Your work day is done. Okay, it's time to go. [screaming] >> What the Have you ever watched somebody lose their job and then immediately start auditioning for prison? Because that's exactly what happened here. Today's body cam video starts out with what should have been one of the easiest nights ever. A convenience store employee said, "Hey, clock out and go home. That's it." But apparently leaving work was asking too much. Instead, she decides to argue with the manager, argue with police, refuses to leave private property, stall for time, and somehow convince herself that everybody else is the problem. And just when you think she's about ready to walk out the door, she somehow manages to turn a workplace disagreement into criminal trespassing charges, assault on police, and a bond that'll make your stomach hurt. >> You work here? >> Yes. >> Someone call the police? >> Yeah. >> Hey, how you doing? >> What's up, man? >> Uh, could you please her? >> Yeah. >> I just met him today. Don didn't inform me that he was the manager. >> Okay. Is he in charge? No. >> Don didn't tell me that. >> But I mean I mean are you guys >> I just met him today. >> Okay, that's fine. But do you guys know two people here? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> And he's my manager cuz this is my first time anyway. >> Okay. Well, just we'll just stay over. We can hang out back here. That's fine. >> How you doing? I'm sorry. That's fine. >> She's being extremely disrespectful. I was like just go home. She's beat him while I leave. So, >> you know, if he's in charge and he's telling you to leave. I just met her today. >> What's her name? >> I don't even know her name. Can't get her name. >> Oh, is this her first day? >> This first day with me at least. I know heard from other manager that she can be a pain. >> Okay. >> Hello. Hi. N. >> She's on the boss. She only worked there 2 weeks. >> Okay. >> So, he's I mean, he's definitely one in charge. >> Does he not know him? >> What does he know? >> He's he's like a manager. He came from another store. So, no, he doesn't. You said he's from another store, but I didn't know that. I don't know what's his issue, but he keeps jumping in front of me and jumping to my register, and I told him I didn't like that. >> Oh, baby, you worked there for 2 weeks. You have this guy as a supervisor or a manager of some kind from another location coming in to work with you on a shift. Just because you never met him before, you think you don't have to listen to him? I don't understand your logic here. He keeps getting on my f I don't like that. Okay. He has apparently heard that she could be difficult. WE'VE ONLY JUST MET HER, but uh that seems to be an accurate assumption. Fact of the matter is when all is said and done, it doesn't matter what he was doing, what she was doing. He asked her to go home, right? Apparently, she was being difficult. He's like, "Just clock out and go home." And now she is digging her heels in. And now the police are there. And this is probably going to escalate way more than it should. >> She doing she making their day hard and it has to be like there's one older gentleman like around 50 60. He has his ID cuz he's buying like cigarettes or something and instead of just scanning ID just you're like can I hold it in my hand? He's like you can't just scan it. It's right here in my hands, you know, like just scan the card and just start back and forth and back and forth. My son is gone cuz I'm not dealing with it. You just She already had four people walk away. Most of one of them were regulars. Then he tried to send me home and I told him, "I'm not going home unless Don tells me to cuz you're not my manager." >> Can I talk to her real quick? >> Yes. >> Hi, how are you? >> The other employee here who called us because I guess whatever issue they're having. Um he wanted What's your name? >> Shaquila. >> He wanted Shaquila to leave for the night. She didn't want to leave. So now we're here. Um >> yeah, let's have her go ahead and leave for the day because they're obviously not going to work well together. We'll explain that to her and obviously, you know, you'll have to talk to her at a later time. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. You have a good rest of your night, ma'am. >> Um I'm not going to tell her. I need some you can call her back in a few minutes, but at this point, you got to go. Okay. You have to leave um for the night. She's going to contact you again. Maybe you guys can talk about it tomorrow. But she doesn't want you here either. She wants you to go. >> She just she she just said that to me that she has to tell you to leave for the night. We're going to need you to go. Okay. You know, the exaggeration, can we can we finish this conversation at a later date? He wants you to go. She's saying you got to go. Let's just get our stuff and let's just go for the night. Okay. >> All right. Um, am I not to retire? Uh, Monday. All right. >> We good now. >> Very well. No. >> I know you're upset, but >> you know, maybe you need to look look for another job, find something else. You know, >> you don't have to stand here like I'm a criminal. >> I'm not saying you're a criminal. I'm waiting for you. >> That's a Why do you need to escort me out? I'm going to leave. >> Okay, Shaqula, you're not going to start arguing with me, okay? I'm just waiting for you to come. >> You're not going to stand here like I'm >> They want you They want you to leave. >> I'm going to leave. >> Okay. Well, let's go. We'll leave. We'll leave when they leave. When you leave We've been rude to you or any type of way to you. >> We've been very patient. We've been very patient with you. >> Excuse me. >> All right, let's go. >> You're not properly. You're not doing that. >> Oh, Shaquila. Shaqula. Shaqula. Shaqula. You are so cute thinking you're in control of this situation. It was bad enough when this guy she had never met strolled in here and told her to take her ass home cuz he wasn't going to have any of her attitude that night. It was bad enough. But then she refused to admit that her precious Dawn boss was also going to send her home. And then when she did, she still wants to try to control the situation and tell the police officers that they will not be escorting her out. Oh, Shaquila. Shaqula. Shaqula, just go home. Just just go. Just go home. She's not supposed to return till Monday, apparently. But yeah, she's probably going to get fired after this, >> Shaqula. There's no reason to act like this. >> If that's the case, I would like to file a complaint. >> A complaint for what? >> Because he's filing charges against me. >> No one's filing charges against you. Hey, stop. Don't even talk to her. >> Just don't even engage. I just want her to go. I was already disrespectful. >> Thank you, Shaquila. >> Without >> Without what? >> What do you just count in the drawer? >> We have to count this down in order before we leave. That's probably >> Shaqula. We see what you're doing. We see what you're doing. You are stalling. Stalling. Stalling. Stalling again. Trying to control the situation. She's like, "No, I'm gonna leave on my own time. I need to count my drawer down." [laughter] Okay. So, you know what though? I get her counting her drawer down because she probably doesn't want them to come back and say that her drawer was off and she stole money. This is kind of smart on her part, but um maybe she should count a little bit faster because me thinks these officers are starting to become annoyed by her. >> Are you almost finished? We can't sit around here and wait forever for you to get this done. Okay. You almost done? He could finish it for you if necessary. Shaqula, you've been doing this for about 5 10 minutes now. >> This is worth >> Well, he can get it done for you. We can't stand here and wait for you to leave all night. >> Did I hurt you? Did I hurt him? >> I didn't say you did, but they want you to go. I >> didn't say that I was still causing harm. >> I didn't say you were causing anything? Did I say you were causing harm? But this is still private property. So, if they say you have to leave, you have to leave. >> Hey, um does she she's like checking out her drawer right now. Do you want her to be touching this or you want her to go? Okay. So, you don't want her to check her. You just want her to leave. All right. Thank you. We ready to go? >> No. Well, what else you got to do? Cuz I mean, we're on the phone with your manager right now. >> I can't disclose. >> You said what? >> Can't disclose my story. >> Can't disclose what? Your workday is done. Okay, it's time to go. >> Okay. >> She's bringing her spiteful [ __ ] out. [laughter] Now she's like, "All right, fine. They want to let me go." I'm going to get all of my tasks for my shift done. First, I'm going to count my drawer and uh then I'm going to refill the napkin dispensers. And then I'm going to sweep and mop the floor. And then I'm going to do inventory of the gum section of the counter. [laughter] I wonder how long they're going to let Tequila [laughter] Tequila. I said Tequila. YOU GOT TO ADMIT Shaquila and Tequila. Is that where her mama got her name from? I mean, it's truly original. Maybe the night that she was conceived, her mama had a little too much tequila to drink and was like, "Oh, let's call her Shaquila." [laughter] I wonder how long the officers are going to let Shaquila have control of this entire situation before they drag her ass out the front door. Hey, Shaquila, I just got off the phone with your manager. She wants you to leave right now. Okay. So, she wants you to leave right now. Are is it worth going to jail over this right now? Cuz you're about to go to jail. Hey, I I talked to your manager. She said it's up to you if you want her arrested or not for criminal trespass, you want to pursue criminal trespassing charges. She will be arrested. We can't be here all day. You walked out and we're about to walk out the door. You're not even getting paid to do what you're doing right now. You're just playing games. >> I just talked to your manager. She said it was is up to you what you wanted to do. >> Okay. All right. You're under arrest. Turn around. Come on. >> All right. Can you fit this up? >> No. No. You're done. >> Okay. This was really You're under arrest. Turn around. >> Stop it. >> Shaqula, stop it. [laughter] >> Shaqula, put your hands behind your back so you could be escorted out. I mean, the officers are right. THEY'RE LIKE, "YOU'RE NOT EVEN getting paid to do all these tasks. Clearly, you're just stalling. You're trying to keep control of the situation and hope we just go away." We're not going away. We're bringing the handcuffs out. >> Turn around. Like, this is so dumb. All you had to do was walk out of the store. Shaqula, stop walking away. Shaqula, stop it. >> It's on her purse. >> Oh, it's on her purse. Yeah, that's fine. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm trying to double lock your hand. Stop. >> Stop moving. >> Get off me. Did nobody tell y'all to come here and do nothing? >> People did tell us to come here. You're boss. >> I didn't do nothing to you. >> Okay. Well, we explained it like four times. You just don't want to listen. Trespassing now. >> Trespassing. I work here. >> It's private property. You don't just get to stay here. It's not your building. >> All right, come on. >> Let's get that bag off her. >> If I take this handcuff off you, you're going to sit still. >> No, you don't take the handcuff off me like this. >> We're going to get the bag off your back. >> The bag isn't even on my back. It's in my hand. >> I know. And we're going to get it out of your hand. >> You're hurting me. >> It's stuck on my hand. >> You're hurting me. >> Stop it. >> Stop tightening up the cuff. >> No one's tightening THE CUFF. I'M >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> OKAY. Stop it. [laughter] >> I It's hilarious. He's got the uh the officer sighing counter on the screen. Like every time the officer sigh, he's doing a count. He should have also did a count of every time the officer said, "Shaquila, stop it." [laughter] That's going to be that's going to be the thumbnail headline. Shaqula, stop it. [laughter] I need to put THAT ON A T-SHIRT. I AM PUTTING THAT ON A T-SHIRT. TAKE NOTE RIGHT NOW. I am putting that on a t-shirt. By the way, you guys, by the way, you always ask where my t-shirts come from. If I happen to have a link for a t-shirt, some of them are so old I don't know. I don't remember where I got them or there's no links to them anymore. But if I do ever have links, they will always be in the video description, as well as the direct links for all of the body cams that I react to. the original videos and the channels are always linked in the video description so you can go follow these body cam channels and show support to them. I am working on putting together like a hub of some kind for all t-shirts and things. And I am going to get merch going, you guys. I'm telling you, I'm going to get merch going because there's moments like this where we need a t-shirt. I need a t-shirt that says Shaquila, stop it. [laughter] He had a t-shirt. I'LL LET YOU GUYS KNOW WHEN IT'S READY. But my god, that's freaking hilarious. >> Stop it, Shaquila. Let go of the bag. >> Want to believe me when I >> LET GO OF THE BAG. >> STOP ME. YOU STUPID. >> YOU DON'T WANT to hurt me. >> No one wants to hurt you. Let go of the Okay, we're just going to Thank you, Bab. He's going to cut it off. >> Don't you cut my bag. Don't threaten me like that. That's a threat. >> It's not a threat. >> Shut the door. Do what the you got to do. >> Dumb. >> Your mama. [ __ ] Sick of getting in trouble for doing I didn't even do. >> I'm just going to buckle her in. >> I'm not going to jail for something I didn't do. >> Baby, are you confused as to why you are being escorted to jail? Are you confused? I'm tired of Okay, first of all, let's go back. Let's rewind just a little bit where she said, "I'm tired of going to jail for [ __ ] I didn't do." Um, baby, how many times you've been taken to jail? Shaqula, stop it. [laughter] How many times have you been taken to jail? And for what reasons? And why do you think it's not your fault? This particular circumstance, I think you are confused as to why you are being taken to jail. Because you think you did nothing wrong. Baby, you did something wrong. You got hauled off for criminal trespass. You were asked to leave multiple times by not one but two managers of private property and you didn't go. So, the police had to take you. That is why you're getting hauled off. And uh yeah, it is 100% your fault. >> This was really unnecessary, Shaquille. >> All you had to do was leave the store. >> Stop talking TO ME. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. Oh jeez. >> I'm going to be robbed of jail with that female. Starting mileage 111. >> I'm not going to jail. I didn't evening do anything. I would like to call my dad. >> I didn't even do nothing to that light-skinned motherucker. >> Okay. Well, you I I don't think you're understanding here. All you got to do is leave the store and you wouldn't be going to jail. >> Down my drawer. WHAT THE I DIDN'T HURT NOBODY. >> Your boss said it was time to go. I'm not going to ARGUE WITH THIS. FINE. IF WE WEREN'T GETTING ALONG THIS OKAY, I'm not going to argue with you. Not going to Okay. You Hey, that's really smart. Here's her bag. Yeah, we had a fight over her bag. >> All right, hop on. Shila, >> touch me. >> I'm not going to touch you. Just walk into the jail. Please >> put my coat away. >> Just walk in jail. >> SHQUILA, JUST GO. >> WALK IN THE JAIL AND STOP. >> SHQUILA, get up. Okay, this is stupid. >> Okay, you're going to get charged with more things IF YOU DON'T STOP ME. >> OKAY, YOU just need me in the groin. You're done. >> Get off of me. >> ALL RIGHT, STOP. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF. [screaming] GET OFF OF ME. GET ME OFF OF ME. >> I LOST MY HANDCUFF KEY WHEN WE fight earlier. Give me your handcuff key. >> No, actually, no. Leave it on. >> GET OFF OF ME. Y'ALL KEEP ME. I'M TELLING YOU >> AFTER ME. >> TURN OVER. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> OKAY. IF YOU >> DON'T TOUCH ME ON THE GROUND, >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> THE WAY YOU'RE ACTING right now isn't helping. >> I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] WITH YOUR MAMA. >> Thank you for sitting down. >> I'm sick of y'all, BRO. WITH ME. EVERYBODY KEEPING with me. LEAVE ME THE ALONE. I'M DEAD SERIOUS. >> OKAY, GLADLY. Have you ever heard the saying, "If everyone is an [ __ ] maybe you're the [ __ ] [laughter] like maybe if you're like looking around and you think everybody's the [ __ ] and you're the victim or something. IT'S JUST MAYBE OH. OH, NO. Just everyone's not the [ __ ] It's me. >> You're [ __ ] my job. What the [ __ ] DO YOU WANT? STOP STARING AT ME. >> I'M NOT doing anything to you. >> DO YOUR JOB. OKAY. >> You your mom's child. >> You're right. >> You're right. I am. >> God, her insults are bad, man. You're mama's child. Uh yeah, I am my mama's child. That's because she's my mama and I was her child. Is that supposed to be an insult? Cuz it's a real bad one. >> [laughter] >> Ah, Shaquila, stop it. >> Where'd you find that? >> Oh, thanks. >> Dad, >> I'm 24 from Go that uh I just when they closed at 29 hours trespassing. >> TRESPASSING IS MY JOB. STOP SAYING THAT DUMB [ __ ] >> BETTER SIT DOWN. YOU'RE JUST GOING TO >> NO, YOU SHUT THE UP, YOU PIG. STOP LAUGHING LIKE IT'S FUNNY. >> I'M DEFINITELY NOT LAUGHING. Trust me. >> I'M TIRED OF THIS. I DIDN'T evening do nothing. >> Evan, the charges ARE TRESPASSING. >> I'M NOT TRUST. JUST SIT DOWN. >> STOP SAYING THAT. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T WALK at me. SIT DOWN AND BE QUIET. >> I DON'T LIKE YOU. PUT YOUR JUST STAND THERE, RELAX, [screaming] and take the stuff OUT OF YOUR POCKET. >> GET OFF OF ME. YOU'RE DOING IT ON PURPOSE. >> YOU CAN'T GET [screaming] OFF. GET OFF OF ME. >> OKAY, SHAQUILA, YOU NEED TO RELAX. >> IT'S HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> DO NOT STOMP ON MY FOOT. [screaming] >> WATCH. I'm trying to TRY TO BITE YOU. >> I'M ABOUT TO CALL MY DAD. >> WELL, you're not going TO DO ANYTHING. >> I'M ABOUT TO CALL MY DAD. >> OH, NO. Not your dad. Oh, the officers are shaking in their boots. You're going to CALL YOUR DADDY. OH, SHAQUILA, STOP. [laughter] Oh my god. This is freaking crazy. This This is crazy, y'all. LIKE, [gasps] WOW. THEY'RE literally trying to take her handcuffs off and she is [screaming] they're hurting me. She's trying to stomp on their feet. She's probably gonna bite one and then she's going to call her dad. Oh my gosh, she's such the victim. Why is this always happening to her? Why is she always getting arrested for not doing anything wrong? >> I WANT TO TALK TO MY DAD. WHAT do you want? >> I WANT MY DAD. >> WHAT' YOU SAY? PUT her in the chair. >> OKAY. [laughter] COME ON. COME OVER HERE. SIT DOWN. >> SIT DOWN. >> OH MY GOD. SIT BACK. >> SIT BACK. YOU WANT TO CALL MY DAD NOW. I WANT TO CALL MY DAD. I WANT MY DAD. [clears throat] GET THIS OFF OF ME. THIS IS HURTING. GET OFF. THE WAY HE GOT IT OFF. GET OFF. >> BECAUSE YOU'RE ACTING HOW YOU'RE ACTING. You have to sit here. >> GET THESE CUFFS OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. I DON'T WANT YOU TOUCHING ME. YOU FIGHTING IN MY PRIVACY. I WANT TO BITE YOUR THROAT. GET OFF ME. YOU BITE ME. [laughter] TOUCH MY BOOBS. THAT'S SEXUAL HARASSMENT. [screaming] GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF. [screaming] OH MY GOD. >> HE'S [screaming] NOT [screaming] OFF ME. GET OFF OF ME. WHAT the I mean, talk about making something out of nothing. Really, you are getting you are getting taken in for violating trespass. It's it's a simple booking. It's a simple booking and you're making it into something massive. Like, you're making this into such a bigger deal than it needs to be. You're being so dramatic. Shaqula. SHAQULA, STOP IT. GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF of me. >> Thank you. Hey, how'd you get ME? >> OKAY, >> I'M NOT EVEN DOING NOTHING TO STOP TRYING TO HURT ME. >> YOU BITE ME. >> GET OFF AGAIN. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. I WANT TO CALL >> AT THIS POINT. YEAH, they probably are doing it on purpose because clearly since they have now officially passed into the double digits of number of times sighing over your ass, Shaquila. Yeah, they might be doing it a little harder on purpose. Just a little bit. Cuz they're TIRED OF YOUR [ __ ] CALL MY DAD. I WANT TO CALL MY DAD. THAT DREAM IS SO BAD. >> You're trying to bite us and you're kicking us. >> She kicked me. She felt need to join. >> Yeah, >> definitely. Assault on appeal. >> After finally being able to continue Shaqula's booking process, she was charged with criminal trespass and two counts of assault on a peace officer. A bond was set at $25,000 for each assault charge, totaling $50,000. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> $50,000 bond 50 50 followed by three more zeros. Wow. 25,000 PER OFFICER. WHY DOESN'T THIS happen more often? Okay. Why doesn't this happen more often? This makes me very happy. Okay. This does because there are so many times we have seen people absolutely assault police officers biting, scratching, kneing, kicking, spitting, all of the things. And their bonds aren't escalated like that. I love the fact that her bond is so high because she shouldn't be doing that. She shouldn't be assaulting police officers. And I think that if there was stiffer bonds, maybe people would think twice about doing that kind of thing. But anyway, so god dang, $50,000 bond. Damn. Like, it's not the highest we've seen, but damn. If you guys like these kind of videos, the fastest way to let me know is by hitting that thumbs up button.
