- Officers have to deal with all sorts of suspects on a daily basis. - But some of them commit crimes purely out of hatred and entitlement issues. - Today, Detective Dale will take us through four cases where police have to tackle immigrants who are so shockingly annoying that even their own countrymen might not claim them. - Hateful speech isn't usually a cause for arrest in America, but it does help you filter out dumb people as soon as they open their mouths. - It's so hard to put a label of racism on some people because they hate every race equally. Like our first suspect, who doesn't even know if he's from Mexico or Spain, but disrespects at least three races within minutes. - You better bulletproof that car, that's all I got to say. 'cause now when we come out, we ain't playing next time. - The crisp night of in Little Rock, Arkansas was peaceful and serene until an entitled driver decided to take an odd turn while speeding in a residential area. He did pull over for the cops. But that doesn't mean he's a law abiding citizen. - I'm sorry. - [Officer] Why are you driving like that? - Somebody trying to kill me. - [Officer] Somebody trying to kill you? - Yes sir, I'm trying to go home. I don't have no guns. I don't have nothing. - [Officer] Why do you think somebody's trying to kill you? - I stopped at a gas station. The Arabian pulled a f*****g machete out on me and struck it on the f*****g thing on the ground. I don't know where to go, I don't know where to hide. I don't belong in this country. I'm trying to go home. - [Officer] Where did that happen at? - It happened over there on On Geyer Springs. - [Officer] On Geyer Springs? - Yes sir. - [Officer] Ans how long ago did that happen? - About an hour ago. My friend just went to jail, I just met him. I tried to help him and give him a ride. And I drank one beer. - [Officer] Do you have an ID on you? - Yes sir. - This isn't my intention. I just got pulled over a little while ago. - [Officer] Oh yeah. - I was trying to go home, but I can't go home because I think he's gonna follow me and kill me. - [Officer] I need an ID, You have ID? - He's gonna kill me. Them Arabians are crazy man. They blew up, they were over there blowing up. - [Officer] You have an ID? - Then the Arabian then do. - [Officer] You have your driver's license? I need your driver's license, boss. Is that your wallet right there? - Yes. - [Officer] Can I see it? - The Arabians are trying to kill me. I'm a Mexican, I don't belong in this country. I'm trying to go home. - [Officer] You have your driver's license for me? - I don't know where to go. I'm homeless. - [Officer] Yeah, right there. All right, hang tight, okay. - Do I smoke a cigarette? - [Officer] Yeah, you smoke a cigarette. 511010. Stay in your car. Far from battery, Arkansas, 6340 North Cross. So you've had one beer? - Yes sir. - [Officer] Have you had anything else? - I promise you man, look, I picked up a guy at a gas station and the m*********r Arabian right there threatened me. He came out the f*****g store with a machete, man. I had my shirt off and everything. He wanted to fight. We could have fought, man. But he pulled out a f*****g big machete like this. And before that he told me that he'll shoot me. And I'm like, I'm in this country, I'm a Mexican, I don't belong here. I respect this country man. - [Officer] Yeah, well did you call the police? - I didn't call nobody, man, I was found out. I just don't wanna kill that man, man, leave me alone. - [Officer] Well, he's gone, he's not here right now. He's not following you. Ain't nobody following you. - Don't get ahead of yourself and fall for this man's Oscar worthy performance of playing the victim. He'll soon reveal his true colors. - Hey, come here, man. - [Officer] Yeah, go ahead and step out for me man. I'm gonna check your eyes, make sure you're not too intoxicated to be driving, okay. - I'm not drunk man. - [Officer] Okay, I'm just gonna make sure and then I'm gonna cut you loose, okay. You got your car in park? - Yeah, man, I come here all the time, man. Look at my thing man, I come through the hospital man. - [Officer] Hey man, I don't know what you're talking about. You gonna step over here, okay. I'm gonna look at your eyes. Make sure you're not too drunk to be driving because you driving a little crazy, man. - Yeah, f**k, I'm on the run. What the f**k you n****s want? You want war, I'll give you war. F**k you too white boy. I'll kill you right now m***********r without a gun. - All right, all right, that's it. - Put your hands behind your back. I'm not doing that. We can go ahead, take you in and then you can make threats to me. You don't threaten to kill police officers, man. - I'm sorry, I'm sorry. - [Officer] I gotta take it straight to jail on that. We can go ahead and take care of that. I don't know why you escalated that. - Oh f**k, these stupid a*s n****s, man. Now I go drive all the way to Mexico now y'all gonna have problems too. - [Officer] All right, we're going back far. - This side. - [Officer] Okay, that's fine, it don't matter. - Now I gotta go back to Mexico. Thanks a lot, f*****g n****s, black lives matter b*****s. - You started me a contract one time. - [Suspect] You got my s**t man. - [Officer] Yeah, I got his ID. Easy enough. So boy, he took a weird turn as I was coming down Daisy Bates on from MLK, you know, I was like, that's kind of weird he kind of slowed down. And then he sped up real quick like he was trying to run from me and the car didn't come back stolen. So I was like, oh, that's kind of weird. And he turned his lights off. I was like, okay, well he is trying to try to flee from me. And so I lit him up and he stops here. And he said some Arabian guy tried to threaten to kill him off of Geyer Springs. And then he said, I've had one beer. Like I didn't ask him about any intoxicated driving or anything. And then he did that. He definitely been drinking. I could smell that a mile away. Let him take his phone. He said he's homeless. You got an open container right there in the center. - [Officer] Yep. - [Officer] You got some sleep aid. It's gonna be hard to go through all this stuff here. - [Officer] Yeah, I kind of just kind of. - [Officer] Just kind of skim through it, I guess. - [Officer] But I was afraid to. This is his personal information. Yes sir. - So you tested this dude. - [Officer] You know who he got pulled over by? - [Officer] This is it. - [Officer] I'm sure it was Southwest. - [Officer] Probably, I can't tell. - [Officer] 747 I'm pretty sure about 515 is about to transport him to the jail this time so, thank you. - [Officer] Yeah, he going to jail this time. - Don't care about the warrant buddy. Felony charged really easy. - Shook, just catch one of the or I guess I. - That is on the radio. It sounds really uncomfortable. - [Officer] Yes, yes, that's it. - Our suspect is clearly hostile. And an initial encounter with him may make one think that he has a problem with Caucasians. But this guy's just a bad apple with an inflated ego who doesn't respect anyone but himself. - [Officer] You say what? - I didn't do nothing to you. - [Officer] You threatened to kill me. - No, I didn't, did I touch you? - [Officer] You threatened to kill me, that's all you had to do. - Did I touch you? - [Officer] All you had to do is threaten and you're drunk. - No, you. - [Officer] You're going to jail. - Yeah. - Yeah. - [Officer] It's in his name. - [Officer] Yeah, it's on it. 1-16-82. No, I got it. He said, but did I touch you? - [Officer] Oh, I heard it. - [Officer] What'd you say? - [Suspect] I killed like 30, 50, a hundred million n****s already. - [Officer] Okay. - [Suspect] That's my little rock hanging. - [Officer] Okay, you going in jail. All right, you said you're doing. That went a hundred different ranges, man. I think he's on something other than alcohol. - Yeah, I think he's confused. Yeah, I would not be surprised if he still had something on him when you get there. - [Officer] Yeah, maybe hidden. - You know. - [Officer] He went from kind of like sporadic to hysterical to agitated and aggressive. - Well, I knew something was up when I saw the door open, I was like. - [Officer] He popped it open. - Yeah, I said that's not very usual for Mellinger to freaking do. - [Officer] I thought he was about to pop out with a gun or something at first. But he opened the door after I stepped back to the car. Sounds really happy. - Yeah. - [Officer] Might not have a chance to do any type of investigation. Charge him with terroristic threatened, an open container, DWI, probably refusal to submit to a chemical test. - It doesn't even show. He doesn't even show up. - [Officer] Warrant. Yeah, he probably took it out. They don't ever show our warrants anyhow anyways. It's about 50/50 if they do. - That's just funny that he's already been pulled over once. - [Officer] Well he only made it halfway through that beer. I don't know how many drank before that, but. A Cobra, so a full, full big Cobra. Those things are nasty, I don't drink it. I've never tried one about, I guarantee I couldn't drink it. - I swear I ran this tag. - [Officer] You probably did. - No, I mean like on the way over here like I always do. - [Officer] Well it doesn't have anything that stands out. It's not expired or anything. Insurance is good. He's got a, I think he has a driver's license. - He does. - [Officer] It's not suspended. It's gonna be suspended if he refuses which is that threatening to fight me is pretty refusal to me if he doesn't wanna cooperate. He said he is killed a hundred N words whenever I walked back to the car. - Oh, isn't that cute? - [Officer] I said oh okay. Well I don't really understand where you're trying to go with that, but. - Yeah, I don't know where any of that went to, dude. - [Officer] A thousand different directions man. - Like that was. - [Officer] It went from like Arabian guy, threatening to kill me and I don't want to kill him, I don't belong in this country. Even though he has a valid driver's license. To f you white boy, I'm gonna kill you to F, N word. It's like okay. I guess he only likes his apparently. - As it turns out, our suspect is not only a hater, but he's not even from Mexico. Saying that the ride to the police station was bumpy would be an understatement after hearing him cuss out the officers. - [Officer] They didn't say nothing to you man. What you worry about? - [Suspect] Nah, you told me all that other bull s**t down there. - [Officer] You are going to jail. - [Suspect] P***y a*s car. - [Officer] Guess where you at, you at jail bud. - [Suspect] I don't a about going jail. Your s**t ain't even bulletproof. Go to Mexico, man. The cartel will blow your whole city up. You want war? You want war? Now watch your cops, you better be undercover now because when I leave here I'm getting deport a war. I'm gonna get deported b***h. I don't care about this f*****g p***y a*s country. - [Officer] You literally have a driver's license, you're from here. - [Suspect] Yeah, you drive by to b***h don't you go to Obama and do all that h*e a*s s**t. I know I'm going to jail, I know. - [Officer] You from the United States, man. - I'm from the m*********r. - [Officer] No, you from the US. You got a driver's license. - [Suspect] I ain't giving a s**t. - [Officer] Ain't nobody bowing down to you, I promise. - [Suspect] Ah yeah, I bet they will. You better bullet proof your car. - [Officer] Really. - [Officer] That definitely sound like some elementary threats. Okay. - [Suspect] Yeah, you ain't got time with your p***y a*s job, go home, I'll f**k your wife while you work. Look, I was right there. Five, four two eleven one eight seven, all these m***********g cops. - [Officer] Are you forty years old and you acting like this. That's just sad. Sad, sad. All right man, step out. - [Suspect] Oh, f**k. - [Officer] Stand by the yellow dots. - Welcome to my home. It ain't my first time. I was here when I was six years old. - [Officer] When you're six years old. I was like about to say you can't be here when you're six years old. You stand by the jail ducks. You gonna do a test for me? What you gonna do a breath test? - For what? - [Officer] Because you drunk. You driving drunk. - No, I'm not driving drunk. - [Officer] You gonna do a breath test? - You told me I was f*****g drunk. Listen, that's why you threw me in. - [Officer] And you're drunk. You're not gonna do it? - You picked me up on some other charges. - [Officer] Are you gonna do a breathalyzer? - What kind of charge, what are you charging me for? - [Officer] Terroristic threatening, reckless driving, DWI. - What the hell man. - [Officer] Are you gonna do a breath test? - So, let me tell you what you're gonna do. - [Officer] Oh really? That's not how it works. Are you gonna do a breath test, yes or no? - Let me ask you one question. Now, so if a hundred m***********s are out to kill you in that marked car. - [Officer] That doesn't excuse driving drunk. - Oh so, so I'm just supposed to be happy every day. Black Lives Matter, put my gun away. - [Officer] You're still responsible when you take the wheel. - I don't give a f**k about you, take me to jail bro. - Come over here. - [Suspect] I don't give a f**k about you. You f*****g white n****s. - [Officer] Terroristic threatening for. - He already charged me for threatening f*****g white folks. Black lives matter, man. - [Officer] Said he is gonna shoot me. - I'm from the hood homie, I'm right there in 12th Street. - [Officer] He said he is gonna shoot and kill me. - Yeah, f*****g white boy. That b***h is gonna run s**t in my hood. - [Officer] Reckless driving and DWI. - Reckless driving, I'm f*****g trying to dodge a killer and I'm f*****g running for my life 'cause I'm not a legal Mexican and y'all can. - [Officer] You're not illegal, you're from the United States man. - I'm aint from the United States. - [Officer] You have a driver's license. You had two other DWIs. - I got a driver's license 'cause I work hard for it. - [Officer] I mean, you can't get a driver's license if you're illegal, that's not how it works. - You can't get a drivers. - Can you please turn around. - [Officer] Hey when you gonna do a breath test? - Nah, I ain't doing none of that s**t. - [Officer] All right, make it easy. - Can you you pick it up home boy. Told me y'all p***y a*s white boy. - Hey yeah, I need you to, you in the patrol put your hands up. - I'm okay, I got my hands off. - I need you to comply with the officer. And all this crazy. - All right, I got my hands on my head. - You're a grown a*s man, stop acting like a child. - [Officer] 40 years old. - Can I use your restroom? I know it's right there. - Go for it man. - Yeah, I know where it's at. - [Officer] You calm down man, you're gonna mess up. Terroristic threatening, DWI, reckless driving. - At the police station, our suspect will be having the time of his life making a new BFF, Best Felony Friend in this case, out of another suspect. - [Suspect] Bill, wake up, Bill. Tell them whatever is trying to kill me earlier. - [Suspect] Who? - [Suspect] The Arabia At the gas station? - [Suspect] Yeah, yeah. - [Suspect] Thank you man, thank you man. They don't believe me, man. They got me running around here thinking I'm drinking and driving. - [Suspect] Nah, nah, he nah. - [Suspect] Dude come out with a machete, he struck it on the ground. Thank you sir, man, I'm good. F**k that, I'm gonna kill that m**********r. I ain't got nothing to say, no more. Done deal. And you white boys like they might forget so much. take them back where you brought 'em from because I don't give a f**k. Now you know my story is real. - [Officer] I didn't say I didn't believe you. - Thank man he was with me. Then we just get pulled over there on the baseline, man. I was trying to take his brother home, man. - [Suspect] Yeah, we just got pulled over there. - And where am I gonna go after somebody threatened me with a knife? I don't know if he's gonna follow me home. Where can I go? I don't know where to go, man. I'm from Little Rock. I'm not gonna take that mother, I'm scared to go home. F**k them Arabians, we gonna blow up right. - [Suspect] He probably waiting on you with the machete. - He probably could've killed me, homie. - [Suspect] He probably would've, man. He probably would've killed you. He probably would've cut you. - He nasty. That's why I hate m**********s when they come, man, Mexico, tell you something, we take on everybody, Blacks, whites, African, Asian. Bring them to a b***h, we'll leave them in a f*****g grave. This is whatever. This is our country, our continent. Them my African brothers right there. I was talking to him man. Trying to get him like, man ain't bro man, look in Africa, they got pyramids and they're aligned with the stars. And then in Mexico we got the same pyramids aligned with the same stars. Remember when we used to speak different when we were trying to build skyscrapers to reach God? And God said, f**k y'all, I'm gonna punish y'all. Give y'all a different language. And everybody bailed. But the real m**********r kept the roots. - [Suspect] That's what we supposed to do. - And I don't give a f**k about Arab. I'm gonna go kill f****r, I'm the one that killed that girl. What's that girl in that damn wreck that died? Queen Elizabeth. Hey Elizabeth, that must've pulled up on that b***h like. Killed the h*e. F*****g b***h. Man, hey, I'm from Mexico, but my blood is from Spain. Right, I got Spain blood rubbed to my vein. Spain already rule the world before these white folks, all that s**t. I'm gonna tell you something man, I'm from Spain. - [Officer] Yeah, I'll get you. - I'm born in Spain. I ain't calling now Mexico. I'm gonna go get them Spaniards. Watch this, when Spain goes to war, they don't like that s**t. They f**k with everybody. They f*****g f**k all the girls, all the women, Cubans. Who do you think used to bring blacks to Cuba? Spaniards, who were the slave trade. - The conversation became more deranged. If there were a DUI scale for brain rot conversations, this guy would blow the roof off. We're talking a 0.99 at least. - Hey, their top cars right here ain't even bullet proof. That's stupid, dumb. Got this working for $25 an hour, putting his life on the line for his family and his cop car ain't even bullet proof. Man, I'll quit my f*****g job in a heartbeat where I'm from. My m*********r will flip your car over, I'm from LA where no f*****g, even if the Raiders win a Super Bowl and those don't win, we'll f*****g ride all day. We'll flip your car over and burn it. - Hey man, what's your phone number? - I don't know, I forgot it. - Okay, that's fine. I'll get it from the officers that stopped you earlier. - Where's that blue sheet I gave you? I gave you my other paperwork on top of my car. Why you didn't get that? - [Officer] Not my responsibility to get your paperwork. - It was your responsibility that you pulled me over. You supposed to search a car thoroughly. - [Officer] I did search it. - You're not doing your job. - [Officer] Okay. That's why you're in jail. - Okay, I'm fine with it. - Now, next time the black people come out, I'm gonna be on their team. So you're gonna be, you're gonna like, like dang, what the f**k happened to our city? - [Officer] That's not what you said while we're out there on a traffic stop. That's not what you said while we were out there on traffic stop. - Said what? - [Officer] You said the total opposite of that on traffic stop. - You remember when Black Lives Matter? I don't give a f**k. - [Officer] Hey this is Mellinger. Hey y'all stopped Abraham Wallter earlier. - You can't even say my last name. - Do ya'll got a phone number for that guy? - [Officer] Sit down. - I'm gonna sit down man. I'm just taking down my pocket, make sure I ain't got nothing to do. I might have something you don't want in that jail cell. - [Officer] Got Jeffrey set it. Charge him with reckless driving and DWI. - Why are you gonna charge for? - [Officer] I'm charging him reckless driving and DWI. - How you gonna charge me with DWI and I ain't got no f*****g no, I'm not even intoxicated, man. - [Officer] Yeah, I pulled him out dude. - The man that's over there I my witness man. He just told you why I'm f*****g doing dumb s**t. - [Officer] All right, so that's what we got. All right, appreciate it, bye. - Lying on me man, it's a liar homie. - That's what you got man, when you driving drunk. - No, I'm not driving drunk. - [Officer] Okay, if you say so. - I just f*****g stopped at the f*****g corner store. Somebody pulled out a f*****g machete this long on me. - [Officer] What's that to do with you driving drunk? What does that have to do with you driving drunk? - I'm not driving drunk. - [Officer] But you were. - I wasn't f*****g drunk. - [Officer] You weren't drunk? - No, I'm f*****g fearing for my life. - [Officer] Then why wouldn't you do a test? - For what? - [Officer] Because you're drunk. - Because I'm not f*****g drunk. I'm just telling the man that was riding me in my car is sitting right there. Why the f**k you talking to me with that dumb s**t? - [Officer] Well, it's what it is. - Migo, didn't you just get pulled over with me over there on f*****g baseline on the corner of the corner store? - [Officer] You just said this whole thing man. - [Suspect] That's where they took me out. I already told you, then why they ain't listening? - They won't f*****g listen. Now they white folks gonna have problems. Us blacks and Mexicans we're gonna unite and take their country over. And the Mark Malcolm X lives. We're calling him Malcolm X. Mark Luther King was peaceful, respectful, and they killed him in Memphis, right. And Malcolm X said we ain't taking that s**t. We'll pick up arms too. And I'd rather ride with Malcolm X than Malcolm. Yeah, Martin Luther King, peaceful man, preacher, trying to help unite. You know I do this for us, for everybody. And these m***********s still prejudice man. - [Suspect] Yeah, I'm trying to get like that though. you know what I'm saying bro? - Yeah, I hear you bro. We're gonna sit down man, we'll talk. Now white people got problems. See what you did. Y'all gonna like these problems now because we gonna hunt y'all houses. Remember when them Ku Klux Klan used to burn black peoples and hang them? Now we're gonna do the same to y'all. How you like that game? I'm already get charged with terroristic threatening. I might as well say what I gotta say, right. - [Officer] Sure. - I'm getting charged with terroristic threatening. - [Officer] Yep, you sure are. - It ain't my first time because you pulled me over on some s**t 'cause nobody was trying to kill you. But they were trying to kill me. Okay, now you just wait till the game changed. I'll tell you now, white boy, you better bulletproof that car. That's all I got to say. Cause now when we come out, we ain't playing next time my homie. - Hey, tell them to do that old with that ar 16 on that m**********r. Yeah, you're a crooked cop. Somebody was chasing those. Hey the m**********r then strike a machete. Trying to kill me at the gas station. And then then they pull up all my m***********r chasing me around my neighborhood with a f*****g MR 15. - [Officer] I'm almost done Sarge. - MR15. - Hey, come here. - Yeah, I gotta go. - [Officer] One, two, three. Yep, sure he'll be happy about that 'cause I'm pretty sure. - [Officer] Violent charges if we keep. - [Officer] Yes, it is a violent charge, ain't it? - [Officer] Yep. That's fine, he doesn't need to be on the street. - [Officer] No he doesn't. - [Officer] Not right now anyway. - [Officer] Not right now. Not the way he's been talking anyway. - [Officer] No, he is a completely different OT out there. He didn't like black people out there. He came in here, he changed his mind. He said he killed a hundred black people before he came in here. - That's what they do. - The man was charged with DWI and terroristic threatening among other offenses. You may think the stupidity of this man is impossible to match. But our next suspect loves a challenge. - [Officer] Hold on, hey. No, don't. Hey, leave that. Put it down. - Why am I putting down? - Hiding under a car might work as an intelligent tactic in a Hollywood comedy. But there's a reason I advise against taking crime cues from the movies. Real life doesn't come with a laugh track or a stunt double. - Stop moving. - [Officer] Hey, face the car. cops in Linwood, Washington responded to a report of suspicious activity. Which turned out to be a guy taking the phrase undercover a bit too literally. - [Officer] Hi there. - Yeah. It's going to be towed. - [Officer] What? - It's going to be towed. - [Officer] Oh, okay. Are you a property manager here? - No, no, no. - [Officer] Okay, is this your car? - Yeah, it's gonna be towed. - [Officer] Okay, is this your car? - That's somebody I know, it's gonna be towed. - [Officer] Okay. Can you come out and talk to me? And to let you know you're being audio and video recorded, okay. - Yeah, what's up? - [Officer] because somebody who knows the owner of the truck says. - It's gonna be towed. - [Officer] Okay, do you have ID? - No, not on me. - [Officer] Okay, so who, who owns the truck? - I was trying to get something that I'm missing from my truck. - [Officer] Whose truck is it? - I don't know name. - [Officer] Okay, I thought you said you knew the owner of the truck. - Somebody told me that it's gonna be towed to take take whatever. - [Officer] So what are you taking off of it? - I was trying to give the, somebody stole my catalytic. - [Officer] So you're taking the. - Just the tube. - [Officer] So you're taking the catalytic converter. - Oh, they have no catalytic At least a pipe, it's a pipe. - [Officer] Just taking 41. Hold on, hey. - Yeah. - [Officer] No, don't. Hey, leave that, leave, put it down. - Why am I putting it down? - [Officer] Wait. - [Suspect] Under arrest. - [Officer] You're I'm resisting. Put your hands behind your back right now. - [Suspect] I'm just picking up my stuff. - [Officer] You understand what I'm saying? You're under arrest. You're under arrest. Don't even, don't even do it. - [Suspect] I got you. I got it, I got it, okay. - [Officer] We're gonna stay right here. If you try to move, you're going to the ground. Do you understand? I got a taser and I will use it. You understand what I'm saying? - [Suspect] I understand. - [Officer] Okay, relax. Don't move. - [Suspect] You know the Russians are coming for you. - [Officer] The Russians are coming for me? - [Suspect] They're coming for you my friend. - [Officer] Yeah. - [Suspect] Jesus. - [Officer] Okay, just grab it and I'll get that. - [Suspect] I didn't do, I didn't, there is no on that need for that. I have my. - [Officer] Don't reach for anything. - No, I have my ID right there. - Oh, you said you didn't have ID. Hey, over here. Okay, stand right there. - From his strong political opinions and war predictions, you wouldn't believe he's the same guy who thought hiding under a car, made him invisible. Not exactly the sharpest tool in the criminal shed. Our suspect had his own story, but the police had some shocking information to share. - Stop moving. - [Officer] Hey, face the car. Stop trying to kick, stop trying to kick. - I'm not freaking you stupid s**t. - [Officer] Okay, you're under arrest, you're under arrest, stop resisting. - The Russians are gonna come against arrest very soon, very soon. The freaking building is gonna collapse. And then they have nations all over here. All dictators and they got militia also. Very soon America will be burned according to the Bible. America is gonna be burned, understand? - [Officer] You talk to the RP? I think so. - [Officer] Keep the back of your hand, I'm gonna sweep your groin area. - Let no one escape from Bologna. - Let him back a little bit. - It's a holy nation, it's a b***h. You know the USA is a b***h. - [Officer] No, you don't have to be here. - No, I'm here because God told me to tell you. To tell these stupid people that the Russians and the Chinese, you don't even know how this world works. You know the Jewish, the Russian Orthodox Jewish son to Russia, saying his little brother China and America don't let him trade for a while, they want to take on the west. The west is not run by America, it's run by the Jews. - [Officer] Okay, let's just come back of the car. Burk, is this you? - So why, why are you arresting me? I was trying to get something that I need from my car. I'm not a criminal my friend, check my record. - Yeah, so he was under there trying to remove probably the converter. Tried to say it was his or it was his friend's. I asked and he said no name. He picked up his tools, tried to walk away. I'm like, nope and I think he tried this yesterday, right. - I think it's the same guy, yeah. - Yeah, he tried to do this yesterday. - See if I can get that. - [Officer] Oh, okay, but he wasn't caught yesterday obviously. - No, he drove off. - No, he was gone by the time we got here. - We didn't have the plate or anything. - See, this is this buddy Kareem's truck. - [Officer] I think it's the same guy. - And he was taking the parts off, but I think they're in the back. I think there's a trunk. - Is this guy here today, do you know? - No. - Okay, I'll call him it. - Yeah, so he's actually taking parts of the truck off and it looks like they the back too. - [Officer] So probably take the truck for a warrant. - Yeah, these are the panels. - [Officer] Does the Vin match on this? - Vin matched on this. And then this is his friend's truck in the end. That's his parked. He was like, yeah he started taking all this stuff. - [Officer] So was it from this truck? - Yeah, yesterday, this guy, his tire wasn't flat yesterday so I think it was drivable and had everything on it. Obviously he stole everything more today. So when I got here yesterday. - So what was the report yesterday? What did he steal or trying to? - He stole this part like this side panel. - [Officer] Yeah. - And what else was it? It was like various random stuff. I'd have to look back at the report, what he said exactly. But he definitely got more today 'cause this whole thing was not gone yesterday. - [Officer] So he knows he knows the owner of this truck? - Yes, he said that's his friend. He said he was here yesterday, taken off the front quarter panel there. And then today he found him underneath the car with like tools or something. He was watching from the car and then obviously he said he recognized the same guy from yesterday. So he's working on a statement form. And I think that's his friend there though. - If the truck really belonged to his friend, our suspect wouldn't have chosen to threaten the cops, instead of sharing his ID. Something was off. And when the officer would search the truck, he drove in, everything would become clear as day. - [Officer] Here's his property. - He was under the car working with tools, taking stuff. - Did he say that was his truck? - He said it was his friend's truck. - What about the one he came in? - [Officer] He didn't say anything about that. He just, I was talking to him and he started getting real squirrely, he was like looking, you know, target, glancing. And funnily just went and picked up his tools and went back to his truck. I said, no you're not, hey, you gotta stop. And he just. - Walking back together? - Yeah, he trying to get back in that truck and that's when I grabbed him. - Oh, so he was trying to get in. - [Officer] Oh yeah, he was trying to get into that truck. - I'll just use BSP and then after today. - Yeah, that's why, yeah, he was at the driver's door that's why I had him pinned right there. - Yesterday he said like 25 grand or not 25 grand, sorry 2,500. I just need to get a hold of the victim figure out what's going today. Hey sir, is Kareem working today? - [Officer] So did you talk to the owner yesterday? - No, oh the owner of this? Yeah. - Okay, so we have his info at least, or? - Yeah, I just called him like three times, Left him a voicemail. - Do we need to impound the suspects truck? - Yeah. - Yeah, we'll take that for a warrant. - Yeah, all right and I'll. - [Officer] There's just stuff inside the cab too. - You have to give me a statement. - Yep. - Our suspect was transferred to the jail for further investigation. His charges are unknown. - Law enforcement officers are trained to be impartial, but it's still troubling to see some immigrants express such deep-seated bitterness toward the country that has welcomed them. While our previous individuals bitterness was limited to verbal outbursts, our next suspects will stop at nothing to express their hatred crossing every boundary. - [Officer] I don't wanna force you to put the handcuffs back on. - Don't touch me. (suspect screaming) - When your country is at war and you are staying elsewhere, you'd logically be on your best behavior to avoid returning to a war zone. But these two women decided to take the phrase, make yourself at home, a bit too literally and started causing trouble. - Get in the back. Don't kick, don't kick me. - [Officer] You need to stop. You need to stop. in Key West Florida, officers were called to a pizzeria due to a disturbance complaint. When they arrived, they were met with two uncooperative Ukrainian women who refused to share their IDs. - No, she's f*****g lying. - That's a lie. - [Officer] All right, let's go talk, let's go talk. Come on. - No, in this country you don't do that. - [Officer] Come on. Guys. Hello. Let's go talk. We're gonna talk on a sidewalk that's all. All right, let's go. All right, hold on, hold on. So what's going on? - Nothing. - [Officer] Why are you not leaving when they're asking you to leave? - Why, I just leave you and you tell me where I live or what you are. - [Officer] I'm asking you, why don't you leave if they asking you to leave. - She want to stay. She don't know nothing. But what, who you are? Your president from the country? - [Officer] No, they ask you to leave, so you need to leave. - No, who is this who? Who is this? - [Officer] Running the establishment. - Who is this stuff f*****g with you. - [Officer] Yeah, we need to see your IDs guys. - No, you forgot it, show them you forgot it. - [Officer] Listen. Guys, we need to see your ID and then you can go, okay. No, no, no. - Don't touch me. You can't touch me. - [Officer] Don't, don't push. - Don't touch me. - [Officer] Don't push. You wanna go in the handcuffs. - Shakeela, calm down. Just calm down, baby. - [Officer] Just relax. - What do you want from me? - I don't want you to go to jail. - [Officer] Excuse me. So listen, hey. - If you want to go to jail, I can him, right? - All right. Stop pulling away, stop pulling away. - We need to see your ID and then you can go, okay. - No, no, no, no. - Don't touch me. - Don't touch me, I don't do nothing to you. I don't do nothing to you. - Stop pulling away. Stop pulling away. - Wow, what you doing? - [Officer] we're trying to identify who you are. You don't want to identify yourself, that's resisting. Okay, now you go to jail. - Okay, I wanna explain you. - [Officer] No, no, there's no explaining. We're trying to identify who you are. You didn't wanna listen, so now you go to jail. - Can do this because I'm. - [Officer] I can take you to jail for resisting. - What I can do? - [Officer] You don't wanna identify yourself. - For what? - [Officer] Because we ask who you are, we ask for your identification. You don't wanna provide identification, you want to leave. - Everybody use this girl. - [Officer] So now you're going to jail. - Everybody use girl, everybody uses girl. Nobody start, I ask for what reason? - [Officer] Because they told you to leave and you didn't leave. - For what? - [Officer] They don't have to have a reason, they told you to leave. - But many people come. She only drunk, she don't do nothing bad. - [Officer] But they told you to leave. - She asked for food. - [Officer] It doesn't matter, they told you to leave. - But she asked only food. - [Officer] But they told you to leave. - What? - And that's all it is. - Come some guy with me and ask for f**k. I don't wanna f**k with nobody. - [Officer] Okay, well now you're gonna go to jail. - Yeah, she was a nice girl. She don't do nothing bad, really. - [Officer] Okay. - She comes two girls and take her I wanna f**k you. You go with me and she go, no, I wanna drink. Really, she don't do nothing bad. - [Officer] Okay, well. - Really. - [Officer] We were trying to identify who you are, but you guys don't want to identify yourself. So now you're gonna go to jail. - Yes. You can ask somebody, you ask what's happening. Because this I'm a strange, I'm from Ukraine. I come from country where there's war now. - [Officer] Okay, but when we tried to get you to leave, you don't leave. It doesn't matter if you did something wrong or not. It doesn't matter, they told you to leave, you didn't leave. - Who? - [Officer] The people that work there. And then when we tried to identify who you are, you said that you don't have to, and you tried to walk away. So now you go to jail. - But I tell him I can't be alone. - [Officer] You didn't leave when they told you to leave. - She's my friend. - [Officer] And then we needed to identify you. - I am sorry. - [Officer] So now you go to jail, it's that easy. - But she is my friend. - [Officer] It's either, it's neither here nor there. Okay, up against the car. Up against the car. - For what reason? - [Officer] Because I'm gonna take your purse off. - I have no reason, I have no reason. - Me too, I don't understand what's happening. - I have no reason. - [Officer] Okay, here, lean up against the car here. We're gonna take your purse. You're going to jail. - For what, jail for what? - Can we take your phone? - [Officer] 'Cause you did not wanna identify yourself so now you're gonna go to jail. - For what, jail for what? - [Officer] Either you listen or we're gonna have a bigger problem. Do you understand? - But no, I don't understand, for what? - [Officer] Okay, listen, I'm gonna take your handcuff off, okay, so I can remove your purse. You need to stand down. - Stay like that, don't move. - But for what reason? I don't understand it. - [Officer] Because you're not complying. You're not listening. - For what, for who? - [Officer] Listen either you comply or we're gonna cut your purse to take it off. I'd rather not break your purse if we don't have to, okay. - It's so many people here. - [Officer] Stop moving around. - I don't understand some English very well, but. - [Officer] No, yes you do. - Yes I try. - [Officer] You understand very well. - No, but. - [Officer] You got it. - [Officer] Yep. - All right, Jesus Christ. - [Officer] Yeah, hold this. I got the cuff. - You can tell me for what reason, what I do, please. What happened? For what? - [Officer] Stop moving around. - Yes, I understand but I don't feel. - [Officer] Stop moving around, we're trying to adjust it. - [Officer] Stop. - Yes, but it's like, how say. - [Officer] You gonna hurt yourself to stop moving. - Yes but this is. - [Officer] Just stop moving. - This is hurt me. - [Officer] It's not gonna hurt you, if you don't move. - But what I do, I don't do nothing big. What's happening? I wanna try to help me my friend. I do nothing bad. - [Officer] Put in my car. Step back. - But this in my bag. - [Officer] Okay, yep, we'll bring your bag. - This is my bag. - [Officer] Have a seat, have a seat. Sit inside of the car. - [Suspect] You can't talk me. - [Officer] Sit in the car. You're not listening, sit in the car. - Why? - Don't kick me, don't kick me. - [Officer] You need to stop. You need to stop. - But why? What you do for me? What you do you? - [Officer] You need to stop right now. - No, but what. - [Officer] You're going to jail. And now you're gonna get charged with additional charges for kicking the police officer. Do you understand? Do you understand? - F**k you who you are. - [Officer] That's fine. - Idiot, who you are. - [Officer] Sit down. - Why you kill me? But yes, I will tell I'm from country where there is war. - [Officer] That's fine. - [Suspect] My country. - [Officer] Stop. - [Suspect] My country's a problem for you. - [Officer] Stop. - [Officer] Stop. - They now have my brother who died for your country. Do you know what this is? You are still here. I don't do for you nothing babe. - [Officer] Stop. - What's happened with you, you can't try. I don't do you nothing babe. - [Officer] You got it. - [Officer] Stop. - But I do don't do you nothing babe. What happened with you? - [Officer] Because you're moving around too much. And I don't want you. - But who you are for you for do what you want. - [Officer] Bite me, kick me, do what you want. - It's my property, my body, it's my property. I don't do you nothing bad. I don't do you nothing bad. - [Officer] You kicked a police officer. - [Suspect] No. (audience cheering) - When guilt tripping the cops proved unsuccessful, this suspect realized she had dug herself a deep hole that no amount of tears could fill. But wait until you hear what she did at the pizzeria. You'll be cheering on the police for putting their foot down. - Let's go on the other side. I don't like this one. I need to check my dress, you see. - [Officer] Come on, I have two females. - I need to check my dress, you see? - Okay, but you need to walk. - No, but you have to, I check my dress. - [Officer] Okay. So listen. Listen to her. - [Officer] Where's your ID? Here, we'll unclip this. You got her? - You wanna open my bag? - Yeah, go ahead. You guys decided you wanna go to jail tonight? Or what's going on? - [Officer] Where's your ID? - [Officer] What's the problem? - What's your problem? - [Officer] Okay, where's your your ID? - What's happened? - [Officer] Where's your ID? - [Officer] It doesn't matter if you did something wrong or not. - What happened? - [Officer] It doesn't matter, they told you to leave, you didn't leave. - [Officer] Gotta go on the start side though. - Okay. - I don't know what happened. - [Officer] Let's go. - I have no reason for this. - Because I'm gonna take your purse off. - [Suspect] It's only what I know, I have no reason, I have no reason. - I don't understand what. - I have no reason. I have no reason and I don't understand what happened. You do whatever you want, I see that. - [Officer] You're going to jail. - They're calling us like dumb Americans. And like, I don't even remember all of it. - [Officer] So basically you're just being disrupted. - I'm just like trying to but they holding up a line and like you can't be doing this and for their safety alone they're like leaning, falling over all over from each other. - [Officer] Okay. And what was their deal? Like what were they trying to get pizza or? - A couple of like military guys first brought them in here to try and help them get pizza. - [Officer] Okay. - They told me what they wanted to order and then the guy was like, I don't have money to help like pay for all this. But he was like, are you guys paying for this? And nobody says nothing, they're just standing there. I'm like, if someone's not gonna pay for this I'm gonna need you to leave. And then because people started coming in. And then a couple seconds went by and they're just still standing there like they didn't hear me at all. And I'm like I said it again. And then one of the other, Jay the owner came by and then I was like, Jay, these girls need to go. And they're still staying here and then. - [Officer] So you asked them all over to leave? - From here they to the bar trying to get drinks to cut them off, they don't want leave. They bothering the customers and then I was like hey ladies, you really have to go home because you can't wait. - [Officer] Okay. How were they bothering customers at the bar? - They don't want talk to them, but they've been all over them. Like, they act like they're working in the club. - [Officer] Oh, okay. - Because they're dancers. And some people doesn't wanna get touched. - [Officer] Okay, okay, I got you. - So that's why I keep asking them to leave and then like, oh, like you're not even American. I may be an idiot, but you can't be here. No, you're not on the property. That's why I said I brought it as an emergency because you can't really man handle a female like that. - [Officer] No, no, you do the right thing. They were definitely hard to handle. - Yeah. - While the first suspect was smart enough to give in, the other wanted to push her luck or the cops in this case. A banshee like whales will remind you of an ill mannered toddler minus the cute factor. - [Officer] Now I'm gonna open the door, if you try to kick me or try to punch me or do anything like that, I promise you you're gonna have a bad time, okay. Go ahead and turn and face that way. - [Suspect] And what happened. - [Officer] You're gonna put the handcuffs back on. - [Suspect] No, what happened? - [Officer] You're gonna put handcuffs on. - [Suspect] No, what happened. - [Officer] Ma'am, If I have to force, I don't wanna force you to put the handcuffs back on. - Don't touch me. (suspect screaming) - [Officer] Stop. - [Suspect] You f*****g. - [Officer] Stop. Stop trying to punch me, kick me. - [Suspect] I didn't do anything. What are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? Don't touch me, don't touch me. Don't touch me, don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. You a f*****g, I have a lawyer, I have a lawyer. You have a f*****g problem. You have a f*****g problem. What are you doing right now? - [Officer] Stop. - [Suspect] Don't touch me. - [Officer] Stop. - [Suspect] Don't touch me. - [Officer] You're gonna get put back in handcuffs. - [Suspect] I was in the car. - [Officer] You took the handcuff off. You need to put it back on. - [Suspect] I was in the car. Why you touch me? - [Officer] 'Cause you took a handcuff off and then you tried to punch me and kick me. - Why you put me there, why you put me there? I know, I know f*****g. You know what? You go to the jail. You go to the jail. You go to the f*****g jail. - [Officer] Stop. - [Officer] Don't try biting me. You try biting. Stop trying to bite. Sarge, pull her. - [Officer] I got her. - [Suspect] What are you doing, what are you doing? - [Officer] Okay Sarge. - [Officer] Doing it around her feet? - [Suspect] What are you doing? (suspect screaming) - [Officer] Let's go. Stop, stop kicking. Stop kicking. - [Suspect] Why you doing this? - [Officer] Because we're trying to put the handcuffs back on and you not letting me. (suspect screaming) - [Spectator] That's what you get. - [Officer] Watch your leg, watch your leg. Turn her over. Guys, step away. Everybody, step away. - [Elena] Are you okay? If you police I will not, I won't do anything if you're police. - [Officer] We are police. - Just get me out. - Watch your leg. - Just get me here. - Just get me out. Just make it go up. Go up, I won't do anything. You know, if you are police, I don't believe you. - [Officer] Stop fighting. Stop. - As soon as say, if you're not police, just get me up. Get me up. - [Officer] We are, as soon as we're done. - Okay, get me up. I won't do anything. - [Officer] Just surrender. All right, lemme check this one. Ready? - [Officer] Hang on, she's on her legs. - [Officer] Are you getting her up? - [Officer] Yep. - Hold up, let me get here. Do you have her? I got the door. Slide up. - If you think this woman is done giving cops nightmares, think again. After slipping out of her cuffs for the second time, she's about to pull a stunt, even a toddler wouldn't dream of. This is simply wild cat stuff. Grab the popcorn. - [Officer] Come here for a second, okay. Gonna check your handcuffs. - What happened? What happened, what did I do? - [Officer] What did you do? - What did I do? - Elena, stop, stop. - What are you doing? (suspect screaming) - Ow, goddamit. - You guys want me to take this handcuffs off? - Yeah. - All right. - What are you doing? What are you doing? - Hold on, hold on. Elena stop, just stop. Seriously, stop grabbing on her. Look at yourself. - [Officer] Relax. - What is the reason? - [Officer] Relax. - You hit me in the face with cuffs. - All right, hold on, let me undo these. Do we have different? - I just mad, I just mad. - [Officer] Stop, just relax. - [Officer] See my face. - What I do? - [Suspect] Yes, I see your face. - [Officer] You did that. - [Suspect] What I do? - [Officer] You hit me in the face. - [Officer] You need to get her. Yeah we got her. Just pull right there for a minute. - [Officer] Stop moving. We're gonna have to just do a. - Yeah, she's just yeah. Do we have a hobble or no? - [Officer] She's on with the hobble. - She got outta the hobble, we redo it. - [Officer] You good? - Listen, you're gonna get tased. - [Suspect] You guys have the list. You you want tased? - You have the list. - You might, you're gonna, you're probably, she's. Do you want tased or no? - Do you wanna get tased? - [Officer] Then stop resisting. Stop resisting, okay, stop. - The threat of a taser calmed her a bit. But she was still a cop's worst nightmare with her wailing. Still, she was first transported to the hospital and then taken to the police station. - [Officer] Lay down on the ground. - [Officer] You're gonna get tased. - Okay, I'm down there. - [Officer] No, stay, stay right there. Stop resisting. You gonna have to make be pay, you know. - [Officer] Stay, stay right there. Stop resisting. - Stop. - You're gonna get tased. - Yeah, I know. - That's what's gonna happen. - You wanna rather just? - Nah, just keep those on right now. - I will go where you want. You don't have to stay on my hip, it's a pain. - Relax. Relax. - It's a f*****g pain. - Yep. - I just go where you want that's it. I will not struggle with something. - All right, so now. - I just don't want to stay pain. - All right, double crop. - I will call my. - I'll try those, try those on there too. - Got it on your car. - But I'm here. - She's just getting as tight as they are. - Yeah, let's get them. Okay, we'll just leave him like that. - Yep, leave him like that, that's fine. So let's get the hobble. - She got hit in the face with the cuffs. - Hobble. - Yep. - All right, see that real quick? - You guys got her hold? - Yep. - And look at me guys, you are Gods. - Relax, relax, relax. - You are exactly fight everyone. - Did she get the other one off? - Nope, yes, she got it back off. - You're gonna get tased, stop. - I have a strong people. - Stop. - Stop. (suspect screaming) stop resisting. - Stop or it's gonna happen again. - Okay, got you. - Nope, just hit her again. - [Officer] Put the foot in. You're not listening. Then put your foot in when we're trying to get your foot. - Stop, stop, stop resisting. - [Officer] They're trying to hold you. Hold on. - Put her on the ground. - [Officer] You want it on the ground. - She's going to if she kicks up again. - [Officer] Get your foot up. (suspect crying) - [Officer] You wanna get her pulled over? - [Officer] Looks like you might have one there. - I get it, you just make money, I see you. You and you, you just make money. - [Officer] She's in my car. She's kicking in there. - [Officer] Do you want to get her out? - I can take her if you wanna get her out. - I don't work. - No, we don't need to get her out. - I don't work there. - She's kicking in the car. - Oh, is she? - [Officer] She was. - Never I was there, never. Zero days, this is you problem. - Hold on a second, hold on. - I have camera. - [Officer] All right, you coming out. - How can I do that? - [Officer] Well, I take the seatbelt off and you put your feet down here and we will get it to where you can walk. Are you going to start anything again? You gonna start kicking people? Or are you calm, are you done now? Are you done? - For what? - Are you done being what, you know, running around, doing all that stuff. - I didn't do anything. - [Officer] Okay, come on. Bring your feet out for me please. Then get you out and then I'll adjust this to where you can actually stand up. So bring your feet out. - It's not easy, right. - [Officer] Right. - Because my a*s is naked right now. - [Officer] Okay, well you did that to yourself, okay. - I can't because I'm in the. - [Officer] Okay, hold on, hold on a second. Hold on, I got, there's the clip right here. Let me undo the clips, so you can get your feet out, okay. All right, there you go. Now you can bring your feet out. Bring your feet out. - Gimme the time please. - [Officer] You're feet. - [Suspect] It's not easy. - [Officer] There you go. Then put your feet down. There you go. Look, step up. There you go. Okay. You able to walk? - [Suspect] Gimme one second please. - [Officer] All right, step this way. Hop this way so I can take that off there, if you're not gonna kick anybody. - How can I walk? - [Officer] Stand up, it's simple. There you go. Stand up. - I can't. - [Officer] Listen, you're standing right now. Do not kick me, all right. If you kick me, you're gonna face down onto the concrete I'll guarantee you, all right. I'm trying to help you out here at this point. (suspect crying) - What did I do? - [Officer] All right, can you step out of that? You can walk like a lady into the jail. You can go in a chair, it's your choice. - Both women were charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an arrest. But not all disruptors are loud and ill mannered, some like our next suspect wear the facade of innocence to avoid being caught, committing felonies. - If we never do it again, can you please leave us? - [Officer] No, that's not how it works. Unfortunately, we have to arrest you, okay. - On the fateful evening of in Hoboken, New Jersey, Bavia and Yamini don their matching pajamas and embarked on a daring adventure, a heist worth a whopping $155. - [Officer] How you doing? - How you doing? Date of birth next to it. - [Officer] Just this one receipt combined? - Yes, 155. - [Officer] Okay. - They're repeat offenders, not first time. - [Officer] Repeat. - Yeah. - They didn't get caught last time 'cause they got spooked. They just dropped it and ran out. - [Officer] Gotcha. All right, same thing for you please. - [Officer] Just so everybody knows the body cameras on, okay. - Okay. We just like came out to purchase a Pepsi. - We all out the Pepsi to take inside. We gonna bill like few things and we came out to take Pepsi. Gonna bill all the cart. In between he came. - Basically what they did is they put everything, they had everything outside the bags. - [Officer] They had everything outside of the? - No, they had everything outside the cart like outside bags and then they went into the house. What was it? - [Officer] Wait, do you have the footage? - Yeah, yeah. - [Officer] We'll just watch it together. - Yeah. - We have paid for limited. - [Officer] Can I just close that door sir? Close it, close the door. You can stay. I'm just asking for you to close the door, thank you. They brought the outside bags in is what you're saying? And they put stuff in the bags? - Yeah, they put in their reusable bag. - [Officer] Okay. - That's them standing right there but it's empty. - [Officer] You have IDs on you? - No. - [Officer] No. - How old are you? - [Suspect] I'm 20. - [Officer] And you? - [Suspect] 22. - [Officer] Okay. - [Suspect] And we are ready to pay the full amount. - [Officer] That's not how it works. You guys are gonna get arrested if it shows that you guys are walking out. - [Suspect] We paid for full amount. - [Officer] So they paid half of it, what they're saying. - I'm gonna show right now. They only paid for two items. - [Officer] Two items and then walked out with the rest of them. Okay. - This is it. - [Officer] Okay. - [Suspect] We need to get the Pepsi. - [Officer] So you only paid for some things in your cart and some things were unpaid? - [Suspect] Yeah, yeah. - [Officer] Okay, and then you walked out? - [Suspect] Not out walked out. - [Suspect] We gonna take Pepsi outside. - [Officer] What are they talking about Pepsi being outside? What is that, what are they talking about? - I really dunno. - I'll be honest, they made their story sound convincing. Clearly they do this often because even after video evidence the girls won't budge from their made up story. - [Officer] So you went outside with the cart after paying. But why did you pay for a couple things and then leave? - Because we forgot the entire items. - [Officer] You forgot the entire items that you also got? - [Suspect] Yeah, I know. - [Officer] I'm sorry, that's not believable. - [Officer] To pay for it all at one time. Where is your money gonna come from? - [Suspect] I have. - [Suspect] She have. - [Suspect] I have. - [Officer] So then why don't you pay when you pay for the other things? - [Suspect] Because we forgot to bring the Pepsi. - [Officer] That doesn't make sense. - [Officer] That makes no sense. - There she goes. - [Suspect] I'm serious. - [Officer] That makes absolutely no sense. Just so that you know, that sounds crazy. You're making up excuses. You just admit that you weren't, you tried to pay for half and leave for half. That's what it is. If you had the money, you should have paid for everything. Put it in your cart, came back. - [Officer] So she only had the milk and anything else in the front. She just didn't forgot about it. I'm gonna send you link, you know the process already. - Yeah. - [Officer] Okay. - [Officer] You guys have done this before. - No, I am not. - [Officer] And they have done it before. When did they do it? - This was like, about. - [Officer] And it was not reported? - I was like, nah, I never got to report it because I was going home, so I just didn't it. - [Officer] Yes, yeah, okay, so we're gonna. - Okay, so what happened is, you paid for half. In your cart was unpaid items. - We gonna pay. - No, that's not how it works. You're getting arrested. You're coming down to the police station, you're gonna sign a form. You are no longer allowed to come to ShopRite. This ShopRite, you're not welcome here anymore. - Okay, okay. - [Officer] So there's no. - [Officer] Just take a second, just let us speak first and then you guys will have. - There's no debate, you guys are getting arrested. We are going to handcuff you. We are going to search your person. Anything that's on you, we're gonna put into a, excuse me, I'm talking. - Okay. - We'll take your information, we'll bring you down to headquarters. We're gonna type up charges. We're gonna send it to the courts. Sometimes the courts will let you go free with a court date. Sometimes you go to jail. That's up to them to decide. - Can I, we have an ID like college ID card. - Okay, that's okay, I'll take your information. You have a social security number? - No. - Okay, so we'll take your information, we'll try to get as much information from you and get you in the system. Have you been arrested before? - No. - No. - Nothing. - So, most likely you'll be able to leave today after we do your paperwork on a summons, which is a paper. - [Officer] Which is a court date. - It'll give you a court date, okay. But for now, what we need you to do is sign the papers saying that you're not gonna return. The papers in front of you, sign them with your name. We're gonna arrest you, we're gonna bring you to headquarters. - This is what they paid for. Okay, everything that you paid for these two items. - [Officer] Do you understand that? So please ma'am, sign the papers in front of you. - We can take these, that's theirs. - [Officer] If you're not gonna sign it, that's fine, we're gonna arrest you either way. - You're being recorded, so you sign the paper to say that you will not come to this ShopRite ever again. Please sign the paper. - When the reality of being arrested hit these two bandits in pajamas, they realized just how bad things can get. Finally, we see some remorse from these girls who suddenly have enough money to pay for everything. - 605? - Yeah, 605. - I don't even know what the time is. - [Officer] What time is it? No, it's not, it's only six. - So yeah, yeah, right here, 408 that's when they came in and then. - We never visit again, can you please leave us? - No, that's not how it works. Unfortunately, we have to arrest you, okay. There's no, it's not like a, we'll give you a chance, that's not how it works. That doesn't matter. You can offer as much money as you want, but you still have to get arrested for the charges for the crime you committed. That's not how it works, you can't just. - If you have money, you should've paid for it. - [Officer] Can you please stand up for me? We don't wanna make this hard or difficult. Let's just. - You sit. We'll do one at a time. - [Officer] Do you have anything on you or no? - Sorry? - Anything in pockets? - [Officer] Do you have anything in your pockets? - No. - [Officer] Okay, turn around. - Okay, stand over here. - Can you just put this in please? - Do you have anything in your pockets? - [Officer] Do you guys live in Hoboken? How'd you get here today, a car? - We walked. - [Officer] You walked from the Heights came here? - Yeah. - [Officer] Okay. - You don't have any pockets you said. I'm gonna put your phone in this bag, okay. All right, I'll just message you the link then. Okay, thank you. - Thank you. - Yeah, I just sent him. Just watch your step walking down the stairs, nice and slow. - [Officer] Hold on. Hold on, thank you. - In the squad car, the girls get some much needed lessons on this magical concept called consequences and how shoplifting works. - [Officer] Sorry, I'm gonna put that in the back. Oh I unlocked this door. - [Officer] Oh it wasn't opening. - Oh. Yes? I understand that you made a mistake, but unfortunately you committed a crime and you have to get charged for that crime, okay. 108. What is that lock? All right, transporting these females, at headquarters started mileage 544 28 0.5. - [Officer] So we're bringing you to the police headquarters, we're gonna get inside, we're going to just search you one more time. I know we just searched you in there, but we have to do a more thorough search. Then we're going to fingerprint you and photograph you. You're going to give us your information. We're gonna search the database to see if there's any charges before on you. And then we're going to charge you with shoplifting. And then that complaint will be sent to the court system. And the courts will let us know whether that you will be released after today with a court date and a summons, a charge, or if you will be sent to the jail for the night. If you are sent to county, you'll be brought to Hudson County Correctional Facility where you will stay for the rest of today, into tomorrow. And usually you see a judge in the morning. If you have no criminal record, like you're saying, if you have no charges, then most likely you'll just receive a court date with your shoplifting charge and you'll be released today in a couple hours. - [Suspect] We don't have anything. - [Officer] Okay. Well, that's something that you can tell the judge when you go to court for this. At this point, we watched video footage and you were leaving the store with unpaid items, so that's shoplifting. Once you walk, once you pass the registers and you walk out that door, anything that's unpaid is stealing. - [Officer] They're repeated offenders, so they know exactly what they're doing. - [Officer] They face makes, which everyone writes the report. As soon as they walked in the door, they were pinged on the face recognition. He doesn't have the beat though, right. - [Officer] No, it's a couple weeks ago. - After finding out just how badly they have messed up, the girls would keep begging for a second chance. The cops would explain to them exactly why they couldn't let them go with just a warning. - [Officer] If you don't have any criminal past, then most likely yes. I can't say a hundred percent, but most likely yes, you'll get released in a couple hours. But I just want you to know the guy, as soon as you walked into ShopRite, your face on their face recognition for shoplifters, it pinged. So a couple weeks ago, you guys, he saw you stealing, shoplifting. Well, whether you say no or not, I believe him. He caught you guys shoplifting, but you dropped the stuff and ran before he could approach you. So you're already in their system as flagged. So this happened before. So whether you're saying today you were gonna pay for it or not, this happened before. It was at a different ShopRite? - [Suspect] No. - [Officer] Well, just so you know, also, now that you're getting fingerprinted, if you get caught doing this again, you're most likely gonna go to jail, okay. Because now you're gonna have this on your history for anything that you get arrested for now this will show up. And after you do it a few times and get caught, you go to jail. I'm sorry? - [Suspect] Will this affect our college classes or any a job? - Yes, it's if they run your information, it's gonna show that you were arrested. I mean, whether you get charged or not, that's up to the judge if it gets, you know, downgraded. But I mean, if it stays this, then yeah, if you go for a job, you're gonna have a criminal history now. At least it's just one complaint though. With two, it would be on accomplice, no? - [Officer] No, it's two different complaints. - [Officer] But they same. - [Officer] And then each one have a co co-defendant. - [Officer] Oh, so they would be on each other's complaints. - [Officer] Exactly, yeah. - Stop. And you're gonna face this wall right here. Face the wall. - You too. There we go, okay. - [Officer] All right, so last location. - [Officer] Stand up for me. All right, when I have uncuff you, you're gonna put your hands on the wall, okay. - [Radio] Oh, you want me to go through that? - [Radio] No, I thought we did that, nope, that's fine. We'll document it in our report. Lima Charlie Foxtrot, 7498. Lima Charlie Foxtrot, 7498. - [Officer] Do you have a bra on? Can you just face me? Don't lift your shirt up. You're just gonna pull your shirt out with your bra underneath and shake. You grab your bra. Okay, take a seat. - Both women were charged with shoplifting and were released with a summons to appear in court. - Thank you, Detective Dale for sharing these intriguing tales. So do you think these folks learned their lesson? Share your thoughts in the comments, and I'll see you in the next video. Stay safe out there.
