the suspected seat Bel Skippers but hone in on the passenger scene here 19-year-old Jesse Treadway and soon enough you'll see why work all right so here's the deal guys I'm going to give you both the citation for no seat belt okay so you both have the same option you can either go to court if you go to court it's going to be Santa Fe Magistrate Court you got 30 days requested bench trial or you can choose the penalty option for no seat belt that's 25 bucks and you got 30 days to pay it yes um where would we pay it at you can pay it online through the mail by [Music] phone yeah I could what am I going to find in the back probably like um like uh probably like stuff that's personal use cuz I use it you know like kind of like probably a little bit of drugs cuz I use drugs you know what kind of drugs huh what kind of drugs like drugs we're talking about D you say drugs drugs are a d does it like if you say method method be prescribed to you that's a type of Dr if you're talking marijuana okay cool that's weak it's legal but you still can't have it cuz you're 21 like well kind of like nothing cuz when I got an aqu cookie they got me off like a meth cuz I was kind of like more drugs you see what I mean cuz I was doing drugs drugs just what kind of drug drugs like black and stuff so blacks you know what I mean like I was on the streets for the long time we sayy f just the pills on the streets cuz I was stuck on the streets for the longest time and with one of my homeless friends and I was just stuck there you knows look there's nothing like I'm not judging you whatsoever okay but if you're telling me m yeah know I us everything I pry much smok everything you see what I mean okay so there's going to be me supposed to be to me from I bought some friends I was trying to KI hold on so is the methodone in the is it the ones that prescribe you or the on you follow friend well I kind of a friend off the you know when I got out me mess me message when I got out you got a friend get you some more yeah rehab all that and then you said black that's black that is that yeah and said you also did like just like I M Ki for yeah you know well you doesn't work you got blues you got black you got black do that stuff yeah you can't kick it if you're using it on top of me yeah well I haven't really been you know like I used it like know just I've been trying I've been using just method so inside the we've got method black F anything else that's the for now cuz I got kicked out of my Grandma's not that long ago I had the keys in like the the thing with a bunch of keys and that's my grandma you know that to house like none of those are after obtaining a search warrant police allegedly found cocaine heroin fenol money and quote other items used in trafficking illegal drugs in that bag we saw earlier so why didn't you tell me that a friend of a friend then cuz I can't just leave it in the car he's not claiming it so I can't leave it with him so you said you possessed it for a friend of a friend so I have to take it so why lie to me I get being scared I get it I get that being scared of cops I get that crap trust me I don't wear this uniform all the time I get pulled over on a six stet black man what do they going to I get that I get being scared but I never lie so that's what's confusing to me is why Jesse was booked for multiple counts of drug trafficking distribution of a controlled substance violation of cannabis trafficking regulations and cited for not wearing a seat belt at last check the 19-year-old appeared in court in July and his case disposition was later transferred
