10 cops to eat food. >> Well, we got we got called because you were causing a disturbance. >> I'm not. Dude, you really look like I'm causing a disturbance. >> Come on, dude. I'm not drunk. 1%. I'M NOT DRUNK. >> NOW, if you've ever ordered fast food, chances are you've probably had an order messed up before. Most of us will just ask for a refund. Maybe if we're extra salty, we'll leave a bad review and then we just, you know, move on. But this guy apparently thought that the appropriate response was to start a food fight at McDonald's. And after the officers show up, he tries to convince them that he is in fact the victim. And the wild part is that the officers are acting pretty calm for a little while. I hope you're ready because this body cam is an absolute train wreck. And uh I find it hard to look away. >> On October 31st, 2025, Halloween night, officers in Florida got a 911 call from the manager at a local McDonald's reporting an out of control customer. Furious over a messed up order, an intoxicated man dumped his meal all over the floor before storming out to pelt the building with food. Here's what the officers [music] did next. >> Hi. Yes, I'm a McDonald's and a drunk customer out in front. He's throwing food. I was wondering if you could send an officer or just someone down here, >> of course. Uh, what's he throwing food at? >> Uh, the building. He then came inside and just dumped food on the ground. >> Any idea if he's intoxicated or anything? You said he was wrong. >> Most likely. >> All right. I got a couple officers on the way uh down there right now. See you if uh something changes, call us back and let us know. >> How are you, man? >> Hello. >> Good, man. >> So, what's going on? >> Nothing. We're just I'm just here. >> Okay. Was there an issue inside the McDonald's? >> No, not at all, dude. I ordered my food, but the food never seemed like >> Were you throwing something at the at the uh >> Okay. Where you coming from this evening? Uh, >> okay. Have you had anything to drink tonight? >> No. >> Have you taken any medication? Any pills at all? >> No. >> Hey, what's that pill bottle right there? >> Oh my god. This dude is a my car, bro. Look. Look. That's not even my car, dude. That's a Dude, I don't eat, MAN. >> OH BOY. WE'RE starting off strong. If there's one thing that we've learned, well, I mean, we didn't really learn it from watching body cams. It's just, you know, supposed to be almost common sense. You are not supposed to be in possession of someone else's prescription medication. We learned that from the body cam of the batshit crazy chick that bent OVER AND BURNED OUT MY EYEBALLS. [screaming] OH, MY EYES. MY EYES. [laughter] SO, this guy is claiming he hasn't been drinking. He's not on any sort of prescription meds. And then when they point out a bottle, suddenly he's sitting in someone else's car. And riddle me this. He says that he didn't get his food, but then what was he throwing at the building? I thought that was his food. [laughter] Oh, this guy is this guy's going to be a fun one. I can already tell. If you or your child spent years growing up on social media and experienced serious mental health struggles, you should hear this. Recently, a jury ordered Meta and YouTube to pay millions for their role in designing and promoting addictive platforms. They knew their apps could contribute to anxiety, depression, and body image issues, but did not share those risks while prioritizing profits. The recent historic verdict underscores the consequences of those decisions. Now, Morgan and Morgan is stepping up to hold these platforms accountable for the harm they caused. Click the link in my bio to take a short quiz. You may be entitled to a potential recovery of over $1,000. >> An officer goes to speak with the McDonald's employee to find out what happened. >> I don't know why I got locked up. >> Are they closed? >> I don't think so. >> Hello. >> Hello. I'm sorry. We just for our sake because he was kind of scary. He came outside and dropped us. >> He was what? >> He dropped the fries and all the foods to us and then he did it. But I already sent somebody to clean it. >> Was he just throwing it out here? >> It was here and he came inside. >> Where was he throwing? Was he throwing at the building? >> Yes. >> Two offs on the counter and here on the floor. >> Okay. >> I like I can show you the cameras, but he came inside and that's when I got scared. So, I got to go. >> YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. YES. We want to see the cameras. [laughter] Please show us the cameras. I don't blame her at all for locking him outside. He was probably freaking terrifying. He looks like one of those guys and when he gets one too many beers in his belly, he starts wreaking all kinds of havoc. I would have locked the damn doors on him, too. I want to see the cameras. Please show us the cameras. >> Okay. Um, do you guys want them trespassing on property? >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay, >> dude. I'm sitting here eating food, guys. >> Okay, but you're But but can you see like you're parked between two two parking spots? >> Nobody I I say Harry ate food. There was no one here. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? >> Yes, I do. >> May I see it, please? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, Brian, just hang over here for me. Okay, this officer, you want us to ask you a couple questions, too? >> Is this damage on your vehicle? Is this old or new? >> It's what? >> It's old. >> Oh, okay. >> They say anything? >> Uh, he's just causing inside outside. >> What is he doing? >> Huh? >> What is he doing looking at? What? What is going on here? Why is there like eight people in the car? >> You see the the blue point? >> Yeah. >> He's got one of the cans sitting there in the car. >> I'm a little upset. >> Why are you so upset? >> I'm not here to eat food, guys. Dude, there's like 10 cops here. >> Well, that's our job. >> 10 cops to eat food. >> To eat food? Well, we got we got called because you were causing a disturbance. >> I'm not. Dude, you really look like I'm causing a disturbance. I'm sitting here eating food. >> Well, >> like, look at me. I'm in my car. >> Okay. What was your name, sir? Yeah, dude. We see you in your car that has scrapes down the side. You seem like you're belligerent. You have beer cans in the back seat and a prescription bottle in the cup holder next to you that doesn't have your name on it. So, you say, "Of course, there's 10 police officers there because they think you're about ready to start some shit." And according to eyewitnesses, that shit's already been started. So yeah, they've got officers there because uh you're probably unpredictable and they probably need to be ready for anything. >> Brian, >> Mr. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Well, we are here today. >> Yes, sir. >> Because one of the managers called saying that you were throwing food at them and throwing food outside and inside of the business. >> Come on, man. >> I wasn't here. That's why we got called. >> Dude, I'm like, bro, I'm sitting here trying to eat. >> Okay. >> What the is going on here? So why would they call and say that you're causing a disturbance? >> I don't know. Maybe they had the wrong person. Dude, I sat here and ate food. >> You think they would just make something like that up? >> I don't know. Maybe they had the wrong person. I don't know, dude. Give them my ID and all my [ __ ] Like >> I believe you already sat here. I ate my food. There's even French fries in my seat. >> No, I see that. >> What the? >> Yeah. I'm just not sure why you're so upset. I'm upset BECAUSE THERE'S 10 COPS in my window when I come to eat food at a McDonald's. >> There's two cops over there. DUDE, THIS GUY'S SIGNING HIS RIGHT IN MY FACE. DUDE, >> you telling me you're obviously dismissing it right in my eyes. What the [ __ ] did I do wrong? HE STOPPED SITTING HERE AND EAT FOOD. What the [ __ ] is going on, dude? He still won't stop, bro. He has his eyes. Whatever's going on is right in my face. >> Well, that's his job. >> Okay. All right. That's his job. All right. So, that's his job. All right. I'm going to stop right now. >> Okay. >> Um, Am I under arrest? >> You're detained? >> I'm detained for what? >> Yeah, you're not free to leave. >> Fair to leave for what? >> I said you're not free to leave. >> What did I do, dude? >> What are you doing? >> I just explained it to you, but you're not talking to me, >> dude. I'm seriously Okay. Can I talk to you? >> Yeah. >> I didn't do nothing wrong, man. >> Okay. Were you inside this McDonald's? >> No, I was not 1,000%. >> You never went inside? No. >> You did not step foot inside the McDonald's. did not step one foot inside that McDonald's. >> Did you just go through the drive-thru today? >> Yes, I went through the drive. >> Okay. Did something happen with your order? >> Yeah. >> No, they got your order right, >> dude. I'm not ding more detentions, bro. I'm done asking questions. I didn't do anything wrong. I was in feast eating my eat fast in my car. >> Well, you weren't asking me questions. I was asking questions. You were getting >> You see this? Look at this. Look, this is what I was doing. I was sitting here eating my food and I got attacked by you cops. So, yes, I didn't do anything wrong and I'm done answering any questions. >> Did the cops attack you? >> I told you I'm not answering any more questions. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, if you just want to hang out with him, >> nothing. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I s here at my food and I'm like getting like, dude, >> bro, can you please stop shining a [ __ ] flashlight in my eyes, bro? >> It's not a flashlight. Whatever he's finding in my eyes, can he please just stop? >> Like, he's literally shining it right in my eyes. >> Like, >> it's so that they can see. There's no reason. Just don't look that way. Like, really, can he just find it the [ __ ] other way? >> Just really shining it right in my face. Dude, >> don't look that way. [laughter] >> Okay, so I'm going to sit I'm just going to sit his way. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay, >> you can do that. >> Okay. How dumb is that? >> I mean, you're doing it. >> He'sing doing it. What do you mean? HE'S SHINING THE [ __ ] RIGHT IN MY FACE. >> He's clearly intoxicated. He is clearly intoxicated. He is like flipping emotions on a dime. He's pissed off that they're shining light in there. He's there. Yeah. All she did was just say a couple of words to him and it and it aggravated him. I think he is intoxicated 100%. Or he's just heavily heavily medicated or he's just freaking crazy. I don't know which one it is, but I think that um his inability to operate a motor vehicle is why there are scratches down the entire side of that car. [snorts] Please let us see the cameras. I want him to be proved wrong so bad. And I want to see the look on his face when they show him. This >> [ __ ] is [ __ ] man. Yo. >> Oh, look. You shut it off. >> That That's it. There you go. And there you go. out of here. >> I'm going pull him out and I'll I have my camera on. I'll do it all right here. >> That's fine. Just be uh so he's already been informed. He's been handing off. >> Hey, Brian. >> Can you step on the car for me, please? >> Sorry. >> So, the issue is has been resolved apparently with McDonald's. >> McDonald's. Okay. >> But now we have some issues with Check to make sure you're okay to drive. Okay. I wasn't driving. >> But when I listen listen, Brian, listen. When I got here, the vehicle was on. >> And also, I just saw some alcohol coming out of the car. Okay. So, I didn't drive, dude. >> Why? >> I wasn't driving, bro. I was sitting here. >> Brian, Brian, you step out of the vehicle for me. Okay. >> I'm not driving out of the vehicle. >> Brian, are are you going to exit out of the vehicle like I asked you to? Okay. [laughter] You know, if he really wasn't drunk, and this is what most people that are drunk don't seem to understand. If you stop saying you're drunk and prove it, then you can prove that you're not drunk. The fact that they're like not following simple instructions and they're choosing to argue is like a telltale sign that you've had alcohol. That freaking [ __ ] >> Bro, are you serious about me? He was held on a $1,150 bond, which he later posted. Prosecutors later declined to file the DUI charge and moved forward with the remaining three misdemeanors. [music] Brian initially entered a not-uilty plea, but later changed it to no contest. The judge adjudicated him guilty on all three charges. He was originally sentenced to 37 days in jail, which he had already served, and 12 months of probation. In April 2026, a warrant was issued after he tested positive for alcohol [music] and failed to pay supervision fees. Brian admitted to the violation and the judge continued his probation with stricter terms. Under his modified sentence, he was ordered to wear a continuous alcohol monitor, complete treatment, bringing his total outstanding court financial balance to $275. [music] >> So, he's currently on probation and has an alcohol monitor. Resisting without violence. Like, [laughter] that's that's the one. And I I guess I understand why it was resisting without violence because he was causing harm to himself, not other police officers. I get that, but it just it sounded funny. After everything that we saw, he also got resisting without violence. [laughter] That looked pretty violent to me. Let me know your thoughts on this one down in the comments below.
