I need to know where the bleeding is coming from. >> If you don't say left or right, if you don't answer in 3 seconds, I'm going to hang up and I'm assuming you said left. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to >> What is happening? >> It's okay. Defense somebody. All right. Say left or right. No sir, I need to know where the bleeding is coming from. >> You heard that right. The man demanded the dispatcher choose between his alleged victim's left or right foot, presumably his next target. Moments later, police arrived at the scene, but didn't appear to be in any rush to go inside. Entering the apartment building now. Clear. >> Police department. >> It's locked. >> Open the door. >> We can't. It's locked. Eric was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on charges of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, as well as domestic assault and battery causing great bodily harm. Eric was undeniably a ruthless and deeply disturbed individual. But what happens when officers remain outside the door while the suspect carries out his crime? [Music] >> Open the door. Stay there, boy. >> Police, open the door. >> Oh, God. >> Stay on the ground. Stay on the ground. Jesus Christ. >> On February 26th, 2020, officers responded to a domestic violence call after a neighbor reported hearing a loud physical argument upstairs and feared the girlfriend's safety was at risk. When they arrived, the neighbor quickly opened the door to the complex. Oh, my bad. [Applause] [Music] Bravo 82. Just go >> permit. >> Apartment six car. >> Open the door. >> Police. It's starting to move. [Applause] The officers struggled to make contact with anyone inside. The caller had reported hearing a woman screaming, but now standing outside the door, they could only hear the suspect saying, "Stay there, boy." as if instructing his son what to do. While the girlfriend was already unresponsive, they had no idea what they were about to walk into until they finally forced the door open. >> There you go. There you go. You got it. >> Oh god. Get on the ground. >> Stay on the ground. Stay on the ground. Jesus Christ. >> Come here, little buddy. Do not move. Come here. Come here, little boy. Come here. Come here. >> Do not move. >> Come here, buddy. Come here. Stay here. >> Oh my god. I'm going to go get him. Stay here. >> Stay here. Stay here. Do not stay here. Jont stay here. Stay here. Look at me. Look up at me. >> Okay. It's all right. No injuries. >> Make a hole in there. >> Make a hole. >> Make a hole. Make a hole. We go in front of them, man. You guys good? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It was later revealed that the boy was Terrion's 2-year-old nephew, Jawentai, who had been inside the apartment during the incident. He was found with a stained face and clothing marked from the scene, but fortunately, he was not physically injured. Tyrion was placed in a squad car and transported, and this was when he completely lost it. >> You know that? >> Yep. Relax, buddy. Officer Rock. Hey, cut it out. Hey, he's backing off. Thank you. Got my window open here. Help. Help. Help. Help. You got chilled up, man. You got up. >> You're not good. You're not good. >> You're not good. You're not good. >> Just uh not good. >> Yeah. Bring it down a notch. Okay. >> Bring it. Bring it down a notch. Bring it down a notch. >> What's going on? >> Tyrion's girlfriend, Abigail, a graduate of Westbend High School in Wisconsin, was attending college full-time in St. Paul with dreams of becoming an attorney. When officers arrived, they found her lying face down on the floor with severe injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner later determined she had sustained over 30 sharp force injuries to her head and neck, ruling her death a homicide. Tyrion was taken in to be medically cleared, and that's when it became clear his girlfriend wasn't the only one he had harmed. >> If you move, I'mma kill you. >> I think that's a quote. >> That's what I said to that dog before I killed that mother. I had to that dog. A real live dog. What the? It was a girl, but it was a boy. I need my meds. I need my meds. >> I need my meds. >> I'm tripping. >> Terion Sherman was charged with two counts of secondderee murder. In August 2023, he was found guilty and sentenced to 40 years in prison. Moving on to the case where deputies responded to a domestic violence call, one that would tragically end with a life lost. [Music] He pushed me. He pushed me. >> On December 4th, 2023, a frantic call came into 911 from a woman who claimed her husband wouldn't keep his hands off her after a heated argument. >> Emergency. >> Yes. Hello. Um, I need the police here. This man, he won't get out of my house now. And I already told him to get out of my house. >> Stop. Stop yelling. Stop yelling. Walk away so I can talk to you. >> With little to go on, officers rushed to the scene where screams echoed from inside. But the moment they made contact with the family, the situation took a horrific turn. >> They're yelling. [Music] Can you see anything over there? Sh. >> They're in the back room, but they're not answering. >> Oh, that's good. >> Yep. [Music] >> Hey, come out. Come out. >> Yeah. Stay here because [Applause] hey According to a department release, officer Shelton discharged his weapon after the mother of two allegedly attempted to grab and stab him. She was struck four times and later pronounced dead at a local hospital. Moving on to the case of when officers came face to face with a homicide suspect so disturbing that they couldn't hold back their puke. >> No. Get your dog away. Get your dog away. Get your dog away. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Police department. On August 29th, 2024, officers received a call about a domestic violence incident. At first, it seemed like any other DV case until another 911 call came in. This time the operator heard someone repeatedly screaming, "I killed him." Panicked, officers rushed to the house, unaware of what they were about to find. >> Police department, open the door. Nice. I got a female. She just barricaded shut the door on me. I got blood all in the front door. She's repeatedly saying, "No, no, no." Let me see your hand. Get over here. >> Get over here now. >> Get over here. >> Get your dog away. Get your dog away. Get your dog away. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Please help my brother. >> Please help my brother. Please help my brother. >> Stay with her. >> Help my brother. Please. >> Officers were met by a woman whose distress and unsettling demeanor immediately put them on edge. They hadn't even stepped inside yet, but the evidence on her clothes hinted at the terrible scene awaiting them. >> It's unlocked. It's unlocked. >> Police department. Nobody else. Police department. What's your name, man? Can you hear me? I'm going to clear this, bro. I'm going to bypass him again. Gotcha. [Music] We're good, bro. >> Did she Did she say anything about who did this, bro? Or if it self-inflicted? >> No, I think >> Come on in. >> Uh, is there a light? Hey, light me up real quick. >> Hey. Hey. >> What do you need? Everyone to the neck. Two to the neck. Everybody. Hey, Kennel. Kennel. Kennel. Come on. Come up. Come over. Come on. >> The house was in complete disarray. Furniture overturned, broken plates on the floor, and clear signs of a struggle. It was evident a serious altercation had taken place, leaving everyone asking the same question. How did this happen? >> Is there anything that we can put this on or not? His >> neck, bro. I don't see anything on his I mean his arms are up but I don't know if they're self-inflicted dude work phone >> with the gas thing. >> Hey boss >> you all right? Oh my brother. My brother. We'll get him out there. >> We don't know if it's self inflict with nobody else is in here. He know looks all beat up. >> We got to cut all this out. >> There's a bunch of broken glass like a mirror. Yeah. And so there's blood on the sink in the bathroom. >> Within minutes, a fire truck arrived and crews began life-saving efforts for the victim who was in extremely critical condition. [Music] There's a seven on him. >> Back outside, the suspect repeatedly asked if her brother was okay. >> I just want to know if he's okay. I just want to know be okay. >> Let's go. Let's go. Fire's coming out. >> Yeah. We just want to keep the male and female separate. So that I think Mountain View would be good for him and memorial for her. >> For him, memorial for her. >> Yeah. If you guys are comfortable with that. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Michael, who sadly did not survive his injuries. Up to this point, officers still believed his sister was responsible, possibly using staged behavior to cover her tracks. But they were about to learn that a third party had been involved all along. So, he's at a different hospital. Okay. >> But he's okay. >> I don't know. I'm not I'm not over there with him. >> My face is >> I know. But that's why we're at the hospital because >> Yeah, my face is >> I know. Yeah, that's why you're at the hospital. Okay. But you're here. They're going to take care of you. >> It wasn't him. >> It wasn't him. >> What happened? What do you mean? >> He didn't do this to my face. >> Who was it? >> Oh, someone came in the house. >> Cuz there's someone that jumped from the fence wearing a red shirt. Who is that? >> I don't know. It was someone who came in the house and I don't know. >> You don't know his name? >> I don't know. My brother was trying to protect me. I don't want anyone here. >> The only one that knows that you're here is law enforcement. >> I don't want anyone to know where I'm at. >> Okay. Okay. No one else is going to know. Okay. No one else is going to know. >> I don't want anyone to know. I don't want anyone to know. I don't want anyone to know. I don't want anyone to know where I'm at. Please. >> So, we were here last month cuz fire department were out here for a seizure, which was the sister. Yeah. He was out here. He was he was calm, but then we couldn't get into the door and he's like, "Hey, that dog is bad." So, then he kicked in the door for us and she was fine. But I think that they were having an argument, too. >> This is victim's car. >> Yeah. This is his car. >> So this is his whip. So he pulled up. >> Unless he rolls up to break up the domestic between the female >> and whoever this runner is, he gets [ __ ] by the runner trying to break out the fight. >> Oh no, my brother. My brother >> does the age fit for a gun site. >> That's a negative >> for 49. this email saying that someone else was inside the house, but she doesn't know that they're 49. He was a male. Was it a black Was it a black shirt? >> Blue or black? It was white. >> White. It was a white guy. >> Was he tall or short? >> Do your best to remember. Okay. Do your best to remember. >> We don't know if it's domestic violence. We don't know if someone broke into her home and assaulted her. Right now, she's our only potential suspect for us for a snapping victim. But now, she's saying that someone maybe was in the house with her. So, we're still trying to get her. But >> female saying there was a third grandpa said as soon as I heard the unit the fence, they got blood on the back. >> But the female and the call is saying I >> no cameras. >> It soon became clear that multiple people had been inside the house when the stab occurred. A fact confirmed when officers reviewed the initial 911 call. This was furthermore when it surfaced that it might have been an additional woman that was present when the incident took place. She say, "Babe, I killed him." >> Like she said, "Babe, I >> She says I killed him a bunch of times, but she did. >> I Who's saying I is her 12 Selena?" >> No, her 12 is Selena. But but I can deal with it. Whatever. It's just it's a lot of [ __ ] that that a lot of views that add up to the day, sir. And like it's my fault I did what I did. I'll take the repercussions. I'm not trying to be it. I'm not trying to manipulate the situation. I'm not trying to lie to myself. I'm Ied up today, sir. There's no way I can help. I get what I get. I get what I deserve, sir. >> There's always a way. And like I said, I want to hear where you're coming from, okay? Cuz I'm not trying to look at you like I'm trying to treat you like an adult, as a person. We all have bad days. We all We all [ __ ] up from time to time. And happens, okay? So, let's let's go to the station and we'll talk a little bit more over there. Okay. We're a little bit more comfortable. >> DJ, I appreciate the war. >> Yeah, no problem. I'm not going to treat you any different. You're a human being. You know what I mean? Like I said, we got just we just got to I got to do my job and we got to figure [ __ ] out. Okay. >> After being taken to jail, Selena was brought into an interrogation room where a detective was waiting. At first, she refused to talk, but eventually the detective got her to open up. >> Said everything's not here. We know what happened. We're trying to figure out why. Yeah, but what is my seven do anything? I so I do what I did. I deserve whatever the is coming to me. Leave my damn [ __ ] whatever the I deserve this wrong. Shut the up story. I don't even care. I deserve whatever is coming for me. That's the That's the [ __ ] cuz I don't do a I don't need nobody's [ __ ] help. I deserve whatever is coming to me and I'm not everybody else and I try to get out whatever. I'm not trying to manipulate them. Nothing. I deserve whatever the [ __ ] is coming to me. I'm a piece of [ __ ] I up today. I went into a rage. I up. Once I get sober, it's going to be sit there and live with whatever the I did today. But yeah, I do love I do care about. But if I could do something that I guess what I deserve whatever the [ __ ] is coming to me whatever the said, however the whatever I'd rather just work like that cuz that seems somebody like me. >> You don't you don't think you owe it to to be straight up with us so that later on down the road she can see this and be like you know what she was 100% with them. Is it safe to say that you hurt somebody today? I >> don't see that. Sure. Huh? I'm asking you. >> At this point, I just want to go and I just want to be in a cell and I just want to rob. >> Michael was attacked by Selena, who had left after an earlier altercation with his sister, only to return and bang on the door. When Michael opened it, a confrontation followed that ended with him being fatally wounded by glass shards and a pocketk knife. For this act, Selena was charged with murder and battery against a household member. Moving on to one of the most unsettling cases. A man suspected of trying to lure minors to his home while also sharing deeply inappropriate content. Thankfully, a group of PRB busters stepped in before things could go any further and contacted police. >> He's uh just admitted that he has child on his phone. >> Okay. >> And he has pictures of him having sex with his dog. >> I thought she was a little older, but some are 13, 14. >> How old are you? >> 53. >> 53. We have a lot of phone calls where he sent a picture of him have with his dog. animated. It said he only does it once a year and only to the one dog. He's not. The other ones are males. >> I've been working law enforcement for 17 and a half years and never come across this. On August 17th, 2024, officers in New Mexico were called to a home after a predator sting group reported that a man in his 50s had been attempting to lure minors to his residence. What followed was the suspect realizing he'd been caught and making a disturbing admission. >> Good, Wall Street men. What's going on, >> sir? He's uh just admitted that he has on his phone. Okay. >> And he has pictures of him having with his dog. I'm Tommy with Colorado Petrol to talk to him. He's been pretty honest. I got it all recorded. >> Okay. >> Everything from start to finish. The girl he was going to meet was 13, >> but hopefully he doesn't get his phone all over again. >> Hey, don't go outside. Don't go outside. Come here. >> A group dedicated to catching online predators handed 53-year-old Timothy Harper over to police after he was accused of trying to meet up with someone he believed was a 13-year-old girl. Okay. >> What's your name? Tim. Sam. Over there. Okay, I'm officer Menz. All right. So, I'm not very fond of what's going on here. Okay. Got got a little brief in our subject. Okay. He's kind of advising me. You want to n what's going on right now? >> Yeah. I was going to meet a underage girl day and night. I can talk to her. Sorry. You haven't talked to her? >> No, I don't know. >> Okay. So, as far as what you have, they have everything from start to finish. There's a couple phone calls. >> I don't know what's going on. >> Sent us pictures of him and little kids, >> but um I'll be right back. >> He knows we're 15. >> Get my check. >> They're supposed to meet at the park right down the road. I have all that information for you as well. >> Um he just admitted he has probably 80 to 100 pictures of miners. >> Okay. >> No, just stay right there. He's fine. He's not leaving. >> Everything red. Um but we have a lot of phone calls where he sent a picture of him having sex with his dog and admitted it. said he only does it once a year and only to the one dog. He's not The other ones are males. This is your book. >> I have this for you as well. >> Gotcha. >> Um but you can if you want to go slower. You want me to show you a couple? >> I'll go through it. I'm just waiting for the other officer. As far as yours, that's just my notes. >> Cool. >> Um and like I said, he admitted that phone has uh upwards of 100. >> And how long has this been going on? >> Um they've been talking for I'll get it to you exactly. I think they've been talking How long? Like a month or so. >> Not even that long. I think it's actually late. >> It's been a little over maybe maybe eight or 10 days, something like that. >> Some days >> when we send you the link over, it'll be timestamped everything. I see you got access. Oh, it's not Axon, but something close, I'm sure. >> Says he's with multiple 13-year-olds, but he says now that's a lie. >> The private organization had gathered extensive evidence in the days leading up to the sting. By the time police arrived, most of it was already on the table. It wasn't a matter of whether Tim had done it. The real question was what could drive someone to such disturbing actions. >> All right. So, are you okay to talk to me and everything as far as going to question? >> Yeah. Okay. So, you bl know that it's a fake 13-y old girl, right? Okay. You understand that things that you're saying on there are self-criminating on through the book, right? >> My fake voice true. >> Okay. So, why is it that you're trying to meet up with a 13-y old girl? >> I wasn't even going to meet up with her. I said I was going to. >> So, I haven't got for the most. Okay. Cuz more more likely I'm going to give it to the detective. It's going to go from there. Okay. But for certain things as far as I'm seeing is that there's loose things that shouldn't be said to what you believe is a 13-year-old girl at the moment cuz you're acknowledging it through those messages. Okay. Is that truth? And you're acknowledging that that thought was a 13-y old girl at the time when you were texting. >> I thought she was a little older, but somewhere 13 14. >> Okay. So, you believe that she was 13, 14? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you believe at any point in time that's a necessary thing? >> A right thing. >> Unnecessary. >> Like a right thing to be doing? >> No, it wasn't. >> How old are you? >> 53. >> 53. >> Okay. >> While one officer spoke with Tim, another who had just arrived began talking with the sting group. And that's when new, more detailed information came to light. >> Who's who's basically the main honcho? >> You. Okay. >> All right. So, the organ uh what's the organization called this? >> Colorado. >> Colorado patrol. I might give to you. >> Did you give it to her? Cool. >> Oh, is it hot wire? >> No. >> I thought so for a second. It's warm, but I don't. >> So, okay. So, as far as in there, there's not an actual 13-y old B. Basically, just the bait. >> Correct. And as far as it goes there, this is a registered as far as we just ran him. Um, here in New Mexico, we don't really have those like laws where we can just charge someone today as far as we can get a warrant if the DA believe is possible in there. >> Okay. But basically, uh, you said the binder is for us to use as far as there. Is there a video that we're able to obtain that >> prior from y'all's conversation? >> Can you give us an email or I can give you that before we leave? even that he's admitting that he's got it on his phone right now and he had with his dog last night. Like we have the video of that >> of him. >> Yeah, it's him. >> Are you able to show it? I mean, as bad as it is, I don't want to look at >> Absolutely. And you can ask him. He has the video. He's just he he admitted it 100%. So, it's not something like he's denying it to you. Yeah. >> Did I mean, as weird as it is, can you clarify? Is there a point of view? You can see what type of dog it was. >> It's It's his dog, man. It's his dog. and he said he does it once a year, but it's on his phone in there, which I hope she's not getting cuz she went back in there. But >> okay, >> his friend's been really trying to help him. >> That's what we're trying to see if we have enough to basically take the phone. >> Yeah, we have every video. We have everything and his full He's like, I I did it once a year. This was literally just happened. >> Okay. >> Everything is basically on this. Y'all have it documented as far as >> every single thing, man. From start to finish. Yep. >> Okay. Let me narrow that to him, too. Okay. >> It's his dog. It's hard, man. It is. I know. Just be ready. It's hard. Um, we'll send it bigger. I don't It came over bigger. I don't know why it's doing that. Hold on. Oh, there it is. That's him. That's his dog. That's him again. That's his dog. And he's fully admitted to it. I have that right here. >> Okay. >> So, when it's blown up bigger, you can see it's clearly his dog. >> And you can send all that to us. >> Of course. We're going to bring him over. >> Hey, so we have a 50-year-old male. So, this organization out here is based out of Colorado. What they do is basically they look for uh basically chop predators for the most part. Um we're going through kind of like the text. I'll let you read it over more just so you have a gist of it. I read Miranda right. He is uh confirmed that he does want to talk and everything. I asked him questions if he acknowledges everything in this book and he said yes. Um he basically is texting a girl 13 years of age. Uh basically it's going to be a 13-year-old girl that they're using as a cover. uh showing that basically sending pics and everything like that going as far as sending messages uh actually I guess having uh sexual intercourse with one of the dogs out here uh one of his dogs that he supposedly does yearly um and so far as right now that's why I'm letting you know in advance that we may need to have a detective over here >> coming up a sergeant arrived at the scene and it wasn't his first time crossing paths with Tim >> well I'm just a sergeant we've I don't want to be that part of it. >> I don't want to be that high up. >> I thought you was for a while. >> No, sir. I was detective for a while and then I moved up to sergeant. >> Oh. >> So, >> cuz I remember >> You doing okay now? >> No. >> Okay. >> I remember when you took pictures of me. >> Yes, sir. That was I was a detective back then. >> Oh, okay. >> Yep. So, um, so the situation we have going on right now, >> right? >> Um, are you willing to let us look at your phone? >> Take your phone and look at it. >> For what? for stuff that shouldn't be on there. I'm a, you know, I'm straight up and honest with you. >> I know you. >> Okay. You know, I'm a straight up honest guy and I'm going to say it the way it is, right? Okay. I would like to take your phone and with your consent so we can look at it and go through it. cuz they're they're accusing you of some stuff and the only way you can refute that is if if there isn't anything on your phone then we can go from there. >> There is pictures on my phone. >> There are pictures on your phone. >> Okay. >> Why you going to save you trouble even looking at them? >> Okay. Well, if there's pictures on the phone, then we're going to have to probably take it then, right? Are you willing to let us take it or? >> Well, what do I use for medical? >> Huh? >> I need something for medical. >> Okay. Do she have Does your friend here have a phone? Do you have a phone? >> I have a phone. >> Okay. >> Officers were eager to get Tim's consent to search his phone. A step that could blow the case wide open. But Tim knew that handing it over would be like signing away his own future. >> What's your name again, sir? It's been a while since I've talked to you. >> Timothy. Timothy >> Harper. >> Timothy Harper. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Harper. Harper. >> Yeah. He's the one that got by his old lady because he got caught cheating or whatever. I don't think so. Isabelle Garcia, have you ran him yet? >> Is he on probation or anything? >> Nope. They said the only thing he's a registered sexual. He's a registered offender. >> Yeah. >> The leader of the sting group walked officers through every step of Tim's alleged plan, and the details were deeply unsettling. >> Give me a synopsis of what you're doing. >> So, we have uh decoys throughout the United States that are posing as 13-year-olds on Facebook, different places. We found him on Facebook. He found us. Reached out >> Facebook. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Reached out to the 13-year-old knowing she was 13. Um 13year-old >> uh exactly 9 days ago. And that'll be like if you send us an email, we can send time stamps, everything. >> Okay. >> Uh so 13-year-old female. >> Mhm. >> And he was starting to contact her. >> Yep. He reaches out to her, asked her for a phone number. Um we give him a fake text now phone number. Um they've been talking for about a week. The meet was supposed to be today at noon at Bowen Park or I forget what it is. Right down the road. Um I have that in the book, too. >> The binder >> text now. >> Uh yep. >> So, I'm just writing stuff down. That way I can make sure I give him all the information we got. >> Let me give you that back. >> Okay. So, she got a fake >> text now one you sent to him. >> Y >> Okay. And then after that, >> he's just >> you were supposed to meet up. She was texting him >> back and forth. >> Okay. Then they were supposed to meet >> today. >> Meet today. >> Mhm. >> For Huh. for he was bringing lube and >> the whole deal. >> And he knew it was a 14th pair of >> said it several times. He even said one of his last messages which is on there he said you realize this is you know very dangerous and against law cuz your age and u you know there's people out there that could hurt you and stuff like that. But what you'll see in there the meat was for he was going to have his dog have sex with her. I've never had sex where don't worry you're just going to bend over and back your up naked to the dog. said he was gonna he said he had two 13-year-olds recently. He said that was just a lie tonight. I have that recorded and then uh like I said he was bringing lube and they were supposed to have >> Okay. >> The dog thing came not last night, the night before where he sent the video. So, I've been having sex with that dog that's in there. You can clearly see it's the same dog. I I know. I know. >> Um I've never seen that before. Um >> that's definitely different. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Um Okay. Yeah, that is >> from one thing to another. Holy smokes. Now, this is my second really weird case today. So, >> today. >> Yeah, today. >> This is our 427th and I've never had anything like this. And we nationwide we have 222 onsite arrest and I've never seen nothing like this. >> Well, we're going to New Mexico is a very interesting state as far as law is concerned. >> Okay. So, we're going to have to do some legal stuff. I don't because we've never had >> Sure. I've never been here before. >> Yeah, I understand. >> Something like this before. So, I've been working law enforcement for 17 and 12 years and never come across this. >> The last thing I I'll let you know too is um and again, I'm going to give it to you. I asked him, "Does he have in his phone?" He said, "What do you mean?" I said, "Any pictures under the age of 13?" He said, "Yes." Said, "Do you have a thousand?" He says, "I have close to 100." So just just so you can give a heads up. And obviously you got the phone >> and then I took the phone. >> There was two phones. >> Okay. >> So that's just >> we don't know if they're always telling the truth, right? >> Right. Yeah. And that's the thing is we've got to deal with that. >> Yeah. >> Situation. We'll probably lock this place down and >> get the dogs out of here and probably do a search warrant on the house. >> Tell me if I didn't call the police, he would uh give that dog to the pound if I didn't call the police. >> So he can abuse another dog. >> I know. With that, the sergeant had heard enough. It was time to lay out the next steps for Tim, whether he liked it or not. >> Okay, Timothy, you're going to have to go with us. >> All right. >> Plain and simple. >> My uh detective, Detective Smith, is going to be over at the PD and he wants to talk to you over there. >> Okay. >> Do you have a way? Do you have a shirt and all that or >> doors locked? She locked the door and got the key. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. I'm going to give you a clue on some couple things here. Okay. We may be doing a search warrant. Okay. Those dogs be able to be put up. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, she left, too. Did Do you been very honest with you? I want you to be honest with me right now, Timothy. Do you understand me? >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. Do you have any other electronics devices that we need to know about? >> No. >> Just this phone. Do you only have one phone? >> Yes. >> You better be telling me the truth, Timothy. >> I I got phones, but they're not active. >> You don't have Do you have stuff on those phones? >> No, it's all been on there. >> It's all on this phone. >> Yeah. And them phones that I had were shut off. And people that's needed phones, I gave them away. I've gave them out. >> Okay. So, you don't have any other phone, no electronic devices that have anything else on it? >> No computers, no nothing. >> Just a phone. >> Just a phone. >> Okay. So, pat him down before you put him in. You don't have anything that's going to stick him, poke him, or blow him up, do you? >> No. >> All right. Timothy Harper pleaded guilty to possession of a visual medium of sex exploitation and beastiality. He was sentenced to 11 and 1/2 years in prison followed by one year of parole. Upon release, he is prohibited from owning or residing with any animal for 15 years, the maximum period allowed under New Mexico law. Starting with the case where officers believed they were responding to a medical emergency after a woman was reportedly seen unconscious in her garage, but in reality they walked straight into a dead trap that would change everything forever. >> Hey father. On April 4th, 2019, officers received a trouble unknown call after family members reported seeing blood and an unresponsive woman in the garage of a home in the Eagle Ridge subdivision, Stockbridge. Officers Keegan Merritt and Taylor Webb were the first responders. 232 radio. Blood in the driveway, females visible inside. Unresponsive. We're about to force entry. >> You ready, Foster? You are. Officer Webb forcibly entered through the front door, at which point he was immediately hit with gunfire. First in the chest, then the hip fire. Excuse me. >> He's on the He's on the um >> No, don't go around. He's on the um the um Oh, >> watch out. >> Merritt, who was posted outside behind a tree, was also struck. His middle finger and trigger finger were crushed by a bullet. shot fired. >> Fired. >> Yeah, I'm I'm hit. I'm hit. >> Now, >> back inside the house, Officer Web's body cam, which had fallen off during the exchange, captured audio of the suspect taking a hostage in an attempt to keep the officers away. >> Don't come here. Don't come here. >> Don't come here. Do not come in here. >> I got a lot of shot. >> Yes, sir. >> I got a lot of shot. >> I got a hostage. >> I got a hostage. >> Don't come here. I got a lot of I got a lot of I got third round clips in here. >> Hey man, come on out here. >> I ain't coming nowhere. >> Where's the officer at? He downstairs somewhere. >> Where's he at? >> I don't know. I hear him move. >> Huh? >> I guess I he moved. >> The suspect had taken the lives of his wife and son prior to the officers arriving at the scene. After a 17-hour long standoff with the suspect, a SWAT team entered the home using tear gas, only to find him deceased from a self-inflicted wound. The two injured officers received medical treatment and have since recovered. Moving on to the case where officers found a kidnapped woman in a storage container. Luckily still alive >> in the black box. >> Oh my god, dude. >> Long story short, I wanted to >> on May 2nd, 2023, officers were dispatched to a residence in Ohio after receiving a tip about a missing woman who was allegedly locked up in a man's basement. Here's the footage of how the incident unfolded as the officers made contact with the man. >> Bro, you can't be here like this. >> You can't be here like this, bro. >> I'm just knocking on your door. >> I understand that, but you making you making me hot. >> What? >> You're making me hot. >> What does that mean? >> And then I have >> I'm about to come out. >> All right, come on out. >> Apparently, this all started in front of me. Give me a few minutes to take a look. >> How you doing, sir? >> Y'all can't be out here like this. >> My name's Officer Robas. That's Officer Oed. Just so you know, everything's recorded. >> Listen. >> Yes. >> Turn those cameras off, please. >> Well, what's what's going on? >> Can you please turn the cameras off? >> You have to give me a reason, and I can't. >> You guys are making my my spot hot. I work for you guys. Okay, long story short, I work for you guys. Please get out. >> You guys are blowing the spot up. All right. >> Who do you work for? >> I can't tell you that. >> Why? >> I cannot tell you that because I'm not allowed to tell you that. >> When officers made contact with the suspect, 31-year-old Dante Edmund Guyger, he asked them to turn off their body cams, claiming he was some sort of undercover FBI agent. Of course, they didn't comply. And as the scene unfolded, the disturbing reason why he didn't want anything caught on camera began to surface. >> Okay, so just understand that. >> Well, here, >> go home. >> We have a call here, sir. Let me just tell you why we're here and then we'll leave. It could be nothing. I don't know. I don't know anything about you. >> All right. I'm just saying y'all can't be here. Y'all making my spot out. All right. >> Well, that doesn't make any that doesn't make any sense. >> Don't I I don't It don't even make sense to y'all. You hear me? So, what I need y'all to do >> Hey, sorry. Can you come over this address for a minute? >> No, don't don't do that, bro. >> The man was suspected of having a woman tied up in his basement, and this was likely the reason why he didn't want the officers to enter the home. >> Okay, long story short, I need y'all to leave. Make a phone call. Well, we're not going to leave that quickly until we figure out what's going on. >> There's nothing. >> So, we were told that the lady's tied up in the basement. >> There ain't nobody tied up in the basement. >> Can we look? >> No. No. But why? >> Why not? >> Because I say so. Um, >> someone tied up down there? >> No. What's your name, buddy? >> I can't tell you that, bro. >> What do you mean you can't tell me that? >> This your truck? >> My dump truck? That's my company truck. >> It's in my Yeah. There's nothing going on. Is it in your name? >> No. Then why why don't you want to tell us who you are? >> Dude, I'm trying to tell you I am an confidential informant. That's all I have to say. You guys are bing right now. You guys are >> Well, that's not all you have to say. >> That's >> Who told you that? I >> I can't say nothing else. >> Well, if there's someone in the basement, we got >> There's nobody in the basement. I just did what I >> Why can't I look? >> Why do you Why do you >> All that stuff that went on in the past with those three girls, man, we got to take this seriously. >> What three girls? that you had the Jesus >> and I don't know the mother. >> You know what I'm saying? No. If we don't take this seriously about something about my social security number, >> we're not going in. >> Yeah, he's going to do that. Tell him please not to do that. >> Do what? >> I'm not going in your fine. Sergeant, please tell him not. He's not going. >> Okay. I'm going to give you my social security number. >> I want you to run it. >> Okay. >> My going to come up clean. What's going on is you guys had a crackhead make a fossil claim. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Well, that's an answer. >> That's it. >> Well, then we still have to follow up on it. >> There's nothing going on, sir. >> All right. But do you understand our point? >> I understand your point. You're actually >> If we just walk away and somebody actually is there, what are we going to do? >> Well, that's what you guys are going to have to do because I'm not letting you inside. >> Do you see where Do you see where the problem lies? >> No, there is no problem. >> We don't just write he said it's cool and we leave. Well, that's that's how it goes. Because if I >> No, that's not so What do you mean? >> So, they're not going to let this go, >> bro. Listen. >> So, either today, tomorrow, the next day, in the next 5 minutes, you're going to conspiracy have these problems. And if we have to tell Detective Smith and say, "Hey, do you think this guy would have a girl tied up in his basement?" >> He's going to say no. >> Is he 100%, bro? I just >> He's willing to risk his career for all that. >> You think I'm [ __ ] Oh my gosh. You're going to take a a crack of his word over uh Detective Detective Smith's word, right? >> I haven't spoken to Detective Smith. >> Well, you're going to talk to him. He going to let you know what's going on. I I was down there for an hour with him yesterday. >> I just left my probation officer. >> Why would somebody Why would somebody say >> crackheads? >> But why would a crack say that about >> the crackhead? But probably cuz they want more crack, bro. >> Do you have crack? >> No, I'm not going to. Why would I say that? Why would you ask me that on camera? >> I don't know. Why would you do that to me? >> I know I don't have no crack. >> It's my job. Well, why would the crackhead be here then? The officers noticed major inconsistencies in the story of why they weren't allowed to enter the basement. Despite this, the officers insisted on coming into the house to search for the woman. A lot of music playing the screams. >> I know, Rich. There's a loud music. I had a knock for a minute on the back. >> So, all right, let's go knock. >> Yes, you can, bro. I'll talk to you in your officers. Talk to Texas. >> I do, too. I only want I only need you in my house, bro. >> We'll be fine. Please. Please. >> You understand the the safety issue, right, for a police officer, >> bro? You know what I mean? >> Trust me. He's fine. He's the same guy. >> Um, anybody got lighter? And I smoke. My nerves. >> I do. If you >> My nerves are really bad. >> Let's get out of the way. I got to stay here. >> I want to get out of here, too. >> I talked to you. >> No. No. Dude, there's too much going on. >> No. No. No. >> All right. Stand outside. Leave this crack though. >> The basement turned out to be empty, but the officers weren't convinced that was the end of the story. >> Later that night, a different informant told the officers a haunting story about the suspect. >> His girlfriend see he has a girlfriend named a black girl and they tied her up. her, eat her, and killed her. He showed me pictures. He They made He made her write a thousand times, "I am a rat. I am a snitch. I am a rat. I am a snitch." Then where he murdered her at, he ripped up for the fireplace, he ripped up all like the tile right there. He told me I have to paint it and I have no choice. He wants me to paint it tomorrow. And he was telling me everything about my pierce. He said, "I'll do you, too." He's like, "It's a little harder." He literally just [ __ ] and he took I guess he put her in the basement. My friend Katie seen her in the basement and called the police and they said it would he called the detective. Detective said let let them search your um basement. So he moved her body from the basement to upstairs and let the cops come in and search the basement and left. Apparently, the suspect had moved the body from the basement earlier that day after hearing that police were on their way. The woman's account of what had really been inside became a major breakthrough. Officers returned to the home, this time with a greater sense of urgency and a much clearer idea of what they were looking for. >> Hey, hey, did did you talk to Detective Smith? Did he tell you what's going on? >> Yes. All right. So, I appreciate this. Um, he's a lighter before this. >> Yeah, >> you know my [ __ ] >> What's up, bro? How y'all doing? People trying over time now, man. Come through the back. Okay. >> Yeah, I can do that. >> Is that cool? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You sure? >> Yeah. >> Thanks for all this. >> Sorry, bro. Sorry for my attitude. Okay, >> give me 5 seconds. >> The back car. >> All right. >> In these quote 5 seconds, the suspect was most likely trying to hide the body for the second time. After waiting for about a minute, the suspect came to the back door. >> Yo, do they do they know what I told you about though? >> Listen, we're here to look to see for a body. That's it. Um, you give us consent to make sure there's no one laying dead in here. >> This is my uncle. >> All right. All right. Go outside. >> You going to let him out? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You take off, man. >> Let him out. Do you Do you give us consent? >> I'm going walk I'm going walk up through this. >> As the officers searched the house, they heard a harrowing sound coming through the walls. >> Where you at? >> Where you at, man? >> 35. You can send us two numbers. >> All right, we're looking. Hey, how do you get to her? Don't get me >> in the black box. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god, dude. >> Radio sitting, miss. >> I'm paralyzed. >> Oh my gosh. >> I'm paralyzed. >> All right. >> How old are you? >> I'm 60. >> 60-year-old female. They can >> Are they here? >> No. I mean, >> they've been dispatched. >> Huh? >> Did he stab you? >> Where are you, Do you think? >> My arm. >> Your arm? All right. Did he sexually assault you at all? No. >> Okay. Do you know how long you've been here? No. Did is it just one day? >> The victim was transported to the hospital. As for Delante, he was taken into custody and brought to the station where detectives led him into an interrogation room. >> That was ruthless as like I wasn't going to. So, I wasn't going to I've been eating her and you know what I'm saying, but I just can't have her. I want to I just cuz I'm working with Detective Smith trying to get him 10 guns, five AKs, four Glock Street that's supposed to be going into the valley like next week. You know what I'm saying? I'm trying to get him mov six ounces a day on crack and I'm trying to get him descriptions of ounces a day. But like I found out that this is that and you know what I'm saying? If I was >> you found out who that was >> that that that the lady that that that what I was taking care of in my house um is a rat and if she was to get back out on the street exposed. >> Okay. You know what I'm saying? So like I'm new to I understand I up. I know I can't get out of this. This is bad. You know what I'm saying? I know. I know it's >> Dante recounted the details like it was pretty basic for him to deal with stuff like this. >> Tuesday. So she probably got there like Monday or something. >> Yeah. Monday. She was kicking it true, cool, calm, collected. Hold up, hold up, hold up. You know what I'm saying? Eating, lying to me. Like, do you feel like why do that? You know what I'm saying? So, that's how that went down, bro. I apologize, bro. Okay. But I I just die out here in these streets with y'all with these crackheads >> cuz this is I telling them like I need to talk to a a corporal. Put me in a room by myself. Like, the way y'all play like it was 50 cars in front of my house. I don't think the streets talk. you know what I'm saying type [ __ ] Like so like I up but like I'm new to this >> and I feel like my life is in danger. People tried to three times already. You feel me? I have been shot in my underarm blood all type of weird. This [ __ ] is crazy. And I felt like I was going if I didn't hold her for like two days and tell her like let her know what was going on. I was going to kill the [ __ ] Feel like would have been dead. Long story short, I wanted to catch you in a minute. >> Would you mind walking me through again? I I know it's a little tough right now and it's it's bad time but like everything that went through like the time where you and were together like what happened during those days her move from the basement to another room fed her showered her g her some water put a blanket over her I'm just telling you the truth >> no let's find Was I raping her? >> No. >> Okay. >> Was that what you about to ask me? >> No. What you about to ask me? >> No. Like were you giving her drugs and stuff like that? >> Why would I give her my drugs? >> Why would I speak, man? >> I didn't know where. >> All right. So any point were when was she asking to leave? Different things like that. >> She has nowhere to go. >> Okay. She has nowhere to go. All she was just asking was why. Stop. I won't do it again. I'll never tell. I'll never tell. I'll never tell. Blast. Please, I'll never tell. I know I deserve this, but I'll never tell. Like, that's a code in the streets. You know what I'm saying? I got four beautiful kids. >> Okay. So, during this time when the traffic stop occurs and she goes on her way, was there anybody that ever said like besides like if she was doing anything that like, "Yeah, she told me." >> No, I thought it was somebody else until I did my homework. >> Okay. So this is all you transpiring, doing everything, doing all your own >> stuff in your head and like, hey, >> listen to the detectives as we all get out the car. Detectives like, yeah, you can go. Thank you. >> Okay. >> Okay. You ain't even get searched. It's It's credit bomb. $20 worth of in the car skill. And they just You didn't even get searched. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Get your bag. You're forgetting your bag. >> They're helping her out. >> Don't get your bag. Go ahead. Go. Thank you. >> Dante mocked the detectives and then tried to cut a deal to dodge the charges. >> Like this. I see it on TV. I'm excited. I'm so slick. I'm slick and dear, y'all. Man, I almost got away. Y'all [ __ ] Them cops is horrible, boy. I'm slick, boy. I ain't trying to brag, nor trying to brag, nor bro. You know what I'm saying? We going We I'm going help y'all out flat out. But I can't be I can't sit in this woman. cuz I get keys and keys and keys and keys and guns and guns. You going to see it in my phone. I know everybody big. I just want to help. I know I know I'm in trouble right now. I know I'm in trouble right now with this this need after I make those bust. >> You know what I'm saying? The judge will understand that. She should understand that. You know what I'm saying? Like >> Yeah. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like you you know what I'm saying, right? >> Right. So like I need to go home. home turned out to be the last place that Dante was going. He pleaded guilty to felonious assault, kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and having weapons under disability. He was sentenced to 16 to 20 years in prison. Moving on to the case where police came face to face with one of the most disturbing killers they'd encountered, a man who murdered his longtime girlfriend, the mother of his child, and then managed to hide her body for over a month. waited a month until I put her in two construction bags. >> I gave her a high karate. >> On June 28th, 2024, officers responded to a home where days earlier a daughter had made a terrifying discovery. Scattered teeth in the driveway. She would soon find out that's just the beginning of a horrifying mystery involving her missing mother, a chilling confession, and a body discarded like trash. >> We want to speak with you. We got an investigation going on. I just need you just come to me, please, James. >> James, keep your hands where I can see them. >> Hold on. Let me get my pants tied up. >> Happy to have gold. I am goldless. I know that. >> Come on to me, James. >> What's up, man? How are you? >> Step out. Pass me. >> Police identified this man as 59-year-old James Drajos, who was suspected of taking the life of his longtime girlfriend, 56-year-old Tammy Dubes, who he shared a child with. >> Please. >> Thank you, sir. Thank you for your cooperation. >> Hang on. Let me get my pants. >> We're going to help you with that. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back real quick. >> Okay, here you go, James. Hands back here. Hands back here. [Music] >> James, anybody else in there with you? >> Yeah. >> Is there anyone else inside the house? James, >> what's your dog's names? >> That's Austinino. >> That's what >> Austinino. >> Oh, Augustino. >> You. >> Is there anyone else? All right, listen. Let's turn around this way cuz I don't want you walking down the stairs and fall back. Okay. Your pants go all over. >> I need some gloves. >> No one here. >> Walk down this way. >> What are we doing here? >> You got anybody else home? Is there anyone else in the house? >> No. >> Okay, >> step behind. >> James was taken to the hospital and we'll check in with him shortly. Meanwhile, officers started to investigate the home where this horrific crime allegedly had taken place. >> Clay Police Department. [Music] >> Hi, puppy. You >> want to hold that? We're going to circle around. >> Y right. >> Blue. Blue. Hi, puppy. You're okay. Good dog. Good dog. Basement. >> Basement. Okay, >> I can hold this. >> All right, we got a basement over here. Hold on. You got >> You're okay. You are not in trouble. You're a good dog. >> Investigators said that bones were found on the property, including a jawbone laying in the driveway. While investigators continued searching the home, officers joined James at the hospital. >> You really want to know? >> Yeah. >> Found body parts, bones outside scattered around his house. >> His necklace's bones. Yeah. Well, >> he's got his wife SP. >> I don't think so. She been missing middle lake. >> So, it's not looking good for her. >> My god. >> You heard that right. A nurse claimed that James was wearing a necklace made of bones just as an officer reveals that Tammy had been missing for nearly 2 months. Moments later, an FBI special agent arrived to speak with the suspect. >> Listen, we um we want to get to it. We promised you that we would tell you what we're doing and um we want to be 100% with you, right? Um we would like to talk to you about Well, you guess. Why do you think we want to talk to you? >> Cuz I'm sick. >> Well, we're not the paramedics. Uh in a former life, I actually was a paramedic, but really Yeah, I I still am. just not a practicing paramedic. Uh but that's not why not not because you're sick. Um why why might the police want to talk to you, do you think? Is anything going on in your life or can you think of any reasons we might be here? >> Um oh the Tammy problem, >> right? the Tammy problem, right? >> Yeah, she ran away. >> Perfect. So, can you tell us a little bit more about that? Just some more detail like when that happened, what was going on? >> Ah, that happened in the middle of May. >> Okay. So, what what happened in the middle of May? >> Me and her got in there. >> Okay. >> She ran out the front door and that was it. >> Do you remember what day that was? I think it was about the 15th, I think. >> Okay. Um, and what was the argument about? >> She got pissed at me all the time and uh she said I I didn't bathe enough and and that I didn't get a job and everything and then she she just left. >> Okay. And what what said is she's a hitchhiker kind of girl. >> Okay. >> I remember that. And uh because I remember her showing up in a freight liner one one day and she was running on the road with some other guy. >> James initially told officials that Tammy simply walked away and disappeared after an argument, but the seasoned FBI agent didn't buy that story. Where where was she going? >> God knows. >> You haven't had any contact with her after about the 15th. Yeah. >> No, I never sure you saw her leave the house. >> Go and look. >> Yeah. >> Dig through the house. Go. >> Well, >> even my neighbor goes, "Oh, you buried her in the backyard." And I go, "Go look." No, I didn't. >> Why would your neighbor say something like that? cuz he's a joker. Okay. >> Well, that reaction wasn't just because he was a joker. It was likely because he sensed something was off about James. A feeling the FBI agent would soon share as well. >> So, James, we we were there today with the search warrant. That's that's how that's how we ended up at your house. >> I was wondering why you fellers was all over there. >> Yeah. >> Go ahead and look everywhere you want. >> Well, we did. We did. And we've recovered some stuff. >> Like what? >> What do you think we might have found around the property? >> What? >> What do you think we might have found around the property? I mean, look, this isn't going to be a big shocker. So, what we wanted to do is just figure out what happened here and so we can all move on, right? What do you think we might have found around the property? >> Beer cans. >> I I actually I don't know if we found a bunch of beer cans. We didn't >> We didn't find beer cans, >> Jimmy. We found some bones. We found bones. >> Yeah, found some bones. >> So, we want to talk to you about the bones. >> After a lot of back and forth, James finally realized he wasn't going to pull this off. It had been over 2 months since the incident, but now his coverup was beginning to crack. So, what we're here to do is to make sure that you're not some kind of like maniacal serial killer, right? Which I don't think you are. You seem like a very friendly guy, frankly. But we do have to get an explanation for this, right? We have to figure out what happened. And there are a lot of reasons that people died, okay? But we need to hear from you how those bones ended up where they are, and who they belong to. I mean, we we think we know who they belong to. But Jimmy, we will work through this, okay? We don't think you're a monster. We think that, you know, life got the better of you for a minute and we're in a situation, but let's just figure it out. It's not the end of the world. What's the deal with the bones? >> I don't see where all these bones came from. What you're talking about? Well, so that's my my next question is what what did you do with her when that after that happened? She she died in the driveway. So what did you do then? Where did you put her? >> I don't think she died in the driveway. Do you think >> where Well, where did she die? >> Like I said, she walked off somewhere. Well, hang on, Jimmy, because we we had already covered this. It's It is what it is, man. And we've already we've already gotten to the point where you know that you killed her. You know that what you did ended her life, and you're saying it's self-defense. And look, that's that's what we're trying to put down on on record here. >> Okay. >> But the next question is, where what did you do with her after that happened? Black box. >> What black box? >> Garbage. >> Garbage can. >> Mhm. >> So, at the house there's like a a black box. >> Well, yeah. >> And you put her in this black box. I waited a month until I put her in two construction bags. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Yep. >> And I hauled her to a dumpster. >> Okay. >> In my wagon and that was it. >> Okay. >> Cuz I didn't know what else to do. There was a million maggots. >> Yeah. But you think that some of her bones ended up around the yard. We found them in the front bushes and along the side of the house. Did Did animals get into that >> black box? How did that happen? Bones in the front bushes. >> Yeah. >> No, that ain't that ain't human. What do you think that is? They were human along the side of the house. You know that for sure. Um, coming up, officers confiscated James' jewelry adorned with what appeared to be teeth and bones. It was around this time that James began revealing disturbing details about how he took his girlfriend's life. I >> mean, you understand if you were in our shoes, you would do the same thing. Yeah, >> I guess. But you can have them. Yeah, we're going to need them. >> Yeah, >> but I don't know if I'm going to Yeah, we You need all that jungle jangle. Hold on. >> Yeah, you're okay. >> But don't lose these. >> We won't lose. >> You'll get them back. You're going to get it all back as long as >> Seol Florida. >> Yeah, we we are This is Buffalo. >> This is lamb biohazard. >> Hold on jewelry. Yeah, it's hard to get off. >> I tied them on really good. >> Yeah. So that they fit right. I lost one bracelet already. Beautiful red and then what? I went outside to see where she went and she was standing out there and she started going on me and it's this was actually physical. She was punching on me and [ __ ] >> Mhm. >> And that's when I gave her the cha I gave her the high karate >> just just kind of one one and done kind of deal. I'm sure hard enough to end it >> pretty pretty much. >> I I just don't understand that. >> So, was she when this happened >> outside? Yeah. >> So, when you punch her, was she standing up or laying down? >> Oh, no. She was standing up. [ __ ] me. >> Okay. Okay. So, you punched her and she went down. >> Yep. >> And obviously hit her head. >> Mhm. >> And then you saw some blood. Yeah. >> Yeah. And then the rains came so you didn't see any blood after that. >> So when when she went down, what happened next? What was the next thing that happened? >> I went back in the house for a while. Okay. Just to cool off a little bit. >> Yes. >> And you She was outside and you went inside to cool off. >> Yes. >> Did you call anybody? >> No. >> How come? >> I don't know. Fear. >> Okay. How long do you think she was outside in the rain? >> It wasn't raining that night. >> Oh, the rains came and washed it away. You mean later? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, how long was she outside? >> I'm going to say about 8 hours to 10 hours. >> Okay. And then um so that's like overnight probably, right? Yeah. So you you get up the next morning and she's still there. >> Yeah. I get I get her in a bag. >> Okay. You put her in a bag at that point? >> Yes. >> Okay. So she at least had one She was in one bag and then you put her in that What' you do? You put her in a bag and then what what happened? >> I put her in another bag. >> Okay. >> So we had two bags, right? >> You double bag her. Yep. >> Cuz two construction bags will hold a [ __ ] like that. Okay. She's pretty small. >> Oh, yeah. She's what? 5'4. >> Okay. So, you put her in these two construction bags and then what? >> I put her in the black den. >> Okay. >> To hide her for a while. >> Okay. About a month. >> Yeah. >> Did you Did you wash off the driveway or you said the rains did it? Did you make any efforts at cleaning the driveway? >> Yeah, I did. >> Okay. Um, a month goes by and then you take her out of that and put her in that Radio Flyer wagon. Yeah. >> And I run her up to the dumpster there, you know, >> and and toss her in there. And when when you did that, did you see parts coming out of the bag? >> Nope. >> So, how do you think that happened? How does how does the jawbone end up in the driveway there? >> There's no jawbone over there. Well, there was this part. >> That part's confirmed. >> Yeah, that >> the mandible. >> Yeah, that's human. It's actually mandible and upper jaw and some teeth. >> Moments later, officers made it clear to James that he wouldn't be going home anytime soon. >> Best of luck, ma'am. Okay. Let him know. >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you know, you know that you're going to be under arrest for this, right? We have to take you into custody on this. >> So, from when? >> Tonight. I mean, listen, you understand the drill. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. So, we we are going to book you for aggravated murder and abuse of a corpse tonight. Okay. That means you'll see a judge in the next couple of days and you'll go through an arraignment process. >> You mean I got to sit in the clank? >> Yeah. Yeah, for sure. So that's it's got a lot of a lot of court things are going to happen in the next month or so, but that initial part happens very quickly and then we'll end up taking the case to a grand jury and they'll >> How long do I get home to my dogs? >> Uh well, not in the foreseeable future, but the dogs are taken care of. Okay. >> James was charged with firstdegree murder, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and domestic violence.
