on February 8th 2024 officers responded to an attempted robbery at a gas station hold on hold on me me leave me alone let me see my kids I don't know it's going to be leave me alone Madonna hold on yeah I thought she was asking for loby at first but she was in here yelling robbery robber she wants me to call the police cuz she got down and get the hell out like started reaching up there and grabbing fruit yeah these two threw a fit cuz she grabbed the gold and told me she wanted pulled it down and then grabbed me by the wrist and was claing at me until Daniel came up screaming at her she you know like that yeah that one all right no worries I just okay so she reached for the cigarettes fun times then she got mad cuz she got the gold yeah she just ran in and grabbed like right up here and she started like just yelling a bunch I dad ass thought she was saying someone was being robbed outside or robbing her and that she had to bring them cigarettes or they would hurt her for a second and then it registered what she was doing well the thing is I just saw her on from the camera I'm like hell is she doing I could just see her somebody like she's like this and reaching out I'm like and she began yelling robbery yeah when she like she ran through the door yelling robbery that's why I thought someone was doing something out there to a customer also to be fair she like dropped these and I grabbed them so I don't know I just didn't let go of them I don't know if that's so when you grabb the cigarettes is that when she CLA at you yeah got me on the wrist and was like trying to pull them loose and I smooshed the absolute crap out of this one this surface level it's not that bad uh no I was actually on the phone with the jail and I just heard him say Madonna lab and I looked up and he was chasing her across the street then she saw me and came back oh those people saw it too huh I guess Carlos the one in the Mercedes I guess the girl tried to pull his wife out of the car and get in what like right now yeah why did you she that right one second she have anything to do with you say yeah she f um you were you know my wife Ash you got you were down here you took a picture of my son ear this morning you weren't the cop that took a picture of my son my little boy that likes cops no I haven't done want anybody's kid this morning oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you Thompson my wife's stilling at Thompson so no M we just went to lunch right now we dropped off my daughter at her truck right here at the property and this damn chick was trying to pull my daughter out of the damn vehicle did she grab her yeah she grabbed her and my she was all banging on her window and everything like that I luckily I have my daughter with the gun and everything my daughter pulled the gun out on her and she ran away where's your daughter she's at work she's already at the golf course her name is do how old is she she's 18 18 why was she trying to pull her out I she's crazy she's [ __ ] she's walking down the street talking [ __ ] to everybody she was all trying to break in the Dez R truck when she was in it okay do you have a phone number for her for Dez yeah yeah what's Dez's number real quick is it going to be with the gentleman I'm speaking with or someone in there oh my wife's running down here right now stand for cuz I might have another one she grabbed somebody and tried to pull her out her car T and what did just happened at TH yeah okay hold are you okay M no I don't where where are you at I'm at work I think I'm just going to tell me that I can't go in that's fine yeah you're you're going to have to just call her I'll have Mom call there right now but um come back this way go to cuz if I just go to THS so come right here I'm going to take her to the police farmer cuz we're probably going to arrest her right now okay um yeah she was I came out just banging on my daughter's door yelling at her is it what car was it which window was it it's a it's a passenger did you get it on video by chance no I came out she's freaking out crying like I know hysterical where's your daughter at now she's at the golf okay did you see it yeah I saw her hitting and then I was then she comes around the back of the truck and so my daughter has her door kind of open and then I told her I was like I told my daughter just close your door and go and she's like yeah get the and I told her no you get the out of here right now no it's not my mom's all right did you see her touch your daughter at any point I didn't see her touch her but she was Bing on that don't F the window hard no damage to it I don't know I just made her leave because I was still going at it with her when I made my daughter go okay she told she tried pulling me out like said or did she was she just banging on the doors what happened talk to here one second here we going to talk to the cop real quick one second okay all right I'm offic Trump with the c City Police Department so just so you know right now she's in handcuffs um we're likely going to arrest her for something else that happened but if you can just tell me your side of the story so I can get a feel what happened yeah of course I'll be right there no I know I told her are you on your way yes sir I uh leaving my to work right now okay about the lady yeah I called 911 about her I I was at M Familia and she was coming all the way down Hudson and she is in serious mental health crisis yeah she had an incident with our daughter right now too yeah okay yeah cuz I called 911 as I was leaving and I saw her walking down the street okay and um so I'm worried about her and I'm worried about others yeah I I probably call them when they're looking and I waved them down I did I did I called night so did you see the whole incident no I didn't heard just dropped her off so I saw the lady outside of of meita yelling at people for no reason I'm like I was just leaving so I called 911 and then so my I turned around cuz my daughter's like all hysterical and I'm like just stay there and I guess she just took off and I was just I I got I I found her I I drove and I found her and I was about to approach her and I you came that's why I waved you down I got her she's already house right now oh you already got her okay there's no need for me that thank you though thank you if it would have been for you I wouldn't have been able to FL down off1 appreciate that one yeah my daughter's all hysterical right now so thank you for that so right now she's going to get arrested on shoplifting and Battery cuz I guess she grabbed one of store Clerk's arms I'm going to get your daughter's side of the story real quick yes yeah yeah yeah yeah and then I'll probably just tack it on to the rest of the is is she probably like a FAL case or something I have no idea man I wish I had a definite answer for you but who knows I would sear I would search her with caution definitely though God I called 911 my all um it's like literally right next to the I and I guess the the she showed up and then she went around to the pickup and she started grabbing the daughter's arm trying to pull her out of the car the daughter the daughter took off to the golf course to work but she's so hysterical so she's on her way back here and I was going to get a statement from her but I guess she also tried to reach over the counter and take something we got a battery here for sure in shop right battery and Shop yeah yeah what about with these people right here that's just the parents cuz I guess they didn't see the pulling part but they saw her like banging and yelling and hitting the car window she hi oh yeah she's out there nothing go step out for me can I walk to my kids I didn't do nothing okay go face let me walk to my kids that's all they want my kids want me to walk to them let me walk to them you go back it over there all right if your daughter pull a gun on me you're lucky I didn't take it away from her and kill her just wait stop just wait the wait 136 let me walk my kids mother I'm passing charges too she pull a gun on me and you guys have nothing on me so let me walk let me walk you walk the jail about okay take me to jail then but you guys going to find out my kids are fine and they better be F cuz all you mother your job no you can't arrest me for nothing you can't arrest me for nothing yeah me labor lab y f c be my ass cop be my mother ass cop labor Madrid labor Mother start so like I said earlier so she's in handcuffs she's going to go to she's going to go to jail tonight okay so you want to tell me what happened so I was getting ready to pull out and I just see like it looked like glass pop up and she was hitting my headlight and tire and I look over and she's at my passenger's door screaming at me and I don't lock my doors cuz I have to do like a that little button that go side to side yeah so I didn't think to lock it and she opens my door and he's yelling at need to tell me to get out of my truck and that she needs a ride so I pull my gun out and I'm like you need to leave and then I called my mom and I was like there's this crackhead trying to get into my truck and trying to pull me out so she walks out I open my door and I'm still holding my gun at her mhm and she's like if you me I'm whole family and I'm like I'm just in like shock right now like I no I understand that's that's that's a lot right now I I toally understand okay did she grab your arm or anything no she didn't touch you no so she just answered the car was she trying to did she said she wanted to take the car or she just said she wanted to ride well she was like get out I need a ride and she's if you don't get out I'm going take your truck and so that's when I pulled out my gun and I was if you don't leave I'm going to shoot like just trying to get her to go away okay so she open the passenger side door yes sir okay you want to pursue charges please okay we'll do just breathe bre don't don't breathe so fast bre deeper breath deep deep slow breath slow breaths okay just calm yourself down I know that's a lot for you to take in right now so uh so just relax okay and I'm the parent rather have it her know how to use it than be in a situation where she needs it and doesn't have it I know she's 18 but you could get a gift from your dad right right it gun G you know what I mean I was like don't shoot nobody just use it to diffuse the situation and you did she was being very confrontational cuz when I ran out cuz she had called me and I came running out and then I ran to her truck and that's when I was telling her get the [ __ ] out of here and I was still holding my gun at her she would go away andess when she took the the sidewalk up here did did the front doorbell camera kept through anything or no no because it was not it was right when she was getting ready to pull out she was getting ready to pull out so our our camera doesn't look that Faria might have a camera she was I I mean it was more just towards the incident between your daughter and can you tell my 109 my case number please all right so this is going to be the report number is going to be 2024 that's 0186 okay thank you all right so just so you know if we're going to go through pursuing charges I'm going to call the dents to see if it's okay but her opening the door and telling her telling you to get out of get out of your truck I'm to see if they want to go with attempt to commit a felony but with her trying to take a motor vehicle she told you the she's if I didn't get out but she's going to pull me out and last when I pulled my gun out was like you need she said she was going to pull you out yeah okay so I'm going to call make sure cuz I mean the best charge would go with is attempt to come to F which is um off taking up a motor vehicle cuz she opened the door and told you get out of the vehicle I honestly I honestly think if I wouldn't have come out and started yelling at her she probably would have tried more where's the gun at can I get it no you leave it it's in her glove compartment I threw it in there as soon as everything happened I just threw it in there you mind we run the gun it's clean you can run it it's on my name you diffuse the situation you know what I mean count the battery sh right yeah and then I'm going see if they want to if call if UL taking of a motor vehicle or attempt to commit is goodal try to the well she said she opened the door and told her I need a ride get out I'm going to take the vehicle and that it does if she didn't get out she was going to pull her out MH I was like just in L bir so my immediate reaction is to pull out the gun I'm not you didn't you didn't you just and then she kept telling her shoot me shoot me so I just shut des's door and I'm like you need to go go to work and then that's when I was telling her to get the hell out of here is McDonald getting the video for it yeah let me go there I'll get
