YOU. >> ON THE GROUND. BACK UP. I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU AGAIN. >> THIS BODY CAM STAR attraction wasn't content on just enjoying a night out at the bar. Oh, no. According to employees, fake money started showing up, the police got called, and officers wanted to pull a few people outside to see exactly what was going on. Seems pretty simple, right? But, would we really be here if it was actually that simple? Because instead of taking the world's easiest field trip to the front door, one woman decides to start arguing, yelling, grabbing for her belongings, and she thought that refusing lawful orders was a better strategy. Spoiler alert, it wasn't. >> Lou. >> Hello. >> Oh, here's the copy money. >> Okay. >> And there's a $100 bill, and she wasn't thinking, and she said, "Oh, no, I need real money." And she handed it back to him. >> Some of them are still here? >> Yeah, the one that passed that is still here. And we're pulling it up on camera so we can tell you which one did it. >> Okay. Who is it that saw it? Cuz >> The the bartender out there at the tiki bar. >> Okay. Is he still here? The black girl. Okay. She's out by the tiki bar now. It's a black female with a brown tank top and denim shorts backpack. >> Second floor, I think I see her. She's talking to a male now. >> Okay. >> I got one match to that description, but I think it's a purple top. >> How's it going, handsome? >> Hey. >> Ma'am? >> Her. >> Hello. >> Can we speak to you for a second? >> We got to talk to you. Can you go out front real quick? >> Yes, sir. >> And you just step We'll explain to you. No, nothing right now. We just want to talk to you. Step over out front so I can hear you. You two COME ON. >> NO, YOU AIN'T GOING NOWHERE. HEAD FIRST. >> I WILL TELL YOU YOU NEED TO STEP OUTSIDE. MA'AM, you need to step back. Are you INVOLVED IN THIS? WE'RE GOING TO STAY CALM AND WE'LL GO OVER THERE AND I'LL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING to you people later. SO, LET'S GO. LET'S GO. I'LL EXPLAIN TO you outside of the bar for my SAFETY AND YOURS. YOU NEED TO STEP OVER THERE. I'M ORDERING you to step in front OF THE BAR. DON'T DON'T TOUCH ME. THIS IS MINE. OFFICERS RESPOND TO THIS. NO. NO. DON'T DON'T TOUCH ME. BACK UP NOW. YOU NEED TO BACK UP NOW. STEP BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. NOW. >> WHY in the hell has this escalated this damn fast? The tasers are already out. The lasers have found a pretty easy target. All they did was ask a few people to go outside so that they could ask them some questions. And it's turning into this big thing. People that weren't even asked to go outside are starting to become involved. And they're about ready to get tased because THEY WON'T STAND BACK. I'M JUST How did this escalate? The Oh my god. The police just want to talk to you. They just want to talk to you. You know what? Red flag. If the police just want to talk to you and they haven't even told you what it's about yet, why are you avoiding talking to the police? Do you have a warrant? Do you know that you were giving fake money? Methinks you know that you're in some deep [ __ ] And so, you don't want to make your situation worse. You just think that you can avoid talking to the police officers. But, I don't think they realize it's not that easy to make them just go away. >> DO IT NOW. CASEY, CUFF HER JUST HER. I GOT THEM. CUFF HER. STEP UP AGAIN, YOU'RE GETTING TASED. STAY BACK. DON'T TOUCH ME. ON THE GROUND. BACK OFF. I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU AGAIN. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. SIT DOWN. STEP BACK. BACK UP. CUFF HER RIGHT NOW. >> THAT BIG [ __ ] JUST GOT TASED. I didn't even think that she was involved in any of this. Was she involved in any of this? I don't think she was involved >> [laughter] >> in any of this. She's She's getting shocked on the floor. Okay, got it. You really want to be involved in this that bad? Did she not think that they were actually going to deploy the taser? I mean, I have to go I I have to go back and see if she was a part of the original group or if she was just a bystander. Okay, so I just went back and did a rewatch. It doesn't look like she was involved in them. The police were talking to this completely separate group of individuals and this chick just kind of like stepped in and was like, "No, no, no. You don't have to go anywhere." And the police officer asked, "Is she involved in this?" And they said, "No." So, could she be with them and they're just trying to keep her out of the involvement with the police? Very well possible, but unfortunately, she inserted herself and she just got her ass tased. So, that means that she is officially involved in all OF THIS CHAOS. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. ROLL OVER. >> WHERE'S THE BACKPACK? STEP BACK. STAY BACK. STAY BACK. YOU'RE GOING TO GO YOU'RE GOING TO STAY BACK. HOW YOU DOING? THANK YOU FOR STAYING CALM. YOU OKAY? YOUR PHONE? ALL RIGHT, I UNDERSTAND. I NEED EVERYTHING that belongs to her as evidence, okay? >> What happened? >> I I >> I told you we WOULD I WOULD >> WHAT WHAT? >> I WANT TO KNOW. >> STEP OVER THERE. WE'LL EXPLAIN TO YOU. WE'LL TALK TO YOU IN A SECOND. STEP OVER. >> HOLD ON. >> WAIT. >> STOP. >> I NEED TO I NEED >> STOP. >> THAT'S MY MONEY. >> YOU HAVE TO CONTACT ME BY MY LAWYER. >> TAKE TAKE IT OUT. >> I HAVE TO DO THAT. THIS IS MY MONEY [laughter] AND I NO, I WANT MY COUSIN TO HAVE IT. >> PUT IT IN THE PURSE. >> NO, GIVE IT TO MY COUSIN. >> NO, WE'RE NOT GOING TO GIVE IT TO HER. >> PUT IT IN THE PURSE. >> STAY BACK. HOLD ON. MA'AM, STOP. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST FOR RESISTING ARREST. >> NO, I'M NOT. I'M NOT. WAIT. WAIT. HOLD ON. >> YEAH, WAIT WAIT. HOLD ON. LISTEN, >> [laughter] >> this is like This is the second body cam that I have watched and posted to my channel in the last month where I hear a police officer say, "You're under arrest for resisting arrest." >> [laughter] >> I know I'm not crazy. I know that I heard that right. Like, "You're under arrest for resisting arrest." I know that it makes sense in there somewhere. I'm just trying to piece it together. Does it technically mean that they're under arrest for resisting to cooperate? Is that what they're trying to say? I don't know. Let me know down in the comments. Is this just like police officers misspeaking or is this an actual thing? Because how can you be under arrest for resisting arrest? I mean, unless they're just trying to tell them that they've escalated charges. Anyway, I see the confusion. But, um yeah, I just wanted to point that out because I've heard that twice now and it's A LITTLE WEIRD. >> CASEY, just take the purse. I GOT HER. >> I'M NOT I DO NOT STUPID ASS WELL. I GOT >> I KNOW YOU'RE NOT. OKAY, STOP RESISTING. PLEASE LISTEN TO US. ALL RIGHT, STEP BACK. STEP BACK. STEP BACK. ALL RIGHT, COME ON. Y'ALL GOT TO STAY HERE. STOP WALKING TOWARDS HER. IT AIN'T HELPING. ALL RIGHT, PLEASE. PLEASE. I TOLD HER I WILL. COME ON, SHAMIKA. I'LL EXPLAIN IT >> [screaming] >> SHAMIKA, COME WITH ME, PLEASE. I'M GOING TO GO OUT OF THIS BAR AND THEN I'LL EXPLAIN IT TO YOU. COME ON, SHAMIKA. NOW, THIS IS A MUCH BETTER ENVIRONMENT TO TALK. >> DID I DO WRONG? >> I'LL explain to you. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Give me a second. I asked you to nicely come outside so I can explain EVERYTHING TO YOU. I'M NOT SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE. BECAUSE we got a call that you're passing fake money at a bar. >> I don't pass I got my own money. >> But, you didn't let us explain ANYTHING TO YOU. SO, LISTEN. WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO hand off the money, we have to investigate it. >> hand off nothing. >> Okay. >> I'm on the camera. >> I know I didn't let you. >> No. Go No, tell the bartender I don't have no problem. I got my own money. Can we go back to the bartender? >> Listen to me. >> Let's go back to the bartender. >> I'm not worried about all of that, Shamika. My issue was that you were giving lawful orders and you resisted. >> It's not resisting. IT'S THE POINT OF I DON'T GIVE OUT FAKE MONEY. >> SHAMIKA. We're going to investigate it. >> Can we go back in here and ask the bartender? >> that, but for right now listen, Shamika, please. Come over here. >> Shamika. >> [laughter] >> Listen. Shamika, listen to the police officer. There are witnesses and they have your freaking FAKE MONEY. THEY HAVE IT. They have your fake money. They probably have it on camera, too. They probably have it on camera, too, you handing it off or whatever. So, Shamika, just cooperate. Don't make this any worse on yourself, Shamika. Damn. >> No, we're here actually >> So, now you're under ARREST RESISTING. >> NO, NO, I I I OKAY, I WILL DO THAT. >> WE'RE GOING TO INVESTIGATE THE FRAUD, OKAY? Cuz you you have to do what a law enforcement OFFICER TELLS YOU. >> WHY WOULD I GIVE UP FRAUD MONEY WHEN I GOT MONEY? >> I DIDN'T SAY YOU DID. >> TWO JOBS. >> LISTEN, the manager SAID >> I'M FINE. I DON'T WANT TO GO to jail. I don't want to go in the back of the car. >> You have to. You're under arrest. >> I'm not going to run. I'm not going to do nothing. >> Shamika, you're getting in the car while we settle this down. Please sit down peacefully. >> Why am I going to jail? I got THREE KIDS AT HOME. I DON'T WANT TO DO NOTHING THAT I DON'T need to do. >> Shamika, Shamika, please take a breath for me. This did not have TO GET THAT BAD. >> WHY, THOUGH? I will do >> Tell me when you're calm. >> I'm calm, BUT I'M TRYING TO FIGURE out why me. >> We were called. You were specifically pointed out on video that you were and and somebody named Dante, I believe it was, that you were with were passing fake money. I tried to peacefully, calmly talk to you about it out front. I can't allow you to >> talk to me out front. >> You said you were calm. I'll now >> to me just now in there. >> Well, I I didn't talk to you at all in there cuz I'm not going to talk to you cuz I CAN'T HEAR >> YOU POINTED at me and I said, "What did I do?" >> come out front so I can explain that to you, right? >> That has nothing to do with me. >> Well, I can't allow you >> my own money. >> You cannot pass off your money till we've seen it and investigated this case. I know you've been drinking. >> Shamika, we know you have your own money. The problem is that it's fake. It's copy money. It's prop money. I understand that it's your money, but it's not legal tender. That's why you're here right now, Shamika. Damn, she got three kids. No wonder she's using fake money. Kids are expensive. >> I'm fine. I swear I won't do nothing stupid. Search whatever you got. >> Okay, you're under arrest for resisting only and we're going to investigate the fraud. I give you my word. I'll get in there and I'll take it >> I don't I don't NEED FRAUD BECAUSE I DON'T have no fraud money on me. >> I didn't get a chance to search >> All right, we're going to search you >> I wouldn't be surprised IF YOU DON'T HAVE FAKE MONEY NO MORE, SHAMIKA, cuz you gave it to the bartender. COME ON, they already know this. Just cooperate. >> Are you okay? >> I don't want her stuff to get wet, so we put this in the front seat, please. >> Can you get my cousin my keys, please? >> Once we're done, I'll help I'll do I'll take I'll do everything I can for you. >> got to do, get my cousin my stuff. >> We're going to get out of this rain. >> For resisting her for resisting? >> Yes. All right. >> I'm not going to do nothing. Can I sit right here cuz >> No, you need to get you need to get in the car. It's a seat belt. >> Like what the >> Get in the car, please. Please. >> All right. Well, I'll explain to you, sir. Like I said, this is a better way to communicate with the police. Right now, she's under arrest for resisting arrest. You cannot You have to do what law enforcement tells you. We were called here because somebody pointed her specifically out and another male and said they were passing fake money. We're here to investigate it. That's why I couldn't allow her to hand off money. That's why I wanted to check out come outside and that's why I had to keep Well, we Of course, especially people who have fake money. So, we don't know what's going on, but we weren't given an opportunity, so now we're going to investigate it. Everything's calmed down now. Let's keep it that way, please. All right? >> No [ __ ] people don't like to be approached ABOUT HAVING FAKE MONEY BECAUSE IT'S A CRIME. You know how you avoid getting caught with fake money? Do you know how? Come here. Come closer. Come closer. Come here. Come here. Come here. YOU DON'T HAVE FAKE MONEY, [ __ ] That's how you don't get caught with fake money by not carrying it at all. And passing it off to the bartender trying to pretend like it's real cash, that's not the proper way to get rid of it, either. And I am still over here confused ABOUT THE WHOLE ARRESTED for resisting arrest thing. So, we're going to Google, how is it possible to be arrested for resisting arrest? >> You can be arrested for resisting arrest because it's a separate crime. You don't need to have committed the original offense to be charged. >> Okay, we're going to Reddit. How can police arrest someone solely for resisting arrest? If someone is arrested and the only charge is resisting arrest, would that not mean that the police did not have probable cause to arrest that person in the first place? That's what I'm saying. I'm so confused. And then we have someone replying that says, no, police have authority to detain people without arresting them in many situations. If somebody resists that, that falls under resisting arrest. Alternatively, the police might in good faith arrest someone for something. If the person resists and the police later realize that they didn't commit the original crime, they can still be charged with resisting arrest. Okay, so that makes sense. I am actually understanding this now. Let me know down in the comments if you are following along with me. So, apparently resisting arrest is a separate charge, which I knew that because we've seen lots of people have an additional charge for resisting the original arrest. Now, I guess somebody can be only arrested for resisting arrest because the police officers didn't know if they were going to be arrested for the original crime. So, in this circumstance, I'm assuming, again, I'm not in law enforcement, this is just me as a civilian trying to piece all of this crazy [ __ ] together. It appears as though the officer wanted to talk to Shamika outside about potentially using fake money. At this time, he wasn't done with the investigation, so he couldn't say whether or not she was going to be placed under arrest for this, but because of her refusal to comply, go outside, she was resisting the investigation led to the resisting arrest charge. Got it. Are we all following? I'm just learning so much, I tell you. Like, I'm still not going to be a police officer ever because I'd be really bad at it. I don't put up with people's [ __ ] very well. >> Well, y'all better do y'all full investigation. That's all I can say to y'all. >> Um All right, let's go talk to whoever you talked to and pointed her out. >> I think she just went back inside. This is the bartender that was out there. And look, she's looking around to see if anybody notices. >> Now, which one are you pointing out right now? >> This is the $100 bill transaction. >> Okay, so this is not >> No, this is the $20 one. >> All right, so just just so you guys know, we don't know what's going on yet. We're here to conduct an impartial investigation about what's going on. And do you guys have possession of the fake videos or the fake bills that came over? >> The $100 we don't. >> Okay, what about the $20s? >> I have the I have the $20 right here. >> We have the $20. >> Okay. >> So, that lady that's out there now is actually the one that handed the $100 bill. This one in the black, which we think's a guy dressed as a girl, handed her See, she's looking at the $100 bill. >> And she gives the $100 bill back. >> She handed it to her in the dress. She looked at it, she laughed, and she talked to the one in the black, which is still out there now. >> What about the girl that we addressed with the backpack? What is her involvement? >> That's the $20. The The guy Dante and her was the two that set the $20s on the table at the same time and ordered the drinks. That's Dante. >> Is he still here? >> Yeah, he was. >> All right. So, if I'm understanding this correctly, did you see where the bartender said, "Hey, this is a fake money"? >> No, I did not see it at all. >> And see, he's right there with that little girl in the beanie. Okay, she >> She just put the $20 >> Copy, dispatch out squad 13. >> And look, he's looking at the $20s. Did he pull the one she put down? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> See, he looks at them. >> at them. >> See? >> And then he hands them to the >> See, he's even laughing. >> Yeah. She knew what was going on. >> I don't know. >> the shot on it. So, I'm going back down to make them another shot for the one that they spilled. >> But, it was one with a beanie on. >> That had the money. >> That was with him cuz she paid for her shot and his shot. >> Yep. >> He looked right at it. >> He showed it to her. >> I'm going to go let them know what this is. I'll be I'll come back. >> It was the guy. He spilled the drink and put the 20 on top of it. >> Which guy? >> The The guy you were talking to. >> He's claiming the female gave him the money. >> Why is there a video? >> Is it Is that true or not? >> Oh, if you watch the video, they they all All three of them look at it and laugh. And they're like he's like >> Can I Can I see that cuz I don't want to arrest somebody if >> Here, I got it on my phone. >> Oh. >> Oh, yeah, she recorded it. >> Okay, so she just put money in her bra. So, she's going to have to be thoroughly searched cuz the bill she just put down came from her bra. >> She doesn't have a bra on. >> Well, shirt, whatever. >> Yeah. >> I know he's looking at what I think is this It looks like the same bill. >> He picks up several of them and looks at them. >> And then shows her. Hey, for now I'm going to put you in cuffs, all right? Just for right now. I want to clear some things up. Don't pull away from me, please. Please don't. >> We're not. We're not. >> All right, you're all right. Stay cool, man. >> Man, Dante should have left. DANTE, WHY DIDN'T YOU leave when they took Shamika outside and tased that big chick? Man, you had your opportunity to flee and you didn't flee. You should have fled. Oh, Dante. Dante, dude, if you're going to do criminal things, you got to think more like A CRIMINAL. AND CRIMINALS WOULD GET THE [ __ ] out when they have a clear shot at the door and the police are, you know, PREOCCUPIED with other people. What were you doing staying there? You had to have known that they had cameras. Every place has cameras now. Everyone has cameras. [laughter] Why didn't you flee? Oh, well. I'm glad he didn't flee. Now all the proper people are being arrested. I still I'm [laughter] not even going to say it. I was about to say I feel kind of bad for that one chick that got tased just cuz she stuck her nose in their problem. But nope, I don't feel bad because she put herself in that situation. They have their tasers drawn before, you know, she got tased. So she should have known it was coming. But Shamika, Shamika's not even wearing a bra. Where was she hiding that money? >> A lot of fake money right now. It's all on video. Okay, and you get and you you understand that, right? We're here to talk to you. We'll work it out, okay? But right now you you gave a significant amount of fake money. And and you're on video crumpling it up. >> You want me to just go get her >> Yeah, go get some gloves, please. Hang out here. Hey, Casey, it's all right. Let's knock this out. We can put him in your car and go from there. Get out of here. All right. I don't know if she's just drinking, but she was freaking out about this backpack. So I grabbed all the bills she was handing off. All right. So there's a pill in here. Might be why she's freaking out a little bit. >> The one that one right there? She's banned for life. She's never allowed here again. She actually passed >> Actually need a hundred. >> She's the one that actually handed her the hundred dollar the fake hundred dollar bill. >> Yeah, it's Where are they at right Where's she at right now? >> She just went out the back door. >> 155 to 134. Can you meet me out back? Hello, ma'am. Sergeant Burns, Turlock Police Department. Uh listen, you're not Stop. Stop. How's it going, man? Were you the other one involved? You weren't here, were you? >> I wasn't involved in nothing. >> You need to hang tight for a minute. Please don't argue with me. Please. >> play with me. >> I promise you. >> Please don't play with me. This is cool. >> We just have some questions we're going to talk to you about real quick, all right? Don't pass anything off. >> pass nothing off. >> Please, just listen, all right? We don't want to be involved with this. What are you grabbing for right now? >> My wallet. >> Can you not touch your wallet, please? >> purse. >> No. Can you please NOT HAND IT OFF? PLEASE. >> YELLING AT ME? >> I ASKED HER THREE TIMES to stop. I'm very calm. I'm very calm. You've been accused of passing fake money. I just watched a video of it. Every officer here has watched a video of it. >> the video of the girl that that >> I'll talk to you about that, I promise. Can you please just step over here? I don't want to be talking to a crowd. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you. What's your name, ma'am? >> Yolanda. >> Did you see a white envelope tonight? >> No, I didn't. >> Did you touch a white envelope tonight? >> You gave fake money to the staff here tonight. You guys are handing it around. >> Not me. Not me. >> You You You missed the crowd that was handed around. They left. >> Okay, ma'am. >> They left. >> It's on video. You You also, okay, touched the 20 that turned out to be fake. >> I touched nothing. Nothing. Y'all got the wrong people. And I wish to leave. >> Okay, you can't run now. All right? You're You're not free to leave. Can I see your purse, please? So, she ended up being here also. What was her involvement? >> Oh, she's the one that she's like somebody handed her the money. >> Oh, she handed it. >> Okay, that's what I thought. They want you to trespass for something else. In the video, somebody hands you a fake $100 bill, and then you hand it to staff, okay? So, we're not taking you to jail. I'm going to give you your your word that you didn't know it was fake, okay? I'm going to believe you. Um and just know, ma'am, do you know who gave you that 100? You know which one I'm talking about. She handed it back to you. >> tell you the description. You seen him. >> But, how did you know her? Like, why did you take money from her? >> I don't. >> You don't know her? She just handed you 100 and you gave it in? >> Who the hell? I thought it was the audacity to just kind of hand >> That's why we're asking. You don't even get so we're ma'am, please. You're literally mocking me while I'm just trying to do my job. I am. I am. Um Yes. Man, they they You're going to be free to go. They They want you trespassed, so you can't come back here. Can one of you guys do that real quick? Get her out of here. Thank you for your cooperation. >> I don't know about you, but it is a key sign of guilt, in my opinion. And I know that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But, if you're innocent, these police officers obviously were not in the bar when the situation took place that resulted in the police being called. So, why not understand that it is the police officer's job to investigate? Just let them conduct their investigation. If you really did nothing wrong, let them conduct their investigation, and then you can go home. Why are you going to start to argue? Why are you going to mock a police officer? Were they trying to get tased, too? Were they a little jealous? Just Whenever they start bucking up to the police and start talking over them or mocking them or cussing at them or starting to get like a mob mentality, to me it just screams guilt. And it probably makes the police a lot more suspicious. >> Well, let's talk. Come on. Come on. Come over here. >> Can we talk cordially, like I asked you initially? >> Well, you did. You She didn't. Okay? >> That's my sister, though. >> I get but let's talk like adults, all right? >> We are, though. >> All right. >> So, the big [ __ ] that got tased was involved. It's her sister? Mm. Yeah. Her sister should have just stayed out of it. Maybe she would have flown under the radar. The only people that the bar was telling the police officers about was this chick, and the sister just had to get involved. Just had to get involved. And then she got her ass tased, and now she looks pissed. >> Alyssa, you and I have talked. I don't know why it went so I know why it went south so fast. So, we can't always tell you >> to know what was going on. I was already drinking. >> I Oh, and I know that >> I love that. That's why I stayed. I love that, but I didn't do nothing wrong. So, why would I leave? Okay, I'm sorry. >> No, it's okay. It's okay. I get it. >> The way I'm feeling right now cuz I got my four kids at home, I'm angry. >> This is my >> I thought she said three kids. Didn't she say three kids? Now she has four kids? Am I crazy? Might have to go back and check that. >> perspective now, okay? Fair is fair. My perspective. Hey, uh call for service comes in from the owner of the bar. They're saying people are passing fake money. Okay? We get there, officer, I go in and I look at the crowd. I'm standing there. Case our officer Headerman goes inside, and they point you out on camera. >> Why? >> I don't ma'am, just hear me out. >> do anything. >> Okay, hear me out. >> Okay, I'm sorry. >> They point you specifically. I'm like, I know her. When I walked up, I didn't know what was going on. I didn't know if you passed the fake $20 bill, but look at it from my perspective. >> Right. >> So, I'm a police officer looking for fake money, and what are you doing? >> I said hold my money. >> So, what do I think's going on? >> But but I didn't do >> Hold on, I'm asking you. >> But but listen to me. >> Stay with me now. Do me a favor. >> I get you. >> What does it look like you're doing? >> Right, trying to pass off my fake money. >> I let you pass that off? >> what you're saying. >> Can I let you pass that off? >> I'm like, I'm like, I'm going to jail. Here's my money. Come buy me out. >> Well, hold on. Just because we're there doesn't mean you're going to jail. >> I felt like I was going to jail. >> Well, here's the bottom line. >> Is that because you're guilty and you know it? Shamika, is that why you thought you were going to jail because you know damn well you were passing off fake money? Just saying. >> The next time a cop, even if it's me or anybody comes up to you peacefully, calmly, and says, "Can you please come outside and talk to me?" What should you do? >> Well, I'm confused cuz I don't do nothing wrong. So, I'm like, "Okay, why are you talking to me? Like, what's going on?" >> Let me ask you a question. Do you have a prescription for the Oxycodone? >> Me? >> Yes. >> No. >> You had Oxycodone and weed and marijuana in your purse. That's why you didn't want me to >> want you to have my purse. Yes. >> So, now everything makes sense. Shamika, if you have drugs in your purse and you're worried about a cop grabbing them, should you be grabbing your purse from the police officer? >> No, I shouldn't. >> So, it's >> So, what's my charges? >> Right now, resisting and uh the possession of the Oxycodone. You can't have that. All right. >> Shamika was charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting without violence. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> So, in the end, she didn't even get a charge for the fake money? Seriously? So, nobody got charged? She was the only person in this entire circumstance that got charged with anything, and it wasn't even about the money? How does that happen? I thought they had it on camera that they were passing fake money. I'm so confused. What happened here? What What? So, all she got was possession of the Oxy and resisting without violence? I I'm so confused. I'm so confused. They have on video they were passing fake money, I thought. Where did this go wrong?
