NO, I'M SCARED. OH, I WAS ASSAULTED. I DID CAN you tell me? All I did WAS ASK FOR INFORMATION. I'M BEING >> TODAY'S BODY CAM FOOTAGE STARTS WITH A simple request from the police. Step outside. But instead of cooperating, the suspect decides that he wants to debate the law from behind a locked car door. All the while insisting that the officers have no authority to make him comply. And what happens next spirals completely out of control. >> Can you step outside for me? >> What for? I have no reason to >> Step out for me. >> Sir, you have to give me a reasonable reason why or I will not. Call your sergeant now. My life is in danger and you're threatening me. No, call your sergeant then I will. I will talk to your sergeant. No, I don't have to follow that order unless you give me a legal reason why. What do I have a WARRANT FOR? GET OFF. >> OPEN THE door now. >> What do I have a WARRANT FOR? HELP, I'M BEING ASSAULTED by an officer. HELP, HE'S ASSAULTING ME. I DON'T KNOW WHY. >> OPEN THE DOOR. >> HE JUST TOLD YOU WHY. Because you have a warrant and you're also refusing to comply. So he's trying to get you out of the vehicle. However, I don't know how successful this police officer is going to be by just simply like yanking his arm with the car door shut. I don't know how how that's going to work out for the officer. I mean, he's he's proving a pretty strong point. He wants he wants this individual to exit the truck or whatever it is. So kudos to the police officer for trying, but I I don't think that the that the officer is going to be able to get him out that way. Just he's going to have to try something different. Is the officer not allowed to like reach in and unlock the car door and then pull him out? Is that not allowed? I I don't know. I mean, the window's down, so it'd be easy peasy just for the police officer to like reach and unlock the car door and then yank him out. I don't know. I don't know. I'm not in law enforcement, but that seems pretty simple to me unless they're just not allowed to do that. >> No. You are assaulting me. >> OPEN THE DOOR. >> HE'S ASSAULTING ME. HE'S ASSAULTING ME, OFFICER. >> Open the door. >> I will. What do I have a warrant for? Tell me now. You are assaulting me, sir. >> Give me a backup. He's fighting me. >> I'LL TAKE IT OFF. >> OH, NO, HE LEFT. HE LEFT. HE LEFT. GO GET HIS ASS. GO GET HIS ASS. THE little close captioning said he was biting the police officer. Well, there's another charge. That's another charge. I also want to know what the warrant is for. I'm curious to know if it is a really really bad warrant or if it's like, I didn't pay my parking tickets kind of warrant. Honestly, it doesn't depend on the severity of the warrant. It's, you know, you got to bring them in, right? But, I am also very curious to know what the warrant is for, but the fact that this individual is fleeing and driving away from the police, me thinks he knows it's not good. >> I'm in pursuit. I'm in a car pursuit. He was biting me. We're pursuing yellow car. We're southbound on Cragie Franklin. Coming up on a hostile. Going left on Crane's Run. >> Man, I don't think police officers get paid enough to put up with this kind of [ __ ] He was getting bit and bit hard by this person. Like, GO CATCH HIS ASS. >> Right on purple fish. Speeds are 17 mph. Going north on Law Street. GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW! GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW! GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW! >> After this rabid 24-year-old bit into an officer's arm and fled at 100 mph, his Jeep screeched to a sudden stop in a residential neighborhood. Wanted on a warrant for domestic violence and now actively evading police, the suspect was surrounded immediately as officers swarmed from both directions. >> Put your hands visible. Put your hands out the window now! >> How many you got in the car, Streeter? >> There's one in the car. >> Just one in the car? >> Just one. He's got >> all the way down and put your hands out the window. >> Bill, if you guys want to come, just one of you stay there. Sierra, go to go to Streeter right here. Streeter, >> if you want to shut your door while we got her, and we'll order her back to you. >> It's a guy. >> Roll your window down. Put your hands out the window now. >> What's his name? >> Noah. >> Noah. >> Order him out back to Strader here. >> Noah! Open the door with your hands up. >> Somebody got a loud speaker? >> He was on the phone 911 earlier. >> Okay. >> Roll the window down and put your hands out the window now. >> Any weapons? >> Put your hands out the window now. >> I don't know about that, but there's a dog >> Roll the window all the way down. >> Say what? >> There's a dog in the car in the back. >> What charges do you have, Strader? >> Assault on a police officer. Obstructing an >> and put your hands out the window. >> Will you tell me you'll comply? >> Does somebody have a shield? >> No. >> He's in the car. >> Ma'am, roll the window down and put your hands out the window. >> He keeps saying ma'am. It's like, it's dude. It's a dude. His name's Noah. >> [laughter] >> Man, do you see that police officer's arm? The blood dripping down that officer's arm. Oh my god, he bit him so hard. For domestic, domestic, that means this person is absolutely unpredictable, super violent, clearly bit the [ __ ] out of the police officer's arm, and now there's an animal in the back seat. Who knows what this animal is capable of? And seriously, none of you officers have a shield in your car? HOW MANY OFFICERS ARE ON scene right now? There's at least three cars and nobody's got a DAMN SHIELD? GET SOMEBODY THERE with a shield to go drag his ass out of his vehicle. >> Stop talking to whoever you're talking to on the phone and listen to us. >> Listen to me, okay? Nobody's going to hurt you, okay? Listen, nobody's going to hurt you, okay? We need you to step out of THE CAR AND COME TO US WITH YOUR HANDS UP. OKAY? Nobody's going to hurt you. All right? >> All patrol units respond. >> Listen. Listen. We can talk Noah. We can talk about that, okay? Look at me. Look at me, brother. Hey. Noah. >> I'm going to throw sticks underneath the back tires. >> Okay. >> Hold on. I'm going to take command. He said he'd talk to me. Open the door and come talk to me. >> You guys got me? 54-34. I got sticks underneath the back wheels. Just FYI. >> Officers positioned spike strips at both the front and the back wheels to immobilize the Jeep in case Noah decided to flee again. But little did they know that the suspect was out of gas and unable to drive away. >> You guys want to go to that side? >> Crossfire. I got officer right here. >> I'll approach this side. We'll get her out of the car. >> Okay. Ready? >> All right. You're my lead, Carl. We'll talk. All right. I'm lethal. Show me your hands. >> Brooke. >> Keep your hands where they are, all right? Keep your hands where they are. Don't move, okay? All right. We're going to open this door. Stop resisting. >> No. >> Stop. >> TASER. TASER. TASER. TASER. >> STOP. >> UNBUCKLE HIM. >> COME OUT. >> I'LL PULL YOU OUT, LADY. >> Let me in there. >> I don't know what I did. >> I TOLD YOU. >> NO, YOU DIDN'T. I AM. >> YOU HAD A WARRANT. I TOLD YOU. HEY, he's >> You're not clawing me. >> Watch your >> Watch your hands. Don't get bit. Don't [ __ ] there. >> Hey. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID. >> Stop resisting. >> I don't know. >> I GOT RIGHT ARM. SOMEBODY grab left. >> I call [ __ ] on not knowing what she did because you drove away, you fled. You were evading police officers, Noah. Okay? I think that you do know what you did because if you really didn't know, you'd think that, "Oh, let me find out what this is." But no, you chose to flee, which tells me you knew it was pretty bad. Knew it was pretty bad, and that's why you stopped. You took off initially at 100 miles an hour, and then just stopped in a residential neighborhood. It's because you were out of gas. You were out of gas. Yeah, so let this be a lesson to all of us. Let us make sure that we always have at least half a tank of gas just in case we find ourselves needing to evade police. But that was just a joke. Don't actually evade police, okay? Because they'll catch you every time. Just saying. He's got blood all over his mouth. Is that his blood or is it the officer's blood? He was biting an officer's leg, too. My god, somebody put a ball gag in his MOUTH OR SOMETHING. GET THIS RABID SON OF A [ __ ] TO QUIT BITING PEOPLE. I'M SCARED. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THE WARRANT is for? I have no clue. Nobody alerted me. Nobody told me. Nobody has a Listen, I have no I've been trying to get away from him and be his father. I was really scared. >> All right. >> I have no idea why >> Let's be real here. You have no idea where his mouth has been. Let's Let's sanitize those wounds before you get freaking rabies or some [ __ ] Just stop. Just stop. We don't want anything else to happen, all right? >> It's okay. I'm scared. >> I know. >> My father's abusive. >> I know. I know. I know your father, okay? >> But he's very narcissistically covertly abusive. >> Okay. >> The only way to deal with him is to walk away from him. >> Do me a favor, take a couple breaths, okay? >> Is that from him biting you or what? >> Biting you, clawing me. He was biting me here. >> just right now? >> No. We were at first stop and I went there and told him to exit vehicle. He refused to. He started reaching like he was going to get his driver's so I grabbed his arm, pulled him out the window. He started pulling pulling me in, clawing at me, biting me. Eventually, he got in the driver's with all of >> He just grabbed my crotch and tried to bite me, but I think he He got on me, but I pulled him off on the way. >> I'm so scared. >> I got somebody coming for you over here. >> I have no idea >> Just relax with us, all right? Be cool with us now, all right? It's over, all right? >> Yeah, I was so scared. I have >> All right. >> I have no clue why there's a warrant in my name. I have a left out boundaries. I've asked him to leave me alone. I have no clue what's going on. >> Wait, calm down real quick. Spread your legs. >> Yes, sir. >> Listen to me, all right? Do you have any needles on you or anything like that? Okay, all right. We just want to make sure. >> I hate >> Well, we just want to make sure, all right? We don't want to get stabbed or anything or something like that, all right? That's all it is. >> every pocket. Check me, please. I don't wear weapons. I have no clue what's happening. Really, I'm confused more than ever because of this. I have no idea. >> Okay. >> Sorry. I didn't know why I was being ordered or anything. >> Good. >> Why did a warrant exist at any event? >> I've seen >> Yes, sir. I was so scared. >> We'll get We'll get the air cranked up for you, okay? Just relax for us. >> Yeah. >> Noah swore he had never assaulted anyone and knew nothing about a DV warrant. Soon after biting another officer in the leg, grabbing his crotch, and kicking multiple officers. The drama wasn't over yet as Noah reveals who was really behind him getting arrested. >> Get a picture of my knee. Just for straight as you report. >> Take your full body first. >> Who Who was he kicking? >> He's kicking somebody. >> Yeah, that's what I >> I know. >> Uh I don't know. It may have been the Miami Township officer. >> What was that? >> Was he kicking you? >> Yeah, but >> I >> He kicked somebody pretty good. >> He kicked me in the leg, but it >> Yeah. >> It would have taken a lesser man down is what you're trying to say. >> No, I'm saying we're in Miami Township right now. >> And you guys have warrants out here fighting people. >> to me. This is all Warren County stuff. >> 100% >> Get some good pictures of your injuries. >> I don't know why. I don't know what I did. I have no clue, really. I've been trying to walk away from my business for the last year. I've asked them to leave me alone, and they won't leave me alone. I don't know what's going on. >> Noah, let me explain it to you, okay? >> I've got I've got a warrant. What was the warrant for? >> It was a domestic violence warrant. >> But I asked him several times to leave me alone. And when the officers when >> Hey, let me explain Let me explain. Let me do talking. Okay? >> Yeah. You're under arrest cuz you have a warrant for domestic violence, okay? Domestic violence. >> Where at? Where? >> It's out of Centerville. >> Yeah. >> PD. >> I asked the officer in Centerville to leave me alone. >> I don't have anything to do with that, okay? We're just doing our job here. >> Okay. >> All right. >> The officer insinuated a public violence. I told her to leave me alone. I followed her out of the building basically. >> Okay. Well, your >> I asked the officer what I asked her to do when she asked if there's anything more I could do. I told her not to involve people. And the officer recorded it. >> Okay. >> Your >> Let's leave your father out of this, okay? Cuz I know it makes you mad. I know it makes you mad. >> me so badly. I just asked him to leave me alone. He's been chasing me through the streets, lately stalking my workplace. I'm trying to walk away from him. >> All right. Well, let's let's let's leave him out of it, okay? We don't need to talk about him right now. >> Ooh. >> All right. >> Well, uh scratching and some biting. >> Okay. You want me to wrap you or do you want me to transport you? I mean, you're probably going to need antibiotics honestly if she if they bit you and scratched you. Just cuz you don't know what they have. >> Claiming any injuries? >> Uh his eye is burned. >> Okay. >> Terribly. Terribly. >> I was so scared, but >> I know good of the warrant on me. I asked the officer in Centerville to leave me alone. I said she could call him, not call him here and have him >> Hey Noah. Noah. >> I checked in on that. She didn't. She just called him up and had him abuse me more. And I was trying to get to a safer spot. >> Noah. >> I would have rather basically >> Noah. >> I was trying to get the officer to record it. >> Me thinks there's something mentally wrong with Noah. I asked the Centerville police officer to not do this and I'm escaping a bad situation and I didn't know I was in trouble and I'm trying to get away, but yet he's clearly violent, assaulted multiple police officers. I don't think in all of the body cams that I have watched with you guys on this channel, I have seen so so officers injured. Like I've I've seen some police officers injured. Like, one of the worst ones I've seen is that that pepper spray fight that that one police officer got into with that one guy at at Walmart. That was real bad. You know, I've seen police officers get spit on. I've seen them get kicked and hit. I have not seen that much blood drawn from a bite or legs bit, crotches grabbed. Like, this guy there's something wrong with him. There is something wrong with him. And I can kind of, I guess, understand why this female officer is being so kind to him. Most people would, you know, probably be really pissed and angry and not being very kind or gentle to this guy. But, she is and it has to be because there's just He seems like he's a few fries short of a happy meal, okay? And so, just get this guy some help, for the love of God, before he hurts somebody. >> No, I told him that. >> Oh, there's something in your eyes. Do you have any injuries to like your hands? >> No, I don't know. >> No, okay. >> The injury is on my arm right now. She's trying to put pressure on it right now. It's swollen. Oh, it's a >> Oh, is that it from a burn? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> It was from the other day. It was I'm I'm working on it. >> Okay. >> They're saying they want to transfer me cuz they said they probably need >> Well, that and he probably should be on antibiotics, but you don't know what she has or a fever. >> Can you drive yourself? >> Well, they got the person in the back of my car right now. So, I mean, that's why that's why I brought you over to see how you want to proceed from here. >> I mean, I can I can wrap it up and you guys can take them. I don't have a transport him or >> Yeah, he's going to have to go to jail or the hospital first. >> You want >> Yeah, just get get this cleaned up if you can and wrapped and then we'll figure out if we have to switch you to a different car and everybody just leave these two cars we'll do that. But, then you can just drive yourself. >> Okay. Did you clean up my dog bite? >> we're >> We're go sit in the back of the medic, okay? >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, we can sit out here. >> I'm going to walk to the I don't >> Just walk with me, okay? We're going to walk to the medic. >> Oh, yeah. It's not the surrounding. I'm just scared of the officer this way. I didn't know there was a warrant or anything. >> He keeps saying that he's scared of these officers, dude. These officers are scared of you. You've got freaking fangs in your mouth and you're squirrely and unpredictable. I don't think they like you that much, either. >> Let me get the dog. >> Yeah, let's stop. >> Yeah. >> We're going to >> I was everywhere. You don't have to >> You're on Sycamore? >> Yeah. I know I messed up once. I was just scared to death. I won't do it again. I promise. Yeah. >> Noah was transported to the hospital and later taken to jail. His dad, whom he blamed for the entire altercation, also reached the scene to pick Noah's dog and gave an insight on the underlying cause behind the incident. >> Let me get the pooch. Come here, Boo. >> Here, I'll let you >> beautiful. Come here, Boo. >> Be careful on that front seat because It's all right, baby. Come on. Come on, you're all right. >> You're all right, it's okay. >> I know. I know. I know, honey. Come on. You guys did the gas pedal? Come on. >> No, I think he's out of fuel. >> Come on. Yeah, probably he is. Uh he's schizophrenic and >> Is that right? Oh, man. >> Yeah, he hear he hears things. He's talks to people that aren't there. He's >> Man, that's crazy. >> He's completely lost his mind. I'm really sorry. >> No, don't be sorry, man. It's It's all right. It's been he >> At the end of the day, nobody >> took meds for a long time and then he went through a phase where he stopped taking them and >> Right. >> and he's just got really, really bad the last couple months and >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean I've never had to limit it and stuff like that, but obviously, you know, at the end of the day nobody got, you know, seriously hurt or anything like that, so you know, it's an unfortunate event, obviously, but >> Yeah. >> I'm just glad he's okay and we're all okay. Nobody else got hurt or nothing, so. >> the car, too. I I try to extend a professional courtesy anytime I can. I just can't let it go on this one. >> It's all right, there you go. >> I just I just feel bad cuz, of course, it was he got out of his car and walked away from it like a week and a half ago and it's actually all in his name, and so I couldn't get it. We couldn't find him anywhere and he racked up like $800 in tow bills that I went and, you know, went to the yard to get it back. And I'm like, I just got it back for him like a week and a half ago. Now it's going to be gone again. >> It's all right, Gerald. You are right. I'm sorry. >> I know, it's a mess. It's a mess. >> Does he live with you guys or does he live on his own? >> No, he doesn't live with us. He lived on his own for a long time in an apartment and like 3 months ago he decided he didn't need an apartment anymore, was going to live in his car, travel around, and so he's he went to Missouri, he's been on the East Coast, he was in Florida. >> So, like this latest break you would say was about 3 weeks ago? It's kind of a >> At least. I mean, he's just been going kind of >> It's been a progressive thing. >> Yeah, I guess. But he's been really bad the last the last the last couple months have been terrible. >> 24-year-old Noah was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of police officer, assault, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. A grand jury later indicted Noah on all these charges. >> Gosh, that was freaking wild, but also really, really sad. Really sad. Clearly, his dad just doesn't know what to do to help him, and Noah is an adult. Noah is 24 years old. I mean, short of having him committed, what can dad do? It's a really, really sad situation, especially since Noah was on medication and just flat out stopped taking it. Why are you going to stop taking medication if it's helping you? Really sad, but wild, man. Like, just because someone is sick doesn't mean that they just get to run rampant and start biting people. So, you know, I'm glad that there was some sort of consequence. It's just, man, it's a really it's a really [ __ ] situation and it's really sad. It's It's really, really sad, but freaking assaulted multiple police officers, okay?
