Miss, listen. >> go home. >> You need to listen. >> Let me go home or else I'll RIGHT NOW. >> NO. >> [laughter] >> SHE'S SO DRAMATIC. In today's body cam footage, we are encountering someone who managed to fall asleep at a green light. Yeah, you heard me right. Fall asleep in a car while on the road during a green light. And trust me, if you think that she's a little bit dramatic and it can't possibly get any worse, well, you're about 5 minutes too early. >> This car took take your time a little too seriously, [music] sitting through multiple green lights without budging. And when officers finally [music] checked who was driving, they were surprised to find a little lady who had too much [music] to drink and an attitude twice her size. >> Driver's unresponsive so far. Damn it. Hello. Hi. How are you? >> I'm good. >> Can you put it in park? Hey, you know you've been sleeping through a couple light cycles, right? >> Yes. >> Okay, what's going on? >> Um not much. >> Okay, do you know where you're at right now? >> Yeah, I'm in I'm trying to go home. Um >> Where's home at? >> Duluth. >> Okay, where at in Duluth? Do you have your license with you? >> Yeah. >> Can I see that, please? >> Any problems? >> Like Like I explained already, you slept through a couple light cycles. >> Yeah. >> Where you coming from tonight? >> [laughter] >> Is there a problem officer? >> Yeah, uh he just told you that you slept through a couple of light cycles. Like yellow light, red light, green light. >> [laughter] >> She just said they're sleeping. Oh my god, like I understand having enough drinks where you feel like your body just needs to shut down and you need to just go to sleep and then wake up the next day and forget your night ever happened. But you CAN'T DO THAT WHEN you're behind the wheel of a car. Oh my god. WHAT TIME IS THIS? There's no time stamp on it, but clearly it's the middle of the night. Hopefully cars haven't almost hit her. Could you imagine just driving down the road and there is just a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road, no hazards on or anything. Oh my oh she's She's going to be in big trouble. She better wake up because she's about to be in some deep [ __ ] >> If you or your child spent years growing up on social media and experienced serious mental health struggles, you should hear this. Recently a jury ordered Meta and YouTube to pay millions for their role in designing and promoting addictive platforms. They knew their apps could contribute to anxiety, depression, and body image issues, but did not share those risks while prioritizing profits. The recent historic verdict underscores the consequences of those decisions. Now Morgan and Morgan is stepping up to hold these platforms accountable for the harm they caused. Click the link in my bio to take a short quiz. You may be entitled to a potential recovery of over $1,000. >> I was at a party at a Moonshadow Tavern with some of my friends. >> Where's that at? I'm not familiar with it. >> I don't know the town it's in. It's like 30 minutes away from where I'm at. I can show you the address. >> Mhm. >> What am I doing wrong? Why am I here? >> You understand why I explained it to you twice already, right? >> I'm like, okay, what do you want me to pull up for you? You want me to pull up where I was at? >> Well, you were talking about pulling that up. I don't really need that. I just was curious where that's at cuz I've never been there. >> Okay, what what do you need? Like, I'm just trying to get home. >> Okay. Like I said, ma'am, just to reiterate third time, the reason why I pulled in behind you is cuz while I was driving, I noticed that you were passed out, okay? The light was green, it turned red, and it turned green again, and you still hadn't gone. Okay? >> Okay, I'm fine, okay? >> Okay. And you were coming from that bar. How much alcohol did you drink tonight? >> NOT ENOUGH. >> [laughter] >> ALL RIGHT, I KNOW IT'S NOT FUNNY THAT SHE'S driving while drunk. I get that. But you have to admit that was a freaking hilarious response. How much have you had to drink tonight? Not enough. >> [laughter] >> Aw, I feel that way sometimes, too. I I do. I do. BUT I DON'T GET IN A [ __ ] CAR AFTER I DO IT, OKAY? >> LIKE, we really just want to get home and not have a problem. >> I understand that. >> I don't need a problem tonight, girl. >> Uh, you found a problem. >> [laughter] >> I don't need a problem. My life will be ruined. [ __ ] the problem found you. >> Like, I don't want my life to be ruined. >> Okay. How would I ruin your life? I'm just talking to you right now just to see what's going on while you passed out behind the wheel. >> I'm not passed out behind the wheel. I'm fine. Like, I'm saying, like, you're trying to ruin my life. >> How? I'm literally just talking to you. >> Like, calling me and stuff. I don't need a problem. I just want to go home. >> I understand that. You've said that a lot. I got you. Not right now, okay? We're going to figure that out, okay? Here's the thing. Okay. Well, again, right now, I have to check off a few things because, again, you were passed out in your car, okay? Miss, nobody's talking about ruining anybody's life. >> Don't you just love it when people make stupid, careless mistakes that puts other people's lives in jeopardy, and then they blame it on somebody else? You know, she's absolutely blaming the police officer that he's trying to ruin her life over some [ __ ] because, apparently, she did nothing wrong. She was just taking a nap. She was just taking a nap. Why is this officer trying to ruin her life for taking a nap? Oh, it's because you're asleep behind the wheel while on the road. >> Okay. After her impromptu nap behind the wheel, officers asked her to step out of the vehicle. Then, right on cue, Miss Bratty McGee took center stage and turned a routine traffic stop into her own personal soap opera. >> I need you to listen to what I'm telling you, please, okay? Here's what I need you to do. I need you to step out of the vehicle right now, okay? I need you to put everything that you have in your hands on your lap, over on your passenger seat. I need you to step out of the vehicle right now, please. Step to the front of my car. my life. step to the front of my car. Okay. What >> I'm fine. >> Step right there. >> I'm >> Step right there. >> I'm step right here. >> Okay, listen. Listen to me. >> I'm so upset. >> Stop. >> You're trying to ruin my life. >> You need to stop, please. >> home. >> Okay, look. Here's the thing. >> What how what would I need to do to go home? Like I just want to go home. >> I cannot explain anything to you if you keep interrupting me, okay? I'm trying to explain this to you. But I'm not going to keep talking over you. Okay? Here's the thing. Again, when I was driving down the road, I saw that the light was green north and south. This is the north lane that you're in. >> Okay. >> Your car was stopped there, and when I drove by, I saw that you were stopped at the green light, okay? That's not normal, okay? So, I was going to check on you anyways. When I was driving by going south, I was able to see in your car that you were pretty much asleep or passed out. >> Please let me go home. >> Can I finish, please? Can I please finish? >> I want to go home. >> Okay. When you were talking to me, okay? You're pretty unsteady with your statements, okay? You have the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from you. You're coming from a bar, okay? Which leads me to indicate that you might have had a little bit too much to drink. >> I'm fine. I want to go home. >> Okay. >> If you do this to me, I will be [ __ ] with my family for the rest of my life. >> Okay. >> Like >> I am not doing anything to you. >> to ruin my life. Let me go home. >> Is there even the slightest bit chance that the fact that your life will be ruined will be the result of your own actions and the choices that you made? I mean, IT'S A WILD CONCEPT, BUT I'm just throwing that out there. >> I can't. I have to go home now. >> Chill. Stop. Do not turn this into a big situation. Chill. Do you understand what I'm telling you right now? >> Let me go home. >> Do you understand what I'm telling you right now, miss? So, chill. You are an adult. Chill. I ain't going to see you later. No. Okay? You said that you didn't have a lot to drink. How much did you have to drink when you were out there? >> Not a lot. I'm fine. >> Okay, how many is not a lot? Your not a lot different than mine, I guarantee you. >> What do you want to know? >> Uh the same question I just asked you. >> Okay, but you didn't ask you asked me a vague question. >> I think asking you exactly what you had to drink is a pretty direct question, miss. >> Two drinks and then I stopped. >> Okay. >> I'm going home. I I literally just need to go home right now. >> Okay. >> You're I don't need my life ruined right now. Like I'm already being kicked out. Like if I'm being placed, like I'm already going to like >> Miss. >> You want me to >> Miss. >> I will if you do this to >> Miss. Miss, listen. >> go home. >> You need to listen. >> Let me go home or else I'll RIGHT NOW. >> NO. >> [laughter] >> OH MY GOD, SHE'S SO DRAMATIC. My life is ruined. I'm going to unalive myself right now IF YOU DON'T LET ME GO HOME. HONEY, you were on your way home and you stopped TO TAKE A NAP. >> [laughter] >> THAT'S YOUR DOING. That's your fault. THAT'S THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS. And I'm just going to like throw this out there, but um yeah, I don't think she's going home tonight. Sorry. >> Oh. Okay, stop. That's like the Okay. >> I've acted like an adult. I'm tired of being treated like [ __ ] >> I've been >> me a breathalyzer right now. Let me go home. >> I am investigating. >> home. I don't need you to investigate [ __ ] Let me go home. >> Okay. >> Stop being Get in your car. Let me go. >> Would you be willing to conduct some field sobriety tests? >> need to go. home. I don't need >> That's a yes or no question. >> Why? If I say no, can I go home? >> No. That's a yes or no question. Are you willing to participate in three field sobriety tests? >> Why? >> Because you have had alcohol. I found you passed out operating your vehicle. Okay, I don't want to see if you are safe to drive or not. >> I'm safe to drive. Leave me alone. >> That does not answer my question. >> Fine. >> Yes? >> Fine. >> Okay. >> Despite officer's repeated attempts to calm her down, our silly little drama queen went into full Karen mode, and moments later she made one incredibly dumb decision that earned her a one-way trip to a jail cell. >> Stay right there. >> Tomorrow, it's your fault. I MIGHT TOMORROW, IT'S YOUR FAULT. I WANT YOU I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT I [ __ ] TOLD YOU, YOU piece of [ __ ] I have a feeling I'm going to die right now, AND I WILL IT'S YOUR FAULT. >> OKAY. >> LET ME GO HOME. >> Are you still willing TO PARTICIPATE IN >> YEAH. LET ME GO HOME. >> CALM DOWN. >> I HATE you right now. >> Calm down. >> I hate you. >> Calm down. >> Let me go home. >> I need you >> Baby, I don't think they like you too much right now, EITHER. [laughter] IT'S YOUR FAULT. IT'S YOUR FAULT IF I DO SOMETHING TO MYSELF. IT'S YOUR FAULT. >> [laughter] >> AND HE'S just like, "Okay. Uh, so do you see the tip of my pen?" >> [laughter] >> Man, she just >> [sighs] >> She's a special kind of stupid, ain't she? >> Do Look. Look where I'm pointing. Sit right there. Okay. Do have a license? >> No! >> Okay, but listen, we just want to make sure you're safe to drive. >> I don't give a YOU GUYS AREN'T SAFE TO DRIVE. YOU GUYS KILL BLACK PEOPLE OFF THEY WHAT? [ __ ] YOU KILLED [ __ ] all day long and don't get [ __ ] indicted. You all of you should be in [ __ ] jail. [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Is this a good spot for you? >> Yeah, it's just my car just pulled up here, so >> No, right here is fine. >> to move my car just a little >> Yeah, just just leave it right there. Okay. So, you were born in '96, so that means you're over the age of 21, correct? >> No [ __ ] >> Okay. >> [laughter] >> All right. Can you do me a favor and take your glasses off, please? >> Yes, so I have to. So, you're telling me >> This is all voluntary. I want to reiterate that. >> because I have to. If it was voluntary, I'd be going the Help! You guys are being [ __ ] RUINING MY LIFE. I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT. >> [laughter] >> I JUST WANT A SCREEN GRAB OF HER FACE. >> [laughter] >> Oh my god, she's born in '96. I don't have a timestamp, so I can't say exactly how old she is, but oh my god, she's acting like a child. Acting like a child who's pretending to be a Karen who had one too many drinks and fell asleep behind the wheel ON THE ROAD. >> [laughter] >> OH, [screaming] YEAH. They Yeah, I can tell by the look on the other police officer's face that they've had enough of HER [ __ ] WHY NOT JUST HANDCUFF HER and put her in the back of the car? The field sobriety test. She's clearly wasted. Arrest her already. Come on now, we don't have all night. >> Making my life [ __ ] harder by not letting me just go the [ __ ] home like I was trying I'm 5 minutes away from home and you're ruining my life. You're ruining the [ __ ] out of my life. >> Have you had any concussions or traumatic brain injuries? >> No. >> Okay. >> You're just ruining the [ __ ] out of my LIFE AND I'M PISSED AT YOU. >> OKAY. >> FOR DOING THAT. So let ME THE [ __ ] GO. >> CAN YOU MOVE your hair a little bit? >> No. >> There you go. >> No problem. >> Okay. >> I'm getting pissed. Let me the [ __ ] go and let me go the [ __ ] home. >> All right. >> I'm pissed. >> We're not going to be able to do this if you keep yelling and screaming and being very animated, okay? >> What the [ __ ] do you want me to do? >> I want you to chill and just sit. >> chilled. You won't let me go. I can't [ __ ] be chilled because you won't let me do what the [ __ ] I want to do. >> OKAY. >> YOU'RE RUINING MY LIFE. >> IS IT JUST ME or does she appear to be someone who has never been told no before? >> [laughter] >> I CAN'T STOP BEING AGGRAVATED BECAUSE YOU WON'T LET ME GO HOME. >> [laughter] >> YEP. SHE DON'T NEVER WANT TO BE TOLD WHAT to do. I feel sorry for her boyfriend, husband, significant other, whoever the hell is in any sort of relationship [laughter] with her and all. I feel bad for them suddenly. >> [sighs] >> Cuz yeah, she's not very pleasant, is she? >> I HATE YOU RIGHT NOW. YOU'RE RUINING MY LIFE. >> UNDERSTOOD. I got that. >> You're ruining my [ __ ] life. LET ME GO. I'M [ __ ] SOBER. I HATE YOU RIGHT NOW. Let me the [ __ ] go. >> Okay. Do you see the top of my purse? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I hate you. And I see the [ __ ] freaking one of a kind [ __ ] beer. >> Don't grab my hand. You're under arrest. >> My life is over. >> Yep, there she goes. She touched an officer. Dumbass. If you were sober, you wouldn't have done that. Well, okay, hold on. Let me rephrase. She probably isn't smart enough to know that you're not supposed to grab a police officer like that, otherwise it's going to get you arrested immediately. I mean, if you truly were sober, you have the chance to prove it and do a field sobriety test and then drive home. Maybe even pull over to the side of the road and nap a little bit longer before you continued on your little trek back to 30 minutes away or wherever the hell it was you said you came from. But you had to go touch a police officer. Uh, well, at least we're getting the outcome we wanted, right? >> You're arresting me. >> Yeah, you're under arrest. >> Why? >> You just grabbed me. Are you serious right now? You're being serious right now. >> to take your glasses so they don't get broke, okay? Just like your glasses. >> Please let go. >> I'M GOING TO GO INTO MY CAR AND >> LET GO. LET GO OF the glasses. Stop. Let go of the >> I'm going to tell my FAMILY THAT YOU GUYS are delirious and pieces of [ __ ] >> Okay, well. >> You are. >> That's that's your personal opinion. Stop. >> You're a piece of [ __ ] >> Stop. >> opinion. >> Stop. >> Let's go. Spread your feet. >> You're hurting me. >> Spread your feet. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not re >> Relax. Relax. Relax. I got them all. >> They're pieces of [ __ ] >> Well, if you stop resisting, OKAY? >> THEY ENJOY IT. I WASN'T RESISTING. YOU'RE A PIECE OF [ __ ] YOU'RE A PIECE OF [ __ ] YOU TOUCHED ME. I'M NOT RESISTING. >> NO, YOU TOUCHED ME. >> STOP. STOP. CHILL. >> YOU. >> CHILL. CHILL. >> NO, YOU'RE YOU CHILL. I WISH I COULD KILL YOU. You are a >> I'm going to put her in the back now. I'm going to put Hey, you um >> You are >> bars on your windows, right? >> You are >> We swap cars for transport? >> I feel like this escalated quite quickly. >> [laughter] >> Now she's threatening the lives of the police officers and claiming she wasn't resisting. Oh, oh no, you clearly resisted. They asked you to put your feet apart so that they could, you know, continue with the search and and handcuffing you and putting you in the back of their police car because, you know, you touched an officer, you dumbass. And you clearly said, "I'm not doing shit." And then flipped around to buck up to the police officer. That's not resisting to you? >> [cough] >> That's not resisting to you? Oh, and now she's continuing with threats saying that she wishes that they would die and that she wishes she could kill them. And uh maybe that she will kill [laughter] them. Uh and this officer's like, "Do you have bars on your windows?" Other officer, I might have you transport this crazy [ __ ] >> I'll take yours, you just take mine for now. Just in case. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Um I got the uh I'm trying to fix these Move your hand down. There you go. I'm trying to fix these handcuffs so that they're not tight on you. >> And after all of this, he's still trying to make sure that her handcuffs are uncomfortable while proceeding to fold her INTO A PRETZEL. MAN, SHE SURE IS BENDY. Look at how they got her arms all stretched up behind her back. And she's not even flinching like it hurts. AND HE'S STILL being considerate to make sure that her handcuffs are not on too tight. These officers have the patience of saints. They deserve a pay raise. >> Okay, I literally kept telling you >> stop so I could try to fix it. What do you want me to do? >> Uh be nicer instead of being a piece of [ __ ] >> We've been as nice as we can. >> No, you're you guys are pieces of And I hope you go to hell. And you will go to hell because you guys are pieces of cuz you're putting a 25-year-old girl who's just trying to get to go home in the [ __ ] JAIL AND YOU'RE RUINING HER [ __ ] LIFE. >> WATCH YOUR HEAD. Watch your head. Watch your head. >> I HOPE YOU GUYS GO TO [ __ ] HELL AND I KNOW YOU WILL. >> SEATBELTS aren't happening. >> YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO GO TO [ __ ] HELL. OH, I'M GETTING TAKE YOUR GET THE [ __ ] OUT. LET ME TAKE YOUR WOO! >> After getting the gnome into the back of the patrol car, officers probably thought they could finally call it a night. However, their new passenger had other plans and decided [music] to give an encore performance of the Karen show. >> Let me THE [ __ ] OUT. You guys ARE GOING TO [ __ ] HELL. I HOPE YOU DIE TONIGHT. DIE AND I HOPE YOU THE DOOR. >> I'M TAKING THIS PHONE. YEAH, since you got the >> You pieces of [ __ ] I You guys ARE GOING TO [ __ ] HELL. I hate you. I HOPE YOU DIE. >> [screaming] >> I HATE YOU. YOU. YOU. >> [screaming] >> YOU. RUINED MY LIFE. LIFE. I WILL KILL YOU. YOU'RE NOT HELPING ANY OF the women getting You guys are all useless. >> 6166 Central. >> jail and don't need to be >> Go ahead. >> because you make a quota. It's hilarious. It makes me laugh every day. Eating the donuts and go arrest people who aren't actually doing anything wrong. I know HOW TO MAKE A VIRUS THAT CAN KILL THE ENTIRE HUMAN PLANET. YOU! >> OH, NOW SHE'S A SCIENTIST who can make a virus that can kill the entire [laughter] human race. Oh my god. OH, MAN, she's um she's such a fun drunk, isn't she? >> I can KILL YOU RIGHT NOW WITH MY OWN HANDS. >> Instead of going home with a simple DUI, 25-year-old Carley went home with a lengthy list of charges, including terroristic threats and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers. Although there have been no official updates on the case, a commenter on a [music] Facebook post about the incident claimed that Carley would be entering mental health court for the next 18 months. That claim remains unverified. [music] >> I am not surprised by the whole 18 months um >> [laughter] >> in mental health court. But yeah, wow, I am so glad that they ended up giving her terroristic threats, which is a felony, willful obstruction of an LEO, DUI, failure to obey signs and control devices, impeding the flow of traffic. Damn, those stacked up against her, and I love to see it. She says that her life is now ruined and it's the cops' fault, but she kind of did it to herself, and uh hopefully when she sobers up, she'll realize that.
