Do you have any vision problems? >> I just had three surgeries in the past couple years cuz I fell down a flight of stairs. >> Oh. Don't mind me. I'm just doing what all of us do when we're watching these body cam channels and I'm enjoying a snack while judging people's life choices. If you guys ever wanted to support me and my channel, I've got a family owned and operated small business called Kind of Nutty. We've got different kinds of fresh roasted nuts, taffy, crunchy corns, and some snack mixes. Just a whole bunch of stuff that'll make watching these body cam videos a lot more entertaining. And because you guys watch my channel, you can save 10% off of your entire order when you use code YouTube at checkout. Everything is going to be linked down in the video description, but for right now, let's get back to watching this idiot make some really dumb choices. So, today's body cam appears to be a routine DUI investigation. But from the second the stop begins, she has an excuse for absolutely everything. And the best part is that every time it looks like she's about ready to answer one question correctly, she takes a hard left turn into a completely unrelated story. Let's check out this encounter because this police officer has the patience of a saint. And you're about ready to watch someone speed run every excuse in the DUI handbook. All the while digging herself deeper with every single sentence. >> Here we go. You just entrapped us. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi, how's it going? >> Um it's very fine. I was driving this gentleman home. >> Okay. >> And you um were so close to my um rear end bumper >> Mhm. >> um that I was trying to avoid you. >> Mhm. And that's why you were driving so erratically for multiple miles. >> No, not at all. >> No? >> No. >> Okay. Is that how you're wearing your seat belt this entire time? >> I have double D breasts, in which I just had a back surgery a couple of months ago, November 5th of last year, which I'm going through um >> Okay. You have your driver's license, I am? >> Yes, of course. This is my car and I have my driver's license, of course. >> [snorts] >> Never been in a problem before in my life, so just so you know. >> Okay. >> Never [snorts] had a ticket in my life, in fact, or an accident in my life. >> Well, if that's true, if you've never actually had a ticket before in your entire life or a car accident, well, maybe you're going full force in your first one having it be a DUI. I congratulations. Your first offense ever will be a DUI. She's clearly, clearly drunk. >> Give me a minute, okay? I'll be right back. All right. So, I'm going to ask you a question. Have you been drinking at all tonight? >> I did have um one or two. >> Okay. >> Cuz I wanted to go sing karaoke. >> Mhm. >> I had a back surgery November 5th. I bought a house >> Okay. >> with cash >> Okay. >> in Deltona. >> Okay. >> And um I've been going to physical therapy. >> Okay. >> As well as a physical, um, I mean a therapist to talk about my depression and anxiety. >> Okay. >> But, I am completely sober right now to drive home. I live about 2 miles away. >> Okay. >> Um, I've got a GPS, a Honda 20 20, uh, one, which is in great shape, which I just had recently serviced. >> Got you. >> And which I just went out for a drink, because I never go out anymore because I had a back surgery, hand surgery, and foot surgery. >> When did >> How many surgeries does [ __ ] have? She got her hands done, her back done, her [ __ ] boobs done. And you know what? I get it. Like, you want to go sing some karaoke because, you know, you just had boob surgery. So, you deserve to have one singular glass of wine and, uh, and sing. Especially, you know, when you have a a 2021 Honda and [clears throat] you just and you bought a house in cash. Like, I mean, yeah, girl, have your one singular [laughter] glass of of wine or whatever and sing karaoke. You do you, boo. You've earned it. >> Had those surgeries >> [snorts] >> within the last 2 years. >> Okay. Do you take medications for that? >> Yes. >> All right. So, I'm going to be real with you. This entire time you've been talking, your speech has been slow and slurred. Okay. Since I walked up, you've just been kind of all over the place. Like, just all over. Okay. I I do have some concerns that you may be under the influence. Okay. So, what I'm going to ask you is this. Are you willing to do some field sobriety exercises so I can make sure you're safe to operate a motor vehicle? >> Well, I just want you to know that my foot is ready to get a implant. >> Okay. >> Which I cannot walk >> That's fine. >> properly until that happens. >> I can absolutely help you with >> as I've just had a back surgery on November 5th. >> I thought you said it was two years ago. >> No, I said I fell down 15 steps landing on my head. I've got 98 >> Okay. Well, what I can do is I can also have you do the sobriety exercises that don't have anything to do with walking. >> But the point is this. I want you to know I've had three surgeries in the past 2 and 1/2 years. >> Okay. >> Um That's fine. Whatever you need to do. >> Okay. How you want to do those field sobriety exercises? >> Sure. >> Just go and hop out for me, okay? >> Mystery solved. She uh just mentioned that she fell on her head and that's why she had to have back surgery. She fell on her head. So, clearly she's not drunk. She just, you know, she's a klutz. Which has resulted in all of [laughter] these surgeries and uh she's still awaiting her foot implant. So, who knows how this field sobriety test is going to go. >> I know. >> You're You're a grown adult who can make her own choices. If you got a somewhere to put your cigarette out. >> Do you want to take my cigarette first? >> Oh, you can smoke it. That works, too. >> Nope. You can stay in the car. >> Yep. >> I was driving this gentleman home. >> Yep. Yeah, you mentioned that. >> was trying to make a friend. >> Okay. >> I've been here 18 months and I bought my house with cash. >> Gotcha. Where'd you move from? >> Massachusetts. >> From Massachusetts? >> Correct. >> Can you walk over there to the front of my car? >> I just got new glasses today, so you know. Wait, no, there is a problem. >> What's the problem? >> is is that I've got a 350 degree um what they told me was the eye glass uh number >> For prescription? >> prescription for my contacts, and I put these on because they said it would be fine, but it's still 10 degrees less than perfect vision. >> Okay. >> I just spent >> to have you take the glasses off. >> $750. >> Step over here. >> No, no, I've got to wear them cuz that's what I was wearing when I was driving. >> You can wear them to walk over here, yeah, absolutely. >> And I have a foot that needs surgery. >> I understand. >> just had >> going to do We're not going to do the normal field sobriety exercises. >> I see that. >> it? >> Yep. >> Um >> We're not going to do the normal field sobriety exercises on you. >> physical therapy right now from my back surgery. [ __ ] QUIT RUNNING YOUR MOUTH AND JUST do [ __ ] test. JUST DO THE TEST. OH MY GOD. HOW MUCH ARE WE GOING TO LEARN ABOUT this woman during [laughter] this DUI stop? She just spent $750 on what? On her glasses? But they're not even the right prescription. That's okay, she must have money cuz she bought her house in cash. Why is she using all of these excuses like they're relevant? I don't understand. Clearly, clearly she's drunk because she's not making any damn sense. Nothing is coherent, nothing has anything to do with anything. The only thing SHE HAS SAID THAT MAKES even the slightest bit of sense is the the that she's got foot problems, and so she might struggle with the field sobriety test. As far as I'm concerned, that is the only relevant thing that has spewed from her mouth since this stop started. >> What? >> Just go to step over here for >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay, just walk over to my car. That's all I'm asking you to do. That's it. >> Of course, I love police officers. I have no problem >> right here for me, okay? Just stand right in front of my car. Just ma'am. Just stand right in front of my bumper. Just take a seat right here. >> Take my glasses off? >> Yep. All right, so we talked about your surgeries and medical problems. We talked about your vision problems. Is there anything that you have that you didn't tell me about? >> Well, I just went out to try to have 1 hour of fun on a Friday night. >> Okay. Any other medical problems? >> Nothing wrong with trying to have 1 hour of fun, although she probably started pretty late. It's like 2:38 in the morning. >> [laughter] >> THAT'S ONE LONG HOUR, LADY. There's nothing wrong with that, but baby, you should have Ubered. You should have Ubered. I understand you've got somebody that you were trying to get home, but you should have Ubered. Should have shoulda, woulda, coulda. Now you're now you're here, and you're about ready to get arrested for the first time ever. And what a charge for that to be. >> Any other vision problems? >> I just had um three surgeries in the past uh couple years cuz I fell down a flight of stairs. >> Okay, anything you haven't told me about? Anything you want to tell me about that? >> I mean I don't know what else might help in this situation except that I am trying to live a normal life, and every day I wake up and I take care of others and try to take care of myself. And I just went out on a whim to come out on a Friday night. >> Okay. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. >> All right. So, what I'm going to have you do, and are you able to stand normally with these medical problems? >> Well, my feet >> you talked about walking. Is standing okay? >> Um for limited minutes, yes. >> Just go ahead and take a step forward for me. Go ahead and put your feet together. You don't have to do it. >> brand new boots. >> That's perfect. >> These are brand new boots from Skechers. >> Okay. Good deal. >> to work on work work on them. >> Face forward to me. Feet together. Just like my feet. Do that. All the way together till they're touching. >> Oh, okay. Can I hold your arms here? >> Mm-mm. >> Because my feet >> just doing it a second ago. >> Okay. Okay. Hold on. My feet in these boots, they're brand new boots and they cost me $260. >> Okay. I'm not This >> And I just wore them the second time tonight. >> Okay. I'm not doing anything to your boots. All I'm asking you to do is There you go. >> saying I'm going to physical therapy for my back. >> Hands down by your sides. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm going to have you take your glasses off. If you want to put them on top of your head, that's fine. >> them today at Walmart. >> Okay. All right. Look All right. Nope. Look at me. You see this little light? >> Yes. >> Okay. You can see this? >> Yes. >> All right. All I'm going to ask you to do is follow this with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> Do you have any questions? >> No. >> You're trying to what? >> I don't know what you're asking me to do. Am I doing something wrong? >> All I'm asking you to do is look at this little light and follow it with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. This big light is so I can see your eyes. You're looking at this little light. Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> Okay. Look right here. Follow the eyes without moving your head. Look, just keep your eyes normal. You can blink. >> I just went and got Walmart glasses today. >> You can blink normally. >> I have been trying to hold this [ __ ] in. It's hard. OH MY GOD. [screaming] I DID NOT WANT TO PAUSE THE video like every 12 seconds and then cackle. >> [laughter] >> OH MY GOD, HOW MANY excuses does she have? He's like, "Okay." He's like, "Watch the light. Follow with your eyes. Don't move your head." And she's like, "I just bought my glasses from WALMART TODAY." >> [laughter] >> OH, you loopy [ __ ] That has nothing to do with following the light with your damn eyeballs. Oh my god. Oh, she's so drunk. Will she ever stop talking? How many more excuses does she have? Seriously, like this is wild. >> [laughter] >> You don't need to You don't need to hold your eyes open. >> Should I put on my glasses? >> Nope. You got to have your glasses off for this. >> I got contacts on. >> I know, I can see that. All right. >> I got pulled over for speeding stop. >> Take a deep breath. >> No one cares. >> Take a I need you to take a deep breath. >> Of course. >> Cuz you're you're freaking out. Okay. >> Cuz I've never been in trouble in my life. >> I need you to take a deep breath. All right, we're going to get through this. Okay? I just need you to pay attention and stop thinking about all these other things. All right? Just focus on what I'm asking you to do. >> 55 >> All right. So, you're saying you're not able to walk or stand normally usually because of your your leg issues, right? >> No, I can drive. It's just that I was only doing a short drive. I'm three or two miles from my house. >> I think three is probably closer to the truth. >> Probably that is the case. But, this gentleman needed a ride home. He said he lived very close. >> The question The question was, are you able to are you able to stand and walk normally or you're not able to because of >> Yes, I mean, I do have physical issues. >> Right, that's that's that's what I'm asking. I'm just trying to I'm trying to confirm >> No, I can drive. I can drive. >> That wasn't the question I asked. I'm I'm asking you if you're able to stand normally and walk normally. Driving is not the point right now. Okay? >> I have a broken foot that needs a surgery in November. >> I'm going to have you do. Go ahead and take a seat. >> Where? >> On the bumper. Just like you were before. >> I have a left foot problem and I'm wearing brand new boots. >> I'm having you take a seat on the bumper. All right. You can put your glasses back on, by the way. >> Well, I just got them today and they're not perfect. >> Okay. All right. Next thing we're going to do, it's called finger to nose. >> Uh I'm going to stand up. >> No, I'm going to have to I'm going to have you stay just like you are. Okay? Cuz you're you're saying you have issues standing for long periods. So, I'm trying to I'm trying to give you as much accommodation as I can. Okay? Do you understand the instructions of the exercise? >> I got to put my finger to my nose. >> Look Look at my >> I got a foot surgery. I got a hand surgery. >> Okay. Look at Look at Look at my hand. Look at Look at my hand. Look. Put your Put your hands down by your side. Relax. Pay attention to what I'm trying to explain to you. >> Okay. >> Look at my hand. >> My right hand. >> Just Just look at my hand. >> Yeah. >> And you put your hand down. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. Do you >> I can use some Kleenex to wipe my tears. I'm sorry. >> have any. >> Do you want to wipe it with your sleeve or shirt? I can tell. Okay. >> You know, there are some people that would feel really bad for this woman. Like I'm laughing at her and I'm poking fun at her cuz she's coming up with a lot of [ __ ] excuses that really don't matter in this situation and she's crying and she's never been in trouble and she can't do the test and her foot hurts and she's about to have back surgery and she's doing it like these days and they're moving it up on me. But you know what? I have zero sympathy for someone who gets caught driving under the influence. You know why? Because she could have killed somebody. That's why. And I know that a lot of my viewers are related to people that have been taken from this earth because of people like her. Therefore, I feel no sympathy and I will continue to point and laugh at this drunk [ __ ] because she should not have been behind the wheel. So, if anytime we're watching a drunk individual and you think I'm being a little too harsh or you think I shouldn't be poking fun at her cuz maybe you feel bad, never ever feel bad for someone that gets stopped while driving intoxicated because they are putting people's lives in jeopardy and therefore I believe that public shaming should be a thing again. So, I will continue to laugh at her, point at her, and make her feel shamed because she was driving drunk. That all being said, I hope she's embarrassed. This is really freaking embarrassing for her. >> Can you just show me your index fingers like this again? >> I've always been like that my whole life. It's not like just tonight. I'm saying. >> Okay. Can you show me your index fingers like this? Down at your sides? >> Yeah. >> Like this? Palms facing outwards? Do you have any questions about the exercise? >> No. I guess not. >> All right. Left. Remember to place your hand back down to your side without being reminded. Keep your head tilted back. Right. Eyes closed. >> Lady, you're giving yourself away. You're supposed to put your freaking hands down without being told to do so after you've booped your nose. You boop your nose, you put it down. You boop your nose, you put it down. Can you not follow simple instructions? OH, WAIT. NO, you can't BECAUSE YOU'RE [ __ ] DRUNK. THAT'S WHY. OH, JUST arrest her already. Clearly, she's not going to pass any of these tests. What is he waiting for? >> Remember to place your hand back down to your side without being reminded. Right. Last thing we're going to do is the simplest thing I've asked you to do so far. Okay? It's called modified Romberg balance. Sounds super complicated, but it's super simple. Your eyes are going to be closed. What's going to happen is is I'm going to say start. You're going to estimate the passage of 30 seconds in your head. When you think 30 seconds has passed, you're going to tilt your head forward, open your eyes, and say stop. Uh eyes closed all the way. Start. >> This one would be hard for me, boy. Okay, so I know I just came at her pretty hard for, you know, the whole DUI thing. I am an Odd Kaveh drinker, okay? I enjoy my Odd Kaveh in the evening when I don't have anywhere to go, okay? Or if I'm out somewhere and I either have a ride or I plan to Uber. This would be hard for me. Like I know what I feel like when I've had a few and I close my eyes and I put my head back, I would just go to sleep. Like I I would lose all sense of time. This seems like a very simple test, but if you are truly drunk, oh, you're going to you're going to fail. You're going to you're going to fail this one. You have I I there's no way in hell I would pass this one even after having one shot. There's no way I would pass this one. >> Okay, go ahead and stop. >> I TOLD YOU! NO CONCEPT OF TIME. She's at a minute and a freaking half and she's still standing there. It's like she's asleep ON HER FEET. >> [laughter] >> BUSTED, YOU DRUNK ASS. >> OKAY, go ahead and stop. How long was that? >> Several minutes. >> Okay. You remember when I asked you to estimate the passage of time and tell me when to stop at 30 seconds? >> You said 30 seconds and I was just going until you told me to stop because you're the authoritarian. >> Was that the instruction I you were given? >> Well, you're the authoritarian person here. >> Go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me, okay? You are going to be placed under arrest for driving under the influence at this time. You want to put your sleeves up here? >> You know what? I can't put my sleeves up. >> I'm I'm doing it for you. >> Oh. >> No, I just I just said I'm going to for sure. Anything I need to know about, any narcotics, anything sharp? Anything that's dangerous? >> I live 2 miles away. >> Okay, we're going to go over to my car, right over here. >> I was given this down at the mall because I was trying to make friends. >> I don't mean to be against you. I'm just going to check your pockets real quick. >> test is not actually giving me a fair chance. Let's take the boots off and do it again because I got brand new boots >> Did I Did I ask you to walk or do you anything like that? >> is that these boots hurt my feet and I need a foot surgery. >> Okay, your your boots make you unable to follow instructions and induce nystagmus in your eyes and do all those things. Go and take a seat. >> I just got new glasses today from Walmart in DeLand. >> Visual acuity has nothing to do with that. Take a seat. >> $750 >> Take a seat. >> Sure. >> Man, she's really proud of them $750 glasses from Walmart, isn't she? This is like the 17th time she's brought them up. >> What I'm telling you is that I got new glasses in my eyes >> Understood. >> and I put on these brand new boots cuz I wanted to feel good. >> have a plan? >> No, I don't know, you know, I just I just did not I was not able to give that person a ride home. >> Okay. All right, I need you to I need you to listen up, okay? >> And I'm not gay. >> I I need you I need you to Okay, I need you to listen up, okay? I'm now requesting you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. Are you willing to provide a breath sample? >> What? >> I am now requesting you You to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. Are you willing to provide a breath sample? >> I'm not drunk. >> Okay, are you willing to provide a breath sample? >> Actually, I probably should cuz I'm not drunk. >> Okay, so are you going to provide a breath sample? >> Sounds logical. She says, "I'm not drunk, so I could provide a breath sample." Okay, well, I mean, you might as well just do it. Otherwise, they'll get a warrant for your blood and >> [sighs] >> you're going down anyway, honey. Doesn't matter how many times you you say that you don't think you're drunk or doesn't matter how many excuses you have. You are clearly under the influence and um you're deep [ __ ] and I like to see it. >> Okay, so are you going to provide a breath sample, yes or no? Are you willing to provide a breath sample, yes or no? >> I mean, I didn't drink that much. >> Ma'am, it's a very simple yes or no question. >> I mean, I don't know what the laws are, but I was only 2 and 1/2 miles from my house. Can you explain or help me or is that not possible? >> I'm now requesting you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. You will provide a sample, yes or no? >> No. >> No. No. Hello. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, obviously she's going to jail. Um out of curiosity, the plastic cup, whose is that? The plastic cup in the center that had the brown liquid in it. >> This one? >> No, the plastic one. I think it's probably under her purse now, but I'll should have went over there. Cool. Did it get dumped? >> Yeah, it got dumped. >> Okay. So, the plastic cup that was in the cup holder and is now on the floor in the back, whose is that? >> I'm not sure about that. >> Was it yours? >> No. >> Okay. And I saw it was in her purse. I guess she probably tossed it back there, too. Yeah, the White Claw. Is that yours or hers? The White Claw that was in her purse that is now on the floor. Was that yours or was that hers? >> I'm not sure. >> Okay. >> sure whose that. No. >> The White Claw? Okay. >> What do you mean you're not sure? If it's not yours, then it was hers. So, you don't know who it belonged to? Dude, you're wasted, too, man. You're lucky you weren't driving. But now how you going to get home? >> All right, you're good to go. If you want to grab your your property and you're good to leave. >> Okay. >> Okay. Where is this? She was barely able to put two coherent sentences together the entire time I was out with her. >> She had her surgery. >> What? I heard. >> I got told that about a hundred times. >> There was a clear plastic cup in the cup holder and now it's on the floor. >> Plastic seat. >> What's that? >> He used to pee. >> I'm sorry? >> Pee. He had to pee. He kept asking to get out. I was like, "You got a cup or something you need to piss in?" I don't know. >> No, it No, it got thrown back there and now there's [ __ ] liquor all over the place. All right, we'll put him while we're there. All right. So, this is empty, Cameron. See it? White Claw green apple. I think that might be alcohol mixed with urine back here, and I don't want to touch it anymore. This >> [laughter] >> He's like, "I thought that there was liquor dumped all over the backseat. NOW IT MIGHT be piss. I'M NOT TOUCHING IT." >> [laughter] >> AND THIS GUY WHAT ARE THEY JUST GOING TO BE LIKE, "All right, dude. You're free to go. Bye-bye. Go." Are they just going to They're just going to let him just [ __ ] walk out into the darkness? He's just going to saunter into the abyss and just [laughter] find his way home? There's like, "GOOD LUCK TO YOU, DUDE. >> [laughter] >> YOUR NIGHT TURNED OUT BETTER THAN HERS. GOOD LUCK FINDING your way back TO YOUR PLACE." >> [laughter] >> OH MY GOSH. OKAY, THAT was the end. Man, there you have it. I I have seen a lot of people, right, try to talk their way out of a DUI kind of situation, but I've never seen somebody filibuster it. >> [laughter] >> Man, he got her whole life story, and she still ended up in handcuffs.
