You're on Facebook. I got plenty of friends. I don't do that in church parking lots. >> You see you described it as his as his penis. >> Um >> Did it Do you know what color it looked like? >> doing it inside your house, we're all good with it. But doing it in a park with kids out and about at that time is unacceptable. >> My shorts down. >> There is video footage. >> were not down. If I'm going to jail, take me to jail. >> If there was an Olympic sport for humiliating yourself in public, everyone in this video today would be standing at the podium, probably in handcuffs. We've got suspects that were caught exposing themselves, getting frisky where absolutely nobody told them to, and making decisions that are so unbelievably embarrassing that the body cam footage became evidence of their worst day ever. And the most amazing part is in most of these circumstances, they seem to be not embarrassed at all. They argue, they make excuses, they blame everyone else, and somehow some of them even think that they're victims. Buckle up. Today we're watching people discover that public indecency and terrible decision-making don't stay private for long. >> Well, I got plenty of friends. I don't do Turn on Facebook. >> I understand, sir. >> Turn on Facebook. I got plenty of friends. I don't do that in church parking lots. Embarrassing. Sit down. Sit down. >> In today's video, this body cam started out as a real simple call about a suspicious vehicle. But what this deputy found instead? Yeah, nobody involved is ever going to live this down. >> At around 1:18 p.m. on November 4th, 2024, this Brown County Sheriff's Deputy arrives at the parking lot of Resurrection School and Church in the village of Allouez, Wisconsin, after callers report a suspicious vehicle playing loud music. But what he is about to discover is something he will later describe as embarrassing. >> My God. >> Sheriff's office, put some clothes on. Get dressed. >> Oh my God, they are not. >> [laughter] >> NOT. >> [screaming] >> OH, UM >> [laughter] >> ARE THEY ARE they doing that in a church parking lot? No clothes on? >> [laughter] >> The deputy said put some clothes on. In the middle of the day? Oh, do you not have some place else you could do that? Okay, >> [laughter] >> like I knew So, I haven't watched this before. I make it a point to blind react to all of these, okay? Let you guys think I might know what I'm getting into because of the intro, but I always film the intros after I've watched it and filmed it the first time. I knew that the original body cam video had, you know, something about the most embarrassing arrest of all time. I was not expecting for the opener to be their boinking in the backseat of their car naked in broad daylight in a church parking lot. In a school resurrection school? Is that what that said? Oh, oh, they're in trouble. >> [laughter] >> Huh? >> Get dressed. >> Huh? >> Get dressed and step out. You can step over to the way. >> I'm sorry. >> You get dressed. >> All right, yes, sir. All right. >> Turn your music down, too. >> Sorry, what? >> Turn your music down, too. Couldn't have picked a better spot than the church to do this kind of [ __ ] >> I'm sorry, sir. >> You're not thinking right. Step out. I'm going to >> going to >> You get your clothes on. >> Why do I feel kind of like they might be exhibitionists or something? Um because it kind of seems like they would have picked a church parking lot, you know what I mean? Like maybe they were sitting at home or they were having a date last night and they were kind of like, "Oh, baby. You know what would be really hot is if we made out near a car." And then he was probably like, "Ooh, yeah. That sounds real sexy." And she's like, "Yeah, you know what else would be really sexy? If we did it in a place we shouldn't be doing it. Like, mhm, a church parking lot or a school." What idiots! Oh my god! You don't accidentally end up somewhere like this to bang in the backseat. I'm sorry. This was no accident. I refuse to believe they accidentally ended up here getting it on. Like, there's no way. There's no way this was intentional. 100% this was intentional. And if they're not exhibitionists, then I wonder who lost a bet. >> Step out of the car and face Any weapons on you? >> Uh, no, sir. >> What's that in the bag? >> I don't know. I can't see it. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Get on the ground. Come on, let me see your hands. Get dressed. >> All right. All right. >> You got nothing on you? >> No, sir. >> What? >> I got nothing. >> Anything illegal on you? >> No, nothing, sir. >> Anything illegal on you? Where do you work? What's that? >> I don't know, man. I don't know. >> They said you were doing this, too. >> Fake things. >> People says you were doing >> I really don't know, man. I got high. I don't take things like that. >> You were what? >> I don't take things. >> Open your mouth and talk to me. What? >> I don't take things. This is a uh a vape pen. >> THC vape pen? >> It's a CBD vape pen. >> All right. How many pants do you have on? How many pants you got on, bro? >> I swear I put on my sweatpants. >> He's got like two pairs of pants on. Why does he have two pairs of pants on? And they were doing drugs, too. Maybe they were just so desperate to get high that they pulled into the first parking lot they saw, not realizing that it was a school church parking lot. They did whatever they were going to do, and then they started feeling a little frisky. I mean, that's a little bit more believable if there are drugs involved. You know what I mean? >> Turn, where you living at? You She paid for it? How do you know her? >> Okay, correction. He's got three pairs of pants on. Wait, I'm so confused. How were they doing the deed while he's wearing three pairs of pants? >> [music] >> I mean, I I guess you can do it while wearing pants. You just got to I don't need to tell you guys how it's possible, but why is he wearing three pairs of pants? >> It's your friend's friend? It's what? Your friend's friend? You what? >> Come over here. >> Come over here. Sit on your butt right here. All right, cross your feet. Don't move. How much you been drinking today? Step out. Embarrassing. Come here. >> Yes, it is, sir. >> Yes, turn around. >> Sorry. >> Face the car. >> Okay. >> You got any weapons on you? >> No. >> How do you know him? >> Okay. >> A friend? >> Yes. >> All right. Well, I got plenty of friends. I don't I don't do Turn around facing me. >> I understand, sir. >> Turn around facing me. I got plenty of friends. I don't do that in church parking lots. >> I know. >> What if there's kids here? >> I know. I know. I know. >> Embarrassing. Sit down. >> The deputy notices children playing in a nearby field with their parents just 250 m away. While this 37-year-old woman and her partner have been totally careless, even partially rolling down the windows, further exposing themselves. But the deputy will soon find out that this isn't the woman's first running with the law. >> Okay, I'm not trying to be judgy, but I'm going to make a snap judgment right here. Is she a Post-it note toot? Get [laughter] Get what I'm saying. Is she a Post-it note toot? Is she a pasteroni? Is she a prostitute? Is she a Is she >> [laughter] >> Is she an escorte? Ookerhay? >> [laughter] >> Is she owing Blay for the Uggs-dray? >> [laughter] >> How can I say this so that YouTube [laughter] doesn't shadow ban me? Oh, you guys know what I'm trying to say. You know what I'm trying to say. Because he said that she's my friend's friend. That's what he said. He didn't say she's my girlfriend. He said, "She's my friend's friend." So, snap judgement, but I don't know. Who's with me in the comments? Are you guys thinking that, too? >> What am I going to find in the car? >> I haven't really done drugs in like my whole life. >> Okay. Any drugs, knives, anything? Sit down. That's not sitting. Nothing illegal in here? Ma'am, your car? >> My mom's >> Okay. You got your IDs in here at all? >> No. Um mine is in my wallet in my >> Where is your wallet? >> My wallet. >> Yours is in your wallet? >> Yeah. It's in the top of >> What do you use? Okay. Is there any meth in there? >> There might be a small amount. >> There might be some? >> Yeah. >> Let's cut this Where's the >> I don't know. >> Where's your There might be some >> There's a >> Just Hey, look at me. What's your name? What's your name? Look at me when I speak to you. >> I'm sorry. >> Cut the [ __ ] >> I'm not trying to bull >> What's in the car? >> I'm not at all anything. >> What's in the car? >> There's a small bag of meth in the back. >> Bag of meth in the back? >> A small amount. >> Okay. Stick your hand out. Will you just ID him for me? >> Yep. >> Yeah, I know. You're not very good at hiding your paraphernalia. Well, it's not going to get any better today, I don't think. Is this your car? >> Uh I just bought this car. >> name. >> Under your parents' name? >> Yes. >> Is this your [ __ ] in the center console? Huh? Yes? >> Is this your what in the center console? He said a B word. What word What is he They censored it. What word? Is this your I am not very paraphernalia knowledgeable. What What What one of those things starts with a B that he would have censored out? Is that your buh Unless the captions are wrong. I don't know. I don't know. Just What is it? What does she have? I thought he was looking for meth. >> Okay, well, that's nice That's Hey, hey. It's neither here nor there right now. Who's Hey, what are these? Who's are these? So, if I look them up, that's what they'll be? Why are they in this container? All right. You want paper? You probably have a warrant. Awful lot of probablys. Let's get our heads screwed on straight and let's start answering some questions without probablys. Who's are they? They're yours? What are they? They're It's prescribed to you. You should know what it is, right? I'm on that. That's not this. You ever think you're anxious because you use Come on. Yeah, maybe's right. Where's the booze? Where's the booze in It smells like in there. When's the last time you drank or smoked in here? Huh? Today? Where's the You can save me a lot of trouble cuz your car Your car is pretty disgusting. >> I know I did. >> Huh? >> I I I cleaned it all back there. >> Okay. Where is the >> I don't You don't know where >> You don't know? >> Why does he keep asking where's the meth? Duh, SHE SMOKED IT ALL. >> [laughter] >> THERE IS NO METH. It's already been done did there, Deputy Mason. >> You want to tell me there's You said there is. Well, there is or there isn't. It's not rocket science, my friend. Hey. There is or there isn't. There was, now there isn't, now there's probably >> Did you just get done smoking it? >> No, they were uh What did you say? >> Huh? >> You got to speak up, man. You're mumbling. >> Well, I don't think you >> I truly apologize. >> I don't think you ate it cuz you had other things in your mouth WHEN I ARRIVED. >> [laughter] [screaming] >> HE DID NOT. HE DID not just say that. >> [laughter] >> DID YOU GUYS CATCH THAT? DID YOU GUYS CATCH THAT? Tell me you catch that. >> [laughter] >> Did he just say she didn't hide the meth in her mouth because she had something else in her mouth WHEN HE ARRIVED? >> [laughter] >> SHE WAS UH UH king say the uh king k. >> [laughter] >> You guys should be very embarrassed by that. Whose coat? This looks This looks like yours, my man. >> That's your coat? Okay. >> You got all How do you got all this [ __ ] >> What? >> I'm talking to him. Why you got all this stuff in here, my guy? What's that? >> No, I didn't. >> Where's your >> I don't have it. >> What the You just said you did. >> I I don't have >> You do or you don't? >> It was just so much. Wait a minute. It's kind of It really is. >> Hey, look at me. Look at me. That's neither here nor there right now. We're talking about what's going on right now. Okay? >> I understand, sir. >> Okay. Is there in there like you told me there was? Yes or no? >> I don't think >> You don't think so means to me, yes. >> If it If it wasn't there, where would it be? >> It really is. >> Cuz it's a pigsty, so I don't want to go touching it with my It's a pigsty, and you have it in your back seat, so I don't feel like >> Yeah, I know. It's horrible. It's the worst. >> I don't feel like uh >> It really is. >> digging around in there, you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah, I know. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. I understand. >> The deputy eventually finds a gray foldable mirror, along with a glass bulb-style smoking pipe containing a white and brown residue and a crystal-like substance that later tests positive for Inside the car, he also locates additional evidence of use, including razor blades, more mirrors, and a torch-style lighter. And just as he had suspected earlier, the woman has an active probation and parole warrant. >> What's yours, buddy? >> Just a jacket. Anything else in there that's yours? >> What? >> So, just the jacket. That's all that's in there that's yours. >> Nothing on him? >> Nothing on him. No. >> Okay. Look at me, but did you You pat him down or anything? >> Yeah. He's just got a bunch of [ __ ] drunk on him. >> Yeah, there's no warrants or anything for him. >> All right. What's going to happen is this fine deputy is going to give you a ride to the city of Green Bay. You not show face in my village again. You understand? All right. Stand up. Go over to the your car. Right here. Right here. Up against your car. >> That guy could probably not get out of there fast enough. He's like, "Please, please take me to Green Bay. I will never come to your village again, sir. Get me the [ __ ] out of here." >> Feet apart. You do have a warrant for your arrest. >> Anything more on her that you want? >> Face the car. You want You want me to turn the keys over to him? Otherwise, I'm going to lock your car. I'm going to tag it for 24 hours, and if it's not gone by tomorrow morning, it's getting towed. Is that fair? Okay. How much have you drank tonight today? >> Like a mi- I mean, like I drank maybe a quarter of a pint at me. >> Anything besides Simple question. How much have you had to drink today? >> Well, like a quarter of a pint since about like 6:00 a.m. this morning. >> What type of >> I smoked a little earlier. Yes, sir. >> Okay. Come on. Come on. Yeah. Come on. You got to have a little self-worth, buddy. You know what I mean? Thank you. Hey. Hey. But but having in a in a in a church last school parking lot, unacceptable. What you were on Probies? >> You didn't finish probation? Oh, it's a PO warrant? I can drop you off at the A&W Quick Trip on Monroe Road if you want. >> I'd rather walk. I ain't even really going. >> You'd rather walk? You want to hoof it? >> Nothing happens to him. He's literally getting his it could day a cassade like in the middle of the day in a church parking lot and he just gets to go home? Like does he at least get a ticket? Does he at least get a ticket? Is it on his record in some way? I mean he's making off pretty easy if that's the case. Oh, unless she didn't get to finish. Then he's going home with something else. [laughter] >> [laughter] >> I got to stop. I got to stop. We got to get out of this body cam right now. >> Start hoofing it. Go ahead. You're good to go. >> And now as she is being transferred to jail, the woman has complaints about her life >> [music] >> and the deputy. >> [snorts] >> They know your situation? >> I told them something after the first of year cuz I'm working and like I wanted to give my kids some Christmas cuz I didn't get to last year. I'm truly sorry for that. >> What? >> I apologize. I'm sorry. >> I didn't know you were even that mad about the mess. >> I know. It's what I did. I I know. >> Ugh. God. >> [clears throat] >> Why am I starting to feel sympathetic? She's talking about her kids and Christmas. This is why I would make a bad police officer. I have too many feels when it comes to people just claiming they're trying to do better and take care of their kids or they're trying to get straight so that they can get their kids back or whatever. Just Yes, I know I'm making fun of her and we're laughing and this is extremely embarrassing, but >> [snorts] >> she's got kids. God, I hate hearing about that kind of stuff, man. I really hope that her kids are in a good place because their mother is a mess. >> Ready to just take it to me now. >> What? >> Ready to just take it all to me. >> Me? >> Yeah. >> That's not >> It seems like you are like you're happy about it and everything. >> I am not happy. I just do my job. >> Like you are so happy. >> No, ma'am. I'm actually upset cuz I was supposed to go hunting after >> You're whistling about it and >> [laughter] >> She said, "You're happy." And he's like, "I'M ACTUALLY NOT HAPPY. I was supposed to go hunting." >> [laughter] >> This deputy would rather be hunting and relaxing than dealing with your meth-smoking ass. >> You're whistling about it and everything. >> Is this better so you can't hear me? >> It's terrible. I understand your mentality and your job. >> Cover. >> You don't care. >> What? >> Yes. >> Been skipping your PO visits and stuff. >> I I am. >> Never started them or what? >> I don't know. I started it. >> Huh? >> I must be I probably probably I don't know. I would have got out and everything, but I had nowhere to live. And all four of my kids so I went back to my ex-husband and >> So what's going on? What? You couldn't You couldn't stay with your parents? >> No. It was too much with all my kids and and me and my situation and everything. I got to do what I got I want I'm trying to get a grip here and and get a job and and do what I need to do cuz I know what I'm doing and I don't have the confidence in myself yet. It's not there. >> Well, you have to You have to have confidence to do right, right? You have to do right by your kids and stuff. Doing this kind of is not helping you. >> I know. >> Oh, and you got to get it squared away with your PO, otherwise you're always going to have warrants. What's up? Have I arrested you before? >> No, I don't think so. >> You don't think so? >> No. >> Ultimately, the woman was charged with felony possession of meth, misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior in public, possession of paraphernalia. She was later released on a $2,500 signature bond. Eventually, she pleaded guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of meth and lewd and lascivious behavior, and was sentenced to 90 days in county jail. >> Damn, man. She's got four kids. She's got four kids. Girl, you got four kids. You can't be doing this kind of [ __ ] Like, I know I understand that addiction is a disease. I do. But, and then and it's just extremely heartbreaking when someone can't get the help that they need, especially when there's kids involved. I hope that her children are protected from the knowledge of the kind of person that their mother is. Like, these kids are just innocent, man. That's [ __ ] heartbreaking. I mean, realistically, it was bad decision after bad decision. Wrong place, wrong time, really wrong choices. And by the end of it, there was no talking your way out of anything. And there was an arrest warrant for her. She was doing all of this with an active arrest warrant. Like, oh, be smarter. You've got four kids. Let me know what you think about this one, because this situation went from really embarrassing to life-altering real quick. >> If you're doing it inside your house, we're all good with it. But, doing it at a park with kids out and about at that time is unacceptable. >> These kids were three, they were in our street to look. >> All right. So, today's body cam is one of those that starts off bad and then just keeps unraveling in the most uncomfortable way possible. We've got a 77-year-old man who is at a public park and he thought that this was a place that was acceptable for doing things that he had no right to be doing where there were kids around. >> This is Lawrence Geisler, a 77-year-old man who was reported to police following a disturbing incident at a local park. On September 26, 2025, just after 3:00 p.m., Barrington police responded to B's Park in Illinois after a man riding his bike reported witnessing concerning behavior. He told dispatch he saw Lawrence outside his truck exposing himself in broad daylight while watching activity in the park. >> [music] >> 911, what's the address to the emergency? >> Hi, I'm at BC Park right now and at BC Park they have like a bunch of the kids from the middle school playing outside and I'm biking and I see this guy with his door open standing outside of his car and I was biking up through like the gravel trail by the playground and I see him with the door open and he's like moving his arm really fast. I'm like, what the [ __ ] I whip out my phone as soon as I whip it out, he goes, like he just finishes and I'm like, "Hey man, what are you doing?" And he [ __ ] like drives away. But I got his plate, so. >> All right. >> I'm so serious, I have a video of it and I have his license plate number, too. He drove away. See, I was actually smart about this cuz I couldn't actually get the plate on the video, I just read it out. >> Okay. >> You guys want to send If you want to send a cop over, I can talk to him while I'm there and show him the video. >> All right, I'll send an officer to come talk to you there. Thank you. >> All right, yeah, of course. >> Not only did the witness catch the entire act on camera, but he was also able to provide police with Lawrence's license plate number before he fled giving officers exactly what they needed to locate him. Not long after, he was found driving a few streets from his home and after a brief and unsuccessful attempt to evade police, was stopped and confronted about what had happened. >> Oh my god. Thank heaven for this bystander that saw this and was smart enough to whip out his camera, not only get him on film, but also read his license plate in the video so that when this guy drove off, the police officers could find him. OH MY GOD. He was just This guy was sitting at a park watching middle school kids after school play on equipment and he was And the guy got him on video finishing. What a disgusting piece of [ __ ] I am so glad he got caught. I am so glad. >> Dude, we're cooking you. >> What's up, sir? >> 3172 >> I don't know. You asked me. >> Well, you're here actually. We want to talk to you. Lower your window, please. >> Yes. >> Were you at BC Park today? >> I drove through there yesterday. >> Okay. What were you doing at BC Park today, sir? >> I usually just drive through. >> Okay. >> That's all. I mean, it's >> Something for 3172 >> I go in and go for a walk. >> Well, we have footage of you being at BC Park. You want to >> No, I'm not going to argue. I was there this morning. >> This is the pickup truck from the incident earlier at BC Park. >> 3132, did you want to cross-reference this with the exposure call? >> No. >> Careful. >> I'm not going to have to warn him or >> Hey. Hey. Hey. You go to BC Park a lot? >> Yeah, I drive through there probably once or twice a week. >> Once or twice a week you >> Just to drive through. Sometimes I go in there and just go for a little walk and >> What's your name? >> My name's Larry or Lawrence. I prefer Lawrence. >> Lawrence, be honest with me. >> As the interaction plays out, Lawrence's story starts to shift, slowly getting closer to the truth. But what he doesn't realize, and is about to learn, is that his actions back at the park were caught on camera. And the officer has already spoken with the witness and reviewed that footage. >> We We We have someone that recorded a video of you, okay? >> A video of me? >> Correct. They recorded a video of you, okay? >> Uh it's against the law to take a video of me. >> No, it's not. We have a video of you, and uh subject is claiming >> No, I wasn't. Sorry, I wasn't. I was there pulling my shirt on. >> Okay. What Why were you by your passenger seat side uh door open with door staring at kids? >> Cuz I was adjusting my belt and pants. >> This disgusting [ __ ] This piece of DOG [ __ ] EW! EW! OH MY GOD. I Oh. Ew! Ew! I I can't even I can't even be funny this one. This guy is disgust This is absolutely disgusting. This is atrocious. This is These people walk among us every single day, and it's [ __ ] terrifying. Oh, I'm so glad he got busted. >> Why were you doing it on the passenger side of your vehicle? >> It's the passenger side. I have to be on. I mean, sometimes I'm over by driving over here, and I got out and walked around, looked at my truck, and you know, I was adjusting my pants, and sometimes my belt buckle like right here will pop out. I just adjust my pants and tuck my shirt back in. >> But you were At At no time did you >> No, sir. I did not. I don't know >> With the man clearly holding back and leaving out the disturbing details, officers push back, clarifying what was reported by the witness. >> Why would someone say that they saw you. >> I don't know how they could. They were behind me. >> I was fixing my belt buckle more than likely because it pops out sometimes. >> All right, wait. And we have cameras all over that park. We're going to be able to check every single angle of the park. And what's going to go a long way for you here is honesty. >> I was adjusting my pants and >> believe that for a second. I don't believe it for a second. And what I'm going to have this officer do is I'm going to have him either help you out and do a local ordinance where it doesn't get posted all over the world what you were doing in the park. Or we can arrest you here today and you're going to have to argue in court which is going to ruin your reputation anyway. >> I would prefer not to get arrested. >> Yeah, I bet you I bet you would. >> I would prefer not TO BE ARRESTED. TOUGH [ __ ] YOU'RE GETTING ARRESTED FOR JERKING OFF IN A PARKING LOT WHERE A BUNCH OF KIDS WERE, YOU SICKO. >> YES. >> Like I said, it's going to go out to the public what you were doing. It's going to be on It's going to be in the newspaper with your face. >> Good. Good. You know why? You know why? Bring back public shaming. That's why. Public shaming should be a thing, especially for something as disgusting as this. I'm glad his picture's going to be in the paper. He's going to be on lists. Everyone is going to know his name. And now, thanks to YouTube, everybody on the internet is going to know his name, too, even people that aren't local. And I am glad for that because a piece of [ __ ] like this deserves to be shamed. >> your name of what you were doing. >> No, I was I was adjusting my pants. >> Even after being told there was footage of the incident, Lawrence continues to deny everything. So, officers decide to bring up a valid point. If he wasn't doing anything wrong, then why get the hell out of dodge? >> Can you tell me why when the individual shouted out, "What are you doing?" Immediately, you jump into your >> the hell out of me and I'd rather leave than confront or get in a fight with anybody. >> Well, why would you get into a fight with anybody if you had nothing >> at me, I I have no idea. >> Yeah, what were they shouting? Can you tell me? >> I think he says, "Sir." >> He was He was shouting, "Sir"? >> I think so. >> And you got scared of him shouting, "Sir"? >> Yes, sir. >> If you are compliant with us and you tell us exactly what happened, we might be able to help you get a great >> and I was adjusting my pants. >> How was your zipper on? >> Well, I guess I felt to or I went down there to adjust my pants. I felt my zipper was open, so I I pulled my pants up, pulled my zipper up and that's probably what the gentleman was on. >> Were you there for a long time or a >> I was probably there for about 20 minutes, maybe 15. >> And doing what? Just standing next to your passenger door? You were just going to be around your car for 20 minutes? >> Yes, I was pulling my zipper and adjusting my pants. It probably looked suspicious, but it could have been. >> Do you see where we have an issue? There were kids at the park. Someone claims they saw you They have They have footage. >> Okay. >> Okay? >> What are we going to do about it? What's >> My partner just told you, okay? We will write you a ticket or we will write you a warning, either or. We want to We want to get your side of the story, the truth. >> through the ticket. >> Okay. So far, Lawrence has been keeping things vague, but he's about to get a little more honest about what happened. And as the questions continue, the details he was leaving out start to come to the surface. >> I was wasn't it I'm I was I was >> A little bit, didn't you just tell me wasn't out. >> It wasn't out. >> But you just said you a little bit. >> Yeah, I did. I was trying to throw a curveball at you. I'm sorry, sir. >> You know I don't believe anything you're saying, right? >> Okay, well, what would you like me to say? I was there. >> I'm just I'm just telling you Lawrence, I don't believe a single word that you're saying to me today. I'm just going to tell you this much, you might get away with it today, but you will get caught eventually. Okay? >> Yes, sir. I do. >> So >> No, why would he get away with it today? No, there's video footage. Why on earth would he get away with it today? Why even tell him that? Take his ass and he's busted. Mhm, nope, there's video. Nope. Don't even let him think he's going to get away with it today. Nope. Nope. I won't allow it. I won't allow it. >> I'm just I'm just telling you. >> I'm sorry sorry that I was so >> As the situation continues to unfold and officers struggle to get much out of Lawrence, a sergeant arrives on scene to assist. This is where the pressure begins to ramp up and his story continues to crumble. I asked him if later on he changed his story that he he might said was never out and he's just flip-flopping the stories now and he claims he was adjusting his pants, adjusting his belt. >> I was adjusting cuz my belt buckle pops out. You might I was adjusting my pants and then I don't know what else to say. >> Do you understand there was a witness to this act that called us? >> If there was a witness, there's nothing I can do say that to just >> That's right. So, fess up. Say, "Yeah, I was jerking off." He says, "If there was a witness, there's nothing I can really say." Yeah, you're absolutely right. There's nothing that you can say. So, fess up to it. Quit bullshitting. FESS UP TO IT AND GO TO JAIL. >> Say there wasn't a witness. >> Let's put it this way. If you tell us the true story right now, we'll just give you an A. If we find other evidence, it's going to be an arrest. And then, you're going to be a two offender. And then, you won't be able to be by a school 500 ft. Your pictures are going to be posted everywhere. You're going to have to register every year. You understand how this goes, right? >> Yes, I do now, sir, cuz you're doing a very good job of doing this. So, like I said, I would, sir. Cuz I pants down, yes, sir. Might have been for a second because I was making an adjustment. >> You pull your pants down to make an adjustment? >> I opened them up. I did not. >> Time that you were in a park Cuz you switched >> Yes, at one time it was. >> Not for public indecency? >> Yeah. >> Do you wear underwear or you just in >> No, sir. I usually go with no underwear. >> All right. Well, sit tight. We're going to be right back, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. >> Now, with Lawrence admitting that he exposed himself, officers call the witness to compare stories, and the witness is persistent that there was much more going on. >> Well, we made contact with the witness, and the witness is claiming they saw at the park. >> Okay. Now, what do we do? >> I I just want the truth from you. That's what I want. >> I was at the park, yes. My pants My belt buckle was out. My zipper was open. >> Okay. >> Holding it. >> Okay. >> Just holding it? >> It's a 29-year-old female having chest >> I want you to tell us the truth. >> Okay, good. >> That's That's all I care about. >> down. My zipper was open. Yes, sir. >> Okay. Why are you doing that there? Is it because a park has children in it? Is that why you went there? >> No. No. The park is just a place where I like to go and drive, and sometimes just sit there and and look and dream. I'm not >> Ew! Did he just say a park is a place that he likes to just sit there and look and dream? Dream? WITH HIS PANTS UNBUTTONED AND CHILDREN AROUND? GOD, this guy's [ __ ] gross. Why are they sitting here letting him [ __ ] them over and over and over again? Just take him in. I'm going TO BREAK MY FREAKING DESK. >> leaning on kids or anything else. >> The officer asks a question most of us are probably wondering. What exactly did he mean by dreaming? >> Can you tell me more when you say dream? What do you mean by dream? >> Dreaming that I was young again. It was here here that's where I was putting dream in. And I don't know how the guy can see it. >> It's It's the most It's the motion, sir. That's what he He claims he motion and then he he >> probably saw my arm. >> And then he claims he heard you. >> I prefer not to get arrested. So, if there's anything I can say or do >> You You've You've been telling me your side of the story. Do I believe it fully true? No, but you see where it goes wrong. You were facing the kids. You know The only reason you stopped doing what you're doing is because someone observed you doing it. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. Okay, yes. >> Remember you switched your story. First you told me you might have >> No, I wasn't. You know I was not being Was I playing with it? No. Was I adjusting it? Yes. >> out of your pants. That's the question. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> That's where it was. >> How long were you adjusting it for? >> I would say maybe a minute. >> Does it take that >> Pulling it up, you take it. It was moving around. I go commando, so sometimes it gets sticky and everything. >> Ew! >> [laughter] >> Oh my god, it keeps getting worse. It keeps getting worse. Oh, so now we know he goes commando. And uh it was getting sticky DOWN THERE. OH GOD, NO, STOP IT. STOP IT, STOP IT, STOP IT. MAKE IT STOP. IT keeps getting worse. WHY? HOW? HOW? HOW DID WE GET HERE? HOW DID we get here? We knew this was bad. I don't know how he's making it worse, but he is. STOP IT. STOP IT, STOP IT. >> IT GETS BIGGER WHEN you're down there. I don't know. You smell your butt, but I have to pull it out and I stretch it out and spread it out and then pull it away. Cuz I air it out yesterday. >> By this point, the officer's partner has heard enough. The inconsistencies in the story are glaring, and he's no longer interested in playing his games. So, he interjects to cut straight to the point. >> So, I just think we're getting lost in definitions and semantics. Let's just call a spade a spade. yourself and dreaming That is how I would describe And your hand was down your pants. >> No, my pants were open. >> Your pants were open, your hand was on your >> Yes. >> And you were dreaming thinking about That's the definition. >> Okay. >> And what I think the best option for you to do as a godly man I assume that you are is just admit the truth to yourself cuz we're all flawed and we're all sinners. And today you chose the a terrible place to do that. >> Now, do not call him a godly man. Do not assume he is a godly man. Oh god, he's [ __ ] disgusting. >> The action at the place is where we're all concerned. If you would do that in on driveway at home, we don't have really that much of a problem with it. It's way less, you know, if you're doing it inside your house, we're all good with it. But doing it >> No, don't say if you're doing it in your house, we're all good with it. HE'S THINKING ABOUT CHILDREN WHILE MASTURBATING. EW! >> park with kids out and about at that time is unacceptable. >> This kid was three, six years old in our street to look. >> Yeah, it's it's still a park. They could have been on the other side of the park. >> I was zero, I was just in my pants. I had my hands on my pants, that's >> And it's best I think the best option is just to admit that and accept that we're flawed and accept for and try and get forgiveness from the Lord. Cuz he's going to forgive you for this. But I just want the truth off your chest, get it off. >> No, you believe what you want. You you are free to believe whatever you want. Uh he's going to be burning in hell. I don't believe that he's going to be forgiven for something like this. I hope he rots and burns in hell. I'm just going to let's put that out there. I'm not even going to say it in a screaming voice because that is the one comfort that I have is that people like him are going to rot and burn in hell. >> That that's like like I said, you're just in a little bit of a denial cuz we're just arguing definitions. And my definition is that you were. >> Yeah. I was at fault. You know, I can do is ask you gentlemen to forgive me. I can go home and soak in my wounds. >> Well, >> because I did a terrible thing. >> We're we're unfortunately going to have to make a trip to the station. We're going to do it as as seamless and and as easy as possible and you will be home very shortly. >> All right, so what's the procedure? Do you guys take me? >> Yep, we'll take you to the station and then from there we'll take you back home. >> Okay, what what are we going to do? >> Mostly we just need to take your fingerprints. >> Oh, okay. Well, I You guys should have cuz I was in the service. >> Well, that that we just have to verify that. We just run them to verify you are who you are, okay? >> Let's go ahead and go with that. >> good with you, Sergeant? >> yeah, I'm good with that. It is it's only going to take an hour and a half or so. Uh are you okay with uh I drive your truck and I drop it off at your house and then uh uh my partner's going to drive me back here. >> Yeah, you can drive it. >> Let's do that. Let's do that. If you take him and then I'll take >> we'll take care of your truck. >> We'll take care of your truck, yep. Uh what we'll do we have to put you in handcuffs. >> Okay, well, somebody's got to drive my truck. >> I'm We're doing that. We're going to do that. >> And then we're going to bring the keys back to you. >> Okay. Okay, totally understand. >> Do me a favor, turn around. What's this? >> A knife. >> Can't bring that into the secure facility. >> I'll put it right here. Keep it there in this pocket. >> Hey. All right. Uh let's go in the back of my car, okay? >> Yeah. I got it. >> Ouch. >> You good? >> Uh hurt. They're not They're not made for >> Good, I hope it hurt. I hope it hurt. I hope you broke your [ __ ] tailbone when you sat down, you piece of [ __ ] I don't know what they found in his pocket. If If If they said, I missed it, but they found something in his pocket and said that he can't take that. If it was a weapon, I might [ __ ] myself. >> for comfort. >> You tell us, sir. >> I I shall not. Uh thank you for being honest at the end, okay? >> Okay. >> Hold tight. >> Lawrence Geisler was taken into custody and charged with public indecency. While the full legal consequences are still pending, the evidence, along with witness testimony, provides a clear picture of how the events unfolded. What are your thoughts on this case? Please leave a like >> Well, you guys know my thoughts ON THIS CASE. >> EW. >> GOD. >> [groaning] >> GOD. I I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT KEPT getting worse. It's like he kept tiptoeing around the truth and made it sound worse. LIKE IT WAS ALREADY BAD. HOW DID HE MAKE IT SOUND WORSE? I cannot believe he actually thought he was going to talk his way out of that knowing that there was an eyewitness with a video. Seriously? No. Yes. I hope he's on every list imaginable and everybody there local knows his face. >> Just gone. That's why you didn't want us to pat you down. >> Well, >> I used you described it as his as his penis. Um, did it Do you know what color it looked like? >> Imagine going for a peaceful jog in a nice wooded area and then suddenly having to call 911 because there's a dude walking around with his pants open and everything hanging out. >> can I talk to you for a second? >> Yeah, how are you? >> Good, how about you? >> So, >> Oh, not too shabby. >> What's going on? >> I'm just walking around the lake. >> Just walking around the lake? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where did you start at? >> Uh, over by Reed's Lake. >> Okay. Like Reed's Lake Boulevard, where? >> Just south of here. >> South of there? >> Yep. >> Okay. Um, reason I wanted to talk to you, we had a we had a call on a subject matching your description. >> Okay. >> Blue jeans, blue sweatshirt, >> Yep. >> walking around with his penis out. >> Okay. >> Um, so, obviously I see you and go, Oh, okay. Matches the description, might as well get the conversation in. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Do you have any ID on you? >> I don't. >> You don't? >> No. >> What's your name? >> Dennis. >> Dennis, have you ever been in trouble before? >> not. >> Anyone coming in? Anyone 20, go ahead. Anyone 25, just a traffic Dennis, what's your middle name? >> Kevin. >> Can you uh try to reach him, please? >> K9. >> 8125, your status? >> 8125, I'm out with one. Lakeside in a pullover. Dennis, what's your last name? >> Evans. >> Copy. >> What's your middle name? >> Pullover. >> Dennis Evan Evans? >> Williams. >> [laughter] >> That doesn't sound like a heaping pile of [ __ ] or anything. Of course he doesn't have his ID on him. Of course, of course. I don't know about you, but whenever I decide to go out and flash the general public, I try to make sure I don't have ID on me. That way, you know, I can be anonymous. >> [laughter] >> All right, Dennis Evans Evans. Oh my god. I mean, if you're going to lie about your name, you might as well come up with something even remotely believable. >> 41, 10-4, Ronald. What's good for you? >> Uh 10-11. 84. >> Hm, he's my age. If that's his real birthday. >> [laughter] >> If that is actually your birthday, which we already know you gave a fake name, so I highly doubt it. >> a good phone number for you? Okay. And what's your address? >> Am I being detained or >> Well, right now I'm trying to figure out what's going on with you. >> Okay. >> Um, trying to figure out whether you're a potential suspect, whether somebody didn't see somebody something right. >> Okay. >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> So, that's I'm just trying to get all the information so I can put it in the report. >> Mhm, I understand. >> Let's do it that way. >> Yep. >> So, do you have your address? >> I do. I get I guess if I'm not being detained, I don't really Okay, I have no reason to You know what I mean? >> Okay. Well, at this point we'll say you're being detained till I figure out what's going on and get a better description of >> [laughter] >> I like it. So, he's like, all right, well, if in order for me to get the information that I need, I'm just going to officially detain you then. This guy is like, well, I mean, if I'm not being officially detained, then I don't have to give you any information that I don't want to give. Well, then I'm going to detain you. How about that? Now, give me your [ __ ] address. >> person and see what we can figure out from there. Sure. Does that seem fair? Yep. Okay. What's your address? If you don't want to give it to me, that's fine. When I run you, I'll get it that way. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Sure. >> Um No, I think I saw you when I passed by the first time. >> Yep. >> And you went back that way. >> Uh-huh. >> And then I saw you walk over here, and you were looking back that way, and then you kind of started to run for a second this way. Why was that? >> I have no clue. >> Okay. Cuz I think you started to run this way, saw me, and then you stopped running. >> Okay. >> That seemed a little odd to me based on everything that I had heard. Sure. Could you see where that would be the case? >> Absolutely. No, I mean I saw you I wouldn't have stopped running, I guess, if I thought it was suspicious. >> Yeah. Yep. Um Was there a reason you ducked back in the woods when I went by the first time? >> There's a I don't know. >> Well, there's only one reason somebody would duck in the woods when they see a police officer. It's because they're doing something that they shouldn't be doing, like walking around with their ding-dong hanging out. >> or like an old stone I don't even know what it is back there. But yeah, I was just checking it out. >> You were just checking that out. Okay. Should I type with him? I run him real quick? >> The name he gave didn't exist in any police database. No driver's license, no vehicle record, no trace at all. The officer returned to him, giving him a chance to correct the information. >> All right, Dennis. I I know if I copied something down wrong or you not giving me the right information. >> Okay. >> So, let's go over your full name again. Dennis is your first name? >> Yep. >> D E N N I S? >> Yep. >> What's your middle name? >> Evan. >> E V A N? >> Yep. >> And your last name again? >> Williams. >> W I L L I A M S? >> Yep. >> Okay. And Have Do you have a Michigan driver's license? >> No. >> Have you ever had a Michigan driver's license? >> A while ago. >> Do you have a driver's license anywhere any other states? Have you been in trouble before? >> No. >> You don't have an ID on you right now? >> I don't. >> Nothing on you? >> No. >> All right. Sit tight. Let me see what else I can find out. >> Okay. >> He repeated the same information. Still, nothing came back. Meanwhile, after the two failed attempts to identify the suspect, the victim drove past the scene and from inside her car, she saw the suspect and immediately identified him to the officer stating that she was 100% sure. This prompted the officer to approach the suspect a third time giving him the last chance to give his correct identity. But, what did he do? Okay. Here's where we're at. >> Okay. >> I got in touch with the victim. Um Victim drove by. She gave me a description. When I talked to her, she drove by, said 100% no doubt in her mind it was you. >> Okay. >> So, here's what we're going to do. You're going to give me your proper name. You're going to give me your address. And then we're going to go from there. >> Okay. >> All right. So, let's start with proper name. >> That's what I gave you. >> So, Dennis Williams. >> Evan Williams. >> Dennis Evan Williams. >> 10 11 84. >> And what's your address? >> Don't really have one. >> You don't have one? >> I don't really stay in anywhere. >> How'd you get here? >> Drove. >> Oh. Where's your car at? >> North side of Reed Road. It's the south side of Reed's Lake. >> I thought you didn't have a driver's license. Why are you driving without a driver's license? Mhm. Mhm. So, you're going to admit to that? You're going to say that you're driving without a driver's license? And you're still giving a [ __ ] name. You are still not giving a valid address. And he's still denying that it was him. Even after the victim, who is also an eyewitness, approached and confirmed that she is 100% positive that it was him. This is something that I will just I will never ever ever understand. When you're caught, why keep lying? You just make the situation worse for yourself. BECAUSE NOW he's obstructing justice. Just come clean with it already. You're walking around exposing yourself to people AT A FREAKING PARK. Take your punishment. >> Kimball. Where did you Where did you park your car? >> Over by the East Beltline. >> What kind of car is it? >> Yeah, what kind of car? >> It's a Impala. >> Kimball and Impala. >> What color is it? >> Tan. >> Tan Impala. Is that registered to you? >> I Yeah. >> Okay. >> Should be. >> Okay. Um where was your previous address? >> Out on Elmwood. >> On Elmwood? >> Yeah. >> What What's the address on Elmwood? >> It's a 3,000 number. >> Okay. So, you were on Elmwood, but you haven't >> 5 or 6 years ago. >> Okay. Where have you stayed for the last 6 years? >> Just kind of bouncing back and forth. I guess I never really had a mailing address. >> Okay. I can see where I think some of this is really kind of confusing and funny. Uh it seems like there's a lot missing here. >> Sure. >> Were you in jail? Were you in prison? Were you in any type of mental health facility? No. No. So, for the last 6 years you haven't had a place to live, a true place to live. Where does your vehicle register to? >> It should be me. >> But what address is it registered to? >> Yes, I'm not sure. It's been a while. >> Do you know what >> Oh my god. >> [laughter] >> There are certain things that you just know are not going to add up. For instance, if it's your car and the car is registered in your name, you have to have a valid address, okay? You can't register a vehicle without an address, you dumb ass. >> what the license plate is? >> No, I don't >> At this point, he left the officers with absolutely no choice. >> Thing for right now is I'm trying to figure out exactly who you are. I'm going to have you have a seat in the back of my car. You're not under arrest at this point. >> We just got to figure out who you are, man. >> Sure. >> I can I can tell you here's what's going to happen today. All right. At this point, what's going to happen, I'll be getting the information. I want to figure out who you are for sure. Obviously, I kind of need that at this point. We will be releasing you from the scene after I can figure that out and then we'll be in touch with the prosecutor's office. Prosecutor's office can decide what they want to do with you. All right. So, that's what we're looking at. Questions on that? Okay. >> Pretty straightforward. >> Let's step over here. I'll have you have a seat in my car. Seats are not comfortable. >> I can't imagine they are. >> Before you get in though, we're going to make sure you don't have any weapons on you and that's just kind of our policy. >> outside of it? >> No, I'm going to have you have a seat cuz I want to be able to talk back and forth. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything >> through the window? >> Do you have anything on you that we need to know about? >> No. >> Okay. >> Can I talk to you through the window? >> No. Yeah, let's just have a seat real quick. >> Okay. >> Go ahead and put your hands back behind your back, though. Like I said, you're not getting arrested. >> Nope. >> Turn around, face that way. >> Face that way. >> You're not getting arrested. Put your hands behind your back and interlace your fingers together. >> Okay. >> There you go. He's just going to >> Do you have anything on you that's going to cut me, poke me, anything like that? >> No. >> Nothing I need to worry about? >> Nope. >> Okay. >> No grenades, no bombs, no guns? >> grenades. A knife? Keys? No knife on you? >> No knife on me. I got it. >> Got it. >> Yeah. >> This is just your cell phone. >> Mhm. Okay. >> Lift up your arms a little bit for me. This is Switch. It's a gun. >> Did he just say it's a gun? Did he just say it's a gun? Is that a gun in your pocket, or you just happy to see me? >> [laughter] >> DOES HE HAVE A GUN? >> GOT HIM. STUCK UP AGAINST the car. You got a touch gun? >> Yep. I got fingers. >> Is this why you didn't want us to pat you down? >> Well, part of it. >> Okay. We'll get to the rest of your shortly. >> Not really, but >> Just >> No, I tried pulling away from you. That's all. >> So, not only was he walking around with his uh Johnson out, but he's also got a gun on him and he's just like hanging around the park just for shits and giggles. What was his intention? What was this guy doing? >> All right, bring the other arm down. I'm going to have to get some cuffs. >> Let's try to slide it over for you. Pull that one down. Go ahead and let go of your fingers. Like you're going to break. Like you're going to break. There you go. Pull this one down. >> I I can't go any further. >> We'll readjust here in a second, but All right. Yep, stay right there. >> Is this one too tight? >> Uh no, you're okay. I'm going to double lock them here. Double lock them so they don't ratchet down in your wrist, okay? Here from here on out, Dennis, if that's your real name. Just Just give us your real info cuz then we can we can go get you printed and we're going to figure out all that stuff. John, I did not finish patting him down. >> Yep. >> Do you have a license? >> Yeah. >> A CPL? >> Yeah. >> Oh, something you probably could have told us. >> Dur dur dur No, but I forgot that I have a driver's license. Dur. I'm stupid and I thought that I could just give you fake information and you just let me go on about my merry way. What an idiot. >> I'm going to put this on front right now. >> Do you have any medical Yes. Yes. 40-38 40-45 40-38 Bring him up. to go. >> All right. Did you get a finished pat down? >> Yeah, I did it. I did a pat down on the back. >> All right. Have a seat. >> Not comfortable. >> Yeah, no. I I can't imagine. >> All right. What's your real name? >> So, here's the deal. This has nothing to do with what you guys saw before today. I'm supposed to be at work. All right. I I told my wife I was supposed to be training today. I didn't want to go to work. I took a vacation. She just She just thinks I'm at work. >> 40-85-70 >> Okay. >> Yep, 40-85-70 >> That's a >> 40-85-70 >> That's about it. >> playing hooky right now? >> Yes, exactly. She thinks I'm at work cuz I didn't want to stay home with the kids and so I had the babysitter come out. That's where we're at. >> Okay. So, you have your full name now? >> Yes. >> Yeah, what is it? >> Troy Allen, A L L E N white, slicked-back hair 10-31-86 >> And you don't obviously don't want your wife to know what's going on. >> Kind of why we're here. >> As officers detained him pending identification, they conducted a pat down. That's when everything changed. Inside his waistband was a loaded Springfield Armory Hellcat, round chambered. In his pocket, a Microtech switchblade. Neither had been disclosed, but what the officers were just about to discover would shift the case even further. >> Oh my god, it gets worse than a freaking concealed gun in your waistband and a switchblade in your pocket? It gets worse? It gets worse. Okay, so this guy's playing hooky, apparently lied to his wife, not surprised because he's a liar, and he let the police officers pat him down knowing damn well that he had not one but two weapons concealed inside of his pants. And it gets worse. >> Is there any way I could write you something? >> Huh? >> Is there any way I can get a a pen and a piece of paper? >> For? >> Just so I can write you something. >> Yeah, you can do that in about 5 minutes. >> Why does he need to write something? Why doesn't he just say See, not want something on body cam. Does he not want something on body cam? Is that why he wants to write something? Maybe he's not stupid, maybe he's smarter than we're giving him credit for. Nah, probably not. He was walking around with his dick out. >> My bad, we just drove on front of my job site. >> 2072, description of the child? He's about 11 years old, being pulled on a black and green sweatshirt. He's coming into the area now. Pencil. >> Okay. Touch your feet. >> What he wrote on that paper was KCSD, his true identity is Troy Allen White, a 10-year Kent County Sheriff's Deputy, but sadly, a suspect in this situation. >> I got some stuff to fix. >> Holy [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] He's a 10-year Sheriff's Deputy? HE'S A SHERIFF'S DEPUTY. >> [laughter] >> OH MY GOD, WHAT THE [ __ ] was he thinking? Oh my god, if he's been a Sheriff's Deputy for 10 years, did he not know that all of these lies were obviously going to be biting him in the ass at some point? Why wasn't he just being honest? OH MY GOD. >> [laughter] >> HE REALLY is an idiot. >> Girl. >> Okay. >> Like um what you put down. So >> About what I put down? >> Yeah, you work for the Sheriff's Department? Okay, what do you do there? >> 4119 15 >> Why did you lie to me? >> Yeah, for 4119 15 19 >> to find out I was not at work when I said I was. >> 4528 14 >> You can't say that you lied because you were worried about your wife finding out that you were playing hooky from work. That's not why you lied. You lied BECAUSE YOU'RE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT. GOD. >> Obviously at this point I got to confirm that you're work for the Sheriff's Department. Um which then would generally let you have the gun, but not having any ID seems like a mistake on your part. Is that in your car? >> I do. My uncle's number. >> So, here's where we're at at this point. >> Okay. >> We're going to work on confirming whether you are actually work for the Sheriff's Department. Um After we confirm that >> He said it was a neighbor, but we don't know who. They never answered on call back. >> Cuz you don't have a CPL listed. Or it's actually I'll have to run it a little different. >> Should be covered under LEOSA, I guess. >> Yes, it would be. But generally with LEOSA you have to carry your ID with you, too. >> Sure. >> Um but that's a different story. Uh the false name is obviously an issue. And the original accusation is obviously an issue. But >> Well, like I said, the name was again, I'm not supposed to be at work, so that's why I was uh concerned about that. >> Uh I got my chief kind of working on that side of it. He wasn't quite at home yet, so he Now, are you living with your wife or separated or something? >> Nope, we're all living together. >> Okay. >> NOT FOR >> [laughter] >> OH, SHE MIGHT DIVORCE your ass for this. It's bad enough that he's a liar, but then it's quite something else for your wife TO FIND OUT NOW THAT you were walking around woods exposing your penis to women. You think she's going to want to stay married TO YOU AFTER THAT? OH, my ass would be gone so freaking fast. >> And why is it you just didn't want to be home today? >> It's my only day off. On my days off, I uh I get the kids all day, so again, she thought I was at training, which originally we did have training planned, but they canceled it last minute, so babysitter was already coming out. So, it was one of those uh either I say, "Hey, training got canceled." >> You were just sitting here out in the park and complaining at the information. >> I'm at training. I'm not. Does that make sense? >> Nope, I understand. All right, here's the deal. So, we're going to run you to the the sheriff's department. Going to P&P you there, take you to Ottawa County. Lodging on false info, indecent exposure. Uh $100 bond for each. >> Okay. >> So, you'll be able to post bond tonight. Uh >> There's only a $100 bond for indecent exposure. Seriously? Seriously, I am offended by that. That offends me. I okay. Um God, I am really offended by that. Like, I'm sitting here and it makes me angry. That makes me angry. So, you're telling me that a man can just walk around and flash his twig and berries to me and he pays $100 and he gets out of jail for that? Really? I mean, yes, of course, it's going to go on his record and whatever, but that's it. That's it. And this goes the other way, too. Like, I I I a woman walking around flashing me her titties either or walking around without pants on. It It goes the same way. I don't want to see your naked private parts and they should not be forced upon me and I believe that there should be a stiffer bond for something like that. >> [laughter] >> Stiffer bond. Oh, that was a very unintentional pun intended. >> [laughter] >> A stiff. >> Um I'm going to tell you you're going to get suspended when we get done with this here partner. I got to meet with Lieutenant Vance Singleton. She has questions in regards to your vehicle and whether your tax stuff is in your vehicle. >> Okay. >> Um and I'm sure it's around somewhere. Is that something we can secure so it's not sitting in the car in the trunk? >> Uh >> Obviously they're going to want that back as doing any weapons if you're suspended. >> Yeah, no they can get it out of there. >> The more I look at this guy, the more disgusted I am. Like I am literally disgusted. I feel sick to my stomach. I feel sick to my stomach. I have always been super appreciative and supportive of law enforcement because their sole purpose is to serve and protect. And this [ __ ] was walking around exposing himself to women in a public place and he's in the position where he would be the one coming to arrest somebody doing what he was doing. That just gives me ick. It gives me a real ick. What a piece of [ __ ] >> Okay. How do you want to do that? You want to tell me where the car is? I can give one of my guys keys or >> Um I'm trying to think if it's locked up in there or not. So the the rifle uh will be under the back seat and then there's my duty pistol in the center console. I might be locked. >> Okay. And is the key on >> Yes, the driver's key should unlock it. >> Driver's key would unlock it. >> Okay, and your wallet's in there. Do you have your ID and your badge in there as well? >> That should be it with the pistol, yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> Troy gave consent to search his truck, and what the officers found was beyond shocking. >> OH MY GOD, IT GETS WORSE STILL? How much worse can it get? HOW >> [laughter] >> WHY? WHY DOES IT HAVE to be more SHOCKING THAN WHAT'S ALREADY HAPPENED? UGH, I'm going to need a drink after this one. >> Just need the police department. Driver's key to the car. Call on the other department. Okay. >> Inside the vehicle, officers found three additional sheriff's department firearms, ammunition, and his badge. And behind the driver's seat, a flesh-colored dildo. The discovery raised questions investigators couldn't answer on scene about intent, behavior, and whether this incident was isolated. During a follow-up call, officers asked the victim a necessary question, whether she could have mistaken what she saw. >> I just have a few other questions. This question might seem a little strange. >> [laughter] [screaming] >> So, he's got more guns than he told the police officers that were in the backseat, and they found um dildo days. >> [laughter] >> THEY FOUND MULTIPLE dildo days. And you guys are fan of my pig Latin. >> [laughter] >> I don't WANT TO SAY DILDO ON YOUTUBE. AND SO NOW THEY'RE HAVING TO CALL THIS woman who is probably just wanting to forget everything that she saw that day. And they have to ask her um if it actually looked like a real penis or a dildo. WHAT THE >> UM but uh what what you saw, you you described it as his as his penis. >> Right. >> Did it Do you know what color it looked like? >> So, I was thinking about this a lot last night because one of the officers asked me, "Are you sure it was his penis?" >> [laughter] >> Okay, this situation is not funny, BUT IT'S FUNNY. IT'S NOT FUNNY, BUT IT'S FUNNY. SO, I WAS THINKING ABOUT THIS A LOT [laughter] last night. OH, THIS POOR WOMAN. SHE'S BEING FORCED to ponder THE COLOR OF THIS GUY'S PENIS. >> And I was like >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. >> And then I started to think, well, I suppose it could have been a strap-on dildo that he was wearing through his pants. >> Mhm. >> But it was certainly an erect penis that was very And this is why I noticed because it was a very white compared to his pants. >> Got it. >> Like that's what caught my eye. >> Got it. It was very white compared to his pants. There was a definite contrast. >> Right. >> Okay. So, it was you're saying it's white or light in color. Um okay. Um all right. That's helpful. And it >> Cuz that is what caught my eye. It was that color contrast in a way where color contrast should not be. >> Yep. And to you >> And I could see top of pants and then that. >> Okay. And it was >> So it was like out of the fly. >> It was out of the fly. Yeah. That's what um you mentioned I think the Sergeant Kolster at the time when you talked to him. Um and did it appear real? >> Uh I can't say that I was SUPER INTERESTED. >> [laughter] [laughter] >> OH MY GOD. Oh my god. I was not expecting her to um >> [laughter] >> respond in that way. Well, I was not super interested. >> [laughter] >> Oh. Oh. So, I guess we've established that his penis IS NOT IMPRESSIVE. OH. That sucks to be him. His wife is definitely going to leave him now. His penis ISN'T EVEN IMPRESSIVE. WHAT REASON DOES SHE HAVE TO stick around? >> Right. I know you didn't want to you know glance. You didn't want to >> sexual analysis. >> Yes. >> Um more in disbelief like, "Oh my gosh, is this really happening? This can't be really happening. No, I think this is really happening." >> Right. >> Um and as I'm running by and so seeing it in profile, very straight. >> Okay. >> Um so for whatever that's worth. >> Okay. Okay. But is it is it fair? I mean, just from talking to you yesterday, um you know, you you made it clear that it was completely erect. Um and it's fair to that it appeared to be real to you. >> Oh, yeah. And the thing that I was thinking last night is that you okay, even if it is a a dildo, >> Mhm. >> that's still not cool. >> Of course not. >> To be walking around town with that sticking out of your pants. >> Uh right. >> that's conveying the same essence. >> Okay. Apparently, the victim knew exactly what she saw and the suspect wouldn't go without facing consequences. Troy was charged with indecent exposure and providing false [music] information to police. He posted bond and was released. One week later, he resigned from the King County Sheriff's Office before the internal investigation [music] concluded. The case remained pending, but the question lingered. What was a dildo [music] doing in an officer's vehicle and how many people had crossed paths with a deputy who knew the law well enough to break it and almost walk away? >> Oh my god. I would sure as [ __ ] hope that he resigned. Oh, yeah, cuz if he didn't resign, the Sheriff's Department would have fired his ass for sure. Wow. I don't know. I don't even know which part I find more shocking. The fact that he allegedly did this in broad daylight, the fact that he lied repeatedly to the police being in law enforcement himself knowing damn well they were going to figure his [ __ ] out, or the fact that somebody who supposedly knows the law inside and out actually thought that they were going to get away with doing something like this. And that car search? >> [laughter] >> That raises more questions than answers. But the one thing I must know, was it really his penis? Was it his penis? Because they were kind of, you know, insinuating that the um fake ones were still in packaging in his backseat. So, if they were all still in packaging, maybe it really was. It Oh my god. Oh, and the other thing I need to know is is he now divorced? Cuz this happened in 2024 and I'd be willing to bet he IS DIVORCED NOW. OH, OH NO. OH, NO. >> SHORTS down >> There was video footage. >> My shorts were not down. If I'm going to jail, take me to jail. >> Okay. Well, there's no need to get upset with me. >> No. [ __ ] you. >> I'm going back to prison now. I don't give a [ __ ] >> So, this right here is why you don't lie when you have a camera pointed directly at you. Today's body cam starts with a couple who just claims that they're simply kissing at the bus stop. But, what they didn't count on was surveillance footage. >> I was going to say she described you as the individual that was facing backwards towards that way on top of his lap, his pants down. >> No, we No, we were kissing a little bit, but that's it. >> Kissing a little bit? >> Yeah. >> What's that? >> We're here waiting for the bus. >> Okay. So, I can tell you a little bit about what they told me. You guys are saying this wasn't you guys that did this? >> No, we've been here like 5 minutes. >> Okay. Well, I'll see >> Do you want to keep looking for that ID, man? >> Yeah, I was going to say she described you as the individual that was facing backwards towards that way on top OF HIS LAP. >> AROUND 2:20 p.m. on April 24th, 2025, two officers from the Oshkosh Police Department were dispatched after multiple reports of a couple engaging in inappropriate behavior at a bus stop in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. While en route, the officers expected the situation to result in a simple citation, but that changed once they arrived on the scene. >> I called out a pee a little bit. >> Yeah, I was going to say she described you as the individual that was facing backwards towards that way on top of his lap, his pants down. >> No, we No, we were kissing a little bit, but that's it, dude. >> Kissing a little bit? >> Yeah. >> Not having intercourse. >> Cuz maybe she was sitting on my lap. We were kissing and stuff. Like we were not having Why would we have sex? >> Well, that is what I >> That is what I said. >> Yeah. >> Well, so I was going to say, right? So, this is kind of you guys' one one-stop shop to tell the truth cuz we're going to get video footage right now and go figure out if if what this person's saying is happening, okay? So, this is kind of your one one final chance to tell us what took place. >> sitting here waiting on the bus. >> Okay. Well, again, that's why I'm asking cuz we're going to >> Yeah, we were. >> Okay. >> And I'm 41. I'm old enough to make my own decisions. >> So, he's 44. So, she should not complain about that. >> Complain about what? >> That we're dating. >> Are you sure that you don't have my ID? >> I don't. Babe, you said you had it with you. >> All right. What's your What's your first name, ma'am? >> Anthony. >> Anthony? >> Yes. And I am on probation. >> Okay. What I'll What I'll tell you, right? I understand that you don't think she should be in your business and you guys are two grown adults, but at the same point, if you guys are actively having sex in public, public indecency is that kind of >> We were not having sex. >> No, we weren't. >> I get what you guys are saying, okay? But we also have two sides to every story. That person said that they visibly saw your pants down at your ankles and you on top of him. >> No, no. >> And so, right? That's why we got to come out here and investigate it, okay? So, we're going to go grab the video footage. >> sitting on my lap and we were kissing. That was >> Okay. And I told you, we're going to go grab the video footage and go figure out if if you guys were or were not. Now, I'll ask you, is there any reason your pants would ever be down your ankles since you've been in this >> No, absolutely not. >> Okay. I understand you said you were on top of him, you guys were kissing, so on and so forth, okay? Fine. So be it. That's great, okay? But we're going to figure out if what that person said they said your pants were down at your ankles. >> not. Absolutely not. >> Okay. Just make sure if you're going to smoke, you smoke outside of this, all right? No smoking inside of these. Yeah. >> During the conversation, the officer learned >> [laughter] >> Okay. There's security footage. So, I Okay. Spoiler alert, I'm pretty sure that they were getting it on in the little bus waiting bench nook thing, right? What do you call those? I don't even know what you call them. The little bench housing nook things for the bus stop. Anyway, just a bus stop. They were getting it on in the bus stop, okay? Now, they were told, "This is your one chance to come clean about this. We're going to pull security footage. The surveillance tapes will show whether or not you are actually doing the deed on a public bench." Now, either they really thought they were going to be able to explain away surveillance footage? I do not know, but we're just getting started. I am excited to see what happens next. >> Male, identified as 44-year-old Anthony, is [music] on probation, but there's something else he's hiding, and he'll say or do anything to stay off the radar. >> You were just saying that she was saying on her paperwork, isn't it? That's all we're doing. >> So, just cuz we had police contact, we're going to end up having to contact probation? We're not going to do it now. >> Okay. That's fine. That's fine. I am on probation. I'm on parole. >> Okay. >> in prison, so on. >> Got you. Okay. And I was going to say, I got no issues with that and all that stuff. >> 7 years. >> Yeah. I I told you I got no issues with that stuff. >> All right. What? What? It's okay, babe. >> Okay. >> It's okay. >> Told you. It's all good. We got no issues. We're just trying to figure out what's going on, all right? >> We weren't doing nothing, man. We were just sitting here waiting on the bus. >> Okay. Assuming this is a bus, where you guys trying to go to? Just so I know. >> Well, >> I was going to say, cuz we're not going to We're not going to be able to actually get out of the bus cuz we're in the city. >> I'm I'm to go up where she lives, and I'm trying to go to the depot. >> All right, we can we can take you to both those places. They're in the city, okay? I understand that we just made you miss the bus, but yeah, we'll accommodate you guys in in that facet, but >> I swear to god we were not >> you and like I told you, we're going to find video footage, right? Someone's statement, and you guys are denying it. It's kind of a he said, she said. There's no evidence to either which way right now, okay? But if that video footage shows that, then you guys can receive tickets or citations or a misdemeanor, okay? >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm sorry, ma'am. I didn't I didn't catch her first name. >> This is [ __ ] man. You can't even show displays of public affection without people calling the cops. >> I don't choose who calls the cops on what they call on, but we have to investigate everything that they call on, no matter any which way, right? >> That's fine. >> I understand. >> I'm not going to get in trouble for not doing anything. >> Well, it's just from last year. >> What happened? >> Well, last year I went to jail. >> Oh. >> And I saw him get arrested right in front of the police. >> Well, I told you. >> We're not, baby. Nothing's going to happen. >> I wouldn't say. You guys have been cooperative with us so far. I appreciate it. Helps. >> Hey, but this is for me and him. >> Yeah. If it turns out that you guys were just on top of his lap and not doing anything, just kissing, great. So be it, right? But if it shows something different, right? >> It's not going to show anything like >> I know. >> Do you have my ID, then? >> No, I told you. You said you had it. >> Well, I don't I don't want to check, but I >> Just check. >> Yeah, okay. That works for you, okay. >> Some sort of lotion it looks like down there. There's zippers everywhere in there. >> We were not having We were not having sex. >> Mhm, but there's lotion in your bag. Not saying, I'm just saying. There's a lot of zippers in that backpack. Could he be concealing something in that backpack? There's something about that backpack he don't want that officer looking in. I want to know what's in there. I want to know what's in there. There's more than just lotion in there, I know it. >> like toothpaste. Yeah. >> I'm going to say. That looks like some sort of like lotion or something so >> Yeah. So if that means your idea is in your other >> Well, no. I just had them on. >> As he keeps trying to talk his way out of it, the other officer checks the surveillance footage and sees that the story doesn't line up. >> Am I going to jail, dude? >> So I don't know. So there's video footage of her giving you a hand. Okay. And >> What? >> her giving you a hand, touching your penis with her hand, and your your shorts down. There is video footage. >> were not down. >> So there's video footage of that. Why would there be video footage of something? >> Whatever. So what's up? Am I going to jail? >> I don't know. We have to contact probation. >> If I'm going to jail, take me to jail. >> Okay. Well, there's no need to get upset with me. Right now you're getting upset over over us trying >> He's getting so upset and he's the one that was literally getting a handy in public and then lied about it. And he's upset. He's upset because he got caught. He's probably upset because of other reasons, but he's upset mostly because he got caught and he got caught lying about it. Like you would think you would think that if you're on probation that you wouldn't do anything that would cause the police to get called on you. Do they not have anywhere else they could have done this? Really? A public bus bench? >> We're going to figure out what's going on. We have to contact probation and notify them. >> is going to put a hold on me. >> Is she? >> Well, because of this bull >> Is she is? >> Well, if that's the case then that's the case. We don't make those decisions. We're not your probation officer. >> don't want her to put no contact on him. >> Why would she put a no contact? >> Last year his old one did that to >> No contact with you? >> Yeah. >> Why? Why did she do that? >> Because of her sister. >> My sister. >> Did your sister say something to >> No, my sister didn't want me coming over to her house. >> What his 41-year-old partner doesn't know is that the no contact rule was never removed and he's been seeing her illegally for months. Anthony knows this and he knows he's about to face the consequences. >> OH, NO. He's been violating a no contact this entire time and she doesn't KNOW IT. OH. OH, HONEY, your boyfriend's going back to jail. He's going back to jail. Damn. >> Anthony, so the other officer's going to read you your rights. It's the video that I watched showed something very different than what you guys described happening. Pants around your ankles and her not facing you and kissing you. I mean, maybe you were and jumping the train, >> but she was sitting on my lap. My pants were not around my ankles. She was just sitting on my lap kissing me. >> She wasn't kissing you what I saw. >> So, what's up? So, I'm going to jail? >> Not right now, not unless probation puts a hold on you. >> Sit, please. >> No, I'm going to jail. >> I said if probation puts a hold on you, otherwise we're going to do a referral charge. >> I know I'm going to jail. >> You don't know that. >> I do know that. >> I'd say that's up to probation at this point. >> She don't know. She don't know he violated that order. >> [laughter] >> I'm still very confused on the whole no contact order deal though. >> That was last year. >> Her sister contacted my old PO and put a no in and asked if there could be a no contact. >> Okay, so she asked >> What? I have a new PO. She lifted the no contact. >> I'm not going to sugar coat it, sugar coat it, probation's placing that hold. >> So, I'm going to jail? >> Yeah. >> Can I smoke one last cigarette? >> Yeah, I'll let you smoke one. Can I >> please talk to your probation officer not to put no contact? >> I'll let you I'll let you smoke one more. We got to get you in cuffs though, just because they are placing the hold, but I'll let you smoke that last one, all right? We'll just have you step out here. It's good to take your backpack. >> Yes, she will. >> Okay. >> Great, I don't know what to tell my mom. >> Okay. I'll just have you step out here. All right, you want to step out here. Just hands behind your back. I'll let you smoke it. Is that good, not too tight? >> No, that's fine. Don't freak out. Don't freak out. It'll be okay. >> Suzanne, you still need that ride to mom's. No. Take two breaths, okay. I'll tap I'll tap it out right here. >> I love him and he loves me. >> And that's fine. Happy for you. Don't do it in public. >> [laughter] >> I'm happy for you and I'm happy for him. I'm happy that you found love in a hopeless place. Don't do it in public. God dang. >> Whatever you do in whatever bedroom, wherever the heck you're doing it, it don't do you can't do it in public. Why I'm shocked only one person called. >> Yeah. >> That camera caught it clear as day. Not not likely. What are the chances someone comes out over here like walks and you know, bust out to get picked up. >> You guys are both getting a referral charge. He's only going to jail because he's a probation put a hold on him, okay? We're going to do a report and the DA will decide if they want to do anything with it. >> You have to make better decisions. >> I don't want to >> We're going to do a field sobriety. All right. So, you are receiving a referral charge, okay? It's not a in custody charge or anything like that for that misdemeanor I was telling you about, the lewd and lascivious. So, that kind of just goes to the DA and they kind of choose if they want to prosecute it out or what they kind of do from there, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. We gave her number to you so that way you can contact once you're in, booked in and everything. >> So, what am I being charged with something? >> Yep. Yep. So, it's a lewd and lascivious behavior. So, that's the referral charge. So, we're referring it just like he said, we're going to refer it. You guys are residents of the city. It's a misdemeanor charge. But, yeah. That's kind of that's kind of what we're doing, okay? >> Okay. >> All righty. You got anything in your pockets or anything like that? >> No, it's just my phone. >> I'll have you just toss everything in the in the backpack. And then we'll just have you seatbelt yourself in. Did you say something? >> You really want to contact her? >> I know. >> And as the officers prepare to take him to jail and his partner home, Anthony claims he needs medical attention. Upon arriving at the hospital, the doctors find nothing wrong with him and quickly discharge him. But as the officer prepares to take him to jail, Anthony completely loses it. >> You put it over my head. >> Don't spit at me. >> I'm not going to spit on anybody. >> Just like that? >> Huh? You stop, mother You. You. >> All right, Anthony. We're going to stop. >> You. >> Right now, okay? >> You mother Stop this dick now. >> Down. >> Stop this dick now. You [ __ ] I can't breathe. >> All right, we're going to sit you up then if you can't breathe. >> Sit up. >> There you go. >> Ah, ow, the handcuffs, they're not You can't pull me up like that. >> You calm down and we can adjust for you. >> Can I get the [ __ ] me you mother Yeah, [ __ ] pull on me. Pull on me, you Pull on me. Pull on me, me, you [ __ ] >> I didn't mean TO PULL YOU. I WAS JUST TRYING I DIDN'T MEAN TO PULL YOU. >> [ __ ] YOU. YOU PULLED ON my [ __ ] face. You. How are you going to deal with me when I get to jail? You can't keep me away from everybody. >> Okay, those sound like veiled threats to me. Does he not realize that this is all going south very, very quickly and he should probably just keep his mouth shut. HE'S GOT A DAMN SPIT hood on his head for crying OUT LOUD. >> OW. OW, YOU MOTHER >> YOU GOT IT? >> NO. You're going to break my [ __ ] arm. >> Then stop acting like this. >> going to break my arm. >> Then cooperate. >> The [ __ ] handcuffs don't go that way. Ow. >> Then cooperate. >> I'm cooperating. >> Okay, you stop acting like this and it'll be a lot easier for you. >> It's cutting my circulation off. >> Then calm down and he'll adjust it. >> The left handcuff, ow, it's cutting off my circulation. >> I'm dealing with the right one right now. >> that. >> Once you act appropriately, I can loosen it. I adjusted it for the time being. >> It's bleeding. >> I see that. >> I just want to go ow, the left hand cuff, ow. >> The left hand cuff is bleeding. >> Okay, I'm going to adjust it if you stay calm. I don't think it where >> It is a little bit, but it's teeny, teeny, tiny. >> Yeah. >> Barely anything, Anthony. >> So, if we can stay calm, maybe we can loosen that up a little tiny bit more, huh? Are we going to do that? >> No. >> We're not going to stay calm? >> [laughter] >> She said we can loosen it up if you're going to be calm a little bit. You going to do that? No. >> [laughter] >> So, he's straight up said, no, he's not going to calm down. Well, looks like it's just going to keep cutting into your wrist there, buddy. Get ready for more blood. >> All right, I'm not. >> Okay, well, then that's how it's going to stay like that. >> Okay. >> Well, it's going to stay like that. Sorry. >> Slide in. What's it going to take to make you shoot me? I don't want to be in here anymore. >> Can you put on my new pants? >> It hurts. >> Slide it down. All right. >> All right, at the top. >> I'm going back to prison now. I don't give a >> All right. >> Hey, do you feel good about Hey, do you feel good about yourself? >> Hey, Alex. >> Hey, Alex, do you feel good about yourself? >> Hey, Alex. >> Do you feel good about yourself? Hey, Alex. >> Hey, Alex, are you a real [ __ ] man? >> I'm not Alex. >> No, one of you is one of Alex. >> Somebody want to grab that thing? One, two, three? >> One, two, three. >> When I get to the joint, I'm going >> Well, I can't >> Bet you wouldn't be doing this to me if it was just me and you. Yeah, you got it? You got it bro? You got it bro, you got it bro. Yeah, you've got a girl. Yeah. >> Ultimately, Anthony was charged with felony [music] discharging bodily fluids at an officer, battery threats to an officer * 2, misdemeanor lewd lascivious behavior in public, disorderly conduct, and his cash bond was set at $5,000. Eventually, he was found guilty due to a no contest plea of one count of battery threat to an officer. The remaining charges were dismissed. The 41-year-old female charged with misdemeanor lewd lascivious behavior in public, disorderly conduct, and she was released on a $1,000 signature bond. In the end, Anthony was sentenced to 12 months in state prison followed by 24 months of extended supervision while the woman's case is ongoing. [music] >> Hope the handy was worth it. He did not end up in jail because of PDA. He ended up in jail because he was lying, ignoring his probation rules, and then completely lost it when reality hit. Cameras don't care about your story, and probation definitely doesn't care about your excuses. If today's body cam compilation proved anything, it is that shame is not as common as it used to be. Every person featured in this video had countless opportunities to avoid becoming a part of internet history, and somehow they ignored every single one of them. They chose to give responding officers stories that they'll probably be telling at retirement parties in 20 years.
