigarette. And then we'll decide what we do from DCF after that. And then we'll probably put Willie in the back to decide, but we're not sure. But unless you're under 18, you get cuffed when you go back in the car. So, we haven't decided yet. No, I'll take care of that. And we watched the video. It does not show him hit the child. We saw the tape. I don't know. Did she tell you or did you see it? Well, I was saying like I wasn't over here on this side cuz I couldn't see you over here. But I mean, give me this. >> Also, before you finish that or before you get >> I know how. >> Just put it down right there and I'll pick it up while you're still cuffed in a few minutes. Don't put it out. I'll give it to you. Turn around. I'm going to give you realies. Okay. >> Check. Go ahead and get in. I'm going to leave that right there so this way I can give you another drag of it when I put some gloves on. >> Sorry. >> I know, but I'll let you have it when we decide what we're doing. She's sitting in here. >> I want you to sit with her. You have to be cuffed when you get in the car. >> I didn't want to get cuffed. >> You're not going to jail. Get over there. >> I didn't want to get cuffed, though. >> Well, that's just how it's going to be because I'm going to let you sit with her and I'm going to give her a cigarette and I'm going to try and um >> as of right now, you are not under arrest. I promise you DCF makes that decision, not me. >> Who's under arrest? >> You, her, anybody. They make that decision. Not me. This is yours. I'm not taking it. I'm just gonna put it on the car with your stuff in case DC has something otherwise. >> Hey, that's my cousin right there. >> Right. And that's what I'm trying to do, Willie, right now. >> I'm saying now I ain't that wrong. >> I agree. >> Go ahead and get in. But what I mean is when I say I agree, I >> don't want to talk to you. >> Call my sister Renee. >> Go ahead and get in. I'm going to come back and talk to you. As of right now, I'm not even going to you cuz you're not under arrest. >> I'll talk to you in a minute. I'm just putting you in here while we finish this investigation. >> Jeff, can you please tell me what's going on here in the DCF says there's no case. DCF said that Michelle called them directly and she never told Michelle not to do an emergency. >> We got to go through the abuse hotline. Is that Did that would that go through? >> Yeah, just she told Michelle not to do that that she was coming here. So then when she got here, she talked to Michelle and told Michelle to do it on the web. So Michelle did it on the web. Now she's saying there's no reported case cuz the web takes for days. So now Michelle is reporting it on the web, but she doesn't know what to do with the children. She's talking to a supervisor. Do they not take children in banel? >> Sure they do. DCF statewide rules take the children is what I'm telling you. >> I don't know. But right now DCF is here. So DCS take sharing with you. She said no, they're not because Michelle didn't do a case. So I had always That's why even if you have a contact lease, if you've got a call, let us >> a copy. She told her not to and told her to do it online. So Michelle did it online. She was doing what she was told. But my >> Can we still get >> Oh, we're already on the phone now doing an emergency while I'm telling them the supervisor. But it shouldn't have to be this hard. I'm begging them to place the children. >> I understand. I I >> What is the norm here so I don't lose my professional? >> Well, I think the norm is always you call hotline first. No matter who you know in DCF, make sure they have reports. >> So, is it 104 to take the two 1015s go to the jail and she can wait with the kids? >> That's as far as I know. Yes. >> Okay. I just want to make sure. >> These children are going to be cared for. >> Okay. Hey, I got some cheeseburgers for the kids and they're going to get some drinks and stuff. So, I'll grab a few nuggets and give them to you. Okay. Are you allergic to nuggets? >> I'm good. >> I'm going to let you talk to them. This is just temper. I told mom that they got to fix this with mom. When mom gets out, everything's going to be okay. >> You've never been? >> Okay. But might be able to get you in a program when you get released. They'll give you a maybe a facility, but you've got to talk to your kids. Their mouth is going to It's making your job a lot. >> I know it's a lot that >> this couple deliberately planted an unerasable scar in their child's memory. They didn't just rob them of a childhood. They paved the way for deep psychological burdens. Especially today when even a small emotional wound can push a child into the dark pit of depression in a cold techdriven world. And of course, every wrongdoing must face its rightful punishment. Because the law isn't just ink on paper, it's the final line of defense protecting the vulnerable from the cruelty of their own flesh and blood. What do you think about this story?
