he's basically like screw it call the cops or whatever so he went down to the waterline she pulled us aside basically told us a story we approached him I was just I approached him I was like hey man what's going on just heard you had a little kind of dispute with the bad attendant's going on with that he said he refused to fight Beach badge or whatnot um and when I uh asked him to go gentleman here on the shirt yes okay with the holding the shoes so when I asked him to go buy a badge he basically just started with am and then he's like I'm not aiding or investigating helping you investigate anything unless I'm being legally all righty excuse me sir how you doing how's going good how are you do you mind if I just talk to you real quick Oh yeah talk you from here I'm sorry can I talk to comes after a surfer was recently arrested for a similar reason sparking public debate over Jersey Shore Beach fees all right so the officers uh called me down here cuz I'm the ship supervisor okay I family friends no but you know I work for an organization there's a lot of work public trust public okay so I know a little bit about what he's allowed to do that okay well if he was traversing below the high TI line and stop the rest he pretty Co the right so yeah that's not the reason we're we're interacting with him right now yeah I I can't release his you know his privacy tell me the reason
