Um, you had nothing to drink today? No. Okay, what kind of prescriptions are you on? >> Maybe you should go investigate something that's actually a crime. Maybe go back to that McDonald's and arrest people that are actually criminals. >> I don't know why you're doing this. >> Are you drunk? >> No. >> This is not a double jeopardy situation, lady. Just because you get arrested for a DUI once doesn't mean you can't be arrested for a DUI A SECOND TIME WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. Oh my god. >> [laughter] >> All right. So, imagine being the kind of person that would call the police over a 10-piece McNugget meal and somehow ending up with two DUI charges in less than 24 hours because that is exactly what we are about to watch. She started threatening people, admitted to drinking, she got arrested, and then she woke up the next day and said, "You know what? Let's run that back." Baby, this is not just a bad day. It's a pattern. >> On June 2nd, 2025, officers in Washington received a call from a woman pulled up at a McDonald's drive-thru reporting that employees were refusing to hand over the food she had ordered. An officer called the woman back to find out more information about what had happened. Here's what the officer did next. >> Yes, hi. This is uh Sergeant Pennington with the Arlington Police Department on a recorded line. May I speak to Nicole, please? >> This is Nicole. >> How can I help you, Nicole? >> Um, I went to McDonald's and I tried to order food. And then they didn't give me my food. They said I was being rude and I'm like, well, you know what? Like, you're kind of being rude for not giving me my food. And I paid for it. And then I said, "What are you, illegal or something?" Like you know, I did say that and then they're like, "Oh." Then everyone runs up, blah blah blah. And I'm like, "But can I have my food?" They're like, "No, you have your food. We're calling the police." And I'm like, "Why don't you call the police first?" Like, I So, I never got my food. >> Okay. So, you just need to get reimbursed for I'm I'm sure they're going to tell us that they don't want your business. So, you can >> know what? I like, they shouldn't really have that right. I mean, because I didn't really do anything wrong. Like, they were being rude to me and I were I was rude back. And I don't I just don't think that like you can just like you pay for food and then you don't pay food. Like Like, I don't And then half of them are probably not even legal, honestly. Like >> Uh it's absolutely legal. There are so many customers that are pains in employees' asses, and they don't even realize that every business has the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not live in a time where people honor that good old saying, "The customer is always right." An establishment does not have to serve you, even if they take your money. Now, they do need to give you a refund. So, if they never gave her her food, and they told her to leave, she does need to get her money back, but they do not have to serve her. It is not illegal to refuse service to someone. And the fact that she's getting the police department involved is really kind of silly. Clearly, she is entitled and thinks that she's the most important person on the planet. >> So, go check their IDs and [ __ ] Like, that's what I would recommend. >> We're not allowed to do that in our state. >> That's some [ __ ] [ __ ] Like, that's why everyone needs guns. Like, these people up. I'm so sick of it. I got I got a huge car accident from a illegal Mexican who didn't have car insurance. And his interpreter said all he went to Mexico. Like >> So Yeah. Get >> I'm so sick of this [ __ ] All I want is some [ __ ] McDonald's. >> I can't get your food back for >> Well, you got to do something, because these people are complete nuts. >> Well, what what if you're not happy with the way that you were treated there, then you need to go to management >> That's what I said. I said I'm going to call your boss and I'm going to sue you guys I don't I've never sued anyone but I've done I've done a couple but it's like you can't just hire a little Mexicans with fake IDs and then like and then like have them act like Trinidad Agua and then like you know not give me your food after you pay for it because they think [clears throat] we're in Mexico but we're not in Mexico. We're in Washington. >> Mhm. >> We're in we're in America. Okay. So they're like we're going to call the cops and I'm like I'm going to call the cops you little [ __ ] >> All right. Well, I'm I'm sorry. >> I'm going to call the cops I'm going to call the cops on you. I'm like no I'm not calling the cops on you. Give me my [ __ ] food now and and I'll get the [ __ ] out of here you little [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> We haven't even seen what this woman looks like and already she's insufferable. Why would she automatically assume that they're illegal? Like that's Oh, that just Ooh, that gets under my skin. Why would you automatically assume that? And if she's not careful, she's going to end up getting trespassed from all McDonald's and then she'll never ever get her McNuggets or a Big Mac or try the new Big Arch Burger. She really needs McDonald's that bad? McDonald's isn't even good. Just being honest. I wish we could see this police officer's face. I bet his eyes are rolling all the way back into his head. >> Well, >> Yes, I'm at home. I don't drive drunk like these people are crazy and I'm about to go [ __ ] >> Yeah, my my suggestion is to talk to somebody in management with your issues and not not some >> Mexicans here. They're they're not even Mexican. They're like from El Salvador and [ __ ] Like I'm about to I'm about to just cap people. Like if if people go missing LIKE IT'S ME. >> WHAT IS SHE SAYING? >> [laughter] >> YOU'RE WHAT? A COP. She's literally threatening people's lives on the phone to a police officer saying that if they end up going missing, it was her. Is she drunk right now? Is she drunk on the phone? Why would she say this? Why would she say this? What an idiot. >> Okay. Well, it seems she it sounds like you have a bigger issue than just not getting your McDonald's. >> It's a joke. >> It's a >> It's a joke, but >> I get it. I get it. >> Some people have a sense of humor. Some people don't. You know what I mean? >> Uh-huh. Okay. Well, I'm sorry I couldn't help you today, Nicole. >> Well, yeah. Well, maybe next Maybe next time you can help me. >> Maybe. Hey. >> Hi. >> Are you Nicole? >> Yes. I was trying to get my food, and they wouldn't give it to me. >> Yeah, I'm the officer you were speaking to on the phone. >> Yeah. >> I thought we I I thought I made my point clear that it wasn't going to happen, the fact that you were getting your food today. >> Oh, okay. >> And my >> I didn't know that that was the actual case. I thought maybe they wouldn't Maybe they wouldn't or maybe they would, you know? I can go to Burger King, but I was just kind of offended because I just >> Well, your language is offending the them as well. I I hope you understand that. >> Okay. Well, I'll try to be nicer, but they were offending me, and so I'm not racist. I sent my kids in the laundry. What's East L.A. like? I'm not a mean person. I'm not racist, but I don't like when people are rude to me. >> Right. >> And so, like, I kind of got offended, and so I probably said things that, like, maybe I shouldn't have, but I'm also sick of the legal stuff. I got in a huge car accident from an illegal Mexican who shattered my windshield, almost killed me, got had no car insurance. I got a ticket. I freaking got assaulted by a Cuban. I'm just like sick of these people and now they're just like running running around in here and I'm not even racist, but it's just like >> [laughter] >> I'm not even racist. >> Could have fooled me, honey. Golly, I just Okay, I don't want to get political. Am I a fan of people who are here illegally? No. Is it right to assume that just because someone is a different ethnicity that they're illegal? Also no. I don't like it when people make assumptions based on individuals, based on their racist bias, okay? Just because you suspect someone is from El Salvador or is Mexican, that doesn't mean that they're here illegally. And it is incredibly offensive to verbally accuse them of this as well. This woman is really getting under my skin, man. Her level of self-importance is just off the charts. And she must really want her McDonald's. She drove her ass back up there expecting to get her food even after the police officer told her, "Oh, no, you're just going to need to like go to management, get your money back, maybe go over to Burger King or something." I mean, he didn't say that, but she can just go over to Burger King or something. Again, does she really need McDonald's that bad? It's not even good. >> I just want my food. >> Okay. >> You know? >> Right. >> Um so, I'll go to Burger King or something. >> this is a private business and they can choose who their customers are and who they aren't just as well as you can choose to where you spend your money. If you don't like the service that they have here or the way they treat you >> It's like, dude, like But yeah, you're right. >> So, did you end up Have you paid them? >> Yeah, I just I just want a refund, I guess. Like I I just want a chicken nugget and a cheeseburger and some french fries. It's like >> How much did you pay them? >> I like 10 bucks. I don't know. Like It's not even that big of a deal. It's just kind of the principle for me. Like >> Of course it's the principle for you. Of course. Yeah, it's not even the $10. It's it's the principle. That's why you're taking so much time out of your life harassing these people. It's out of principle. Right. I believe you. >> Mhm. >> Right. >> And half of them are illegal. And it's like Who's going to deal with that? Like who's going to arrest that? And I'm the one that's a problem paying for a meal? >> Mhm. >> And they're half of them aren't even probably legal. Cuz it's private owner. Like Like they think they own [ __ ] but yet they can almost kill you in a car accident, and and only get a ticket. >> Mhm. >> Everybody can almost kill you in a car accident. Someone like her could almost kill you in a car accident. When she was on the phone with this police officer, she sounded a little bit sloshed. It is 5:16, so it's quite literally 5:00 somewhere. She could be drinking right now, and just be a belligerent [ __ ] while intoxicated. So honey, you yourself could hit and kill someone in the car. Anybody can do it, not just illegals. Okay? Just Let's just be clear about that. >> When you say they, it's not You're you're talking about a whole people instead of just the person who did it initially. >> kids in Compton once, once, East LA. Like I used to And they're all doing well. They're all doing well. They work at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, City Medical Center, UC Davis. Like I'm not a >> Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? Like I don't like attitudes. >> She doesn't like attitudes. Really? Really. Pot meet kettle. >> I don't do well with that. >> Yeah, I can tell cuz you probably have like spent like 45 minutes to an hour of your time. >> times because I'm like, don't talk to me like that. You know, and >> That the the problem is is I I don't think in this situation you're ever going to win. Now, you might be able to get a hold of a manager at some point that would be willing to talk to you about your experience, but it's never going to be like >> Well, yeah, cuz Bank of America's like, oh, what's your pronouns? Na na na na na. Like, your [ __ ] mom is my [ __ ] pronoun. You know what I mean? Like Like, do you think I have time for that? >> Yeah. It looks like there's a a maybe a McDonald's guy here. >> I'm here, so I'm just checking in. >> Oh, you do work here? >> Yeah, I do. >> Oh, let me I'll be right with you, okay? >> Like, this is like the worst of the problems going on here. >> Now, see, he he looks like he looks like a manager. I'm going to go talk to McDonald's. Would you mind just hanging out with Nicole here and I'm going to try and help get some more information for her >> I think I'm okay with not getting fries. >> Okay. >> Um and my burger, I think there's a lot of illegals in there, so I think if anything, >> Okay. >> probably go see who's illegal and not illegal in there. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah, what do we got? >> Um I was told that she came in, started telling them She was going to get her deported and that she had a K47 and guns on her. Something along those lines. >> Okay. >> I don't know though. That's just what multiple people were saying. I just walked in the door. >> Did she pay for her meal? >> I don't know. I can find that out, so what's >> She said she she placed an order and then uh she went I guess maybe a tele one of the cashiers said that she was rude and then she became rude and started throwing out stuff about racial things against the Hispanics. I think that's kind of what >> What are the things they complain about? I know that she said anything about that? >> Uh she's like said all kinds of different things. >> No to the fields. No one needed to do the PBT. >> I'd rather just like park and then walk out. >> So here's her rap. We were kind of This situation has kind of switched into whether or not um you're impaired or you're in physical control. Being in physical control is being in the vehicle with the ability to drive with it. I mean it was on. Um >> You mentioned something to me on the phone about alcohol, about being home, if you were drinking or something like that. What was that about? >> I wasn't going to drink like at home. I bought alcohol here and then I got food and then I'm like I'm not going to drink until I get home. >> Okay. >> Holy [ __ ] I am a soothsayer. She drunk? Is she really drunk right now? So he's just kind of like going back and forth with her while she's sitting in the car listening to her little racist rant talking about how they need to go inside and check the IDs of all of the illegals in there. This female officer comes up, pulls her ass out of the car and is like, "All right, [ __ ] we're doing a field sobriety test right here right now." That flipped real quick. So now she's going from sitting in her car bitching about McDonald's and not getting her food to "Oh, well, honey, now you're about ready to get a field sobriety test because we think you're under the influence." Damn. Yeah, she she's I It's possible, but I find it really hard to believe that she is this kind of person while sober. She's She's probably a drunk. She probably drinks a lot. She's talking about going to liquor store and circling back and getting getting her McNuggets and her drink and her burger or whatever and then she was going to go home and GET DRUNK. [laughter] OH, YEAH, I can believe it. >> Yeah. >> But, we're smelling alcohol now, so was that before you drove? >> I had two glasses. I mean, if you want to give me a DUI, go for it, but all I want to do is get food and go home. >> Okay. >> Um I'm not I'll park my car right there, go home. I have no record. Um these people are like illegals and they should be arrested. >> Well, it's not really about them and whether they're legal or not. I'm not really concerned with that at this point. It's more of a priority to make sure that you're okay to drive, cuz if you're going through the drive-thru three different times, >> Well, I was upset. I was upset. I'm like >> I get that, but Nicole, honestly, I mean, you have signs of impairment. >> Okay. >> Like, you have slurred speech, you have extremely watery, glassy, bloodshot eyes. >> Well, they get like that anyways. >> Okay. >> And I'm on my medication now. I'm on my medication. >> Okay. And you had medication mixed with a couple of drinks? >> I am on medication. >> Okay. What kind What >> Well, thank you very much for admitting that, ma'am. You are drunk while on medication, which means that you're probably a little bit extra impaired. Congratulations for admitting to that. How is she just so nonchalant about having a DUI? >> I don't know. If you want to give me a DUI, then just go ahead. Oh my god. >> What? >> Really? You're going to be that nonchalant about the fact that they're about ready to give you a DUI? Man, she must be like this a lot. This must be just like ingrained in her personality by now. You know what I mean? >> What kind Is it anything that says on the bottle that you shouldn't be drinking with it? Like, any kind of >> of. >> pain medications, anti-anxiety >> do it. It's depression and anxiety, but it's not I don't do Sir, I >> Nicole, can you take your hands out of your pockets while we're talking? >> Okay. Do you know what the name of it is? Just that one? >> Whatever you guys think we did. >> I asked him to just keep your hands out of your pockets while we're talking. >> Sorry. It's just a safety thing for us. >> Oh, just in case. Okay. >> I think given what we have here, Nicole, I think I'm going to have you step step up here to the car and put your hands on the car for me. And we are going to arrest you for physical control of a motor vehicle. There's just enough signs here, Nicole, that we just can't we can't look the other way on this. Is there Is there a way we could get video of the the incident? >> Yeah. >> Was there like one particular employee that was dealing with >> Um, I just talked to Ray. He said he heard her saying have a machete and AK-47 and, you know, I there's a couple of people but I just wanted to I just heard her >> So, okay. Now, going back cuz this is not the first time he said this. I just didn't comment on it the first time. Was she really walking in there talking about having guns and using them? Just like she was on the phone with the cop the day before saying if people go missing or whatever that it was her? Is she stupid? Oh my god. >> [laughter] >> She was in there threatening them. Like threatening them. Not just being a belligerent [ __ ] telling them that they're illegal, they should probably go back wherever they came from, blah blah blah. She was literally threatening their lives saying that she had weapons. What a dumb ass. >> I just heard from one person. >> Okay. >> and so Because we can go talk to them and see what they say. >> Yeah, I'd like to do that. >> This is Ray. He's >> Hey, Ray. >> Hi. >> Were you dealing with that gal? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And what was her story? Can you tell [snorts] me what you know about it? >> Well, what happened is she came in here in the in the front counter to take some nuggets and a cheeseburger and some stuff. And Daniel, one of my co-workers, gave call her a lot and she's like trying to get a free food. She's like, "Can you guys give me the nuggets, 10 piece nuggets and a cheeseburger for free? Or I'm going to call the cops and get everybody deported." Some some like something like that. But my manager said no to her. And she started acting weird. >> Did she pay you for anything? >> Uh yeah, I think she paid for the for the large Coke only or something like that. >> We can give her >> We can give her a refund, no problem. >> Well, I don't I don't think that's necessary at this point. >> say about weapons or >> Yeah, she said she have a weapon weapons AK MK something like that. She have machetes. >> Okay. >> Yeah, so >> Did you >> Machetes? >> [laughter] >> She was threatening him with a machete? Yeah, she's she's crazy. >> Like like a threat? Like she was threatening that it >> Yeah, she was showing some hands to me too, like and she tried to throw something on me too in the window. >> She was like >> Yeah. >> Mhm, okay. And that's it over here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And she's taken that like a little minor incident of something happened here where she didn't want to get uh she was trying to get food and they wouldn't give it to her. So she ends up uh getting into verbal conflicts with them. She called she called police. I called her on the phone. I thought she was home when I talked to her and she's like you know, uh really against Hispanics. >> And illegal really racial people being illegal here. >> But blowing up a small proportion into something huge. >> Yeah. Are you okay if I keep letting I'd like to use you for the >> Yes. >> Okay. Are you okay booking her on this then? >> Yeah. >> Okay, perfect. I will just take her to jail and I'll get a warrant for that. >> Okay. >> You said she's in your custody. >> Yeah. >> Yep. Her name is Nicole. >> Thank you. >> Mhm. Hey Nicole. >> Hi. >> Hi, I'm Officer Black with the Addison Police Department. Just let you know I'm audio and video recording, okay? >> Okay. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> I think >> Okay, you've been read your Miranda warnings, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay, perfect. You understand those rights? >> Yes. >> Okay, perfect. Um, you had nothing to drink today? No. No? Okay, what kind of prescriptions are you on? Okay. Okay. >> So, I got a needed kind of a care. >> Yeah, and then um >> Okay, can you step out real quick? Okay, we're going to let my partner swap some cuffs on you, okay? It's Nicole, correct? Okay. >> I actually had two glasses of wine and I'll pass a breathalyzer, so let's go. But, I'm not going to do it here. >> Okay. >> We're going to do it at the station. >> Okay. What kind of drugs do you have in your system right now, prescription or not? >> Uh, what they gave me >> Okay, what did they give you at the hospital? >> Uh Like, I'm going to I'm going to pass the breathalyzer, so I don't I'm not worried about it. >> Cool. >> I don't know, what do you think? Do you think that uh she dipped into her uh stash that she picked up at the liquor store before going over to McDonald's? Do you think she's dipped into it already and she's lying? Or do you think she's just mixing too many medications? I mean, they could get you for a DUI for either one. Maybe she's not intoxicated. Maybe she's just on a lot of meds right now. And uh maybe she took a little too much. Maybe she's mixing the wrong ones. I don't know. Let me know what you think down in the comments. Do you think that she is lying and she has had some drinks? Cuz they said that uh she slurred her speech, which obviously she's acting She's acting not in the right frame of mind in my opinion, although it could just be her personality, cuz you know, there are people like this that exist. Or do you think that she's just mixing meds? I don't know. Let me know what you think. >> It's not going to be a big deal. >> Okay. Have you ever had a DUI before? >> No. >> Okay. If I were to take your blood, what what would show What's your blood? >> Whatever they gave me at the hospital. >> Okay, when was that? >> Yesterday. >> What were you doing at the hospital? >> Not this. >> Yeah, you don't have to tell me this. I just want to make sure you you weren't in like a car accident or something. >> Well, it wasn't a big car accident. >> I'm going to reach around you. >> Yeah, it was a little accident. >> I got to reach around you. Okay, do you know Do you understand that you're under arrest today for physical control DUI? Has anyone told you that yet? >> Uh no. >> Okay, so you're going to be under arrest today for physical control DUI. What's going to happen is I'm going to take you to the jail. I'm going to get a warrant for your blood, okay? And then that that warrant will be signed by a judge and then we're going to snake your blood and we'll go from there. Okay? >> Okay. >> Do you use any illicit substances? Do you use any fentanyl? >> No, no fentanyl, no meth. I don't even smoke weed. >> Okay, do you have any oxy of any sort? >> I don't do oxycontin. >> Okay. >> I don't do drugs. >> Okay, sounds good, Nicole. Ooh, Pinot Grigio. >> How long have you been a cop? >> Uh just a little bit of under 2 years. >> Yeah, let me prove yourself a little bit. >> Oh, no, not at all. >> Surely there's got to be more pressing cases going on around here. >> Uh DUI's pretty impressive, actually. Pretty pretty good to get off the road. >> Oh, you don't know this is a DUI. That's an assumption. >> It's an investigation. >> It's an assumption. It's a pretty big assumption, too. So, if you're wrong, it's not going to be good for you. >> Is that a threat? >> Nope, it's just not going to be good for anyone if you make assumptions and it's not true. >> How do you spell your last name? >> You're the one arresting me, so you should probably already know. >> Is it Yoni? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You're You already know. So, why would you ask me? You're arresting me for a DUI without knowing I have a DUI. >> I'm just making sure. >> Maybe you should go investigate something that's actually a crime. Maybe go back to that McDonald's and arrest people that are actually criminals. >> Okay. SO, >> [laughter] >> THEY ARE ARRESTING SOMEBODY committing a crime. You [ __ ] YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S COMMITTING a crime. Whether or not these people are illegal is completely irrelevant. They're just trying to work a job. They're just, you know, dropping some McNuggets in the fryer and spreading some ketchup on some burgers to give to [ __ ] like you in the drive-thru. You are the one allegedly driving around under the influence, whether it's alcohol or some sort of prescription medication. You are committing a crime, allegedly. That's why you're the one going to jail right now, you [ __ ] >> Instead of arresting people with no criminal record, with zero criminal record. Going to be 41 years old in 12 days, and you're arresting somebody with zero criminal record. >> A lot of criminals have zero criminal record until they get arrested, dumbass. >> You're That's That's insane. That's insanity. Like karma will come for you if you're going to do this [ __ ] to me. Not from me, but from karma. I didn't do [ __ ] I tried to get some McDonald's. Zero criminal record. Nothing. Except for going through the McDonald's drive-thru with a bunch of illegals. Yeah, I'm a criminal. Congratulations. I don't know why you have a black spider in your in rear view mirror. That's creepy. You're like the Black Widow. Like you're like not a nice Is that Are you trying to say like you're like a mean person or something? Like were you like abused as a child? Like that's weird. You want to hear a funny story? You'll actually end up liking me. And I want >> Okay. All right, Nicole. I'm going to read you some things, okay? First one is that you have the right to remain silent. You have the right to have a attorney. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right >> my public defender right now before I do anything. >> So, we have a warrant, so we don't need any of that. So, you can do that later. >> What's the warrant for? I want the McDonald's parking lot footage. >> Okay, I'm going to explain that in just a second if you let me finish. Okay. You have the right to talk to an attorney before answering. Do you understand your rights as read to you today? >> No. >> Okay. I'm just going to put refused to sign your turn on there. All right, the next thing I have, so I don't know if you're aware, well, I'll read out the part of it. I told you when you were at the McDonald's what you were arrested for, but I don't know if you remember. So, >> driving through, and they refused me service. >> right, Nicole. Warning, you're under arrest for RCW 46, and that's it. We have a warrant, so the warrant is here. You'll get a copy of the warrant in your file, and you can't refuse the blood test, okay? >> So, what's the thing about I have a right to an attorney? >> Correct. I'm not asking you any questions, and you can't refuse the test, so your attorney is null and void at this point, but you can more than welcome to talk to an attorney when you get out, or you know, you Okay. >> All right, so there's two different ways this can go. I can uh like remove the handcuffs, and you're going to put your arm out and let them take your blood. >> How do I know that you guys are going to be honest about it? Cops are shady. >> Well, she's going to record everything right here. Everything is being recorded. >> know. Just like everything was recorded before. >> have a camera up here, so anything that we do illegally, it it is being recorded, okay? Okay. >> Let's go. >> It'll be >> And when it is, I'll know. Ow. Could you imagine if people like fought this? LIKE THEY'RE LIKE, "NO, I DON'T WANT TO GET A BLOOD DRAW." COULD YOU IMAGINE they'd have to like strap them down to a gurney just to get blood? Well, I mean, she's an [ __ ] but at least she's not fighting the blood draw. >> Everyone's like Are we doing this like saying it's most entertainment of like your life or what? >> day, officers received a call from a 7-Eleven customer reporting that the same suspect was acting belligerently in the store screaming sexual slurs at her and the clerk. The suspect then exited the store and attempted to enter customers' vehicles before driving away possibly intoxicated. >> Hi, this is Colleen. >> Just so you know, my body cam's on, so everything is recorded. Just so you're aware, okay? >> Don't worry. Thank you. >> So, are you available? I know officer Black spoke to you a little bit. Are you available to fill out a statement? I sounds like you were doing DoorDash. Are you available at a stopping point or something like that to meet up? >> Yeah, I'll come whenever you guys need. >> Okay. Where what area you're in so maybe I can meet you halfway so you don't have to drive like all the way to the police department. Okay, perfect. So, I will meet you in the Safeway parking lot. I'll just meet you there. Okay, sounds good. Thank you. >> The next day, she's at a freaking 7-Eleven being belligerent. You have got to be [ __ ] me. >> Hey. So, I guess start to finish what what happened? What did you see? What did you hear? What did you smell? Any kind of like the five senses if you can as you're going through it. >> Got you. So, um I I heard her being really belligerent when I walked in and I kind of stood back for a second and she looked at me and she was like "Just go get what you want." I was like, "I'm I'm here for DoorDash." Like and so I just like that was odd. >> I guess when you when you're talking to define belligerent, what is she >> Belligerent as in like aggressive and rude and crude. Like she was really crude. She was she was She's 12. She knows everything. She's like it's like >> May I assume she have keys though? That's what I'm up. I didn't she's 12. She don't look like it. Okay. >> So, she she was like, "What are you here for? Are you Are you Are you his girlfriend? Are you here for to to get your dick wet or whatever?" And I was like, I just gave her the look. She was like, "What?" And I was like, "No." And she wouldn't leave me alone. >> Okay. >> So, I walked to the other side of the store, and she went out the door, and he was like chasing after her because I think he thought she was stealing something. >> Okay. >> She went to my car, like like she was going to do something, but then went to another car and like tried to get in the truck. >> Tried to get in the truck? >> Yeah, but it was driving. The truck was leaving, and she was trying to get in the truck, and then she went back in. She was yelling something like, "I'm not done with you, or you're a dumb kid." And I was like, "Okay." And then she um then she went and got in her car. >> Okay. >> And at at one point I'd asked her, I was like, "Are you driving?" Cuz it was obvious that she was not wherewithal. Like, she looked drunk, she was being really aggressive, and >> Okay. When you say looked drunk, what does that mean? I guess. >> Her eyes were really glossy, and like she wasn't I mean, who talks like that like normally? So, it was just an abnormal conversation. It was >> See, that's my thoughts. Like, I know that people like her exist, but who talks like that? So, yesterday she was going on and on and on about illegals and having an AK-47 and taking care of them and how the police needed to go in there and check IDs and arrest, yada yada yada. And now she's in a 7-Eleven harassing a DoorDasher and an employee saying that he's trying to get his dick wet. Seriously? What is this chick's problem? What kind of meds did the hospital give her? >> It's obvious to me. >> And then did you see her get in her vehicle and leave? >> I did. I saw her get in the car. That's when I called and I left the license plate number. >> Okay. >> She did mention she just got out of jail and um and was like, "I didn't even do anything wrong." And I'm thinking, yeah, I don't >> Okay. >> know if I believe that. And then Officer Black said that it was a DUI last night, and so that makes sense. >> Okay. >> I actually I've been 18 years sober myself, and so >> That is awesome. >> Situations like this, it's like part of my obligation to make sure that we do the right thing. >> Hey, stay in your car. Hey, it's the police. So, what's going on today? Why are we getting in other people's cars at the >> I never gotten in anyone else's car. >> Okay, cuz you smell like alcohol and you have bloodshot watery eyes right now. So, how much have >> that. >> Okay, how much have you had to drink today? >> Not much. >> Not much? When was the last time you had a drink? >> Why are you doing this? >> Because you're driving while you're drunk. >> Well, I'm home. >> No, you're under arrest. Do you Do you want to do the the voluntary standardized field sobriety test to show me that you're not drunk? Or are you drunk? >> I don't know why you're doing this. >> Are you drunk? >> No. >> Okay, do you want to do the voluntary field sobriety test? >> No. >> Okay. 16720, I'll be out with her. She's HBD. I'll take a second. >> Why are you doing this? >> You're under arrest for DUI. >> I already was. >> You're under arrest again for DUI because you're [laughter] >> You guys already did that yesterday. I mean, this is not a double jeopardy situation, lady. Just because you get arrested for a DUI once doesn't mean you can't be arrested for a DUI A SECOND TIME WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. Oh my god. >> [laughter] >> So, now it is currently around 7:30 in the evening the following day, and she's about ready to go to jail again. >> Because you're making these choices to put people in danger. >> Who? >> You are. Yoni, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> What What do you mean no, you're not? >> I'm not doing anything to put anyone I'm at my house. My keys are not are here. >> Yeah, but only >> I have a >> By the grace of God did you make it without hurting somebody, but you're going to kill somebody someday if you keep driving. >> have a public defender. I mean, you can try that. >> That's good. I will I I will will try this, okay? And you have a public defender. >> I mean, I'm home. I did nothing wrong. >> No, you drove drunk. >> No, I didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I didn't. >> Are you going to provide a voluntary breath sample? >> No, because I don't trust cops. >> Okay, you don't have to trust me. I'm ask I'm giving you the opportunity to prove to me that you're not drunk. >> No, I don't like think I have to prove that I'm at at my house. >> You do because you >> house. >> You tried to get in somebody else's car at the gas station. >> Yeah, you did. >> No, I didn't. >> Okay. >> Show me proof. >> I've I'll get the proof. It's easy. There's cameras and there's witnesses. >> Well, I don't have any No, I didn't. I wouldn't do this if I were you. >> I wouldn't drive drunk if I were you, but you keep doing it. >> [laughter] >> And man, what is her deal with threats? I wouldn't do that if I were you. And she threatened the female police officer vaguely, allegedly, vaguely threatened the female police officer yesterday. Now, she's threatening him. I wouldn't do that if I were you. What? What? Where are you hiding that AK-47 at, drunky? >> Well, let this >> Let it what? >> I don't know. Do what you want. >> Okay. >> I mean, I know you guys don't have much else to do, but >> I It's a big deal that you're driving drunk. Especially after the last time. >> well, I'm home. So >> No, no, you're still with us. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. I'm going to ask very nicely Yoni that I'm asking you please get out of the car and don't make this into a problem. Can you please step out of the car for me? >> Cuz that one girl >> Stepped out of the car, yeah. I don't want to talk about that one girl. I want to talk about you getting out of the car right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Can Barry >> Face the car. >> Can we talk about the fact that she's wearing a t-shirt that says wine club? >> [laughter] >> No, sir. I'm not drunk. I'm not drunk at all. I'm just on some medication that the hospital gave me. >> [laughter] >> Can I at least not steal my stuff, right? >> This is your stuff. What do you want to come with you? >> Uh everything. >> What's everything? >> My whole purse, my phone, my dog. >> No, your dogs aren't going to come with you to jail. >> Oh, that's that girl. That's the black widow. She's like She says the one that has the also her. >> She has nothing to do with >> Yes, she does. >> No, she is >> Both of you. >> She No, she She arrested She arrested you last time because you were drunk and today you're doing the same She's making the same choices, right? Against the car, please. Take a wide stance. You have the right to remain silent. >> And I have a lawyer. I have a lawyer. I have a lawyer. I have a public defender. >> Listen to me. >> I have a lawyer. >> I will be appointed a representative before questioning if you wish. You can decide anytime to exercise this right to not answer any questions or make any statements. Yes or no, do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Partially. I think I am partially >> I will I will reread this to you, okay? >> But what if she's the one that has the black card? >> Why don't you listen to talk to her? >> Okay, let's just >> Who's talking to her right now? >> Will you talk to my partner instead of talking about >> Who's talking to her right now? >> Are you going to listen? >> I'll figure it out. >> Are you going to listen? Here we go. >> And once I figure it out >> Okay, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to an attorney and have him present with you. Do you have any questions? If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Yes or no, do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> No. >> No. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay, that's your refusal. >> [laughter] >> Now. All right, well, that's a refusal. Let's throw her ass in the back of the car. >> So, do you have anything on you that could poke, prick, stick, or hurt anybody? >> Nope. >> No. >> And I have a lawyer. >> Yesterday? >> Yeah, I just got arrested yesterday. >> she was booked yesterday for DUI. That's how I recognized her yesterday. >> He says, "Yesterday?" Yeah, that tracks. >> You want your phone? [clears throat] >> no pills, actually. >> Oh, okay. >> So, there was no pills? Is that what she's saying? Was she lying about medications? So, she was drunk, allegedly. I'm guessing she was drunk. Did she seriously just say she was lying about the pills? I don't know. She definitely has some issues, that's for damn sure. >> There's actually no pills. >> There was a bunch of pills. >> They were prescribed. >> Okay, but you can't drive on them, right? >> Uh yeah, I can. >> Clearly you can't. This is your 2 days in a row getting arrested for DUI. All right, put her in your car. Or actually, I can put her in my car. Come on, let's go. Yeah, [laughter] what should I do? Have a seat there, Yianni. Appreciate you. >> That's not my name. >> What's your name? >> Nicole. >> Okay, Nicole. Thanks. Wait, what What did you say? Uh she she whipped she whipped in real quick. So, I saw her driving real quick. She pulled in super quick, and then pulled in here. No signal or nothing like that. She stopped abruptly, uh and then I pulled in right behind her, threw my lights on cuz I recognized the vehicle matching the license plate and everything like that. She threw her door open. I said, "Hey, you need to stay in the vehicle." I walked up immediately. I could smell the like a bunch of alcohol. I saw bloodshot, watery eyes and she's got slow, deliberate, slurred speech and she's speaking very repetitive and being very aggressive. >> Yeah, no. >> I guess the only thing I was thinking is like I could build off of yesterday's where you like, "Hey, I arrested her yesterday. Here's everything I saw yesterday. Now we have 24 hours later, exactly 26 hours later, she's exhibiting the same signs and symptoms that I witnessed yesterday." >> Oh, that's fair. >> That's the only thing I was thinking. >> I mean >> I mean >> But you could also put her yourself in there. >> Whatever you want. I'm just Yeah. >> I just want to save you the work, but if you want to If you want to take it, you can take it. >> Kind of satisfying. Driving my >> Okay, if If it means something to you, then then then let's do that. >> to go this way. West side of >> [laughter] >> She's going to enjoy this way too much. He's like, "All right, if it means something to you, go ahead." She's like, "Yeah, it does." >> [laughter] >> She's going to take so much pleasure in locking this [ __ ] up. >> West side of the cops. Yo, you better watch your back, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I do you think I'm joking? Okay, I need you to stop tightening up on me. And then and then and then and if you and if you and if you act like a [ __ ] to me >> We'll do this side, actually. So that way my camera can see her better. >> You're going to be wishing you didn't do this. >> I'm not yet because you have to get a seatbelt. >> You're going to wish you didn't do this. You're going to wish you didn't do this. >> So, I think just because of the pattern of behavior and stuff like that, we're going to take her car, okay? Just cuz we dealt with her yesterday, charged with the same crime and then today she's on the roadway doing the same thing and stuff. So, I'll have a tow truck come pick this car up and then she'll have to get it from some impound or something like that, but >> I'm surprised that they didn't impound her [ __ ] yesterday. I thought that when someone gets arrested for a DUI, they impound your car. They did They What? They let her take her car home? Imagine. This might not have happened had they taken her car yesterday. Maybe. I don't know. But now all she has to do if she's got the money is go to the impound lot, pull her car back out, and then she could go get a DUI on day three, too. God damn, this lady really does not learn, does she? >> For the time being, this is presenting a increased risk to the public just for kind of with her her ongoing behavior and stuff, and until she's ready to get help, I I don't know of any of it. >> out of detox. >> Yeah, that's right. >> weird. >> No, that's what he was saying, so >> So, will she be in there very long? I mean, I'm hoping she will be cuz >> Yeah. Uh well, we can ask for her to stay in there a little longer um than she was yesterday. Um but if if I'm out here and stuff like that, it's just me typing out the the to get the form to have this towed, okay? >> Yeah. >> No new probable cause. I know what no PC means. I haven't threatened you at all. All I said was that you're a threatening me because you have a black widow thing in your windshield in under your rearview mirror, which is threatening to me. This is probably the only person ever arrested shouldn't [music] be arrested. You're going to regret this. I promise you whether whether it's in the physical presence or whether it's like not. >> Are you threatening me right now? >> Not at all. >> [ __ ] You've done nothing but threaten everybody this entire time, baby. And I still can't get over the irony of her wine club T-shirt. >> [laughter] >> Not I I I regret I regret this for you because this is this is you're affecting my life. >> [music] >> You're affecting my life and I this shouldn't be happening. This should not be happening. So, I regret this for you. Because karma's a [ __ ] And that's not a threat. That's just is what it is, you know? >> You were personally at a >> It's going to be a big ass lesson. >> You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to an attorney. >> I will remain silent. >> Can I talk to my >> Deja vu. OH MY GOSH, IS it the same is it going to be the same chicks drawing her blood today, too? This is [ __ ] hilarious. >> Can I talk to my lawyer? Can I talk to my lawyer? >> You have the right to talk to an attorney prior to questioning. >> You guys are going down. >> the right to have an attorney >> You guys are going to have to kill me first, which I don't even care. >> If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you without cost to you by the state. Do you understand these rights? >> I don't see the warrant yet. >> Do you understand these rights? >> Where's my warrant? >> It's right here. >> Where I don't No, where's where's the signature? No, I don't see the Where's the actual warrant? >> Right here. It'll be in your personal belongings. >> You guys are going down. You guys are going to have to kill me otherwise >> So, here's the thing. Here's the thing. Now that she has a Now that she has a warrant, I don't have a choice but to to do a blood draw on you. >> I'm right here. If I have no choice, I'm right here. So, what I need is for you to be able to kill me. There's about five of you that are about to be going down. >> None of these people here arrested you. >> That No, somebody threw me down and almost killed me. >> Okay. Well, these people here did not arrest you. They They work at the gym. >> Oh, it's okay to abuse someone? So, it's okay to throw somebody down and almost kill them? My rib is like injured. It's not okay TO THROW ME DOWN against a cement barrier. >> It's not okay. >> Please don't contact >> They threw her down against a cement barrier? We missed that? Damn it. >> It's okay for people to No. for me to do a blood draw, okay? We have to do a blood draw, all right? So, I need you right now. We're going to have a really fun conversation with the judge. Whoever threw me down is going to go to jail. And whoever the four people that were watching that happen are going to go to jail, also. >> The suspect was charged with two counts of DUI. >> Two DUIs, and I'm hoping that her car stayed impounded for a really long time because damn, is she going for like a freaking DUI record here? Two DUIs in two days? She needs to, you know, leave that wine club. It's getting her in a little too much trouble. And just think, none of this might have happened if she just didn't go back to McDonald's. Well, I'm grateful she did because then we got to see it.
