Additionally, officers found a single bullet in the console, a folding pocketk knife, and a magazine loaded with 12 9mm rounds separate from the extended magazine that was found in the suspect's pocket. Officer Dunan retraced the suspect's flight path and did not recover a firearm. The suspect identified as Quundreal Gurley was charged with seconddegree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing and eluding, causing bodily harm, and operating a vehicle with a revoked license. He was also issued multiple citations, including carrying a concealed weapon because he was already a convicted felon. His bond was set at $50,000. He was taken to the Greenfield Police Department where he was reunited with Dime Riley. According to the police report, while both suspects were in the booking room, they were observed professing their love for each other, and Riley said she wasn't going to snitch on Gurley. Later, her daughter was identified as having Girly's last name. Her daughter was subsequently picked up from the jail by Riley's family members. During an interview, Riley stated that when she was initially stopped, Gurley told her to flee the police. She also admitted to not having a car seat in the vehicle, and officers discovered that she had three active body warrants. Riley was charged with obstructing an officer, neglecting a child with no harm, and secondderee recklessly endangering safety. She was released after paying a $3500 bond. She has since entered a not-uilty plea, and her case is ongoing. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. However, Gurley's case was combined with a separate case where he was also charged with two counts of manufacture and delivery of fentinel and two counts of manufacturer and delivery of cocaine. He plead guilty to several felonies in exchange for other charges to be dismissed. He was sentenced to a maximum term of 8 years in prison and is currently serving his time at Dodge Correctional Institution in Milwaukee.
