He's taking off with Jerk in the car. >> OH, MY GOD. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. GET OUT OF THE CAR, MA'AM. >> NO, PLEASE. I HAVE TO GO TO WORK. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING? STOP. >> [screaming] >> IT'S SO SCARY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. >> Face down. Hands behind your back. >> Today's body cam compilation is dedicated to the people who heard the words, "You're going to get tased." and then somehow interpreted it as a negotiation. We've got five of the most spectacular examples of people making the worst possible decisions in real time. Every single one of them had an opportunity to stop and not be tased, yet they chose to fight and lost the argument with around 50,000 volts and proudly made it into today's highlight reel. So, hang out with me and let's watch some truly world-class decision-making together. >> He's taking off with Jerk in the car. >> Oh, my god. >> Hey, everyone. Today, we're taking a look at a prime example of how exactly to take a my bad, officer moment and turn it into a full-blown felony speed run in under 5 minutes. >> An officer catches this car parked in a Walmart parking spot reserved for law enforcement. The car immediately pulls out of the parking spot after noticing the officer and then pulls into a gas station. The officer then initiates a traffic stop. As you watch what happens next, just keep in mind this could have been a simple parking ticket. >> Hey, good afternoon. >> Do you know why I'm stopping you? >> No, I don't. >> Well, hey, somebody called in complaining that you're parked in the law enforcement parking spot. >> Oh. >> They they saw that you might have been acting a little strange. They wanted me to make sure you were doing okay. >> Okay. Yeah, I'm doing good. I just went there to go pick up some brake cleaner for my stepdad, so I apologize for parking in the wrong spot. Here's my ID. >> Okay. Where's your Who's your dad? >> My stepdad's Charles. >> Okay. Okay. Does he live here in town? >> Yeah, I'm getting my car fixed right now, so >> So you're just borrowing this car? >> Yeah, this is my mom's car. >> Okay. Any idea why somebody might call in saying that you're acting a little weird? >> No, I don't. >> Anybody else in your car with you? >> No, there's not. >> I know not right now, but when you were over at Walmart? >> No, there wasn't. >> Hmm. When was the last time you smoked marijuana? >> Uh a long time ago. I I don't smoke anymore. >> When you rolled down the window, I smelled it. >> That's impossible, cuz I don't smoke marijuana at all. My mom doesn't smoke No nobody smokes marijuana. >> I'm still smelling it now, so >> How though? How? >> With my nose. >> I don't I don't smoke marijuana. >> Okay. Well, it's not your car, so maybe it's in here and then somebody else was smoking in here. >> It's not. There's no marijuana in here. I mean, I can call my mom right now and I can ask her. >> You don't need to do that right now. >> call her and I'll tell her I'm pulled over here. >> You don't need >> Okay, so this guy is clearly on something. I don't know if he's drinking, I don't know if he's smoking, I don't know if he's shooting something up, but obviously the police officer smells marijuana and he swears up and down he doesn't smoke. And now he's calling his mommy to ask who might have smoked in the car to hopefully try to get him off the hook. But me thinks he's going to fail. >> You need to call her right now? >> You want to run my my license plate? I'll let them know I'm pulled over and they can come here and just >> No, they don't need to come here. >> to assure that they don't smoke marijuana. >> They don't need to come in here, but I do want you to step out of the car. >> Okay. Mom. >> What? >> I just got pulled over. They said that I was smoking They said that they smelled marijuana in the car. >> You know what? That's a bunch of [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Mom? >> Yeah. >> Just come out over here, okay? >> That car for PD like >> Yeah, this is Harper PD. >> I'm making a complaint. They're not checking my car for [ __ ] I'm coming. I just want to know >> Okay. >> Yeah, I'm not getting out of the car. Okay. It's a legal and lawful order, okay? >> Okay. >> I smell the odor of marijuana. I want you out of the car. >> that he's smelling the odor and he wants me out of the car. >> You got to be kidding me. >> So, I'm going to get arrested because somebody called in said I was Somebody said I was smoking marijuana. >> They didn't say you're getting arrested. >> I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. >> I understand that your mom is not here. You're an adult. You can make a decision. >> [laughter] >> This is a grown ass man. Mom, Mom, what do I do? Mom. And she doesn't sound like she's much better. She's over there on the phone like, uh-uh, no, uh-uh, no, that's [ __ ] I want to know what the real story is. I want to know what the real story is. Obviously, they are smelling marijuana. I don't see why a police officer would make that up in this kind of circumstance. Especially because this guy is clearly acting a little strange. And he was parked in the law enforcement parking spot at Walmart. And what about that 40 and slip that he had? Hmm? Where he's like, I'm getting arrested. And the officer's like, I didn't say I was arresting you. I just asked you to step out of the car. >> [gasps] >> Oh, is he performing a self-fulfilling prophecy right here? Let's find out. >> that I'm giving you is that I smell marijuana coming from the vehicle and I'm going to search the car. I don't want you in the car. >> he's going to search the car. >> Okay. I'm asking you to exit the car. >> I don't know what's going on. >> Is there anything that I can >> the gas station. >> anything that I can say for you that will make you exit the car at this moment? >> I Listen, sir. I was not smoking marijuana. I have done nothing >> 624 calling. >> I don't know. >> No. Put it in park. >> Sir, put it in park. >> PUT IT IN PARK. >> OH, HE PUT THE CAR IN DRIVE. He put the car in drive. He was going to try to leave. See, he was trying to be all slick. Uh-uh, nope, they saw that. Put the car back in park. Put the car back IN PARK, BUDDY. >> STOP. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. GET OUT OF THE CAR, DEREK. GET OUT OF THE CAR, DEREK. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> He's still on THE GAS. >> MOM! MOM! [screaming] >> OH MY GOD. >> GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] GET OUT OF THE CAR. HE'S TAKING OFF WITH DEREK IN THE CAR. >> OH MY GOD. >> GET OUT OF THE >> PUT IT IN PARK RIGHT NOW. >> PUT IT IN PARK RIGHT NOW. GET OUT OF THE >> CAR. >> MOM! MOM! >> GET OUT OF THE DEREK, GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. NOW. YOU need to tase. YOU NEED TO TASE. >> STOP! STOP! >> OKAY. >> PUT IT IN PARK. >> OKAY. >> NO! >> [screaming] >> OKAY. >> GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] CAR. >> I'M GOING TO WET YOU UP. GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] CAR RIGHT NOW. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. SHOOT OUT THE TIRES, OKAY? SHOOT OUT THE TIRES, OKAY? TASE HIM. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. [screaming] GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. >> [screaming] >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HOLY CRAP. >> [laughter] >> THAT ESCALATED SO QUICKLY. He literally took off, his foot pressing on the gas with a police officer in the side seat. Oh my gosh. And the WHOLE TIME SCREAMING, "MOM!" "MOM!" [laughter] And this is a grown ass man. And she obviously on the phone has no idea what's happening. She's just on the phone and she's like, "Let me talk TO THE OFFICER. LET ME TALK TO THE OFFICER." [ __ ] YOUR SON IS GETTING TASED on the ground right now. You wait your turn. >> [screaming] >> Twice over taser deployment. Suspect tried to take off with the keys inside the vehicle. >> [snorts] >> Oh, IN THE HAND. >> HAND BACK NOW. >> OH, IT'S IN HIS HAND. The taser is in his hand. >> IT'S NOT THE GUN. >> YES, did you get any help? >> Is the car in park? >> Yes, it's in park. >> Thank you. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No. >> You good? >> Yeah. >> You? >> Uh >> All right. >> That's [ __ ] >> Don't smoke me. >> Are you hurting anyway? >> Yeah. >> Where are you hurt? I know that you got a taser dart in your hand. Would you like to call an ambulance out for you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Are you hurt? >> [laughter] >> He has to He asks this guy, "Are you hurt?" He's like, "Yeah, I'm hurt. You just tased my ass and threw me ON THE GROUND." >> [laughter] >> LET'S DO IT. >> 620 COUNTY, complaining [snorts] of chest pain. Also taser deployment. >> While the suspect may now be in custody, the chaos is far from over as the suspect's stepdad is now on the way to the scene. >> Sit up. >> Why'd you try and choke me, man? >> Oh, boy. >> [laughter] >> I love this crazy parent shows up in 3 minutes and 54 seconds. Oh, boy. Looks like it's getting getting even better. >> This [ __ ] >> So, that gives you right to try and take off the cop in the car? >> I ain't home smoking. You harassing me for nothing. >> Do you realize you made a big deal over a ticket now to felony charges now? I hope you know that. All right, we're going to stand you up. >> You got a problem? Can I please use this and can you get my drink out the car? >> We're going to stand you up. Lean up against that thing over there, okay? Bring your legs in. >> Can I please get my drink? >> No. >> Can I please get my >> I got an ambulance coming for you, okay? >> get my drink, please? >> You have a seat in the back of the squad car. The ambulance can give you something. >> Sir, can you please get my soda? >> No. please. No. No. Let's go. >> Sir. >> Stop. Dude, you want to get tased again? Do you want to get tased again? >> Why are you doing this? >> Sir, how are you doing this? You're scaring your girl. Straighten your feet. Anywhere else do you hurt? Hand hurt? >> Yeah. >> Well. >> He took off in the car with me in it. Both tased him. He got taser in his probe in his hand. >> Anybody else with him? >> No. >> That's why they stopped him. >> Almost ran his squad car with me in it. >> DJ, I want him to sit on his hands in my car. He's got a probe in there. >> There's one in there and one in his chest. >> Got him. >> I don't smoke weed. >> Oh, what is that? >> Yeah, please give me my weed. >> What is that? He says I don't smoke weed, so what is that? What is that? >> Sir. Holy [ __ ] >> Yeah, I was stuck in your sweatshirt. >> One in YOUR HAND, OKAY? LET'S SEE, DUDE. WHAT'S YOUR HEAD? >> [snorts] >> YEAH. >> LOOK AT ME. WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST NAME AGAIN? >> BRAD. >> What's that? >> Brad. >> Brandon? >> Brad. >> Brad. >> Brad. >> Brad. Hey, Brad. Why are you Why are you shutting your eyes on me? Did you take something? >> I don't feel anything. I don't feel anything. >> What'd you take? >> I'm not hurt, man. >> What'd you take, Brad? >> I'm on heroin, but I'm hurt. >> What was the last >> Heroin? Heroin? No wonder he was insisting he doesn't smoke weed. It's because he's on heroin. >> Last time you used? About a week ago. Do I got to give you some Narcan? >> No, you don't. I'm not hurting from the heroin, man. I'm hurting from the [ __ ] taser, bro. >> Well. >> My My chest is on fire. >> Vials. How much did you use? >> Not a lot at dude. I took like two hits, bro. Not even enough to not be sick for a little bit longer. >> Heroin fentanyl? >> Heroin. I'll be I know, I smoke it. I'll be sick for a little bit longer. >> Smoking some heroin? >> Yeah. You know Hey, man, be honest with me, bro. You don't smell weed. >> I did. >> That's impossible, bro. I literally I haven't smoked marijuana in like >> I don't lie to people about that. >> Okay, but listen, I don't smoke I haven't smoked marijuana in a year and a half. So, I don't know how you smell marijuana. I might look suspicious. I have the music loud. I got a lot of money and I pull it out of the cash register and it out or something, but there's no marijuana, bro. >> Okay. I don't know why I smell it, but I smell it. >> That shouldn't even be a legal problem, bro. Anybody can say that. I can say you're black, so I'm going to search your car. You know what I mean? It's the same thing. >> No, I would never make that assumption. >> If somebody pulled you over and said I smell marijuana, you know damn well you don't smoke weed. >> I wouldn't lie to you about that. >> bro. And I do a little bit of that, bro. >> Hell no. >> I know it's crazy, but I'm going through it, bro. This is the worst [ __ ] addiction I've ever had in my life. I don't know. If anything, this is doing me a favor. I apologize for falling off. I just I'm scared, man. I'm on probation. Thank you. >> Aw, he's on probation. Lacy's apologizing and you know he seems to know that he has a problem and this might be good for him. But damn, man, he >> [sighs] >> What's going to happen when the crazy PARENT GETS HERE? >> JUST STRAIGHTEN THEM OUT FOR ME, BRO. >> WELL, you're missing a lens here. >> Oh, yeah. Would you be able to grab that lens, please? >> I can find it. If we find it. >> It's on the floor somewhere. I'm sorry, man. >> So, what's bothering you right now? >> My chest. >> Okay. Can I Can I Can I >> Would you pop that or can I try? >> Did your chest hurt before you got tased? >> Hell no. When I got tased it started lighting up burning. >> Okay. >> Thank you, man. Thank you. >> What the hell are you guys doing? >> Sir? >> Back up, now. >> That's my car. My stepson. He went there to get stuff for me. What are you guys doing? >> We'll talk to you in A SECOND. >> OH, BOY. Stepdaddy's here, and he brought somebody to film the entire thing. I bet he doesn't know that his son is high on heroin, and tried to flee a scene, and took a police officer with him. Ah, what's going to happen when he finds that out? >> Yeah, that's the stepdad. Take the keys for the car. >> Can you move this car somehow? >> Normally, I would, but you tried choking me, so I don't feel comfortable with that. >> The cleaners in the car. Everything's in the car. I I DID NOTHING. >> I DID NOTHING, he says. I did nothing. I maintain my innocence. >> [laughter] >> Did you eat breakfast or lunch today? >> I ate nothing today. I >> Is it okay if I lift up your shirt and take a picture of the taser where it hit you? No? >> No. >> I want to document it. >> I'll do what you want to do. I want to go home. >> Okay. Understand that you're now under arrest for battery to a law enforcement officer, okay? So, you're going to come with us to the hospital. You're going to get cleared for the jail, and you're going to be bailed tonight, okay? >> Okay. Can I have some water though for the meantime? >> The doctor has to tell me it's okay, because now you're in protective custody for that. >> Okay. >> And then that way, you know, in 10 years from now, when you decide to sue me, you have proof that I >> I won't sue you. I can't sue you. I didn't know what to do, man. >> I told you what to do. >> You know, the car, but then I'm going to jail either way. I got heroin on me. >> The struggle is real for heroin. >> That's all I care about. >> You're being charged with battery to a law enforcement. >> The heroin is not going to go away. >> Right. Right. But, not charging you with attempted homicide. >> Yeah, I guess yeah. I appreciate it. I I panicked and I didn't know what to do. >> Brad was charged with felony possession of narcotic drugs, felony resisting causing bodily harm, felony attempting to disarm a peace officer, and resisting obstructing. The charges of possession of narcotic drugs and attempting to disarm a peace officer were dismissed while he pleaded no contest to the other resisting charges. He was sentenced to a year and a half in prison and 3 years of extended supervision. >> Damn. >> So, we got a year and a half and 3 years of supervision. I mean, I understand he's on probation, he freaked out, but he was clearly operating a vehicle while on heroin, and that police officer was being nice by not, you know, doing the whole endangering the life of an officer thing, attempted homicide, or whatever he could have charged him with. And all of this right here is the difference between a bad choice and a life-altering spiral out of control. But, this all started out with a parking spot. A parking spot. And it ended with tasers, an ambulance, admission of heroin use, and charges that absolutely did not have to happen for parking in the wrong parking spot. Also, a little bit of a PSA, if an officer tells you to step out of the car, the time to debate that is not while the car is moving. That's not standing your ground, it's upgrading your charges in real time. >> You are under arrest. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. [screaming] YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. GET OUT OF THE CAR, MA'AM. >> ALL RIGHT, YOU GUYS, today's body cam video starts with a simple, are you doing okay, ma'am? And it quickly turns into a master class in how to turn a welfare check into felony charges. >> In September 2024, a sergeant with the St. Croix Tribal Police was on his way to respond to an alarm call in Webster, Wisconsin. While driving, he noticed a vehicle pulled over on the shoulder with its hazard lights flashing. It didn't seem urgent at the time, so he continued on to the call. After clearing the alarm without issue, he headed back the same way and saw that the vehicle was still there, flashers still going. Wanting to make sure everything was okay, he decided to stop and take a closer look. That's when he found a 29-year-old woman in the driver's seat slumped over, setting the [music] stage for a situation that quickly escalated beyond a simple welfare check. >> Roll your window down. Roll your window down. Hi, is everything okay? Okay, why are you stopped along the road? >> It's just f- Sh- >> You got a driver's license on you? You don't have a driver's license? Okay, well, hey, wait. Wait. She's taking off on me. >> What was her speed when you first saw her? >> About 45. >> After casually fleeing the traffic stop, she drove a short distance before being pulled over again, where things wouldn't stay calm for long. >> Okay, now it looks like we're stopping, uh, okay, she stopped. What are you >> Do we think that she's on something or do we think that she's just tired? I have to wonder if she's slightly intoxicated. I I don't know though. I don't know though. Maybe she really is just tired. This obviously looks like a highway. Is she just sleepy and she was kind of like in a sleepy delirious state and when the cop approached her, she was like, "Well, I better move on cuz obviously I'm not allowed to sleep here." >> I want to know if she's on something. What do you think? Do you think she's on something? Let's take some votes down in the comments. >> you doing? >> What do you mean? >> 422 >> What What you mean what do I mean? >> I'm just the back road, what? What's up? >> What's up? You took off on me. >> What do you mean took off? >> How much have you had to drink? >> I haven't had anything to drink. What do you mean? Breathalyze me then. >> What kind of drugs are you on? >> What kind of I work overnight. I just had tonight off. I'm just trying to have a break. I'm doing a lot of [ __ ] >> Why did you take off on me? >> I'm not taking off. >> Yeah, you did. Do you have any identification at all? >> Somewhere, just hold on. If you like relax. >> I could smell alcohol on your breath. >> Here's my Here's my >> No, I want to see your driver's license. >> Can you not blind me? Like how the [ __ ] am I supposed to see? >> Attitude better change. >> It's my head. >> Right now you're on your way to jail. Roll the window down. You took off on me. >> I didn't take off. You're being very very over exaggerated. >> Really? I've got it all on camera. >> That's fine. What am I supposed to say? Blind me more and I can see more? >> Give me your driver's license. >> Can you back up? You're literally in my >> about to take you out and put you in handcuffs. >> For what? You're blinding me. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> How am I going to see if you can't You literally can't see. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> I can't see. Look. >> She then decided to call 911 screaming at dispatch about the situation. >> [music] >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. You're going to be tased. >> One second. >> Get out of the car. You're going TO BE TASED. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR, MA'AM. GET OUT OF THE CAR. Get out of the car. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. Get out of the car. You are under arrest, ma'am. Get out of the car. Then get out of the car. Send me back up. Get out of the car, ma'am. >> I'm trying to take CARE OF MY DAD. MY DAD is >> Ma'am, get out of the car. >> I'M TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF MY DAD. MY DAD IS >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> FOR WHAT? [screaming] >> DISORDERLY CONDUCT and you KICKED ME. >> I'M TRYING TO GET OUT OF MY CAR. Help me. I can't [ __ ] >> I'm telling you to get out of the car. >> HELP ME. WHY? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. [screaming] GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> I'M ASKING WHY. >> YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. Get off your phone. >> Can you talk to me, please? He's saying that >> Get off your phone. >> He's saying it's disorderly conduct. >> And assault. >> I leaned in my car and I pushed him with my foot. >> Get out of THE CAR. >> HE'S YELLING AT ME. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR, MA'AM. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE >> OH MY GOD. WHAT THE [ __ ] WHY IS HE GRABBING [screaming] ME? THERE'S NO REASON FOR THIS. >> I WILL >> OH MY GOD. >> [laughter] >> She There's no way that she's not on something, that she's not drunk in some way, she's not on some pills. There's She cannot be this way. To think you could You can't shove a police officer. You can't kick a police officer. JUST EXIT THE DAMN VEHICLE. That's all she needs to do. She is freaking out. She says she's on the phone with 911 SAYING, "I DON'T KNOW WHO he is and he's trying to He's trying to take me." Oh my god. I just This is wild. It's something so simple and she's screaming. It's almost like she's super paranoid and she can't tell that this is a police officer. Like what kind of person in their right mind would call 911 on a police officer? For real. >> I'm going to warn you one more time. Get out of the car. Get out of the car or YOU GET TASED. >> I'M JUST TRYING TO RELAX. MY DAD'S >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR, MA'AM. >> I'M THE ONLY PERSON THAT'S HERE FOR ME. I AM THE ONLY PERSON ON THIS EARTH FOR ME. >> CAR, MA'AM. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. I TOLD YOU. >> [screaming] >> I told you. >> Can you just Get out of the car. You're under arrest. Talk is too late. The talking is over. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. >> [laughter] >> Yes, you have. Get out of the car. Get out of the car, ma'am. Get [laughter] out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. I will explain to you. Get out of the car. That's right. Every time I reach in to try and take you into custody, you fight me. That's right. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. YOU [screaming] ARE UNDER ARREST. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST, MA'AM. GET OUT of the car, ma'am. Get out of the car. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. NO. NO, NO, THERE IS NO one second. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Out of the car. Right now. Out of the car. >> This second officer, I'm playing around. This second officer is like, all right, you've been bullshitting with him enough. Get out of the [ __ ] car. And he just straight up like grabs her arm and starts pulling. I mean, at this point, that's kind of what you have to do. She's not complying with words, so that obviously means that she needs physical persuasion. >> Out of the car. Out of the car. Out of the car. Get out of the car, ma'am. Out >> [laughter] >> of the car. I'm going to tase her. I'M GOING TO TASE HER. GET OUT OF THE CAR. I'M GOING to tase HER. GET OUT. GET OUT OF THE CAR. OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. OUT OF THE CAR. NOW. GET OUT OF THE CAR, MA'AM. OUT OF THE CAR. NOW. OUT OF THE CAR. Get out of the car. OUT OF THE CAR. OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT GUYS, I'M GOING TO TASER. I'M GOING TO TASER. >> [snorts] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. Get out of the car. Get out of the car you're going to GET IT AGAIN. >> [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> SHE WAS SO completely unfazed by that taser it looked like. He tased her and she just kind of sat there for a minute and then she starts screaming again and he's like you're going to get it again. Why didn't it phase her? Is she drunk or something? Is she on something so she can't really feel much pain? What is happening right now? Why doesn't she just get out of the damn car? >> THEN DO IT. THEN DO IT, MA'AM. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE car you're going to get tased again. Get out of the car, ma'am. Get out OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> [screaming] >> SHE'S WEARING A THONG? EW. >> Down on the ground. ON THE GROUND. >> [screaming] >> YOU GOT YOURS. >> [laughter] >> LET'S GET HER IN MY CAR. LET'S GO. >> [laughter] >> Have a seat in the car, ma'am. >> [laughter] >> Go inside and feed her. Slide in. I've told you numerous times. Get in the car. Get in the car, ma'am. Okay. Okay, get in the car. Put your legs in the car. [laughter] You're under arrest for resisting. Well, she's battery two to a police officer. She kicked me. Hold. She was sitting along the road. I knocked at the window and I said, "Okay, show your driver's license." No. Then all of a sudden she took off on me. It's like, "Okay." It looks like a one-hitter right there. In plain view. And it reeks like weed. And it reeks like weed. I could smell odor of intoxicant. Oh, she did. Okay, well, good. We got that on 911, too. Well, I'm going to get her down there and start booking. If you guys want to take a look in the car, but I want to get her down there as quick as I can. Thank you. >> So, she was high and drunk. She was both. We all win. >> All righty. Well, right now we're going to jail. We're going right now. I have no idea. I don't know. Well, it was going okay. Okay, go ahead and step out. >> Due to her behavior, jail staff decided it was best to immediately place her in a holding cell. >> [panting] >> Okay, go on over here by yourself. Okay. >> So, I don't think she's being dramatic right here. I bet she really did hurt her arm. Did you see the the one police officer really did grab her arm and was like pinning it and bending it the opposite direction on the outside of the car so that he could try to force her out. I bet her arm really does hurt. But, it's her own damn fault. They had to use force to pull her from the vehicle. Not only did they have to use force to pull her from the vehicle, but they also had to taze her ass as well. And strangely enough, the tazing didn't really seem to do much. >> She was a fighter. She she was a fighter, wasn't I mean, we couldn't get her out of the >> She wasn't doing She wasn't giving a complaint pain complaints. >> But, she just she's along shoulder of the road and I saw her there when I went to go answer the alarm. >> you had. So, then I come back again and still there. >> As a result, the 29-year-old woman was charged with felony battery threat to an officer, vehicle fleeing eluding an officer, failure to comply, misdemeanor resisting obstructing an officer, resisting failing to stop, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was eventually released on a $500 cash bond. Five months later, she pleaded guilty to resisting failing to stop. All the remaining charges were dismissed but read in. Ultimately, she was sentenced to pay $500 in fines, [music] fees, and court costs. >> Really? So, that kind of blows my mind. All of that and she didn't have to serve any time other than, you know, probably the one night she was in a in a in a jail cell and then she bonded out and then she only had to pay like $500 in fines for all of that. For all of that. She literally kicked a police officer. She had to have extra officers come drag her ass out of the car. They had to deploy a taser and zap her ass twice. And she got away with just pleading guilty and then just had to pay $500 in fines. Really? Really? Did I understand that right? If I completely misunderstood, let me know down in the comments, but I'm pretty sure that that was the only, you know, punishment for her, which I personally find a little odd. I feel like it should have been more than that. I don't know. I might just be a little bit harsh though. I mean, come on, she was driving intoxicated for God's sakes. So, the moral of the story is, if an officer tells you to get out of the car, get out of the car, save yourself 500 bucks. That just That is the wildest thing to me. After all of that, she pleads guilty to one of the multiple counts, the rest are dropped, and then she pays 500 bucks. That just It It blows my mind. I I just can't. I like that just seems It seems silly to me. It almost feels like what the hell was the point? And if she's got the money to pay her $500 fine, what's to stop her from doing something like this again? You get what I mean? >> THERE'S NO ONE INSIDE. PLEASE LET ME GO HOME. PLEASE, I HAVE TO GO TO WORK. >> IT STARTED WITH A 911 call that should have never been made. A boyfriend who gets tased and a situation that spirals so fast, it's hard to believe that it's real. >> On March 19th, 2023 in Marshfield, Wisconsin, a distressing 911 call was received from a female urgently requesting an officer's assistance but refusing to provide further information. The call was accompanied by the sounds of a male shouting in the background. In response, officers were promptly dispatched to the location traced through the ping of the female's cell phone. >> I think it's in here. >> What's up? POLICE DEPARTMENT. POLICE DEPARTMENT, OPEN THE DOOR. Police department, open the door. >> Hello. >> Hey, this is officer Clark from the Maypearl Police Department calling you. >> Okay. >> What's going Well, we got a call from this number stating Okay, what uh what apartment are you guys in? Well, we're trying to we just want to make sure everything's okay, all right? So, we just got to check on everyone. Okay. Well, how would you know we're knocking on the door? >> We're not leaving, come to the door. Open the door. >> Oh. >> What's going on? >> I have to go to work. No, I have to go to work. >> Okay. >> I'm not willing to be late for work. >> Already. >> [laughter] >> Did she not sound exactly like she did in the fender bender video? I have to go to work. I have an order in the car. I have to go to work. I have to leave. You called 911, [ __ ] You called 911. And I do just want to add this in here. It it really has nothing to do with the video, but I really really appreciate how it is standard protocol for the police to not leave once they've been summoned, even if someone is shouting through the door, "Oh, I didn't mean to call. It's fine." No, they're like, "No, we're not leaving until you come to the door." I just I personally really appreciate that because I just know that there are so many like domestic situations or coercions that happen with people. And if, you know, it just took yelling through the door for the police to just leave and consider it a false alarm, that um there there would be a lot more bad situations out there than than there are already. So, I personally appreciate the fact that police officers refuse to leave. But that all being said, I'll bet that um they wish that they would have just left. >> [laughter] >> Cuz now they have to deal with her. >> What do you have to nothing? >> Okay. >> Nothing. I have to go to work. I don't even know why you guys are here. It'll I mean, please. You're making me feel I want the chief of police here. >> Okay. >> Whoever the supervisor is, I want here. >> Okay, he's coming. >> Okay, I have to go to work. I don't have time for this, sir. I have to go to work. >> So, you called us? >> No, I didn't. I don't know who called you. I didn't call you. >> phone number? Start with that. >> 603-85 I'm from I'm from New Hampshire. Well, from Massachusetts originally. >> Okay, so who's it? >> 867-5309. >> [laughter] >> I need more coffee. >> You have a phone number with you? >> Me? >> Okay, who else? >> Me? >> Is there someone else? >> I have to get ready, sir. >> Okay. >> I have to go to work. >> We got a >> I have to go to work. >> We got a call. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Oh. >> Okay. So, that's the number that called 911. >> have I actually have two different numbers on my >> That's the number that called 911. >> Yeah, right. It was. >> They needed some help. >> Okay, I I'm >> I have to go to work, y'all. I have to go to work. I have to go TO WORK. I HAVE TO GO TO WORK. I'M NOT TALKING to you. I'm not speaking to you. I have to go to work. >> Who else is inside? Okay. >> I have to go to work. You guys are going to cause me to lose my job. Please, let me go to work. THERE'S NO ONE INSIDE. PLEASE, LET ME GO HOME. PLEASE, I HAVE TO GO TO WORK. I HAVE TO GO TO WORK, SIR. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING? >> OH MY GOD, STOP. >> GET THE [ __ ] AWAY FROM HER. >> OH MY GOD. >> GET OVER HERE. GET THE [ __ ] AWAY FROM HER. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> OH MY GOD. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> WHY IN THE WORLD DID he do that? WHY DID HE JUST like fling the door open and come charging? Oh my god, that was such a bad choice. He could have Oh man, did you see how quick those officers draw? Oh my, I can't. >> [laughter] >> So, in case you guys can't tell, I come into all of these body cams blind. I do. All of them I come in blind. I um >> [laughter] >> I try to have blind reactions. I film my intros and outros after the fact, all that jazz, because I don't want to know what's coming. I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING. THAT GUY JUST FLUNG He just flung the door open. >> [laughter] >> WHAT AN IDIOT. OKAY, HE DID NOT GET LUCKY. >> [laughter] >> THEY SHOT THE TASER right in his FREAKING BALL SACK. >> [laughter] >> HE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN COMING IN HOT WHEN HE OPENED UP THAT DOOR. >> [laughter] >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I THOUGHT YOU GUYS WERE GOING to hurt me. Why? I didn't do anything. >> Officer! >> STOP YELLING. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. YOU JUST TASED MY BALLS FOR NO REASON. >> YOU NEED TO YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN. YOU'RE GOING OUTSIDE. >> CAN'T BREATHE. NO. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GO OUTSIDE. >> I CAN'T I CAN'T GO. >> LET'S GO OUTSIDE. YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO WARM SIDE. >> OW. >> YOU'RE GOING to listen to what I say. >> god. I can't believe I can't believe this. >> I got to adjust this cuff, too, before we go. >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. >> I just It tightened up when she was pulling on it. >> Hold on one second. >> I'm going to lose my apartment. >> No, YOU ARE YOU ARE YELLING. >> [ __ ] YOU! [ __ ] YOU! [screaming] >> BRENDAN, YOUR FIRST NAME, RIGHT? >> YES. >> BRENDAN, all we had to do was talk about that, right? >> Okay. >> That's all we wanted to do when we came here. Can we sit Can we sit you up? >> Can you take the taser out of my leg, please? >> We want to sit you up, though, so you're not laying on it, okay? >> Guys, I didn't do anything wrong, but >> You came out hands up at us, man. You can't be doing that. >> I didn't leave my apartment. I did not leave my apartment. You can't come out trying to fight us. He just lost his job. He just lost his job. I can't afford to lose my job. Please help me. Please. Please. Guys, please. Please. I'm going to lose my job. Can I have a seat in here? I'm going to lose my job. Please don't Please, I'm not going to run. Why would you guys think that I wasn't running? >> Okay, listen. You called 911. Just listen, all right? All right? You >> I called 911 because he was because he was being a douchebag. I was just trying to threaten him with the [ __ ] cops. >> Okay, that's inappropriate first of all, right? >> that, but I wasn't He wasn't doing anything. I wasn't doing anything. >> Okay, you you got every police officer over here because we thought someone was being A, murdered, B, beat up and >> No, I'm fine. You guys did all of this. He thought that you were hurting me. Of course he came out here to help me. He thought you guys were hurting me. >> Okay. >> Why would he think that the cops were in the hallway hurting you? Because, I don't know, maybe you were screaming like a banshee. You were yelling unnecessarily like you were being attacked when nobody was touching you. Jay, I wonder why your boyfriend thought you were being attacked by police. And why would the immediate suspicion be that the police are attacking her? She called them. >> YOU JUST TASED HIM. >> YEAH. >> HE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING. >> OKAY. SHE CAN GO IN THE CAR. >> NO. OH, PLEASE. I got to >> Put your legs inside the Put your legs inside. >> I'm trying to talk to you like a normal person. >> Put your legs inside the vehicle. >> Please talk to me. >> No, put your legs inside the vehicle right now. >> Can you please talk to me? >> No, put your legs inside. >> PUT THE WINDOW DOWN? >> We can roll the window down. >> Can I please be in the know? I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING. GUYS, PLEASE. I have I have to work. I have I'm under arrest? >> Yep, you're under arrest for obstructing an officer first of all, >> I'm under arrest? I'm going to jail? >> No, you're not going to jail. You're under arrest right now. >> I I have to work at noon, guys. I can't afford to lose my job. >> I'm sorry. You shouldn't have called 911 and >> I didn't do anything, sir. >> Yes, you did. >> So, I'm going to I'm going to lose my work at noon. Please. >> Put your leg in the car. Put your leg in the car. Put your LEG IN THE CAR OR YOU'LL GO TO JAIL. PUT YOUR LEG IN THE CAR. >> [screaming] >> NO, YOU'RE GOING TO >> ALL RIGHT, NO. MY HANDS ARE >> NO, I'M GOING >> MY HANDS ARE >> PUT YOUR >> PLEASE, CAN you put the window down a little bit, please? >> Put your leg in the CAR. PUT YOUR LEG IN THE >> PUT YOUR LEG IN THE CAR. >> PLEASE, JUST A little bit. >> That was weird. >> How you doing, Officer Bird? >> I'm okay. >> I'm going to I'm going to take care of you here, buddy. >> I I hope there's not going to be anything stupid from this. Nobody's Nobody's hurt. I don't feel like I don't I'm not going to make paperwork out of it. So. You can use needle nose. I have needle nose in the cabinet. >> I'm okay. >> Please, put the window down. >> I'll put the window down a little bit. Stop yelling. >> Can I talk to you? I need to know what's going on, please, sir. >> Okay, you're being arrested for one, disorderly conduct. Two, resisting an officer. >> resisting, sir. I have to go to work at noon, please. >> That is resisting an officer. >> Sir, I have to go to work at noon. >> And three, for obstructing an officer by filing a false police report, which caused us >> Hey, what? I called the police cuz he was yelling. >> Okay. You You told me that you just made that up. >> No, I told >> Yeah, he's being a douchebag. YEAH, THAT'S >> SIR, I can't afford to lose my job. >> I'm sorry about that. >> So, do I have to go down to the police station? >> You're going to come down to the station right now, yeah. >> Can please can you bring me back now? I'm trying to be back before work, please. >> No. >> So, is she going to be held? >> We don't know yet. >> You just screamed in my face. >> I'm sorry. I have a baby I have to take care of. >> Where's your baby right now? >> In there. >> In there? >> Yes, sir. I have to go to work. >> Okay. >> Please, I have to go to work. Please. >> So, who's going to watch the baby? >> I will I'll call out. I'll call out. I just have to get my baby. Please, DON'T TAKE HIM AWAY FROM ME. >> All right. We're not going to take your baby, but we got to find somebody for him right now. We have to go through what just happened right here, and we're going to go do that at the police department. >> Okay, well, can we go now? I have to work. [crying] >> Do you want to call him and just let him know you're going to be late? >> I can't. I'm the one that opens. >> Well, I'm sorry, but that's not going to happen right at this exact moment, so. >> Okay, well, yeah, can I please call them? I have everything in my phone. >> Okay. Well, what >> Oh my god. The The saddest part of this whole thing is yes, we're laughing cuz she's in hysterics. Yes, we're laughing because the boyfriend got tased for a stupid-ass reason. But, the saddest part of this entire thing is that there is a child involved. She is a mother. She's a mother. Can you imagine how, like, she parents this child with her getting hysterical every time there is a moment of stress that has arisen? Oh, and according to the timestamp on the body cam, it is currently 10:55 in the morning, which means she has exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes to get through all of this and get to work on time, which I don't think is going to happen. Let's see. Let's see if she actually calls in or if she makes it out in time to go to work. >> I didn't do anything besides cook bacon and sausages for us. >> What part of cooking has you stepping through a door with your fists raised at police? >> We have to work through what happened and make sure that nothing else happened, all right? And we're not going to rush this because you're on a time schedule. >> Sir, please, nothing happened. He was yelling, and I called the cops, and that is it. >> Okay. You were screaming that that >> You guys just look for any little >> We need to get there. >> reason to arrest me. I don't get it. I don't even know who you are. I DON'T I'M NOT TELLING YOU. >> OKAY, WELL, THEN that's another reason we're not going to let you go, then. >> She said that her boyfriend was being a douchebag, and that she wanted him to get scared. >> Yep. That's basically what he said. >> Obstructing, DISORDERLY >> OH. >> [laughter] >> I'D SAY HE'S PLENTY SCARED. OKAY. ALL RIGHT. Here we go. Here we go. >> And resisting in my opinion. >> Yeah. >> So, when she started screaming like she is being right now, he came to the door like we were hurting. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Like we were hurting her. >> felt ready to go. >> Does he need to go to jail over this? >> He's >> There's a baby in the room in there? >> Yep. There's a stroller in the uh >> Okay. So, so if he's rational and capable, let's leave him there based on the circumstances. >> Okay. Are you going to stay calm? >> Yes. I promise. >> Okay. I need you I need you to stay calm and cooperative at this point. >> Okay. So, this is the part that I don't understand. Um again, I am not in law enforcement. This is me as a I would consider myself pretty strong in common sense. Why would she get hauled off to jail or to the station to be questioned, but he's the one that gets tased because he aggressively opens the door with his fists up to police officers, and he's the one that gets to stay with the baby? Especially because the reason why the police were called was because she was calling the police on him for quote being a douchebag, which I don't know if douchebag means just he was talking to her a little funny or if he was yelling at her or if he was threatening her. And you know, she felt the need to call the police, and yes, she said and he said that she just wanted to call the police to scare him, but she called the police on him. He aggressively opens the door to the cops with his fist. He gets tased, and he's the one that gets to stay home with the baby? It seems a little ass backwards to me. I'm just being real. Let me know what you think down in the comments. That to me seems backward. I I understand that she is getting put in the the police car and handcuffs because she was being erratic and and resisting and all of this stuff, but I say that they either both go or he would go and she would stay. I don't know. I don't know. Let me Let me know what you think. That's That is what my common sense tells me though. >> I have to go to work. >> Okay, what is your name? >> I have to go to work. >> I'm asking you what your name is. >> Why? >> So I can address you. >> Shakira. >> Okay, is that your name? >> Shakira. You can call me Shakira. >> Shakira what? >> Shakira Flabbergasted. >> Shakira Flabbergasted. >> [laughter] >> Uh if it was me, if I wanted to be sassy, I'd probably say that my name is uh Princess Consuela Banana Hammock. >> Princess Consuela Banana Hammock. >> Okay. Do you have any mental illnesses that I need to be concerned about? >> Just bring me to the [ __ ] police station. >> Okay. >> Can someone let me call my work, please? >> Not Not at this time. >> I cannot lose my job, please. Please. Can I please call my work? >> Not at this time. I told you that. Because you're under arrest. >> Sir, can you call them for me? All you have to do is go in my phone. >> I don't have your phone with you. >> And I have And I wasn't lying earlier. I have two different numbers on one phone. I have an I have an e-sim card and a regular sim card. I was not lying to you guys. I'm going to lose my job. >> I don't know what to tell you. >> Sir, please just tell me. >> No, your actions are way inappropriate and your neighbors don't have to put up with this. >> Sir, I just wanted to make sure I don't lose my job. >> I don't know what to tell you. I will call them. >> Why were you chasing me? I wasn't doing anything wrong. You guys are so [ __ ] trigger happy. It's [ __ ] I I I don't deserve to get shot. >> Okay. >> I can taste my [ __ ] husband. I'm going to >> Okay, now she can go to the Now she can go to jail for saying that. Just saying. Just Just saying. You don't say that kind of stuff to police officers that are literally there to try to help you and keep you safe because you are the one that called on them. Again, I still think that he should at least get taken in. I understand it complicates things having a baby, but when she obviously admits to calling 911 on him, it could have been for any number of reasons. You know, her being afraid of him is kind of backed up by the fact that he threw the door open in such a way with his fist up. YOU'RE GOING TO LEAVE him with a baby? I just Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Who is that? There's [ __ ] six of you. You guys could HAVE BUM RUSHED HIM, YOU [ __ ] LOSER. >> [screaming] >> BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL. >> FOR WHAT? >> BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL. >> For what? >> Bring me to the hospital. I want to kill myself and I feel like I want to kill myself. Bring me to the hospital. >> Okay. You need an order. >> Bring me TO THE HOSPITAL. I WANT TO KILL MYSELF. I'M HAVING THOUGHTS OF SUICIDE. BRING me to the hospital. BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL. I'm having thoughts of suicide. I want to kill myself. I'D LIKE TO TALK to an officer. >> Okay. What would you like to talk about? >> I would like to go to the hospital. I'm feeling >> We're not going to take you to the hospital because you're going to go to jail, so. >> Really? >> Yep. >> Wait, what is he doing then? >> We're still working through that, but >> Wait, why am I going to jail? >> I told you that earlier. >> Can I just get bailed out? >> No. >> Wait, I'm going to jail for real? Wait, why? I'm going to sleep in a prison? So, why am I getting arrested? >> For disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer. >> He's not getting arrested? >> Huh? Uh We may arrest him, too, yeah, but >> about my baby? >> We'll take care of the baby. >> Oh my god, you're going to take my baby? >> I'm not going to take your baby. We need >> You guys aren't going to get my baby? >> We Did I say that? No, I did not say that at all. >> Why can't I just get bailed out? >> Because in in >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Please, sir. Please, no. >> please. >> I'll be 10-95 to the PD beginning of 74990. 74990. I don't have a name for you right now. >> all of my babies. Is he getting arrested? >> Uh-uh. >> Sir, why am I getting arrested? >> Because you created a giant disturbance here. >> I didn't do anything. I didn't know that I was resisting. I was just trying to see if he was okay. Sir, please don't do this. I will swear to god, I will I will stop from here on out, guys, please. I I Please. >> No part of your actions >> Sir, I I'm trying to talk to you like a normal >> to talk to you like a normal person right now, sir, please. >> Okay. But, you have not identified yourself yet, either. >> My birthday is 10 My social security number is Please, sir, don't arrest me, please. Sir, I guess I'm already arrested. >> You are arrested, yes. >> I only called because I was trying to scare him into not yelling at me anymore. I was wrong. That was wrong. I was wrong. That was illegal. >> Did your mother ever teach you that you should never call 911 unless it's a real emergency? The police are not there to perform for you and tap dance and put your boyfriend in a real-life scared straight situation. She falsely called, so I guess maybe that's why she's getting brought in. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> I don't know why I'm the one getting arrested. >> Because of your behaviors after it. >> Sir, please don't arrest me. >> You are arrested right now. >> Okay, well, please don't let me stay over the night. I promise my actions will change. >> I I'm not seeing a significant change in your behavior, >> Okay, I'm sorry. I'll stop. I'm sorry. >> Just take a couple breaths. We'll talk. Hey, just take it. >> I know. I know what I'm >> You're You're not listening. Take a couple breaths, and we'll talk when we're at the PD. Just breathe for a couple minutes. That's all I'm asking you to do. >> I don't know what >> Okay, we're going to step out of the car. We're going to go in my booking area, and you can have a seat. All right. >> Officer, I got so much please. I know it was 11 choice but guys, I didn't know that I was assisting the arrest. >> Okay. >> Oh boy. Oh boy. >> [laughter] >> So, I do not appreciate the fact that that body cam just ends abruptly and we don't hear anything more about the boyfriend. I'm guessing that she just got hauled in and she probably was let go. I I just that that's that's kind of what what I assume happened because she falsely called 911 for for no reason. She thought that she was using them to scare her boyfriend straight or whatever. She ended up getting hysterical. He got tased. Just oh my god, that escalated quickly. So, what all did we learn today? We learned that emergency services are not there for scare tactics. They're not a manipulation tool. They are definitely not a relationship referee. And once you open that door, you don't control what WALKS IN. >> STOP! [screaming] >> SO, IF YOU'VE EVER WONDERED HOW FAST a quick steal can turn into a life-altering mistake, this right here is a master class on exactly what not to do. >> A female officer rushes to Walmart after a shoplifter tried to push out an entire car full of items. As you'll soon learn, this is one of the largest total amounts of a Walmart cart push out attempt and in the process she was stopped by Walmart loss prevention and held in the security room. As you'll soon see, what starts out as a simple encounter will be anything but that. >> She tried to push out. We're getting the trainer to see her right now. >> Okay. >> There's a big lady. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> I don't have an ID. I do not have an ID. >> What's your first name? >> [music] >> K A L L I E >> K A L L I E >> Yes. C I E What's your date of birth? >> 1/31/1992 >> Okay, I got a name date of birth for you. It is First name is Callie. Last name I'll just spell it for you. Charlie India Foxtrot 1/31/1992 White female Do you know how much the total is? >> Not yet. How much more is there? >> Shortly loss prevention will provide a total which will immediately change the climate of the room. >> You don't watch these all the time? >> No. >> You don't watch these all the time? >> Watch what? >> These. >> Sometimes. You see that? >> See that one lady has not scanned one thing and put a bunch IN HER BAG. >> OH, [screaming] this police officer just called out loss prevention. This police officer is like, "Do you guys ever watch this?" Because uh that woman has not scanned one thing. Oh man, what what did they think that they already met their quota for the day? That they already busted this one chick so now they don't have to do their job anymore? They just got called out. That is freaking hilarious. >> The one in the red right there. >> Oh yeah, she's um she's doing spark. >> Okay. >> [laughter] >> Okay, or not. OR NOT. OR NOT. SHE'S JUST DOING SPARK, YEAH. Or she could be checking out using the app self check out the whole Walmart plus thing. But still, but still. This police officer is on it. She's like watching. She's like, "You guys don't see this woman in red? Like just bagging [ __ ] up and not scanning anything?" I don't know. You can't see it. But I mean, good on her for paying attention just in case they weren't. >> It would have told me too. >> Cuz like in reality they could just grab whatever they want and load up. >> Does he know if it's over 750? >> Is it over 750? 1,300 >> Okay. Okay. Go ahead and stand up. You're going with me. I want charges pressed and it's over $750, which makes it a felony. >> Yeah, two tickets. >> Ma'am, stand up. Come on. I'm sorry. Well, you're going to have to. Do not fight me. I will taze you if you do not stop. Turn around. Woman. >> [laughter] >> Would you like me tazed? Get up and turn around. Then turn around. >> [screaming] >> Turn around. >> [screaming] >> STOP. >> [screaming] >> SO, LIKE YOU'RE DOING THIS TO YOURSELF. >> [laughter] [laughter] >> WHY ARE YOU CRYING? >> [screaming] >> WOULD YOU LIKE TO TALK TO ME? SETTLE DOWN. >> [laughter] >> YOU CAN'T settle down? >> [laughter] >> Calm down. >> Wow, this chick is really dramatic and this police officer is like, "Calm down. Calm down." And you know what? I'm like listening to her screaming, "I can't. I can't. I can't." Does anybody else think she looks a lot like Gypsy Rose Blanchard before she got her new teeth? Like she looks exactly like freaking Gypsy Rose Blanchard to me. "I can't. I can't." Oh my god. Yeah, obviously you knew this was coming. What did you think that they were going to apprehend you for shoplifting and you were just going to sit there and then go home? SHE'S ACTING LIKE SHE'S SURPRISED THAT SHE'S been asked to turn around so they could put her in handcuffs and take HER ASS TO JAIL. She's so dramatic. She's going to end up getting tased if she doesn't start complying which I'm not going to lie, I would not hate seeing that. >> You realize this is not beyond This is beyond me now. >> [laughter] >> 5397 >> [laughter] >> I need another unit. 57, I have a female fighting. >> [laughter] >> You're not moving. >> You want me to DO IT? >> [laughter] >> NO, I WANT YOU TO SIT DOWN. >> I won't take you. >> SIT DOWN. >> STOP. >> I'M IN WALMART. >> They're just standing there like, "What the [ __ ] are we supposed to do? Just watch?" I mean, yeah, this crazy [ __ ] is getting tased and everything else and she's still fighting. >> I'VE TASED HER TWICE. >> [screaming] >> GIVE ME THE CUFFS. >> THEY'RE OVER THERE. I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THE STORE. >> STOP. >> SETTLE DOWN. >> STOP. >> WHERE ARE YOUR CUFFS? >> COME ON. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> I WILL TAZE YOU IF YOU DON'T PUT your hand behind your back. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. LOOK, YOU'RE GOING TO GET TAZED AGAIN. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. I WILL TAZE YOU AGAIN. SHE ACTS LIKE SHE HAS SEIZURES. SHE HASN'T once had a seizure this whole time. I don't know what's in her purse. >> 271 reference whiskey foxtrot >> Tased her three times. Tased her three times. >> Tased her done three times. Y'all want me to run that video for you of all that? >> Three copies, please. >> Um Officer Miller here. >> I'm speechless. I Holy [ __ ] what did we just watch? She's squirrely as hell. Did you see him come in and just like freaking take her ass down to the ground and she was still fighting. Oh my god, she must be so strong cuz that he does not look weak. He looked like he was giving it all he got and she was still managing to not put her arm behind her back. And then she got TASED A THIRD TIME. Holy [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] I don't ever just like to sit here and watch like obviously I want to do commentary, that's the point of these videos, but all I want to do is watch. LIKE OH MY GOD, WHAT IS happening right now? >> She's breathing. >> Fiery little thing. >> I spider a good bit before you came in. Can I get my radio go out? >> I was right there. At the red light. >> She had those. She threw them. >> Stop. >> It's crazy she's how she has it. >> Physical right guy, buddy. Thank you. >> Here's my lady. >> Ooh, I'm going to need a drink after this one. >> I was trying to avoid the computers. >> [laughter] >> I will say this, it never happened. So >> Oh, she was fine until I told her she was going with me cuz it's 1,300. >> Ooh. >> Yeah. >> Y'all do want to press charges, right? >> Yes. >> Yeah, that's that's what the That's why I read that, too. >> Where am I? >> You're not getting up. >> You're not going nowhere. >> Do not do it again. >> What? >> Well, it's it's all done and over with. >> It's all on camera. >> What is? >> We got EMS coming to check you out, then you're going to jail. >> And I will see Donnie at the hospital, so you ain't going home tonight. >> Just rest your head right there on my boot. I'm going to let you know don't do nothing stupid. Just relax. >> I'm laying here. >> Walmart. Uh don't move. Keep your head Keep your head on my boot. >> to I'm just Keep your head on my boot. I know. Is this really >> You made me get my pants all dirty, man. >> Yeah, mine, too. She's got to learn it one day. >> No, she I feel so bad for her. She was a door host, and I was like, "Hey, I I need you in the office." I get You won't be back. >> No, it wasn't bad at first until I told her to that she's going to jail. >> Yeah, that'll do it. >> [laughter] >> I was I was fighting her for a bit before you >> Well, I kept We kept hearing somebody key up. We thought it was 55-85. >> No, it's me. It wasn't going out, and I was like, "Oh my god." I almost told them to call. >> Well, for a second there, when I knocked on the door, I could hear you. >> Yeah, I didn't know who it was, so I didn't want to open the door. She was trying to get out. >> Yeah, well, I could hear you, and then I was like, "Crap. Hope she's not there by herself." That's why I started hitting on the door. My bad. >> No, you're good, man. >> Well, I opened the door for you. Once you started banging like you did, I opened the door. >> Yeah, cuz it was either the door either somebody was going to open the door or I was coming through it, and those are not easy doors to come through, but anything's possible. >> You kicked that door open and you probably beat me up. >> You probably beat me up, too. I was fighting you. >> It would not have been the first heavy door I've ever busted down, either. >> didn't want her to get out the door. >> Yeah, which That's what I was thinking. Like, I I wanted to let her go cuz you were here, but >> No, she's fine. I was avoiding this area cuz I didn't want more damage. >> What's your name? Hey, what's your name? >> You. >> What's your name? Yeah, I I'll I'll Once EMS gets here and we confirm you'll calm down, I'll fix your cuffs for you, okay? But, it's going to be extremely uncomfortable until then because your hands were all caddywampus when I put them on. >> I don't know what my taser did, but it started going off like I shot it, and I didn't shoot it. I just drive-stunned her. Unless she hit it like my last one. >> You're a wiry little thing. >> I'm sorry. >> And she's climbing up the damn wall with you. >> My baby daddy, see you. I just can't help but react. >> But, that's that's not how we act. >> I know, but I'm sorry. >> That's how you get more charges. >> I understand I just had an automatic reaction to me for some reason at this point. >> Even I sat you down and told you if we need to talk to calm down, we can. And you you kept on. >> I just can't. Shouldn't be here. I just react that way. I didn't mean to say that at the end. I'm sorry. >> I did give her an out in between it. Cuz I had her sitting and I told her to calm. And I can tell you fighting like that gives you another charge. You you need a think about the things you do before you do them. >> Yeah, because it's bad enough that you're going to, you know, get locked up for a felony charge because you reached the grand larceny threshold with the shoplifting thing. You're getting like a crazy resisting arrest charge on top of that. You were fighting like a crazy person, and you potentially harmed police officers with all of your thrashing around. You're just like stacking up the freaking charges, making it worse and worse. And she just she's Oh, what? Oh, she's freaking crazy. >> She had to react that way for some reason. It doesn't It doesn't even matter if it's clinical or automatically. It's just mental illness. >> I'm I'm sorry you have that kind of issues in your life. >> This [ __ ] is mental illness. >> Well, when you do illegal things, there's a good chance we're going to get involved, which means you got to understand that there's a good chance you're going to jail. >> There's so many resources you can go to that can give you food and stuff like that for your family. I don't know what was in your buggy, but for $1,300 worth of stuff is a lot. Okay. There are >> Well, I don't know in this day and age, $1,300 doesn't get you as far as it used to. It's pretty easy to fill up $1,300 worth of Walmart [ __ ] in your shopping cart. Shoot, I had two little Walmart sacks of groceries and spent 80 damn dollars. It's not very surprising that you fill up a shopping cart full of [ __ ] and then it's suddenly a felony charge. Everything's so damn expensive. >> organizations that can help you with that. And this isn't your first time, cuz they have multiple times at Putnam and Gainesville of pictures of you doing the same thing. >> I'm going to say I'm sorry. My bad. Seizures and no >> Seizures don't make you steal. She has a cut here. I think that's from hitting her head. You want Here, I'll let you in. >> Hey. >> She says she has had a had a seizure. But the whole time we were fighting, she didn't have a seizure until she was taken out. I'll also let her out at the hospital. I probably told her She She She climbed up the wall. >> Oh, what? Three times? >> Yes. >> Three times before I arrive or twice before my arrival on scene? >> Two It was two connections. The third time once the middle time it seemed weird. >> Paramedics, we're going to put a little thing on your finger. I know you're in kind of an uncomfortable position. >> want? That's my name. Yep, all's good. >> Okay. >> Call your manager. Um she decided to fight. >> Oh. >> Got you. >> Manager's like, oh, oh, she decided to fight, huh? Damn, I wish I could have seen that. >> Don't worry, you will. The video's on YouTube now. >> I was fighting for a good minute before my other person came in. But nothing's damaged. Well, we're pressing charges now, so. We normally don't have problems here. Now, if it was under under 750, I would have said I was just going to send charges up and she'd go. But with it being over with it being a felony charge, she was gone. >> The 33-year-old woman was charged with resisting arrest and felony shoplifting where the threshold between misdemeanor and felony is above $750. Now, the total tally for the items she attempted to leave with and ultimately passed all points of sale was $1,313.78. [music] This might be the most expensive Walmart shoplifting case we've had on the channel. Eventually, she would refuse to be transported to the hospital and was booked into county jail. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any sentencing details related to this case, so she is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. However, just 3 months prior to this footage, she did something very similar a few counties over in Florida and as a result of that failed shoplifting attempt, [music] she spent a total of 35 days in jail. More details on that in a future video. Let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comments. Stay safe out there. I'll see you in the next video. >> Wow, man, she's only 33. She looks pretty rough for 33 And it was not her first time. Damn. That's I mean It's kind of sad. It's kind of sad, but then, you know, I don't It's like uh I know if you're if you're in a bad life situation, you do what you think you have to do, but don't do something that's going to end up getting you arrested. Like, come on. Just like the officer was saying, there's other services and things that you could potentially have access to that doesn't result in you stealing and going to jail. >> It's so scary. I don't know what to do. >> Face down. Hands behind your back. >> Imagine showing up to a hotel pool in a bathing suit, and then somehow turning it into a full-on hostage negotiation with yourself. That's exactly what happens in today's body cam. One minute, police are responding to a trespassing complaint, and the next minute, a woman is locking herself into a hotel room screaming about lawyers, poison drinks, private investigators, chlorine conspiracies, and people trying to shave her head. >> On September 8th, 2023, police were called to a Comfort Inn after management advised they had a large female in a bathing suit running around on the second floor causing a disturbance, and they want her trespassed. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Who is it? >> Sheriff's office. >> May I ask what the problem is? >> Sheriff's office. >> I was approached by the hotel manager. I would like to know what the problem is because I can't even get in my own pool. >> Unlock the door. >> THERE WAS A DOG IN THE PARKING LOT. >> Unlock the door. >> Unlock the door. >> You're going to go to jail if you don't open the door. >> If you don't open this, you're going to go to jail. >> I'm going to Defiance, and I'm going TO MY LAWYERS. I WANT YOU ALL TO calm down for a minute. >> Unlock the door, please. >> it over with you. >> Or okay. Go ahead and REMOVE IT. >> WHAT ABOUT THEIR BEHAVIOR right now is not calm? WHAT? >> [laughter] >> ARE THEY NOT BEING CALM because they're trying to enter the dwelling while you have it locked? They're not yelling, they're not being aggressive, they're just trying to get in there so that they can take your ass out because, you know, you're being trespassed. Sounds like all she wanted to do was swim, but there was damn dogs in the pool or something like that. >> Unlock it. >> But I ask, why? >> Because we're telling you to. >> Do you have a warrant? >> I don't need a warrant. >> Don't need one. >> Why was that lady >> You're going to jail. >> All right. You've been warned. >> Okay, I'm sorry. >> Yep, so are we. Open the door. >> do you want me to do, baby? >> Unlock the door. >> Open the door. >> This police officer already looks like he's not ready to deal with her [ __ ] He's rolled his eyes as, "You're going to jail. Open the door." Oh, man. I Ooh. Usually, we see a lot of coddling, in my opinion, when it comes to like escorting somebody out or putting them in handcuffs. We see police officers time and time again kind of drag their feet on it, giving all of these chances. I appreciate the fact that this officer already doesn't look like he's ready to deal with her, so uh I think this might escalate very, very quickly. Lucky us. >> Okay, are you going to arrest me? >> Unlock the door. >> No. Go get my lawyer. >> Okay, now you just added a charge of resisting. Good job. >> No, I would like TO SPEAK WITH MY LAWYER. GO LET HIM IN THE ROOM, >> [applause] >> SIR, IN THE ROOM. >> COOL. You just got trespass after warning and resisting. >> I'm going to leave if this officer will let me. >> Yeah, come on out. >> Yeah, you are leaving. >> Come on out. >> Room 326. >> city freaking business that I still have to do because my aunt has just died. >> Ma'am, would you unlock the door, please? >> sure that my money from my grandmother that she took illegally from me is secure. >> I can't talk to you through the door. Would you unlock the door, please? >> I don't want y'all to rush on me. >> And when I rush on you, YOU OPEN THE DOOR. ALL RIGHT. WELL, OPEN THE DOOR. >> WELL, THAT'S A BIG DEAL TO SOME PEOPLE, OKAY? >> WELL, OPEN THE DOOR. >> [laughter] >> OPEN THE DOOR. >> [laughter] >> I think she's dealt with cops in this manner before. She's like, "As soon as I open the door, you're going to bum rush me." How do you know that, honey? Have you done this before? Have you been trespassed? Have you been arrested times before this? So, I mean, I guess she's kind of smart. She's like, "I'm I'm waiting until I know you're calm cuz y'all going to bum rush me as soon as this door is open." She seems familiar with this process. >> poisoning >> Unlock the door, please. >> Sir, I'm not asking. I told you guys about Wilson's thing >> Okay. Just remove that lock and we'll talk some We'll talk further. >> Well, might we go outside so that I can >> I think that sounds like an excellent idea. Why don't you unlock that door? >> I'm trying to compromise with you guys. >> Okay. Well, we're >> Do you know how scary it is being in my position? My mom is dead. >> Yes, ma'am. We're in a compromising mood. Go ahead and open that up. >> I'm trying to get to my own business and there is so many >> Would you unlock the door, please? >> in the floor. >> We're getting a special key for that door. If we have to use it, are you going to open it or not? Okay. He's already got it. >> I don't know. What do you WANT ME TO DO? KEEP FORCING THE BLONDE ON ME? CUZ SHE LOOKS LIKE A PSYCHOPATH. That means SHE MIGHT BE. SIR, calm down and I'll give you a second. Just calm down. You don't have to break in the door. >> Apparently, you do. >> Just chill. I'll open. it. >> Unlock it. There we go. >> Look, man. What do you want me to say to you? That's I want to speak with my lawyer. >> Okay, you're going to need a lawyer. >> Yes, you do. Sir, shut the [ __ ] up, y'all. You are an abomination. AND WHO MIGHT Y'ALL BE? I AIN'T WRITING NUMBERS, [ __ ] HOW MANY OF US HAVE YOU [ __ ] TASED? >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YES, SIR, I will. I apologize. It's so scary. I don't know what to do. >> Face down. HANDS BEHIND YOUR >> HOLY [ __ ] OH, MAN. UH, I want to see that in an instant replay, RIGHT NOW. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HOLY [ __ ] THAT WAS INTENSE. Did you see all those freaking lasers all over her body? And the fact that she's, you know, in a bikini, you could see it all. And it went direct to skin. Like, they had clear shot. It wasn't going to hit any clothing. HER ASS GOT SHOCKED BY TWO TASERS, AND SHE'S LIKE, ON THE GROUND, "I'M READY TO COMPLY. I'M READY TO COMPLY. ALL RIGHT, I'll get on my stomach and put my HANDS BEHIND MY BACK." Oh my god. Oh my god. Wow. Wow. I have never seen this before. This is a first for me. Woman in a bikini tased with two tasers at the exact same time. That [ __ ] was intense. >> Back. >> What do you want, anyone? I'm just a mother's daughter lost out here. I mean, shut up. I want to speak to my lawyer. I want to speak to my lawyer from Pine Ridge Manor. >> You'll get a chance to do that. >> Thank you, sir. I apologize. That was horrible. Please don't do this to me, you guys. Look at the bullet prints. >> Copy that. I'm coming. >> All right. Ma'am, sit up. >> I'm so sorry. Might I have a cigarette? >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Where's your wallet? >> My wallet is in my >> It's in your purse? >> [laughter] >> Ew, she's so slimy. Ew, is that sweat? Is it sunscreen? Is she drooling? Did she piss herself when you taste her? What is this fluid? And ew. >> I believe it's in my beach >> Beach bag? >> Yeah, I brought it with me. Imagine if I had I'm sorry. >> You got a flashlight. >> That was my >> Are you requesting this? >> Yeah. >> You need anything else? >> No. >> May I have a cigarette? >> Have you taken anything today? >> Yes, sir. >> Cuz you're a little on the extra side. >> I'm just going through something really hard. And when I went to the place where they were supposed to solve it, they were more concerned with Ty McLeon than they were with helping me get to the therapist. Now, I did get to the therapist, but the mental health ladies, they don't cover under the judge. They flutter around, but they can do whatever they want. And it's very hard when that happens, especially when you pay >> right down the street on Rampart. Why are you here? >> Cuz that guy lives above It's like this weird thing with my aunt. >> 314 South Rampart Boulevard. >> So, I don't want to get hurt by >> 1990. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> All right. >> I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't know what to say. I didn't mean to say that. >> easy answer is, "How are you? My name's Cassandra." Right? >> Yes, sir. That's my >> That's all you got to do. >> I'm sorry. >> Instead of struggling and being all slimy. Right? >> I don't like it. >> You said that last night, baby. All right. So, you will be going to jail today for trespass after warning and >> No, I asked her who she was and she didn't tell me who she was, sir. I'd like for you to rethink it for a moment. >> I'm not going to rethink anything. >> Can I please go to the BHU and calm down? I finally got my hair untangled and that's where the judge asked me to go. I had to ask him three times for an MHT, not a psych. So, I don't know where they were going to put me, but if they shaved my head, I was going to freak out. >> She said you want to deal. I gave her our information and supervisor we signed this for an offense of possession of methamphetamine. Special conditions being no bars. >> And the therapist is more concerned with me being legal. >> So, she's on probation for meth is what it sounded like if I'm understanding correctly. What is she going on and on about with her mental therapist and she didn't want to get her head shaved and I'm so confused. Please tell me in the comments what's happening because I I'm trying to follow what she's saying and I definitely believe that she needs to see a therapist because clearly there's something going on with her. Was she staying in this hotel room? Is this just a hotel room that she ran off to from the pool? Cuz it sounded like she was staying somewhere else. Is she even supposed to be here? Is that why she's trespassed? Did she just like sneak into the hotel pool and then when they tried to get her to leave, she fled and maybe ran into a room that had the door open because maybe the you know, housekeepers were cleaning in there or something. Why is she in this room? Why is she telling them about her therapist? I have so many questions. >> Then I was getting the information across to the therapist. >> you. >> I was able to go after I got out. So, I must have been able to say something. Cuz they've been shaming me since I got here and you know, like it's hard to find private investigators and I asked for the private eyes number. It takes some time. >> What's that? What do you think? >> But I don't know what I'm going to do about my house. >> [laughter] >> What about the pedophile and all those other pedophiles over there that I got pushed into instead of being able to like be with McCloud? I'm just I had to wait for a year to prove to Ms. Connie, my doctor, while in the pen I didn't have the sleeping pills that I needed. She then put me on a brain draft of my brain-changing drug instead of just a drug that put me >> mind standing up Would you mind standing up for me? We'll get you some shoes. You get your little sandals there and we'll walk out, okay? >> clothes. My stuff >> Hey, hold still. Hold still. >> I have a oney in the closet. >> Hold still. >> I know. It's just like a one-piece. I bought it >> I'm not going to be able to get that one out without >> know if he's going to be able to I don't know if you like I'm going to go to prison for 8 years if you guys take me off instead of being able to do my business. >> do that to you. >> Yeah, you did when you let Ellen sell me like a slave. >> You're going to stop in the car. >> Who is Ellen? Is Ellen the therapist? Who is selling her like a slave? I don't understand what's happening here. Am I just not following her? Am I just still so distracted by the fact that it took two tasers to take her down? Am I just still so shocked by that that my brain is not computing everything that she's saying? Or is she just like speaking in circles and making no sense? What is this chick's deal, man? >> Can I have a cigarette, PLEASE, SIR? >> WHY IS IT MY FAULT? >> STOP TENSING UP. >> I WANT SOMEBODY TO COLLECT MY PROPERTY. PLEASE BRING MY >> STOP STOP TENSING UP. >> I have $200 glasses. I'm not going to walk like a girl to that [ __ ] studio. >> to walk like a girl. Do you understand me? >> sir, I do. Yes, sir. >> Do I say no? >> That's all right. >> Can I speak to my lawyer while we're here? >> No. >> My dad Why don't you take a photo of them? I mean Go to the apple with Mike. I'm so sorry. The The Koreans scared me. And then he takes me back and forth yelling. And then they've been chasing around over that old man. I wouldn't have even seen the husband at all. All I knew was some guy messing with me when I tried to put my walk on my door. >> Hey buddy. >> So it's just a walk. Please don't chase me. >> I see you. >> I can do it. But you must have to move it to the side of my When I told the therapist to try to help me with the thing upstairs. I guess You know it's a bank thing. Like what Susan was doing when she asked me to sign a quitclaim deed. And then mortgage out. And she called my dad a worthless scumbag. Really? I know what it was. He made her $700,000. He wasn't a dumbass. He was a good son. Don't you think that my little glass ideals might make some good money? >> I'm not This way. >> Well, the golden tooth on my bad leg, that better not come off cuz that didn't come in the bill. I knew when she came out there She came out there to cause me problems. As we looked at what Mike was doing last night, is there a tulip in the lemonade? Maybe check in those things. >> Is there a tulip in the lemonade? What? And who made $700,000 because they're not a dumbass? She's just having all of these conversations with herself going on inside her own head. Wow. Did you see the blood? Did you see the blood? She had blood from the tasers. Dang, man. Maybe she really does need that brain-altering medicine that she was talking about. >> No, taste it. I'm serious. Just look at them berries down there. What do you think my little glass >> There's berries? >> Yeah. >> Berries in the lemonade? >> Well, what does lemonade taste like to you, sir? >> Berries and cream. >> Berries and cream, berries and cream, the marmalade hills of VHS bill. >> Ooh, VHS bill. >> I'm so sorry. It's really hot. >> You got anything on you or in you tucked away? >> We'll see. >> Let me see. Fantastic. >> And I plan to make sure that I have enough money. >> Well, if she has anything on her, she's got it tucked away. Be buried deep because she's basically in her underwear. I mean, it's a swimming suit, but I don't know where she'd be concealing anything other than, you know, and she seems crazy enough to do it. >> Yes. It's right up by the front of the right breast. I think I've got one in the car. Yeah, hold on. >> Are there still any there? >> Yeah. All right. We're going to get this out with a little probe out of you, okay? >> Okay. >> All right, you're good. >> You're not going to put no more probes in me, are you? >> No. >> Okay, cuz I did see a guy with his head shaved and a plastic probe in him. I don't want that to happen to my child. >> Come back. >> Do you understand Faux Pavillion? Faux. >> The razors are the ones Got it. >> Sorry, I didn't want >> I think that was the only one. I know >> I know there was too much chlorine in there. I smoke, so I can tell ammonia. >> Turn that way. Turn that way. Nope, the other way. Keep going. Keep going. Stop. >> Just keep [ __ ] motion. >> What? >> We'll see. >> I'm sorry. I just It took so long to get there, and I don't have anyone to talk to. >> There's some up there in the room. >> Well, I know that, but I thought three actually made contact. I don't know. I didn't see. It looked like one. >> I deployed two. >> You deployed two? I didn't see you fire twice. >> My first one wasn't effective, so I fired the second one. Okay. >> It wasn't too bad. I didn't die. >> Yeah, right. >> [laughter] >> THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT HOW MANY of the taser prongs made contact with her body, and she's like, "It wasn't too bad. I didn't die." >> [laughter] >> The woman was charged with resisting officer without violence and trespass failure to leave property upon order by owner. You know, I I think that the lesson here is really just, you know, avoid adding more charges by just opening the damn door for the police. She literally just added charges for just not opening the door. Just Just open the door. Just open the door. Moral of the story, open the door for the police. All right, so that was five videos, countless bad decisions, and five different people who woke up one day and said, "You know what? It feels like a great day to be tased."
