Last 2 months you've been taking money and merchandise. How would you go about taking the money? >> Today I'm letting you in on a little secret. Most people think that the biggest threat to retail are shoplifters walking out the front door. But sometimes the person costing the business the most is the one wearing the manager's badge. Today's body cam is about an assistant manager who works at Dollar Tree admitting that she's been stealing from the company for months. Not just snacks and random merchandise, but allegedly using the register system itself to pocket cash. Taking the customer's money and they had no idea what was happening. >> This is 30-year-old Brittany Zelinka. On May 7th, 2025 St. Johns County Sheriff's responded to a Dollar Tree in reference to an assistant [music] manager caught in theft. The investigation reveals that Brittany has stolen over $2,200 in cash and merchandise over a period of almost 2 months. Watch what happens when deputies arrive to confront Mrs. Zelinka and let us know what you think in the comments below.
