All right, try. Congratulations. Now, have a seat. >> Stop doing that. >> Now, as a police officer, you know that you are in for a long night when a driver gets into a crash and decides that the best solution is to jump out and run away while the car is still moving. In today's body cam footage, police respond to what should have been a very straightforward DUI investigation, but they're met with a woman who insists she's a victim. And she's claiming that everyone is out to get her. And as the situation continues to spiral further out of control, officers struggle to keep her focused enough to answer even basic questions. And by the end of the night, what started off as a traffic incident turns into a laundry list of criminal charges. >> Stop. What are you doing? >> Why are you pulling me over? >> Turn around. >> Give me your hands. >> TURN AROUND, NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK, NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. LOOK WHAT you're doing to your car. >> You're doing it to my car. You're letting it fall in the street. You're hurting me. Please, you scratched my car. Let go of me. You're hurting me. I can't breathe. You're hurting me, officer. Let go of me. I can't breathe. Please, let go of me. >> Give me your hands, now. Give me your hands. >> There's no one else. >> Roll on your side. >> I'm turning it. >> Sit up. Sit up. >> Why are you hurting me? >> Sit up. >> Why are you hurting me? >> Why'd you try to run? >> I don't know why you're pulling me over. >> Cuz you got in a car accident twice, now. See that? >> You just crashed my car. >> I crashed your car? >> Yes. >> Stand up. >> You crashed my car. >> Stand up. >> Damn these police officers making drunkies crash their cars. Man. >> [laughter] >> I ran because I didn't know why you were pulling me over. YOU MADE ME CRASH MY CAR. >> [laughter] >> SO, this is almost 6:30 in the evening. Man, she really took it's 5:00 somewhere to heart, didn't she? >> Stand up. Walk over towards my car now. >> Why are you hurting me? >> Cuz you're under arrest now. Walk over towards my car. >> Why are you hurting me? This is on the news. The whole world's seeing this. I can't breathe. >> You can't breathe? >> I can't breathe. >> You're talking. Walk over towards my car now. >> You crashed my car. >> Walk over TOWARDS MY CAR NOW. >> You crashed my car. Why are you hurting me? This is the sixth time you guys have done this to me. Eighth time you guys have done this to me. >> Eighth time you guys have done this to me? The eighth time you guys have done this to me? Is this the eighth time police have made her crash her car? Is this the eighth time she's ever been pulled over? Is this her eighth DUI? What does she mean eighth time? I need to know more. >> Eighth time. Why are you hurting me? >> Walk over towards my car now. >> Please, I You crashed my car. >> Yes, she got out and ran away and left her car in drive. >> You guys are trying to make up and not come with me. I was running away. I'm sorry. >> What is going Have a seat in the car. Have a Can you get in the car? >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> HAVE A SEAT IN THE CAR NOW. GET IN THE CAR. GET IN THE CAR. WHAT ARE >> I LOVE the car so much. >> Congratulations. Sit in the car. Sit in the car. Come on. Up. >> He's in the car waiting for me to go to dinner. I thought we could change. >> Have a seat in the car. >> I'll give you anything you want. Just let my husband >> That's fine. Where's he at? >> He was in the Prius. >> He was in the Prius. Where's he at now? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Have a seat in the car. >> Don't close the door, please. >> I'm not. Have a seat in the car. >> Thank you. I'm local. No. >> Put your legs in now. I'm not asking you. I'm telling you. >> You're hurting me. >> Put your legs inside the car now. >> I'm sorry, officer. >> All right, you can step out. You all right? How are you? >> Nope, we're going to walk over there. We're going to go inside. >> We will, I promise. >> Yeah. >> I wouldn't lie to you. >> My whole family are police officers. >> Okay, come on. So we can get inside so no one sees. >> What? >> I don't even want to be seen. Come on. >> Yes, you've made a scene. Don't hurt me. >> I'm not trying to hurt you. I'm just trying to walk >> out of me. >> I didn't beat the [ __ ] out of you. Come on. We're going this way. >> Someone help. >> Come on, we're going this way. >> Help. >> Come on. Come on, we're going this way. Come on. All right. Just take a seat. Just have a seat. >> Now you're sexually assaulting me. Shut down. >> All right, fine. Come on. Take a seat. All right, no more standing up. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> My husband is Jesus Christ. When we have sex, it's it's like church. IT'S INTIMATE. >> [laughter] >> DID SHE JUST SAY THAT HER husband is Jesus Christ and when they have sex it's like going to church? >> [laughter] >> Take me to church. Oh my god, THAT'S FUNNY. SHE SAID, "PLEASE, PLEASE, I'll do anything you want. Just don't call my husband." But apparently her husband is Jesus Christ. Apparently she doesn't want to lose that D because it takes her to church. >> [laughter] >> Oh my god. Apparently these police officers beat the [ __ ] out of her. Couldn't have had anything to do with the fact that she jumped out of a moving vehicle. [laughter] Oh my god. I wish we could have seen that. Why couldn't we have seen that? So apparently the officer went to pull her over, she left the car in drive, HER ASS JUMPED OUT AND FLED, and that's why her car crashed. So she's blaming that on the police officer because she left her car in drive and it crashed. Wow, this chick's got some problems. Now, while I'm laughing at her and making fun, it is not funny that she was drinking and driving. She could really hurt somebody, especially jumping out of a car that is still in drive, still continuing on. What if her car hit somebody? Like just cruising down the road. Oh my god. So, she's a [ __ ] for doing that and I'm glad she got caught and I'm glad she's in handcuffs, but I'm still going to point at her and laugh because I believe that we need to bring back public humiliation. And if anyone deserves it, it's this crazy [ __ ] >> All right, just real quick, we're going to start a 20-minute observation for you, so you can't burp, belch, throw up, put anything in your mouth, but you're handcuffed right now. >> make sense. >> I know, it's just one of those things I have >> That's not one of those things that you do. >> I know, it's one of those things I have to explain to you. Have a seat. >> Leave me alone. >> If you sit down, I'll I'll leave you alone if you sit down. >> Joe Barr, please help me. >> Joe Barr's not here. >> You don't know that. I was driving around since like 5:00 yesterday. I was so >> Sweet, just try to get some sleep. Have a seat. >> I can't go 4 days. >> Congratulations. Have a seat. >> And we're going to have to cuff you to the bed. Do you want to get cuffed to the bed? >> No. >> Well, then don't stand up again. >> I haven't had sex with anyone in an orgasm fully in 6 months because we don't want to give bad stuff to people. >> Oh, yeah. >> It's special. >> What the >> What? >> [laughter] >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. What did she say? My husband hasn't given me an orgasm in 6 months because we don't want to give bad stuff to people. Is Is she Is she inferring that she has an STI? Is her husband Jesus Christ? Or is Jesus Christ someone she's sleeping with because her husband hasn't given her an orgasm in 6 months? I'm so confused. She's not making any sense. I hate it when drunk people try to tell stories when they don't make sense. I need to understand what the flip she's talking about. But apparently she says it's special. It's special. >> You've been arrested for driving while intoxicated. >> You never gave Give a breathalyzer. >> I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit the samples of your breath? >> Yeah, just do it. >> Okay. >> Not piss. >> What is it? >> Fluid. It happens when you get older. >> Is it Depends? >> No, it embodies you. Sometimes you don't have babies your whole life and then you get older and you you get fluids. Body changes. >> Body fluids in there? >> Oh, it's pleasurable, but >> Can't piss pleasurable? >> This is the third time you pulled me over in the last 24 hours. >> Sit down. >> Sergeant McQuinny. >> Yeah. >> Sit down. >> Why is there another cop there? >> Because there's two seats. >> That doesn't make sense. What are you going to do to me? >> I'm going to ask you to have a seat. You literally can't get out of the building without a key card. >> I'm going to try. >> Congratulations. Now have a >> [laughter] >> I want to see HER RUN INTO THE DOOR AGAIN. DO IT AGAIN. DO IT AGAIN. >> I'M GOING TO TRY. I'M GOING TO TRY. I'M GOING TO TRY. >> She's been pulled over three times in the last 24 hours. Three times in the last 24 hours. How long has it taken her to have eight encounters with the police? A week? Did she piss herself? >> [laughter] >> Did she piss herself? Oh, she's like, "That doesn't MAKE ANY SENSE. WHAT are you doing to me?" And then she slams herself into the door. [laughter] You can't even get out without a key card. She's like, "BET." >> [laughter] >> SIT DOWN. CAN YOU PLEASE STOP DOING THAT. It's hurting me. All right. >> Stop. >> HAVE A SEAT. >> STOP. >> HAVE a seat. >> I'm going to be comfortable. Don't put me in the vents. I'll stop. >> All right. Last chance. Last chance. >> Fine. You know there's a law. >> Yeah, we're clear. We're clear. Body cam still on, I thought. >> You were trying to let off No, you scared me. You pulled up right next to me and then you you and then you chased me. >> Well, you ran away from a car that was still moving, so kind of had >> Well, it started off It started when you pulled to the other side of the street and then you turned around and followed me. >> Well, yeah, cuz I was trying to turn around, but there was a car coming, so I couldn't really turn around. >> Yeah, I know what that feels like. You know what it's be getting hit by a car all the time? >> Where were you drinking? Were you drinking in your car? >> I'm living in my car. You guys took everything in my house. I had like only 2 days to move out because the people I searched out offended me. Once I mean, I didn't go to court and the court knocked me >> What was the time What was the time frame in between drinks? >> Can you stop looking at me like you're flirting with me? I'm very uncomfortable. You're giving me this >> What was What was the time frame between drinks? Nope. Sit down. Just wait. Come on. Come on. Have a seat. >> Serious question. She keeps trying to leave. Now, granted she can't get out because she's, you know, handcuffed and she has no key card. Could they realistically Okay, and this This right here is a prime example of why I shouldn't be a police officer. I would be stacking charge every single opportunity I could. Could they not get her for like fleeing or What's the word? Escape? Cuz she's clearly trying. She's clearly trying to escape. And if she was able to just push that door open, exited the room before the police officers could run around the desk and get her. So, logically in my brain, I see that as an escape charge. I mean, surely she's going to get a fleeing charge for jumping out of her car. So, maybe tomato, tomato. They don't feel the need to, you know, do the escape cuz they're already going to get her on fleeing when she jumped out of her [ __ ] vehicle and ran. But like that's where my brain goes. I'd be like, "Bitch, try to escape as many times as you can. That door is locked and every time you do, we're just going to start stacking escape charges on you." I mean, that's what I would do. That's why I shouldn't be a police officer because I would have way too much fun just like adding charges to people's tab. I'd be like, "Yeah, you get a charge and you get another one and you get another one. DO SOMETHING ELSE, [ __ ] I'M LOVING THIS." >> All right. >> Please don't hurt me. Please don't hurt me. >> She's not going to She's She's kicking out and she's going to open the door. >> She tried to escape. >> Escape? Who's escaping? >> There you go. You're good. >> I just want going to dinner. Please leave me alone. >> Well, we're we're going to eat dinner together probably tonight. When did you have your first drink today? >> I don't know. I had a drink around uh 10:00. Uh I had a half a beer around uh 2:00. I had a half a beer around 4:00. Uh I had a shot around uh 2:00. I had another shot around 4:30 and that's it. >> Okay, so 4:30. That works. Thank you. You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer any questions. Do you understand that? >> I don't care. >> Just say yes or no. >> Let me see your paper. >> Have a seat and I'll bring it over to you. Have a seat. >> Touch me. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Come on, dude. Just sit down. Just sit down. I'm [ __ ] tired of this. JUST SIT DOWN. SIT DOWN. NOW. DARYL, CAN YOU PLEASE CLOSE ME OUT? YOU GOT TO WAIT. There it is. >> [laughter] >> Oh, congratulations. You finally got it. He had to bust you. AND SHE'S LIKE, "OH, DON'T HURT ME." >> [laughter] >> AND THEN SHE'S looking at the police officer like, "Can you please not look at me like that? It feels like you're flirting with me. Are you flirting with me, officer? How often do you attend church?" >> [laughter] >> You go right over here for this car. Come on. Come on. Come on. Just be easy with me. Come on. >> All this because you're messing with me. >> I'm not messing with you. You saw you turn your lights off and on at me. I didn't know if I should pull over or not. >> I didn't mess with all day. >> Come on. Open the door first. >> You know what it's like to get almost hit by a car all the time? >> No, I don't really play in traffic that often. >> These chicks wanted my husband and they found out that they couldn't have him cuz he was already married. They got a [ __ ] shitty thing about it. They're actually sisters. I have a 13 and 18 year old in a mini van in the shelter. Let's go. I'm 40 me. >> Come on. Just have a seat in the back of the car, please. Thank you. >> John Wesley [ __ ] you up. >> Okay, I'm sure he will. >> He will. >> Have a seat in the car. Put your feet in the car, please. Just put your legs in the car, please. >> Three beers, okay. >> He's in the bar. >> See, that's what I told you. >> Well, she's flirting with me. >> FLIRTING WITH YOU. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> GET YOUR FEET IN THE CAR. >> I GOT THE ROOM. >> [laughter] >> OKAY, REBECCA, WE'RE GOING TO HOP OUT NOW. YOU WANTED OUT of the car. >> Got it. Thank you. I know who works here. >> Yep, me. Nope. We're going this way. Going this way. It was fun little game we played up at the Best Western, though. Come on. >> Come on, Rebecca. >> Yep. >> Did he say that this was a fun little game that they played a few days ago? Really? Was she just there? Was she just there? Oh my god, she said that she has all police officers in her family. She's got a bunch of family members that are cops. So, she keeps dropping all these names. Does she Are these actually people that are like in the police world, in the police space, in the the police court system, whatever? Like, >> [laughter] >> "Stop flirting with me." And they're laughing at her. >> [laughter] >> One guy's like, "Stop [ __ ] flirting with her, man." And he's like, "I just I just can't help but flirt with all the drunks that come in here." >> [laughter] >> God damn, she's a lot. She's a lot, but you know, they're kind of acting like they knew what they were in for with her. They kept threatening to handcuff her to the bed, and they wouldn't. They just let her keep like body slamming herself against the door. I think that they've encountered her many, many times before this. >> Everything's on camera, Rebecca. Come on. No. Come on, Rebecca. Inside. >> I'm here for three beers. >> Three beers, okay. Can you just walk, please? >> I'm not going in there until the state police show up. I'm here for three beers, okay. >> Hold on. Make a right. >> [screaming] >> She was charged with driving under the influence breath test refusal, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, resisting arrest, and assault on a police officer. She is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. >> She didn't get a fleeing, evading, or an escaping charge, but she did get leaving the scene of an accident, which that's putting it lightly. She literally jumped out of a freaking moving car. >> [laughter] >> Oh my gosh, but at least she walked away with six different charges. And I'm just going to say this, I'm I'm being real here. She's 52. She looks good for 52. I I would have guessed she was a lot younger than that. 52? She looks good for 52. I'm just I'm just being real. She looks good. But that's neither here nor there. She's a drunk driver. Three beers my ass, Rebecca, okay? Three beers my ass. I'm even calling BS on the two shots you said that you had around like 2:00 and 4:30. I think that's a load of [ __ ] too. I think you drank a lot more than that. If you guys liked this one, the fastest way to let me know is by hitting that thumbs up button.
