STEP OUT. STEP OUT OF THE TRUCK. >> I'm sorry. I got scared. I got scared. Please. I'm begging you. Please. I'm begging you. I'm begging you. Please. >> What's up, everybody? In today's video, we have an insane Karen getting arrested and fighting the cops. But first, I want to show you one of the most interesting body cam I have ever seen. And let me just say that there's a huge twist about this video, but I'm not going to spoil it. Take a look at this. >> Five still rolling south main passing caller five. He almost TCed fronting the R&B on the curb. We are driving in the center median now and grab south passing. This is the police department. Pull to the right. You are under arrest. Pull to the right. Lincoln 5 TC across from antique society. Start code 3X. >> Police turn the TRUCK OFF. TURN the truck off. >> Lincoln five high-risisk stop. Lincoln five. N driver, turn the vehicle off. Turn the vehicle off and put your hands up. Ling five. So far, no response from the driver inside. >> Driver, no response from the driver. >> TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP. DRIVER, TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP. >> DRIVER, turn the truck off AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP. Hands up. PUT YOUR HANDS UP NOW. [ __ ] back. Get back. Lincoln 5 104. It sounds like there's a screaming child inside the car. I'm still not getting a response from the driver. >> So, so far it looks pretty standard, although it's a very serious situation. There's a car crash, potentially a drunk driver. There's kids in the car. It's a very serious situation, but it's something that the cops encounter pretty often. But for additional context, I want to show you the 911 call. Let's take a listen. >> Call 911. Hey. Um, there's a drunk driver on Dravenstein Highway >> and he's like almost hitting people. He >> uh driving scheme highway coming into downtown from the north >> and he is coming down there. I got past him. >> What kind of vehicle? >> But I mean, he is swerving all over the road. He's in a black Chev brand new black Chevy. He's got tattoos and he truck >> in a big black truck. A lot of tattoos. I think he's still behind me >> and he is swerving all over the road. He's right behind me right now and he's coming up back. >> All right, now that you have the full context, he's driving like a complete maniac. Definitely drunk. Let's get back to the body cam and let's see what happens next. >> Hey, put your hands up. Put your hands up right now. STEP OUT. STEP OUT. STEP OUT OF THE TRUCK. >> FOUR. I'm approaching the car. I want a gunpoint. Step out of the car right now. Step out of the car. >> Want a gun. Step out of the car. Step out of the car right now. Step out. Step out. Look at me. Step out. >> Step out. >> Go down to your stomach. Down to your stomach right now. Down to your stomach. Down to your stomach. Go down to your stomach right now. I will tase you. Go down to your stomach right now. Five. Taser deployed. >> Stay on the ground. STAY DOWN. STAY DOWN. GET ON YOUR STOMACH. ROLL OVER ON YOUR STOMACH RIGHT NOW. Roll over. Get on your stomach. I will keep chasing you. STAY ON YOUR STOMACH. DO NOT MOVE. Arm out. ARM OUT. GET YOUR ARM OUT RIGHT NOW. I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU AGAIN. Hey kiddo, are you okay? Are you okay? >> Lincoln five. He's complying on the ground. I've got Esso with me. Hey, there's a kid in the car. Get in the car. >> Stay down OR I WILL TASE YOU AGAIN. >> SO, SO FAR, I want to know what you guys think about this one. Let me know in the comments section. And don't cheat. If you already watched the video before or you fast forwarded and now you're coming back, just let me know what you think. Do you think this guy is drunk? Is he a criminal? Is he acting like a degenerate? Should he have been tased? Let me know in the comments and all will be revealed in the next couple minutes. >> The [ __ ] you going to do that with your kid in your [ __ ] car, man? >> All right. Are you good? If I go hands on >> my back. >> Hold on. Stop grabbing me. Stop [ __ ] >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. Please. Please. Please. >> Hold on, honey. I got this. Oh, >> Lincoln five, one in custody. >> You got him for a sec? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> There's a kid in the car. I don't know the the condition. >> Just these two? >> Yeah, just these two. See if you can start an additional ambulance if you can just to check on the child. >> Lord, >> stop grabbing me. >> Lord God, >> stop grabbing me. Please, Lord Jesus. >> Please, Lord God. Please, Lord Jesus. >> I'm good. >> Please, Lord Jesus. >> Please, Lord God. I'm sorry. Lord God, >> Jeff, how old are you, brother? >> I am right now. >> Okay. Can you stand up? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Why don't we do that >> and come up on your butt? A >> I'm so sorry, Lord Jesus. >> There you go. Let's walk to the car. >> By the way, let me just reassure you that the kid was completely fine. No injuries whatsoever. Now, let's fast forward a little bit later when they talk to the wife and that's when they understand that they are not dealing with a drunk driver at all. >> So, we we'll do the whole FST, you know, investigation thing. >> Get blood taken. >> I talked to mom. She said, um, he's type 1 diabetic. When I told her he was in a crash, she said, "Oh, no. He's he's a diabetic and he might have >> Yeah. And it could very well be. I heard the number. These guys show me up. I heard the gout. So, it absolutely." >> The other thing is he's not supposed to have daughter right now. There's a court order with child custody arrangement and he's violating that. >> So, and the other thing is diabetic fits like that. >> Yeah. >> Everyone I've been in, they're shortlived before the blackout. which I mean you said he was unresponsive when you pulled him over. Yeah. You weren't getting anything. >> So that could have happened. But the travel from downtown to here at the highest rate of about 30 mph mostly was between 20 and 30. >> That's an awful long time because the diabetic uh episodes can be induced because of the alcohol to ingest it too. So work the uh the DUI and the child endangerment and the pursuit and all that aspect. But but see if we can do FS3s with those. Okay. >> So, it turns out it had nothing to do with alcohol. He was having a medical situation because of his diabetes. Probably his blood sugar was too low and then he had a moment where he blacked out. And I've seen this happen to a family member of mine. They became completely incoherent. I think it's because he took two shots of insulin instead of one. Like he forgot that he already took it already. And it was pretty scary. So now the question is should he be held legally responsible for his actions? Well, there are certain red flags that even if you consider the diabetes defense, they're still there. There's the fact that one, the truck didn't have a license plate, so are we dealing with a sovereign citizen? And two, he wasn't supposed to be with that kid because he doesn't have custody. So these things still need to be addressed. >> They're going to probably want to take him to the hospital. They're okay with releasing him. Okay. >> But I figured we would take him anyways. >> He won't be able to go to jail until he's medically clear. So if it goes that route and we take him to jail, >> then it's going to be uh he'll go to the hospital anyway. >> Good job as far as you did a phenomenal job out. I mean notifying you about the teasing. >> Yeah. >> Um and I'll run up on that. being unresponsive, getting, you know, >> like if it's a diabetic thing, how do we, you know, how do we stick a 2,800 on him and how do we stick a 148 on him, >> right? The pursuit and the Yeah, >> we don't. And we can we articulate that in our report. >> This is why we did it. He was aggressively resisting and blah blah blah blah blah blah. We just put what we saw. >> Yeah. >> And then at the end of the day, well, this was a diabetic episode. >> Okay. doing. >> It displayed totally different when I had to do with my training. >> Well, they looked the same from behind when you're traveling behind them. They look like the same thing. >> There was no uh measures you could take to stop him making them work. We did. It was a great job. Called out very well. Um I loved it. >> Yeah. Hey, Forest. What does it look like from a investigation standpoint here? Does it look like he's or he's got a little stagnus um prior to 45°? So, but does that also present in the diabetic? It could. I don't know. >> It could. I don't think so, but it could. But again, the these things wide array of things could happen. >> Working all day, not eating. >> It would be prudent to get a PA and uh or a voluntary blood sample. >> Yeah, he already sent a few pads. >> Yeah. >> Get that going. >> And I don't have the PV here with me, but >> Well, I would explain to him that he's diabetic, it would be in his best interest to give us blood. We can we can order that. >> Yeah. >> Based on what we saw, it seems like he's cooperative with it, right? So, yeah. >> So, >> and they're going to take blood there anyway. We just got to get it. >> But they got to know what he's what he's going through as far as medical. >> All right. So, he was charged with resisting arrest and child endangerment. But after that, the charges were dropped and he filed a lawsuit against the cops. Now, I don't know if I necessarily agree with the lawsuit because how could they have known that he wasn't a drunk degenerate? He got into a car crash, refused to stop, and he was exhibiting all the signs of a drunk driver. On top of that, he had no license plate. So, I don't know if they went overboard. At least that's what he's claiming. But, I'm looking forward to see what you guys have to say about this in the comment section. But for now, let's move on to the next body cam. You see me? I don't want to surprise you. >> I remember you here from last night. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What's going on, guys? >> I'm going to help you. >> Okay. Um, is Missy in here? >> No, >> I just seen her. So So this we can do we can do this one or two ways, my man. Um, we can either send her out and I can speak with her like I spoke to yesterday or I can author a search warrant that you're harboring a fugitive. What whatever you want to do, I don't care. If you tell us to leave now, we'll be back shortly and we can do what we got to do. She's a grown ass lady. What she's got going on shouldn't be none of your business. So, it's whatever you want to do, man. I'm not going to pee on you. But if you want to send her out so I can talk to her, that's cool. If you don't, then I got to do what I got to do. And this is going to be a big nightmare. >> Yeah, man. A it ain't worth all that. Like I said, she ain't even >> I just saw her. Okay. So, it's it's it's not a big deal, dude. >> No arrest. >> No. >> No. I have talked about what I talked about yesterday. I don't know if she told you, but >> Okay. You got to go somewhere. She Well, I can't enter your premises and I'm trying to respect your property. So, she's going to have to come out here. >> Okay, that's okay. Just questioning. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that's it. >> Okay. She detained? >> I can't detain her inside your house, boss. Man, >> she detained outside. >> She She's not outside, man. I'm >> What if she goes outside? >> No, I'm just going to talk to her. I'm not going to detain anybody or do anything weird. >> All right. >> I try to call her phone don't work or whatever. >> I can talk to her friends. >> Hi. >> Hey, Missy. Can I talk to you, please? >> Um, I can talk to you through the fence because um this is not my house. >> Well, you're you're a freestanding woman and nobody can violate your amendment to to move about freely. So, are you being held here upon your will? >> No, I'm not. >> So, then you can speak. >> Then you can come out here. The same dude you talked to yesterday. >> Am I No, we're not trying to arrest. >> No, I I just want to talk to you. >> We're not trying to put your business out there from, you know, yesterday. No weird stuff. Okay. >> No weird stuff, please. No weird stuff. Y'all are cops. No weird stuff. >> You seen me and you close the door on me, man. >> What? >> You said you seen me right there. You You slid the door on me, man. You locked the door. You That was you. Okay. >> All right. I ain't GOT [screaming] >> That was such a bad escape attempt. It's like, lady, you closed the door behind you. Your back is literally against the wall. There is nowhere to go. Anyways, I don't think it was worth fighting for this one. She's just going to end up with more charges, possible injuries. It's always better to just fight it in court. But obviously, these Karens don't understand that. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. WHAT THE [ __ ] DID I DO? >> What do I do? Call my mom. >> Hey, stay in there. >> Please call her. >> MY MOM. >> WE'RE OKAY. WHAT DID I DO? What did I do? >> I didn't call your number. No, I didn't. No, I didn't. No, I didn't. I got shocked. I got scared. I got scared. I'm sorry, guys. >> I'll call the number. No, I'll call the number. I'll call the number. I'll Please call the number. Please, I'll call the number. I'll call the number. Please, I'll call the number. Please, I'll call the number. >> Please, I'll call. I don't want to get my books. Please, please don't call the number. I'm begging you. Please, I'll call the number. I'm sorry. I got scared. I got scared. >> I'm not I'm not going to talk to you if you're going to talk. >> I got scared. Please. I got scared. I got scared. I got scared. I'm sorry. I got scared. I got scared. Please. I got We're going to do a good start. >> I got scared. I got scared. I got scared. I got scared. I'm sorry. I [laughter] got scared. No, I'm scared. I'm scared. I don't want to go to jail. Please. Do we look scared? Please. Please. Please. >> Didn't you should have done what you were supposed to I did. I was I was getting my makeup on. Listen, I slept I slept until like 2:00. I slept until like 2:00. I did. I slept until like 2:00. I was putting my makeup on. I was putting my makeup on. I promise. I promise. I swear on I swear on my kids. I swear all my kids. I swear on my kids I'll call. I swear on my kids I'll call. I have the number in my wallet. I have it in my wallet. Okay. I swear. I swear I have the number in my wallet. Okay. Hey, I have it in my wallet. >> Important question. Stop. Stop talking for a second. I told you. >> Were you smart enough to come outside with nothing illegal on you or do you have stuff hidden on me? >> I don't have nothing hidden on me. >> I don't know if I believe her cuz obviously she didn't have the presence of mind to realize that running away from the cops was a bad idea. So, I don't know if she was smart enough to realize that bringing drugs to talk to the cops is not a good idea either. So, I guess they're going to have to search her pretty damn thoroughly because she seems like a slippery one. Nothing. Please. Please. I'll call the number. I promise. I'll call the number. It's in my wallet. It's in my wallet. It's in my wallet. It's in my wallet. It's in my wallet. Please. Please. >> Please. I'm calling on my mom is I brought my kids lunch. >> No. The answer is no. She just needs to take a breath. >> I'm having a panic attack. >> Okay, lady. Can you try to retain at least a little bit of your dignity? And no, you are not having a panic attack. That's not what's happening right now. What's happening right here is that you're having an accountability attack and that is very different. It's like these people think that saying you have a panic attack is like a magical get out of free jail card. It's a cheat code. It never works. It just makes you look like a total [ __ ] What are >> you talking about? Let's see what happened. [snorts] >> I didn't call the number. I woke up at like 2:00. All right. I woke up at 2:00. I was just I take a shower. >> I'm not talking to a shower. >> Calm down. I'm asking what happened right now >> when I was in the bathroom finishing my makeup. And he said immediately is what he said. >> Um there's there's 12 people that live in that house. >> I'm not talking about last night. Okay. I'm talking about right now. >> You got spooked and then what happened? >> And then I turned around and I shook I went like this. I shook the gate. I shook the gate and then that's when they grabbed me and they slammed me on the floor and then that's what happened. Okay. Because I turned around, I got spooked. I was like, "No." And I was like, "Please." I just It was a blur. It was just a blur. It was just a blur. >> Did they give you any commands to do anything? >> Um they said, "What they say? What they say? What they say?" They said they they reached for me. They reached for me and then he the gentleman went to grab my arm and he was just like, "Now you're under arrest." But that was before I turned around and got spooked. >> So, and then I was just like I was like, "Why am I going to jail? What did I do? I'm sorry I didn't call the number. I'm sorry I didn't call the number. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." >> I'm not talking about last night. I'm talking about right now. >> That's why they're here. That's why they're here is because I didn't call the number and I'm going to call it. I woke up at 2:00. I was sleeping on an air mattress in the kitchen. First of all, it's late for calling the number at this point. >> No, please. Please. I don't know. I don't know. >> You realize I'm not asking you about last night. I was there. I was there. >> I know. I know you were. I know. I was talking to you. You were the You were the sir that you were the sir. I was like, you look like you're ready to go home. >> I was ready to go home. >> I'm I'm sorry. >> Found that violent charge. >> I know the number. But then I already did my time for that charge. I already did my time. >> Which one? >> The the the violent one from yesterday. I understand that. Look, you might have already done your time, but now you're about to do a little bit more time because of your decisions. You have no one else to blame but yourself. So, put on your big girl pants and start acting your age. >> We have Listen, we have policies to be able to flip people into confidential informants and violent. >> I wasn't given a time. >> Missy, you're missing the point. >> I wasn't. >> It was that charge from your past, which is why we can't use you. >> I was given >> regardless of the time. It's It's your history. >> I wasn't given a time. I did. I did my time for that. I did my time for that. Understand? I I did 18 months. >> It's It's following you. It's bit me in the ass 7 years later. >> Why? Why? >> That's just our policy. I don't make it, Misty. If I don't follow it, we get in trouble. >> Can I talk to the Can I talk to the person that was going to talk to me today? Can I talk to him, please? Can I talk to >> I can If you calm down, I can try to make a phone call or something, but I need you right now. You're at a 10. I need you at least a two. >> I have really bad anxiety and I hate Well, at one point I'm going to need you to get all the way in. So, if we don't have an issue with that, then I might be able to make that phone call. >> My leg hurts really bad. >> I have medical coming. >> You Okay, >> we're done. Let's get you bought me out. Please, Mom. I've already talked to her. You're good. >> I'll go up north. I'll go up north. I'll go up north. >> Sit down. Make her hang up. >> Go take a seat. Florida. >> Mom, I love you. Hello, >> please. >> I got you, too. >> All right, so she was charged with possession as well as resisting arrest. Now, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you guys enjoyed the show. If you did, make sure to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next one.
