The cops discovered a needle in her jacket and a pipe under the seat of her car. Hey guys. Guys, watch out. Needle cap. Is there a needle on you? No. She has track. She has track marks, too. There's what? What did she say? Say what? I ain't got nothing on me. I have to check. No paraphernalia, nothing. Yeah, I'm good. You like that? I should piss in your face. All right. She even refused to enter the transport vehicle, creating more trouble for the cops. Now what? For what? At the very least resisting. So what? I get out. You guys already kne need me really. You mother I hate you pieces of Get off me. You mother. After placing her in the transport vehicle, the cops then began searching the suspect's car where some surprises awaited them. There's a pipe right here. Right there on the inside. You see it? The black end of it. Oh, yeah. I don't know if you want to take a picture of it right there where it's at. Well, I just moved a little bit so it's more visible cuz there's also a baggie next to it. There's a pipe in there with a little baggie next to it. Where's that? Right under the seat. I just pulled it out to make it a little bit more visible. Is there anything in the bag? Oh, no. The girlfriend was charged with felony counts of battery, threat to an officer, and resisting an officer while causing injury. The driver was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and violating a restraining order. Though this case was more than enough trouble for the cops to deal with, this next one on the list is even more challenging. Can I ask you what's going on, man? On December 30th, 2023, a man named Shane Garrett Marx began arguing with his girlfriend, which later became a cop confrontation. As the argument progressed, he allegedly laid his hands on her and then took her phone in an attempt to erase information that was on the phone. The girlfriend was able to snatch her phone back and escape. She reached the front desk to ask for help, but Shane caught her. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the employee called the police. Shane even pulled the fire alarm and returned to his apartment, where he decided to wait for the police with a butter knife in his pocket. This is what officers saw when they arrived. What's the room number? Get him out of here. Hey, she going to put it in. What's his name? [Music] Shane. He's got his weapons in there. Any guns in it? It's not broken. Guys can be challenging to handle, but sometimes women can pose an even bigger issue. Walk on my side. Go in the house. You want to go in handcuffs? On August 31st, 2022, at 5:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to a neighborhood to a call about a neighbor screaming and causing a disturbance. The woman also mentioned that her neighbors were having a party with loud music. Upon arrival, the cops realized it was the same residence where the officers had previously headed for similar complaints. Enjoy your Christmas gift that I bought you, not my give me a drug test. I am sober. Please don't touch me. I This is what the officers saw when arrived on the scene. I've never done anything to you, Tabitha. My property, you were not invited here. I am not talking to you. They weren't from Monty. I don't understand. I did that for you. Why are you over here? I did that for you. Tabitha, I have nothing to say to you. Nothing. Enjoy your Christmas property again. Turn around and go. Don't even turn around and go. I got her. Don't go back on her property. She invited me. But hey, but the next time Absolutely. I'm going arrest you. Don't go back over there. You will arrest. She did not invite you. Listen to her. Just stay off the property. Just go in the house, man. You want to come out here and cause a disorder? I'll arrest you for disorderly conduct. If you want to be persistent, I'll take you to jail on it. Hey, look. Go in the house. Calm down. Go in the house. Hey, what they don't realize? What they don't realize? Okay. This is private property. You don't go back on their property. Thank you. Appreciate it. The cop then went to the neighbor to hear her story. Well, I went out on my back porch and she was hollering cuz Sharon called the cops and I said, "Sharon, the lady I was just talking to." Yeah. I said, "Sharon didn't call the cops on you, Tab." I said, "I just was talking to them because she was trying to motion to me and I didn't couldn't hear her." Yeah. Because she was on the back patio hollering at me, right? And I said, "No, you accused me of calling the cops on here earlier today, Tap, and I didn't do it." She's obviously saying you invited her over here. She said, "But I know, but the way you were saying it, I'm like, she didn't invite you over." She asked me, "Could I walk to the fence and talk to her?" And I said, "No, I have nothing to say to you. Nothing at all." Yeah. So then I walk out here and she's coming across my yard. I already gave a warning to stay off the property. So if she comes back on the property, I told her I'll arrest her. So she walks back over here. See, this is what I'm going to have to deal with all night long. Well, if she comes back over here, I'll arrest her if you want that. Well, the whole neighborhood. Quit being disorderly. All right. Well, let us know if anything else occurs. I'm sure I'll be calling you later. Thanks. You're welcome. The officer was about to leave as he thought the warning was enough to make her behave. But while the cop was talking to her neighbor, she began fighting with the neighbor on the other side. If you're concerned about my grass mage, I told you to go to your house. Listen, I told you. I'm so tired. I'm concerned about is you guys all yelling at each other and it's not getting any. These neighbors suck. I It doesn't matter. You live next to them. They need a life. Well, you can either move or trust me. You either deal with it or move. That's your option. I don't know. I might stay and let them love me in more than what they do now. Or we can fart into the wind and they call you guys out here. Maybe I'll stay forever. This isn't illegal. Until the last moment, the officer tried hard to calm down the lady with warnings, but nothing seemed to work. So, the officer called the crew for help. So, the neighbor came up to the PD. What's that? neighbor here came up to the PD and that's C was talking to him and sent me out here. Basically, she's highly intoxicated. Went over there after I had already like told her boyfriend or husband here what was going on. He talked to me calm. Uh, no big deal. I was about to leave. This lady comes out saying something to me. I can't hear in the car. So, I get out and talk to her. I did nothing wrong. [Applause] I'm here. I'm in my yard. But if you're giving me a citation or giving me something, give me something. I've warned her already. She's going to be arrested. Okay. If I'm going to be arrested, I'm beaten. Don't touch me. Don't. Please don't. If you resist me, I'm going to take you. Don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Don't touch me. Wrong.
