I'm I'm with the sheriff's office. So why why did you handcuff me out of nowhere? Cuz right now we have an investigation going on. For what? Please. Well, for one, we have a disturbance going on. I don't know what's going on, Marshall. I don't disrespect the police. I understand. But if you would explain to me why you are doing what you you're doing. So, right now, we're conducting a lawful investigation. I am requiring you to provide for you to provide me with your name because if you don't provide me with your name, that's going to be that's going to be one count of resisting charges and I don't want I know the point is me. I'm smarter than you are. I understand. And you probably are, but you just tell me why you're doing this. Because I am conducting a lawful investigation. For what? Who called the police and for what? Right now, we have witnesses stating a disturbance happened. So, right now, we're trying to get both stories together. Ma'am, right now, I need you to identify yourself. Can you please give me your name? Cuz I need you to give me your name, please. What are they requiring? I need you to give me your name. I don't feel comfortable. I am requiring to for you to give me your name. I don't feel comfortable if you would just tell me what happened. If you don't give me your name, it's I'm going to be adding a resisting charge. If you'll just report what happened and I'll tell you. I am asking you. I really will. Why did they report something happened? If they if he won't tell me what happened, I would I would feel more like So, right now we're going to determine. Can you just listen? We're determining. No, we're you're raising your voice. I understandable for the victim. I understand. So, right now, we are conducting an investigation. I'm a victim. There was a disturbance called Can you listen to me? Can you listen to me? I'm trying to explain this to you. Personally, your sergeant is probably not going to like that since I'm the victim and now I'm on recording. He's raising his words to a victim. Okay, ma'am. Can you let me explain this to you? Maybe after Can you let me explain this to you? Explain the whole deal. I would love So, right now we got flagged down by who? By these witnesses. They say they saw a disturbance occur. What was the disturbance is what happened? I don't know what is happening on that is why I pulled you over. So, you have no idea what they reported. You're just pulling us over. No, I do. And that's why I'm getting statement forms from them. Tell me what So you're not going to give me your name? I'm going to give you one last chance. Are you going to give me your name? Okay. I'll tell you my name if you take my dog home. Just take my dog home, please. She didn't do anything. And I didn't do anything. I just want to go home. What the [ __ ] do you mean you're drunk, dude? You never been drunk in your life? I didn't say anything. I didn't say anything. Unfortunately for her, her dad being a marshal doesn't allow her to break the law. When that didn't work, she tried claiming she was drunk. When the cops asked her to conduct the test, she completely contradicted with the statement she had made just earlier. So, right now, you're exhibiting signs of impairment. Would you be willing to take part in field sobriety exercises to dispel our belief? No. No. One more time. Again, you're exhibiting signs of impairment. No, I'm not impaired. Finish the question. Would you be willing you guys have taken my dog? Would you be willing to partake in sobriety exercises to dispel our belief that you're impaired? Since you won't let me finish the question. Well, I'm asking you a question. No, you won't let me. No. Ma'am, we're just trying to get What are the signs of impaling that I'm in? Ma'am, are you willing to ma'am? I don't even have a homie. I'm from St. Louis. I want to go. If you're not answering my question, I will take that as a refusal. I'm asking you, would you be willing to take you explain to me what the Are you willing to be taken? Have you explained to me what the [ __ ] going on? I'm going to try to talk to her. Try Alexis. Listen. Okay. Alexis explains what's going on. Thank you so much for your unreasonable explanations, mother. Alexis, thank you for being So, what happened is is what I'm told is that they saw you driving. They said that you appeared impaired. So, what happens? Okay. The guy that taught me right before all those signs, see the first aid bank right there? That guy flattened me down and said, "Hey, he's showing me driving." And I said, "Why?" He said, "They're looking for you." And I said, "For what?" Okay, so he saw signs. For what? I've never been in trouble in my life. Okay. So, he saw signs of impairment. So, he's asking you, "Lord, I I don't even live here." What he was asking you is if you'd be willing to perform exercises to dispel his belief to show him Exercises for what? To dispel his belief you're too impaired to operate a motor vehicle. that you're not impaired to operate it. She told me I'm I'm the one that's in trouble even though every time you say it's a yes or no question if you're willing to perform. What are your um are you willing to perform the exercises? Yes or no? Based upon what? Or do they think I'm what? What's her judgment based upon? She wants to know what you saw while she was driving. I don't know if you want to explain, but if you want to put it as a refusal, you have to reimply consent. It's not that. Let him talk. Let him let him let him finish. So the people that were here, they advised me that they believed there was a disturbance going on, probably domestic in nature. When your truck rolled around the corner, they pointed out to you as you would be the victim, not the she's not going to and she certainly needed someone to defend her. Okay. So let me talk of the county sheriff's office. You failed to submit to the test I have requested your privilege to operate a motor vehicle will be suspended period of one year. Alexis was charged with resisting an officer without violence, battery on an officer, and driving under the influence, though she was impaired and driving. She kept going. I'm like, at this point, we have to say something cuz we can't keep letting her filled up. So, what year did you say you were born? Um, and would you like to pause, rewind, and then play again because this recording on your axon where I went. So, you said 1946, I believe. Yeah. So, I should ask. So, because I don't think that's accurate cuz that would put you at like 70 years old. No, put me 77 actually. Okay. Are you 77 years old? That's why I have silver hair. See? You think a 21-year-old girl would have silver hair like this? Oh, you look great for your age. Oh, thank you so much. The lady claimed she was supposed to pay via Apple Pay, but her phone was dead. Wait to see what she does when the cops give her phone back charge. Meanwhile, the store staff narrates the incident. She was just ladling and out. Yeah. She kept going. I'm like, at this point, we have to say something to her cuz we can't keep her up. So then when she asked her, she was said that she'll feed the homeless with a $25 check that she got. So I'm like, man, if you pay on a check, I can't take a check for that amount. She was like, I never said that. I'm paying with cash. I don't know why, but I have a feeling Apple Pay is not going to work. That's just my professional opinion. Um, then she just start Oh, if I touched it, he can't sell it and just open every box. Not so shocking. Her Apple Pay was empty. So, she decided to try another payment or at least pretend to. And then the funny thing is I would like not pay for it and they would still keep all the food and you wouldn't give me the food. So, they win. No, actually, if you pay for it, it is yours right now. What they said is if for some reason But right now they're doubting that you have the ability to pay. What they said was if it doesn't go through for some reason, they get to keep the food and charge me. That's what they do all the time. They have TV every other night. They do Uber all the time. I have class action lawsuits all over the city. And I know more OPD than you know OPD. And you know this name. How about we try another card because I don't think that one's going to work. This is not your card. So you'll know how many times you have to swipe until it actually works. It's part of the um what's it called? that encryption that I built into it cuz I need cyber security. Okay. So, I know once I hit 17, it's about to right now. When you hit 17 times, it will accept. Total victory to the Bible. Well, yeah. Can't argue with that. There we go. Oh, approved. Approved. Wow. How about that? Oh, so that took $50 off. How cool is that? All right. Well, now we can get uh another 142. We'll try the Apple Pay again. Now it's less. Maybe the Apple Pay will take a little more. I think that card's going to be depleted. So, we can try another card. I don't know. I keep on live right now cuz they're live adding stuff to my cash app. That's why it's going to say not operate if you want to get 17 since they're watching me live and on your axons because you guys are part of too obviously. I have no idea how anyone can keep a straight face dealing with these kind of clowns. Though this store encounter was hilarious, this next one on the list is even more ridiculous. Praise to the cops for bearing such a woman. If you're enjoying this video so far, please like and subscribe to our channel as we move to our next case. because you are obstructing the Constitution of the United States of America. Guess what you're doing? And many police have lost their badges that way. Okay. On June 6th, 2022, officers were dispatched to a superstore following reports of a woman behaving disorderly towards the staff and other customers inside. No, my boyfriend works for the CIA. He tells you go to jail. When the officers arrived, the woman even started making racist comments to them. These are the events that followed. How you doing, ma'am? All right. So, stop stop this right now. So, they're asking me to ask you to leave. And do you have any grounds for that? That's all legal. So, they are banning you from the store. So, you are going to leave. Well, can you explain a legal reason why? So, no, you didn't. I want a legal reason, please. I don't have to explain anything to you. Oh, pick your stuff back. You're illegal. Get away from this way. Get away from me. I'm calling the police on I am the police. No, you're not. You're not. So, you're going to stop right here. What is your name? I don't give I don't give um strangers my name. Stop. Is there another police? Can I What is your name? Can I please talk to another police? Wait a minute. What have I done wrong? Okay, let me explain to you. Have I stolen? Have I hit anybody? Have I done anything wrong? What? Okay. You going to let me talk and explain? I'm waiting. All right. Don't interrupt me again. Go. You don't give me any type of orders. Okay. So, don't inter interrupt me when I'm talking. Yep. What is your name? I'm asking you what is the legal reason? So, they want you out of the store. Okay. But what is the legal criteria? What? Okay. Let me ask you this. What What have you been doing in here today? Reason that they wanted. So, the call that we got was you were in here causing a disturbance. No. Cursing people out. I didn't curse anything out loud. I never said a curse word. Can you put that on the video so I can see it? I don't know. You You're going to You're going to have to ask. I need concrete evidence and I'd like to talk to my lawyer, please. What is your name, ma'am? That's not I haven't done anything wrong. And you don't need to give anyone anybody your name cuz that's called the privacy act. The privacy act under the federal law is called obstruction. Privacy act. The privacy is if you have not committed a crime, you don't need to give any officer. You are of the same level as me if I haven't committed a crime. You cannot use brute force on somebody who has not committed a crime. I have not cursed. Can I see it on video? Can I please see some concrete evidence? Excuse me, but what crime have I committed to warrant you guys um coming in here like a army to shoot me or something? I'd like to know in legal language what crime I have committed. Disorderly conduct. All right. What is disorderly conduct? Please define it. And I'd like to see on video the disorderly conduct so you have proof. It's their word over mine. They are citizens. I am a citizen. So we are equal. So I need a video camera to see what I have done. Well, all I'm asking is in concrete language tell me the legal thing I have done wrong. Okay. Let me explain to you ma'am. I've just explained it to you just minutes before. So they are asking you to leave. They say you are causing a disturbance store. I'm going to get my lawyer. What's your name, please? My name is Officer Carter. Okay, Carter. And what is your name? Can I have your cards? Zinnman, I'll remember. They want you banned from the store, right? And I'm going to talk to my lawyer and get you fired. So, don't touch me. You I didn't break any law. I have a right to defend myself under the Constitution, Freedom of Speech, Privacy Act. If I have not broken the law, you are equal to me. The only time a police can apprehend are talking to you. And if you don't have a video, let's go outside. If you don't have a video to prove to me that I broke a law, you are breaking the law because you are obstructing the Constitution of the United States of America. Guess what you're doing? And many police have lost their badges that way. Okay, Mr. Carter. Many have lost her. This entitled woman tried to show that she knows a lot about the law. Do you know more than the cops do? Lady, tell me what she came and stood right here and I was walking towards her. Oh, I don't want you trapping me cuz you look like you got HBO with that. You got that mask on. Then she turned around and told another customer. No. Uh-uh. And that's not the first time she done did that in here. Tell me everybody that wear mask has you plus a customer and it's been done happened before. So you're not providing your name? I haven't. First of all, you've got to provide me with the uh thing I've done wrong in legal terms. I told you disorderly conduct. All right. Disorderly conduct. I need to see the video of that disorderly conduct. in the store. So, you know what you've done. You're accusing me of cursing. So, can I please see it to see if I cursed? Because you're taking her word over mine, which is illegal because we are equal. We're both citizens. So, here's the thing. They want you banned from the store. Ma'am, who's they? Can I have the name of the management? Can I have his name, please? You're going to You're going to get the name. You're going to get a form. I want the name of the manager who's banning me so I can take it to my attorney. You will get that. And you will get a letter from my attorney, sir. What's your name? What's your name? And you will, too. That's fine. Because I have not I have done absolutely nothing. And that's called discrimination against white people. You are a racist. You are discriminating against a white person. How dare you. Okay. How dare you? How about you provide your ID, man? No, I will not. I will give it to him. I don't want to talk to you. You are racist. Okay. So, you're being racist by No, I am not. A racist is somebody that kicks somebody out of a store for no reason for just being white. I I will talk to my lawyer about this. So you you're causing disturbance right now because you are not letting me walk. That's not a disturbance. That's called self-defense. You can't go badgering people around that haven't broken a law. Give me the law I've broken in in concrete language. Let me understand. Disorderly conduct. Let me understand something. I want to talk to him. I have to talk to him. There's two people I'd rather talk to you cuz he was the first one here. I relate better to people of my own race. I relate better. They always hit me, push me, throw garbage in my yard, push me around, cheat me, lie to me, steal my money when I do stuff. I want to talk to someone I relate to. She accuses the cops of discriminating against her. But actually, she is the one causing disturbance and making racist comments on the cops. This is exactly what she did to the customers, which caused the cops to arrive at the scene. Can I talk to you? I don't. I can relate better to you because he's telling me that he's not going to give me a legal explanation for why he's bullying me, asking for my ID. Under the Privacy Act, a police officer cannot ask for ID unless the person has committed a crime. I have not committed. It's between me and the manager. So, you need to give me the name of the manager here so my attorney can talk to them again. And I need the camera. I need concrete evidence on the camera showing what I have done wrong. So they can my attorney can size it up and see whether or not that is a reason for the manager to kick me out. Because this grocery store also has to follow business law. They cannot arbitrarily kick people out for random reasons because they don't like the person's shoes. They don't like the person's outfit. You can't go doing that to people. If they don't like the way you dress, you can't kick them out of a store. I'm very cautious about people with masks because they have been exposed to and I'm telling them to stay away from me six feet. Socially dist themselves from me over there. I said socially distanced themselves because they've been exposed to the I don't want them around me. That's all I said. Go look at at at the camera. The people with the masks have a higher likelihood that they've been exposed to people. That's why they're paranoia with the mask. I don't want to be around those people. And when they come over to me like this close, I said, "Stay six feet away. Please stay away from me. Don't come over to me when I use that checkout line." I told that woman, I said, "When you use that checkout lines, keep your distance from me. I don't want you near me." That's why they're calling the police. And when I went over to the pharmacy, I said, "This country is too liberal because I know a lot of people that wear the mask have that's why they wear the mask in order because they're doctors. It's a law. The doctors tell them that have the people that have lived in DC, they have to wear masks because they have weaker immune systems. I don't want people handling my stuff over at the pharmacy if they have a weaker immune system. That's just the way I am. That's I never used any profanity. I just said keep your distance. That's all I said. You can look at the video and check it for yourself. Because she's black and I'm white. So, you believe a black person but not a white person doing that. Yes, it does. Evidently, it does. So, this is a business. If they want you out of the store and they want you banned, they have the right to No, they don't. Because first of all, I'll tell you why. The manager of the store is not the highest level person that owns Kroger's. But they are in charge of the store. They may be. That's why I need his name so I can take it to my I told you you were going to get you his name. This is a shroud of legal a shroud of legality, but there has not been one legal basis as to why you need four police to kick me out of a store. What are my rights? Wait a minute. This is the store's rights. What are my rights? I want to know. Your rights are to leave the store. All right, then. Why won't you let me leave? Because you're being banned on fine. Let me leave because I need to get the manager's name so I can go call an attorney. I'm going to tell the four guys in my house who are going to ask for your name and call. He worked on the crime commission for 35 years. The guy I live with, he's going to call your boss and ask what the hell's going on. My guy I live with worked for the crime commission for 35 years in this town. He knows every single person in town. He's going to raise hell. Okay. What is your first and last name? I don't give that because I have not committed a crime. It's private. Private says ma'am. As of right now, you're trespassing right now. Well, no. No, ma'am. No, you are. Wait, you have to warn somebody they're trespassing so they can leave and then you leave. That's all. You're breaking all the laws. She threatens the cops that her boyfriend knows every law in the state and that he will get the cops fired. You can't go arbitrarily believing a black person over a white person. That's what this is about. I told a black person to socially distance themselves from me. And now, because I'm white, I'm being kicked out of the store cuz I'm white. I'm being kicked out of the store because I'm white. It's a black person's word over a white person's. No, I'm because that's illegal. What's your name? I don't give Now you're being disorderly because you're breaking the constitution. We're just trying to figure out what's going on. will let me go. That's what you can figure out. You just told me I'm trespassing, so leave me alone by police for a person shopping. You're not being polite to these officers. So, here's the deal. Under Georgia law, when they ask for your name, you're supposed to provide it or you could be arrested. No, my boyfriend works for the CIA. I don't care who your boyfriend tells you, go to jail. I want to go to jail. Bring me to jail right now. I want to talk to a magistrate. Oh, that's it. I want to talk to a magistrate. Thank you, ma'am. I want to talk to a magistrate. You do not have to um freaking give your name to somebody when you have not committed a crime. That is called the Privacy Act of the United States of America and you are breaking the Constitution. You don't give your name when you don't break a law. He wants to ban you from the store. That's his prerogative. That's his store. If he wants to ban you, that's his prerogative. Yes. Okay. So, here's the deal. You can cooperate with us, but right now we asked you for your name multiple times. The reason is is we have to we have to have that on the sheet of paper because how are we going to identify? All right. P R O U T Y. It's going to rain. But I'm telling you, the guy I live with is going to be furious. He works he works in secretly for the FBI. I understand. I am not joking. My boyfriend's he works in DC at the Watergate is one of his condos. He told me to come to Savannah to get away from the area cuz that's where his assignment is. And he is my he is my boyfriend. So here's what's going to happen. They're going to all it is is they're going to ban you from the store. There's really nothing. But there is no legal basis. Why are you protecting them and not my rights? Ma'am, he has the right to kick you out of the store and ban you under five cops and I I was willing to leave, but he wouldn't let me leave. I don't give my name. I'm sticking with my boyfriend. I believe in my boyfriend. He said you never give your name to a cop if you have not broken the law under the Privacy Act of the United States. And he knows every ordinance and every law of this state. Well, they don't want you on the property anymore. Now you're once you're off this area, you're off their property. You can't. I'll even talk to my ex-husband and you know what he'll say? He'll say, "A grocery store cannot kick you out unless you do something illegal because you need food. You have to be able to buy food."
