I got to kill myself. When you think of Walmart, you probably imagine everyday shopping trips, not wild crime scenes. I'm leaving. Leave me alone. But today, we're going to witness some of the most unbelievable and shocking arrest ever caught on camera there. Break it. From bold thefts to heated confrontations and desperate getaways, these suspects thought they were above the law. But security cameras and quickthinking officers had other plans. We're going to walk in there. Stop. Do it. Today we have Detective Dale guiding us through five unbelievable cases where Walmart customers thought they could break the law without consequences, but they were brutally proven very wrong. On the 24th of November, 2023, at around 4:30 p.m., police were dispatched to handle 20-year-old Darger Holly at Walmart, who wasn't happy to learn that stealing has consequences. Resisting. What you mean? When officers arrive to confront Dar, she remains calm. But how long do you think that lasts? That was just the beginning of her case. What happened next would become the biggest regret of her life. Can you come in here real quick, please? All right, Deja. So, uh, they got you on camera basically taking money from the register, putting it in your pocket. Money, where? Yeah, they got you on camera. Would you be able to empty out your pockets? my money. Okay. Can you take that off? Yes, ma'am. The officer immediately took the cash she had pulled out of her pocket knowing it didn't belong to her. Do you have anything else in your pocket? No sir. I'm a man. Okay. I'm going to have you place your items right there. I'm going to have you turn and face the wall right here. I'm going to pet you down. You got nothing on you. Which pocket did she put? Put your hands behind you or like this one. I have my own money. Okay. Well, I mean it's on camera. Can I see for myself? I'm going to show you the pictures just to show there's a camera like literally right. I know. I know that. Of course. So, here's the times that I guess you were taking it uh the other days, right? The other days. Okay. I can't see nothing. I see me putting taking money out. You see how cowardly she denied the evidence against her, saying, "I didn't take anything. I have my own money." But when the officer mentioned the security camera footage, her confidence started to fade. What I'm going to need you to do is uh write a statement about why you have this money and explain to us what has happened on these previous days. Um how how can I know what happened if it looked like I'm taking money out the door? I'm just letting you know it's all on video. Okay. So I need you to write a statement about what has happened. Yeah. With this money that we have missed from your registers that you've been on. Okay. Like what do I I'm confused. What do I Right. I hear him. I hear him. Okay. Now, y'all going to make me mad. I'm being calm right now because I'm trying to see what's going on. Okay. I'm confused. Can I put my stuff back up in there? No, just leave him. Just leave him right up there. This is my that I bought for mama. Okay, ma'am. Write the statement. We're going to This is my stuff, though. What's your Okay. Right now, you're in custody. Okay. So, I need you to get your stuff out. All right. Just write the statements. That's fine. Like, this is my stuff I bought with my money. Why can't I put it back? Write that on the statement. Okay. You don't need to yell at me. Do it with your grown as hell. Don't Don't talk to me how I'm not talking to you. I'm talking right now. You're still at work. So, you're going to do what work's going to ask you to do. So, write that. I am, but let them my people the people that I'm working for, let them talk to me. Please. They called us to assist. So, now we're here. So, now you're going to write that statement. Y'all putting on like come on now. Despite being asked to write a statement, Dargera kept deflecting and demanding to see the video, but the evidence was clear and there was no escaping it. Just write what happens. I've been it's already documented. It's already I want to see what happened. That's why I'm telling you what happened. I'm not talking to y'all. Please, but I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to him. I'm telling you what's happened. Okay. Okay. But like seen on video taking money from the registers and putting in your best that's what child seen. Okay. And that's what I didn't do. Okay. Well, it's on video. Okay. I want to see video. Well, I'm telling you. I'm telling you. It's on video. Okay. It's okay. I don't want no writing on a statement. As soon as the officers moved to handcuff her, Darger started resisting and the tension quickly escalated. In the struggle, she ended up hurting herself, but still refused to back down. I don't come here just to look at videos. So, what y'all going to do? Arrest you. Arrest me? Yeah. So, you're going to do what they told you to do is take get back on. Why is y'all arresting me? Because you're under arrest for stealing. I didn't steal anything. Okay. Just take off your vest so then we can get out of here. Okay. Can I go home? I didn't steal. Like, I'm not even from out here. Can you work hard? Bro, don't talk to me. I got to get my I got to get my stuff. Oh, I'm not even Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm Can I turn around? Stop. You want to get tased? Y'all hurt me and then put me in an ambulance. What? You're bleeding. That's why you're getting Y'all did this, bro. Why? So, why did you resist arrest? I did it. Okay. I did it. I asked. So, you throwing the phone at her? How about we cover that up so it doesn't bleed all over? Okay. Officers searched Darger's purse and found another $100 bill and a fake ID. When confronted, she admitted it was hers. With each discovery, her troubles kept piling up. Yeah, I know. He's going to make sure there's no weapons in it. He's going to make sure there's no weapons in it. It's probably because I 21. [Music] That's the locker. Y'all want locker back in there? No. You got ID in your purse? Yeah. Indiana. No, that's that's not my ID. That's not my ID. Where's your ID? It's with pink hair. I'm trying to help you. I found it. Damn. Pink here. Here you go. You don't have to go through all my stuff. I just got to make sure there's no weapons. No weapons, ma'am. Dargera claimed the cash was hers, but then admitted to having fake IDs, ridiculously earning herself felony charges and no sympathy from the officers. Was there another husband in there? There was. That's mine. That is mine. I just took my I can show y'all the transaction that I just took my money out my account. That is mine. When you go to court, what you That is mine. I just took it out my transaction this morning. But the bank has transaction history and all that stuff. Yes. And I can show y'all. I'm trying to take calls once you get done. Don't you'll be able to make calls. Leave me alone, bro. Do I have to take off the watch? Do I have to take off the watch? Okay, bro. Leave me alone. Stop getting on the watch. Trying to test my whole mom. You'll be able to make calls once you get out of jail. No, I can make a call now. No, you can't. What? I don't think you understand that you're under arrest. I don't give a you. Okay. Hope that's recorded. It is. Okay. I bet you I get out. No, you probably will. I'm not going to deny that. We're ready to transport you. Will you be Will you be good? Okay. Hey, Lopez. Did you park car park? Dargera was charged with theft, aggravated assault on the officers, and resisting arrest. I think I resist y'all. Okay, so you put the basket in the door whenever they don't get to be over it. On the 15th of April, 2024, officers responded to a Walmart where a woman tried to pull off a scam, filling her cart with items and attempting a fake return for goods she had just stolen. What the hell are y'all doing? As soon as officers heard about the woman stealing items, they went to the Walmart control room where they saw her on camera, busy taking more goods. She didn't realize the store had cameras watching her the whole time. But yeah, she was about to find out. Hey, how y'all doing? What's up, man? That's a That's a cold tag, though. She so she can she can sit in her Walmart shopping bags and it was all under it was all in bag number 20 under the 360. So this is pretty close to the front. Yeah. Right like so. There you go. 1731 going to be let I'm already done. So if you know for sure I'm go on the floor right [Applause] register customer service she going to GM she going to customer service she going to do we might get you to go sit on the other side just loaded up a bag of I think she's doing some fraudulent returning right now that she's in the middle of the front. She thinks she is so good. Ain't going to deny it. Deny it. Deny it. Deny till you die. That's it. This one's easy cuz No, she had selected them toys. What I said I just said I saw she was fixing the bags and bags all that stuff and toys. Did she have anything when she came in the store? No. So that's that just the whole cart is fraudulent returns. You got to register my register. Um he's talking to register. Mhm. Well, she still killed that drink I pay for she paid for the drink. Unless she paid for the drink. She right at my register two and three. Well, I mean four and five. She left the basket. She getting another drink look like. Yeah, she grabbing another drink. Well, I wonder how long this lady will be in here, though. Oh, she can't walk out with the pool, so she might just go for the pool. She put everything in bags and bags and bags. Wait, the clothes. Oh, the clothes. The clothes. She ting the bag of clothes, huh? Yeah. So, the pants for sure. I know. I got the pants on selection. She about to leave. Just tell don't check the receipt, please. She about to She got a tag. She put a tag on that receipt. She got a tag on the box, dog. She going to She going to scan like a dollar. Watch. I do a tag for a dollar. I know it's for a dollar. She going to GM check. She going to GMO check. She got to scan anything for a dollar. Just as the suspect prepared to leave Walmart with her cart full of stolen goods, she walked confidently toward the exit, unaware that officers were closing in. In a flash, they appeared, catching her by surprise and snapping the handcuffs on her before she could make a move. See, she probably seat. this local one. She I know she's on the phone. Yeah, she got some fraudulent returns and then she's got a bag for all this clothes and stuff she didn't pay for. She got some drinks she didn't pay for. Yeah, he said she walking back and forth in the store. Put the phone down. I don't know. For what? For what? How are y'all doing? Position the right to remain silent. Anything you say can. It won't be easy against you in the court at all. Get the right turn. Turn. You got four attorney won't want to be appointed too. Anytime during investigation, you can stop answering your questions while I present. Do you understand your rights? What did you throw me down? I understand your rights. I thought you understand your rights away from me. No. I wasn't even leaving the store. Do you understand the rights that he just raised? Yes. But I wonder why you just did that to me. I told you to put your foot against those. Okay. So what what can I do? And return what's in return. It's when you return something you didn't buy. What did I What What did I buy? What did I not buy? Stop lying to me, sir. What did I not buy? Time. The time now is to be honest. You don't need to be lying. When I not buy, please. Just I retired what I bought. Why don't you tell us? I wait for my father to get here. Somebody to get here with my other freaking receipt. What? Wait. I had everything that I had with all my receipts. Okay. Well, we're going to go and we're going to work it out. Y'all did not have to do that to me. Well, then you should have listened. So, I was not resistant for y'all to do that to me. Y'all just freaking threw me on the ground like with all your man power. Like I didn't deserve that. Turn your back. Pull it away from me. I did not deserve that. Pulled away some more. So I'm escorted to the ground so I have more control for my safety. Roger the tire. Y'all can go grab the cameras and see that I can't watch it for 30 minutes. Okay. And everything that I What? It was all that receipt. A receipt from another store. Yes. There's the same stuff. Yes. for the same stuff that you want picked up in the store. Put it in the bag. Put in some bags. No. What? I was going to buy. You want to get it? Y. You want me to get it? I was not even done. I was still looking. The van. The van was still freaking looking for stuff for me. Yeah. Could have let me walk up the store. They said I was feeling right here. Okay. How can y'all say I was stealing until I left the store? I saw you leave the store. No, I could not. I was on top of asking us to help you find a basket, sir. This suspect's foolishness kept digging her deeper. First, she claimed the stolen items were hers, then messed up her own story when officers found receipts that didn't match. Even when caught, she kept insisting she hadn't left the store, but the surveillance footage told a different story. The difference in you getting a ticket versus getting booked in jail is over. You're going to jail. We were going to give you a ticket. The situation is still going to jail. No, I was stupid. People love the one you stole. And then you did pass all the points of sale. Now you're saying you didn't get it on video. I've been watching you for the last I just bought. Do you have anything that's going to focus or stick in your pockets? Yes, I know that. What is this? I just That's my receipt. is going to focus or stick any knots, scissors, needles, dude. Why did he take it all in? No, sir. So, I just purchased all of that and it's all the receipt. How can you tell me it's not with the receipt? And I have the receipt for the pool. I paid man with all that. You're good. She's good. How can y'all please not show me I didn't come here with all the office real quick? Okay. I didn't know if you want to put her in here. Yeah, she'll bring in the office. Where's the A with the bag? Uh she's coming left. Okay. I have a receipt. Everything you told was was bought. This just for the drinks that you had. If the other receipt is looks like some drinks. Yeah, I paid for my last so I could drink them and then I went to the garden center to ask him to help me look for a basket. That's why he was walking around with me. And I was trying to ask him to help me figure out why. Oh, one by it. The receipt said pathway lights and on the other receipt it said something else. But it's the same two exact thing and the same exact price. I did not steal anything. I went in the dressing room with two things. It came out with two things. What's your name now? They're Her is still in that. Can I show you guys the same? Nope. I'll find it. You can tell me where it is, though. Okay. So, we watch you select things. I was behind. Okay. items. Right back on the shelf. I had a drug. [Applause] What is your license? Is it No, it's not. That's probably the closest thing I have so far right there. ID. So, I don't have a license. So, but you have an ID. What's this? That's why father-in-law. Why? Because someone tried to steal his beds. Well, you're going to be taking taking a charge for that as well. It's all prescribed. Uh it's not a prescription bottle which makes it illegal. So it's stole by you have to carry you have to carry prescription prescription bottle prescribed to you. Okay that's that's why your a lot of stuff bro what's your name? Huh? What's your name? The way your feet up like that was not fair. Oh the way you resisted. I did not resist sir. I was trying to tell you I hadn't even left the store. Although she's in custody, the reality of her actions starts to sink in. With theft and possible trespassing charges on the table, she's facing serious consequences. These crimes could lead to large fine and a permanent criminal record. So, the thing is, you are still going to jail. Okay, you're not getting a theft charge, but you are still going to jail because you got warrants. You resist the police and you have OBI second offense. OWI second offense. I did not resist you all. Okay. So, you put the basket in the garden center whenever they were trying. No. How could you resist? It was to the point where you had to get put into a basket for you to stop. And then this grown man had to sit on top of you. over it. Don is your name. Listen, when you when an officer tells you to put your hand away, that's resistant. And at that moment, I didn't even realize that I was pulling away all. It doesn't matter if you realize it or not. The moment that you start to pull away, it makes it look like you're going to run, right? That's what we think. So that's why you got to escort it to the ground. I can't see this on the ground. Yes. Because at that moment, the moment the moment you start to resist at all, we have to for our safety and yours, we have to get you a handcuff because we don't know what you're going to do. Do you have somebody that's here to pick you up? So there's nobody here right at this chick that was filming you. Huh? What about the chick that was in the SUV right across? That woman that was in the SUV right across. You don't know her? No. Who are you on the phone with? It looks good to me when when we arrested you and you were on the phone. Who are you talking to? No, I was giving somebody a message earlier. You were talking Who was the person you were talking to? I called someone a marketplace earlier to see if they were going to beat me up here with my I don't really know who they are. It's people I buy at the marketplace, but it would be always So you called someone but you don't know their name. Well, I mean they're they put like a marketplace instead of like that's their age, you know. So, it was like a handle like a Twitter handle type thing. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Well, this like cuz it's Anna, but that's my middle name. Like, you know, like I had to They're not They're not able to pick your stuff up. I I got to make a phone. Well, yeah, I understand that. But would they would they come back and pick it up? What's those white pills in the baggage? Where are the yellow ones? I'm not exactly sure. I'm not sure. You know their phone number? Sorry. Do you know their phone number? Your ride's phone number? Oh, phone number. It's all in my phone. This one's not coming on. It was dying when I got out the Oh, it's dead now. Hey, is she able to leave the stuff from Walmart here? Come come back and get it. Can I get it? I mean, we can't hold it. So, we can't hold it. I guess bring it to jail. I'll bring it to jail. They can't They can't They can't turn down stuff anymore. They can't turn down stuff. What are you going to tell me to do with Who can you call to come get your stuff? You don't know anybody's phone number. What's your phone number? Where's he live? Where does he live? No. Where does he live? It rains. How did you get here? One of my friends outside my phone. Was it a girl? Was it a girl coming pick you up? What she look what she drive? A little white truck. So, it's probably the one that was sitting right across from the garden center. What's she look like? I don't know. White chick. So, you know her number? Sorry. I don't know what you want me to do with your stuff. What do you want me to do with all this stuff? I didn't understand what you just said. I know you would never go against your workers, but you know there was too hard on me. Okay, I understand how you feel. I had you know you actually had me throw over the sl. I hear what you're saying. hard to explain to you why we did what we did. But I would just like y'all to see the video and see really out realize how much the call box. The suspect Darren Weey faced a long list of charges. theft, prohibited acts, resisting an officer, and an outstanding warrant. Much like our next case, where a little heated argument escalates into arrest, leading to charges that could have been avoided with cooler heads. What are you doing? I'm trying to show her evidence she doesn't want to see. On September 3rd, 2022, Gunwoody police rushed to a Walmart in Georgia after reports of a heated disturbance. A woman, furious over a failed item exchange, was screaming at store employees when officers stepped in. Things spiraled fast. Stop. Stop. Okay. Okay. Let me get my Stop. Put your hands behind your back. Whoa. Whoa. Put your hands behind your back. Let me get my mama. Stop. Body cam footage shows that as soon as the officer arrived at the scene, she behaved erratically, screaming and acting agitated, and showed a lack of cooperation. Not only this, she also challenges the authority, questioning their actions and becoming defensive when asked to leave. Chaos erupted when she refused to leave and insulted the officers. But that was only the beginning. She didn't know law enforcement was about to take things to the next level. I'm not trying to fight nobody. I'm trying to get my little boys. She's trying to fight cuz she's trying to keep her job. She's fighting for her job. Let's go. Let's go outside. Oh [ __ ] Yeah, it's me again. Let's go. Oh god. You're getting CT. I'm not doing what? So, come with me so I can write the criminal trespass warning. My mother's leaving. Thank you. Okay. Stop before you get locked up. What are you doing? I'm trying to show her evidence. She doesn't want to see. She's not. She's not dealing with show not to leave. Why not leave? If you keep like I told you the police department, if you do this, I will take you to jail for this. Ma'am, will you walk with me, please? Sure. Well, she's not arrested. What is she walking with you for? I'm not dealing with Why don't you just leave me alone? Let me leave. We got our groceries. When they finally placed her under arrest for disorderly conduct and obstruction, she continued protesting, insisting she was trying to leave peacefully. Marina claims Walmart employees sent her threatening and messages in a group chat outside of work. She wanted Walmart management to see the messages and take action, but they stated they couldn't intervene in off- premises communications. So apparently her and some of our associates had a group chat or something and they were I mean I we didn't see a group that's outside of Walmart so we're not supposed to. Um but she kept trying to make us do something for that reason but we told them we can do something about the stuff that happens in Walmart but outside Walmart we have no power over and we can't do anything for but they didn't want to hear that. And then when we were trying to do the exchange we had to get you know the right the same items for the same items. Um they were bringing different items. So we were telling them like hey like we can't do this d. She would just go off on everybody and anybody that would was around all of her trying to fight people and then that just says she was getting agitated and trying to fight. Did she ever say she was going to beat anybody up or just got really aggressive in that manner? No, she was saying she actually say she don't want to fight nobody. She just came to show us like the whole time. Super aggressive aggressive be like the text that we can't at the point to where it seemed like she was trying to fight you or about to fight. She start getting mad at us and that's when she started. Give me just one second. I I'll get that from you. Okay. I'm sorry. Cuz I want to get everybody's information. All right. And you LP, right? Yeah. Give me a second. I'll get you a case number and a criminal trespass on it, too. Getting a citation, too? No, not at all. You've been helpful. Been trying to help the situation, but I'm sorry it got to this point. But when you start acting this early, I give you a warning to leave and you don't leave and you come back and start screaming, acting like that in the public setting like that in front of all these people. They feel like there she's going to try to fight. I can see that demeanor from her. I have disorderly conduct all day long and I tell her she's under I try to place her under arrest and she starts pulling away. She's obstruction. She's doing obstruction. So, continue on while you were here about the group chat. The um a couple of associates in there, that's what she was trying to tell you guys. They sent some really awful messages to her. And I know like there are speed right now. One of your associates in there, the little girl that was jumping at her. She started to be really vicious and nasty online and bullying her. And that's why my daughter was trying to show you the group chat so that you could see some of the comments that were made. They told her to overdose. They told her to jump off a cliff and kill your mom on the way. to all kind of and she's already like escalated and that just kind of pushed her over the edge. It's just something that happens outside we technically can't deal with that would have to be corporate, right? Corporate I mean maybe even corporate won't touch it that you could let them know about their employees saying certain things, but they only deal with stuff that happens like here, right? And I heard you and that's the number that you gave us, right? Okay. All right. Cuz cuz it wasn't all one-sided with that. I saw some of it's not that I don't believe it. I'm sure you know kids, but when somebody can't look at it. Yeah. When somebody comes at you like that, then I understand. So, I'm going to let your daughter, she wants to chat for you for a few seconds. Okay. Okay. Let me roll the window down. Can you please listen? You talk to him. They said that we have to call the 800 number because they can't take care of this. That's why we have this number. I have the number. But they stood in the and I told them what vicious, nasty, awful things the associate said. Did you show them the screenshot? They wouldn't look at that because it has to go to the corporate. Did you show Sanders? They would not look at it. Sanders, the officer right there. Marina, they won't look at it right now. Can you get the police? Excuse me, miss. I'm listening, but stop yelling. Lower your voice. Um, so you're not allowed to look at um text that is between corporate And you as a civil I came into the police department when Sanders was it Sanders? Was it Cila? Was it Foreman? Who was it? Oh no. Sila and Foreman are the only decent officers in your whole department. And Herbert and Mossman Foreman's been actually really cool with her. Okay. He has been listening to her because we're also kind of upset that that guy that beat her up hasn't been arrested. Sanders didn't even know about the war. He was literally at Nottingham. Oh my god.
