that, she uh he took it away from her.

I walked in on the tail end of them
separating separating them and police
destroying. But that's all I got from
her.

there would be her?

 So, when I got here, I had two
employees come tell me there was some
kind of argument happening over here. I
saw him yelling at her, kind of chasing
her around. I said, "All right." He
goes, "What do you want me to do?" I
said, "Hold off for now." And then I saw
him throw a bunch of stuff over into the
mangroves over there. And as I was
walking that direction, she was coming
like between the cars and he was behind
her and he pushed her. So I said, "Okay,
call it in."
 Cuz now he's actually put
hands on her.
 She was like walking and
he was like behind her and he did her
like that cuz I saw her even like
stumble forward.
 And then I don't know
what he threw over there in the
mangroves. I hadn't even gone over there
yet to look. I don't know if he did
anything like what all happened before
that. That's the part I saw.
 Did he put
his hands on you?
No, we was just arguing and you know I
tried to to slap him but he grabbed me
and that's it. But it's just a argument.
So are you are you husband and wife?
Yeah husband and wife.

how long?

I didn't want somebody getting involved
and then having a bigger altercation.

scratches on both sides of his neck.

on both sides of his neck and on his
face. She has no damage and no injuries.
He doesn't want to press charges. I
don't know. I haven't talked to her yet.
They're married 11 years. This is both
communal property. So, the damage done
to it is both of his.

through a lot of issues. Um she snapped
today and started getting physical with
him, scratching him all over. He's
trying to avoid all this from happening
and and when he, you know, he only was
able to do so much. Um she grabbed that
thing that you see. I don't know what
that is. Yeah.
 She threw threw that at
the truck and broke the windows. He
said, "I don't know. I haven't seen it."

so when I was when I was asking him
about it, um she didn't throw that at
him, but just got physical scratching
him all over. Uh he said that he doesn't
do festival so he won't like lay a
finger on any female. So um he did the
best he could to deescalate the whole
situation but she went all crazy on him.

exactly. We didn't get into you know

mean it shouldn't be the reason.
 One of
the witnesses the only thing that she
saw was him push her. That's what I'm

evidence there on his

maybe ask if it's before after that
happened.
 Uh he said that he didn't um
it wasn't like he was pushing her but
like in a way just grabbing onto her
arms
um to stop right from uh to stop her
from hitting him.

 She threw even
some drinks at him. That's why he's all
wet. I
 saying I see that
 obviously he
got um more than enough. I see
farm. So, um the truck is the one that
he drives. The the blue one is the one
she drives.
 But since they are married,
um you know, that's more like a civil
matter.
 Um they are actively married.
So, and according to him,
 both mains
should be on it. So, um They're both
good.
 That's what I what I got so far on
that.

was protection against somebody that
tells him you can't have weapons
 cuz
that's what just popped up with the new
system.

at him, he has scratches all over his

see his pants were wet and he said he
you threw something at the truck.

going to bust
and it when I hit him with it when I
banged on him like that it it busted all
it that way.

you put it you put your hands on them?
Did I put my hand on it? Yeah.

So, all the injuries that he has, that's
from you. All the scratches and stuff
like that,
probably. Okay.

state of Florida cuz you've been married
for 10 years. There's no really no
discretion with uh domestic. If we show
up, we can't just let you leave or let
him leave because y'all do live
together. I mean, your names are both on
each other's cars.

you you will see the judge tomorrow. You
will be released tomorrow. Okay. But

spend in jail. All right.
