You're not going to get far. >> I probably got to pee in the water from the Walmart last few minutes. >> Okay, everyone. I just finished filming a video for my main channel, which did you know that I have another YouTube channel? I would hope so because on that channel I expose other internet nonsense and a sprinkling of things like corporate greed. And over there we talk a lot about Walmart and I just got done filming a video showing how people are turning the tables on Walmart. But in doing my video research, I stumbled upon a body cam that I absolutely have to do right now over on this channel. This one is crazy, okay? To put it plainly, Walmart employees spot a suspicious receipt for two expensive TVs and the police start asking questions. So, everybody grab your snacks. Today, I am eating some shaved ice coffee. It's pretty good. You can get it over on my website kindanutty.com. Use code YouTube for 10% off at checkout. This is a new flavor we just posted. I have to say I'm a little bit obsessed. So, go grab your snacks and get comfortable because this Walmart TV scam falls apart faster than a fake receipt ever did. >> On June 3rd, 2024, a Chamblee police officer was flagged down in a Walmart parking lot by an employee regarding a shoplifting incident in progress in Chamblee, Georgia. >> No, I need to see the receipt, sir. >> I got an online receipt. >> That's not an online receipt. That's That's That's not an online receipt. >> That's an online receipt. >> That's not an online receipt. That's a two-page That's a two-page receipt with a serial number on there. Where is the serial number? >> It's what they said That's what my mom sent me. That's not That's not an online receipt. So, we're going to do two things. You're going to pay for it, or we're going to take this, and you guys will come with us. That's not an online receipt. My receipt don't >> So, in case you're not picking up what this guy's putting down, it appears as though, [clears throat] allegedly, from what it looks like, this guy has created a fake receipt. Now, how he created the fake receipt, I do not know. It could be chat GPT, it could be another form of AI. People are starting to use AI in a number of different ways to scam companies now. And a really popular one lately has been fake digital receipts from Walmart. Now, the one thing that I do not agree with in this circumstance is that this guy is saying that he needs to go back in and pay for the TV, which, okay, fine. Give him an opportunity to pay for the TV, I guess. But, in my humble opinion, loss prevention and door checkers are not there to force you to buy something. It is my opinion that if you have exited the store, or if you pass the last point of sale, and you have not paid for that item, prosecute it. Period. Because nobody should have to stand there to force you to pay for something. Now, that's just my personal opinion, but I don't think that they're going to pay for the TVs. Like, I don't think that's going to happen. >> That's That's what That's what she sent to me. >> That's not an online receipt. I'm telling you. So, unless you want to get in trouble, that's not an online receipt. >> That's what she >> I don't care what they sent you, but that's not a >> That's not I'm not going to do it. >> You walked out with it. Do you have an ID? Do you have an ID? >> I don't have no ID. Bro, >> How did you guys drive here? >> No, I just got My aunt dropped me off. She said she would pick me up the TV. She sent me using receipt, online. But, for real, if you got an online TV, you pick it up from over there. I picked it up from right there. I showed the You don't You don't pick it up from right there, cuz it's online. >> All online orders >> I showed the customer that >> No, listen to me. All online orders are picked up in on in the online on pickup area. >> MAN, THERE'S ANOTHER WAY THEY SCREWED UP. If you really bought it online, which that's the only way you would have an online receipt on your phone. If you bought it online, you're not going to do the research and find out that online pickup is in a completely different area of the store. Like, you go around the back or whatever. Do your proper research if you're going to be stealing [ __ ] If you want to truly be inconspicuous, learn what you need to do to fly UNDER THE RADAR. >> MAN, I HAD A GOOD START. I'M already I got to pick it up right over there from the Walmart. About 2 minutes. Here everybody see me with a pink sweater. What what's up, family trucker? Running towards the Oliver at this time. He thinks I'm an idiot. Going to be behind the Oliver in the wood line. She can she jump the gate. Going going behind the building. >> HOLY CRAP, SHE took off. >> [laughter] >> Take off. Holy crap, she knew she the kid is standing there like, I I don't know. I this was the receipt I was given, sir. I am just innocent. I don't know why the receipt doesn't look the way it's supposed to look. And then meanwhile, she's making a bee line straight for the parking lot. >> [laughter] >> SHE CAN MOVE, BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? THAT POLICE officer was sure keeping up with her. She just darted right by that Amazon Prime driver. >> [laughter] >> He's probably standing there getting his packages like, what the hell just happened? >> And then what line she she goes again. This is 78. Black female. Tan body suit. Pink jacket. >> She's 3000 ft. 89 North. Hey. You want me to go towards the monitor? She right there? >> Down here somewhere. >> All right. Let me go the other way. >> That's all for she's going to be along the gate and right behind the parking deck. She's running up towards the fence line now. >> Yeah. Yeah, she comes through the gate. Thank you. >> They're crossing over to the other side now. Going towards the the apartments on the lawn on the other side of the olive. >> I'm clear over on this side. >> Oh, right here, right here, right here, right here. >> Yeah, I'm clear. I see her. She's ducking down right now in the woods. >> Hey, stay right there. Can you see her? She's right here and running through the parking lot. Get your ass down. Get out. RIGHT NOW. >> [laughter] >> HE SAID, "GET YOUR ASS DOWN RIGHT NOW." He's all hurt just like she's crouching. Does he see me? Does he see me? >> [laughter] >> DUCKING BEHIND THE BUSH. GET YOUR ASS DOWN. I see you. What is she wearing by the way? It's like a weird jumpsuit, but I'm looking at the still image right now and it doesn't appear to be covering all of her. So, we're going to see how this goes when they start to take her ass down. >> I really nothing >> Yeah, get out. >> I don't have nothing to do with you. >> Get out. >> Don't don't rush me up. I get down. I will get down. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do what I tell you to do. DO IT NOW. >> GET DOWN. AND MY PHONE. MY PHONE, MAN. I did it. Well, I don't got no numbers in my phone. NO THEM FOLKS. I DIDN'T HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. I JUST WANTED to stop with them and they told me to hold the car. >> Stand up. You were doing all that running. >> Because I have kids. >> What is that shirt? >> But if you weren't involved, why were you running? She's saying I didn't have anything to DO WITH IT. I WAS JUST in the store with them. OKAY, THEN WHY DID you take OFF RUNNING? AND WHY DID you actually think you could get away? There was multiple officers on scene because of this crazy shoplifting incident with the fake receipt. You thought you were going to get away? You thought you were just going to like take off on foot and nobody was going to catch you? You didn't think that there was even just one police officer sitting in a police car waiting for someone to flee? I hope you're not a career criminal cuz you suck at it. >> What is that shirt? >> I didn't know they had NONE OF THAT GOING ON. >> OKAY. >> PLEASE. PLEASE. >> HEY, you want to put her in her car? >> Oh, no. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> I don't have no hand mitts. >> Well, now you definitely going to jail. >> No, PLEASE. I DIDN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT. >> You want to check her real quick? >> No, please. >> Yeah, let me get my gun. >> Please. I didn't >> Chill out. >> Bro, I didn't know nothing about this. >> You know something? You were running. >> NO, I DIDN'T. BRO, I KNEW YOU SAID I WAS going to get LOCKED UP. YOU SAID THAT. I PUSHED it out. He held me, told me TO HOLD THE CAR. I GOT SCARED. PLEASE UNDERSTAND. Please understand. >> You got anything on >> I got scared. I have a baby. I got scared. >> What's that? >> Yeah, I got scared. >> Thank god for blur screens because her titties are out. Sit down. >> No, please. Come on. >> Come on. Sit up. >> It's all right. Just sit up. >> Just sit up. >> Come on. Stand up. >> Don't make it hard. Don't make it harder on yourself. Please, just sit down. Come on. >> Walk on your knees. Have a seat. Have a seat now. There you go. >> I didn't know. >> Relaxing. Relaxing. >> No, can we not close the door? >> Yeah, we got to close Stay right there. >> I have asthma. >> Hey, have a seat. >> Please, let Cuz I didn't know none of this was going on. They set me up. >> You knew it. >> They said no, I didn't know. I promise you. >> legs >> She's uh saying that she's got asthma attacks. >> Georgia, I need your card number. >> Where did that guy leave? >> Yeah. >> So, he just take off or >> No, he's gone. I stopped him cuz I saw him coming. When I was bringing that other TV back in, I saw him coming with another TV cuz he was with them. And I said, "Let me see your receipt." He showed me the same picture the other guy tried to sell me. >> Oh, they're trying to sell you. We got >> Yeah, I know. All right. You said his name >> All right. Her dumb ass jumped over the >> [laughter] >> the wall behind the Albert. I'm like, "You ain't got nowhere to go." I'm like, "You hear the sirens?" You might run from me with the right, you ain't going to outrun the radio. I'm a real How much was that TV? >> Well, it's two of them, so they 420 a piece. >> Oh, perfect. >> Cuz they basically working together. >> So, but he took off though? >> Yeah, he took off. He he went he pretty much went on foot and went down that way. The the one >> The one he was on foot? >> Hold on, you said which one with the red shirt? Where did he go? All right, you got the one in black the one him that I stopped? >> Yeah. >> He went out and walked down this way. >> Okay. So, I'll take her. I mean, I can only charge her for one TV though cuz she only came out with >> Yeah, that's fine. Yeah. >> How much is the the single TV? >> Oh, what was it? 428? That's what I was saying. About a hour. >> Appreciate you guys. You guys requested a supervisor? >> I wasn't able to get you. >> I was doing all that running. >> Yeah, man. >> It was unnecessary. We had them stopped over here cuz they like they flagged me down last minute about them showing a fraudulent receipt. Trying to walk over to you and then as I'm asking her for ID and asking the other guy she was with, she takes off. I don't even know where the other guy went. >> I didn't know nothing about that. >> Why you running? >> Like I said, I didn't lock it up cuz I walked cuz I walked it out. No, they didn't tell me that they said get the car and pull it out. I was walking around looking for my stuff. I was about to get my other stuff out of here. And they was like, "Come on, push the car out." >> I'll sit in the car. >> Sit down. >> I don't have keys. That's why I ran. >> If you're scared >> Sit down. Sit down. >> I have seizures and stuff. I have medical issues. That's why I ran. I got scared. >> Sit down. >> Man, give her a PD T-shirt or something. She looks like she's literally topless. She looks like she's not wearing a shirt at all. And all these people are around. She's fighting to get out of the car. I am not a prude. OKAY? >> [laughter] >> I'M NOT A PRUDE, BUT I'M ABOUT READY TO SOUND KIND OF PRUDISH, MAYBE. NO, you know what? No. It's not being a prude to say that people have children walking into Walmart and she's got her titties flopping around for the world to [clears throat] see. Okay? Cover her up. Give her a T-shirt. Do something because right now she is indecently exposed. And again, I am not a prude. Okay? I'm not. But people have kids walking into Walmart. People are going shopping for their groceries. It is just before 4:00, okay? Lots of people are out in broad daylight with their children going to go in there and do some shopping. These kids do not need to see another woman's nipples, okay? Just saying. Just saying. Give her a T-shirt or something. You know what? I need to create a list of everything that police officers should carry in their car. Like what have we come up with so far? Uh duct tape >> [laughter] >> for multiple uses, primarily covering of the mouth because ball gags would probably be inappropriate. We also need T-shirts because a lot of these women, they're not dressed appropriately to be tussling with cops on the ground. So, they, you know, end up falling out of their tops. Like this woman. Give her a damn T-shirt, for the love of God. >> I got scared. I'm going to fix your top, okay? Just let me fix your shirt. We're going to listen. But they ain't trying to be disrespectful, okay? >> Okay. >> I'm not going to be out here like this. All right, lean back cuz I can see. Give me a second. >> They said me, oh man, I didn't know. >> I don't know anything about it. So, listen, just hold on, okay? Is that too tight? >> You know, I got babies I got to get back to. I didn't know nothing. I'm unaware. >> I need to >> I need something to drink but so I can swallow. >> Let me see if I can find some. I don't have anything on me. >> Thank you. >> Let me see if that Is that tight enough? >> Yes. Oh my God. >> All right, look at me when you say it. >> Oh my goodness. >> Look at me, let me make sure you're covered, okay? >> Okay. >> Just stay right there, okay? >> This I'm the only one in handcuffs. >> Only one we caught right now. >> Very good point, officer. >> I'm the only one in handcuffs. Well, >> You're the only one that we CAUGHT SO FAR. >> [laughter] >> AND I MEAN, THE OTHER GUY MIGHT be in handcuffs, too. And baby, you're in handcuffs because you ran. You ran. You tried to flee. Of course you're the one in handcuffs. If the other guys are cooperating, there's no reason for them to be in handcuffs right now. The police officers are trying to conduct their investigation, and you fled. So, of course you're in handcuffs right now. Don't act surprised. I have a feeling this is not your first time. I'm not being judgmental. I'm not, but I'm guessing this is not her first time. >> Huh? Officer, I didn't do nothing. Please, don't hit me. Please, don't hit me. >> Just calm down. I know you're upset. I understand that, but just give it a second, okay? Sit back. Why are you so Why are you Why are you so wet? Did you fall in the water? Just sit back. >> I don't know nothing about this. >> Just sit back. The ambulance is coming, so just sit back. >> I'm the only one getting lied on. >> We have an ambulance coming, so just sit back and relax. >> I'm the only one. I'm the only one getting lied on. >> I don't know anything about anything else, okay? But I do know that you need to sit back. >> Okay. I'm just trying to catch some air. >> I got plenty of air coming. You look at this. See that vent? That vent is coming. Put your feet in and I'll close the door. The window's down. You're fine. I can hear you. >> Thank you. Your car was just the closest thing. >> Oh, yeah. It's so wet in there. Soaked in there. My clothes are soaked. >> Did you run? You make better decisions. >> [laughter] >> Look at that police OFFICER'S FACE. LOOK AT THAT POLICE OFFICER'S FACE. HE'S smiling at her. She's like, "Oh, my handcuffs." And he's just like, "Did you run?" "Did you run?" >> [laughter] >> Man, you sure are observant. You ran, so you're in handcuffs. And she's trying to say, "I got scared. I was scared." I have a feeling that you fled because you know something that they're going to find if they book you. You probably have a warrant. Again, I'm not trying to be judgmental. It's just a guess based on, you know, how you're acting. >> You got to take You got to take responsibility for your actions. If you hadn't ran, it would have been something you have Y'all probably could have talked about. >> I didn't know. It's not who >> Now, you didn't ran >> He said he said all that stuff. He said you pushed the cart out. You going to get locked up by them. He said man, no. I didn't do that. He said get out of here. >> So, somebody if officer tells you you going to get locked up, you going to go run every time then? That's what you telling me. That's not acceptable. >> I didn't I didn't want to get locked up for something somebody else did. >> Well, now you getting locked up for something someone else did then, huh? And then something you did. >> He said can you please let me know what's going on? >> You're being arrested for obstruction cuz you ran from me. >> I'm sorry. >> And misdemeanor shoplifting. >> I mean >> Yes. >> I'm sorry. >> Listen, it's just a misdemeanor. At least it's not a felony charge. That's what I'm trying to say. You ran from a misdemeanor charge. Do you know how silly that sounds? Like, I know that a charge is a charge, but a misdemeanor is quite different from a felony. You didn't hit the felony threshold. Good for you, by the way. But then you ran and made it 10 times worse. Come on. Make better decisions, especially if you have kids. What you keep saying you have kids. You have to make better decisions because you have kids. >> I didn't know. >> I'm going to swap the handcuffs, okay? Can you turn face that way? >> Once again, I'm so sorry for for for for running away from you. I didn't know. I didn't know. I knew I was going to get locked up for running, though. But I just didn't want to get locked up for nobody did, man. Really? Really? >> What? >> Today? >> For real. Like this I was just sleeping in the car, too. I woke up to this [ __ ] I go in the Walmart. I'm like, "We at Walmart? Let me go ahead get me some drawers." They just bought me a outfit. Like check got change my clothes. And I just wake up I don't know where Walmart >> [clears throat] >> And he said they had to get a TV for his mom. I ain't know [ __ ] about that. When you come out and say what you said, I'm like, "What the hell? What?" I immediately got scared. I immediately got scared though. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to say. You got to save my god damn self. >> Listen. If you feel better now and you no longer need an ambulance, the faster I bring you down to the jail, book you in, the faster you get out. Okay? If you If you feel better now I know you had an asthma attack from running. But the faster I bring you up to the jail, if you no longer need an ambulance, it's up to you. If you don't really need one, we can wait. But huh? >> Let me go ahead and go. I can put my phone on the Can we find a charger for my phone cuz I don't I literally don't have any >> I don't have a charger for your phone. We We can We're not going to wait to charge your phone. That's not what we're going to do right now. Okay? Well, I'm sure >> [laughter] >> Who's Who's that Who's the duty away? I'm sure he's going to know that if you don't have >> I don't have their number. I don't have >> Huh? >> Nobody has any of any of my phone numbers >> Your phone >> My mom number and stuff. I need my >> Well, when you get to the jail, maybe they'll be willing to help you out of there, but I I I'm not I'm not sure. What do you want to do? Do you still need an ambulance? No? >> No. >> Huh? >> No. No, I just want to go down there so I can get over with >> All right. >> and if you able to get out. >> Yeah. >> I just needed me to be able to get out. I couldn't get out. >> Let's go this way. We're going to that car. >> I got to go this side and that side. >> I'm going to put it on the other side. >> You got my phone? >> Yeah, I got your phone. >> Is it still wet? Is it the way? >> Uh, I'm not too sure. >> I just needed to be able to get in touch with my folks. How could I do this? How could we do this? >> We're all asking ourselves that same question, baby. Why did you do this? It didn't have to escalate that quickly. Why did you run and why did you actually think you could get away? There was police all over the parking lot. Oh my god, why didn't you think this through? >> So, do you have two misdemeanors? >> Uh, yep. Yeah, it's two misdemeanors. You said you've been arrested in the past? >> Yes. >> For what? >> Um >> Same thing? Obstruction? >> Obstruction? Like that's running? >> Yeah, when you resist arrest pretty much. >> Yeah. I um then I got um >> So, you [ __ ] up like this before is what I'm hearing. You have fled the police and FAILED IN THE PAST and been charged for it already before. Then why did you do it again? Do you not learn from your mistakes? Seriously? Seriously? Why didn't you learn from the last time you ran from police and failed and ended up with a charge? I told you guys, I told you based on how she was behaving, this was not her first time. Not only was it not her first time getting in trouble with the law, but it wasn't even her first time getting in trouble for running FROM THE POLICE. OH MY GOD, you can't make this [ __ ] up. >> I didn't have to follow you. I know I It's been a similar situation like this when I was with like a She a 16-year-old like 14-year-old said she was around my age when I was 19. >> Mhm. >> And she went to Walmart and she started stealing in there and I didn't know anything about it and I went out and I walked out with her and just by me walking out with her they put me in handcuffs. >> Oh, so you've been the victim in this exact same scenario before? Oh, you poor me, me. Maybe you're hanging out with the wrong people. Or maybe you're actually involved and you're trying not to admit it. >> Are you on probation? Are you on probation? >> No. >> I just I don't understand why you ran. I mean you you make >> I went in there to get me some drugs. >> Okay, but you make you make it worse by running. >> Huh? >> All you had to do was be honest. >> Yeah, I yes and I was honest. >> Okay, but then you ran so that that makes you look like you weren't being honest. >> I'm sorry. >> That makes it look like you knew what what you guys were up to. >> No, I didn't. >> Okay. Well, to the judge to the to the to a judge and eventually if this case unless you take a plea deal if this take if this case goes to trial to a jury that's going to look like well, she obviously knew what she was doing because when police stopped her she immediately ran away. >> No, I ran away after you was like okay the few ran and probably was like no, this is not a receipt. >> Yeah, but but still that's what I'm saying even an honest person an honest person that truly didn't know wouldn't run away. An honest person would stay there be like well, sir I didn't know you know, we need to figure this out cuz I I could have I could cuz I could have caught you but the only reason I didn't run that fast after you was because I know you weren't going to get anywhere. You know, I could have easily caught up to you and tased you, which I didn't. Who was that dude to you? >> That was just my friend. >> Not your boyfriend? >> No, I just met him a month ago. >> Do you know his name and date of birth? >> They call him Rule. >> You don't know his name and date of birth? >> I don't know his name at all. >> How did you guys You guys came in a car? >> Yeah. I was riding with his friends or something like that, but I was getting sleep. >> That right there is a dead giveaway to me that they all get together and commit crimes together because they all don't know each other's real names. Oh, we just call him Rule. I'm assuming that that means that nobody knows each other's real names, date of birth, nothing. They just all go by nicknames because I'm guessing all they do is get together and do [ __ ] like this and commit crime. Wow. >> We were only going to the uh to the Walmart. They woke me up like, "We here. You want to go in there and get some drawers?" And I don't know. I'm like, "Um I walked down with them." But I didn't know what they were doing. He's like, "I'm about to go grab a TV for my mom." I'm like, "I'm about to go look for some drawers." He's like, "Oh, hold on. Wait. Let me take this phone call." I was in the car right there. And I held the car, and he just started walking, and I started pushing the car. I didn't think nothing of that. >> Seems like he set you up. >> Yeah, that's exactly what I said. I That's exactly what I said when I got in the car. I said they He set me up. Yeah. >> That's a hard argument to prove when you run away. >> Walked to the Walmart. He got three things at the bottom of the cart. >> Cool. I think that's why I always stay right there, bro. I know I was confused, though. So, when he got let it go with choice passing? >> He He left. He ran. It's because I was dealing with you. He must He took off in the midst of all that. He took advantage of the SITUATION AS WELL. >> OH, [screaming] THIS dude left you HIGH AND DRY. >> [laughter] >> WHEN THEY WENT OFF TO CHASE HER, he fled. He used it as an opportunity to save his own ass. Oh, I bet she feels real stupid now. She She was the one that tried to get away, and when they were chasing her ass down, because she was the first to run, he was able to escape. >> [laughter] >> Damn, man. >> If it's not, if I would have since you're going to jail, my intention was to take him to jail as well, because you both know this TV really, you both together. And you crazy for jumping that gate. You didn't even know what was down there. You were just jumping. You know, that's that's that's a drop. >> It's like this. >> You're lucky that all those trees and stuff were there. >> WHY DOES SHE LOOK PROUD? Why does she look proud that she took a risk and she thought it was going to pay off just because what? She didn't break her [ __ ] legs? Seriously? She going to act proud right now in front of the police officer? That little smirk on her face. I no longer feel sorry for her. I kind of felt a little sorry for her when she was like panicking and crying and sitting in the police car topless, you know, all exposed and vulnerable. Kind of felt bad for her until she started smiling about taking risks. Now I don't feel bad anymore. >> Right. That's a big drop. >> I thought the answer was no. >> Hm? >> I thought the answer was no. >> Well, then I don't know about that. You know, a tree could have went inside of you or something like that. You could have got stabbed by a person. >> Yeah, all of that. >> to You got to better decisions. >> I do. You see what I'm saying? Been like this for a minute, man. >> You got a rough uh upbringing? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We just got to do our job. You ain't got to be scared of us. >> You should have seen what he Yes, I do. Got to be scared of y'all. Cuz he wanted >> I As soon as I saw you, did I Did I treat you Did I was disrespectful the whole time? I didn't rough you up. I didn't put you in cuffs right away. >> No. >> You guys, think about it. As a When a criminal A criminal is the one that always has to do it. >> about damn near mashed my face in the ground, all type of [ __ ] >> Well, if you run, that's a problem. >> I said I'll get on the ground, bro. Don't You don't got to rough me up cuz I'll really spaz out this bro for real. They They ask you not going to kill me out this I'll get on the ground myself. Just cuz I ran. You have caught me now cuz I'm tired. >> Yeah. >> I know you could kill me like that. And the officers out here killing people, bro. That's why I get scared. Nobody is trying to hit no black person. >> Yeah. >> It's like I was I was sitting there I'm not that stupid. I'm pleading my case. Like I don't I don't know nothing. I don't know nothing. I'm pleading my >> when you say there's officers out here killing people, right? What are the reasons >> Huh? >> What are the reasons? Cuz people aren't following simple commands. People are running. People are pulling weapons when they're not supposed to. And when you're running, you got to think about it. You just ran from us. Right? I don't know whether you got a gun or a knife. >> Right. >> Do you know what I'm saying? So, that's what you got to look at. I'm going to bring you down to the ground as soon as I can so that I can safely put cuffs on you and make the scene safe for me and you. >> Right. >> Right?
