your license I left it at home I live directly what's your name reason why I stopped this black Ford he was traveling East on Sample Road made the right at 114 I observed him wearing an orange T-shirt was not wearing a seat belt he advised he wasn't wearing a seat belt and he also does not have his license on him if they're giving dispatch his name they did advise that the motor's license is suspended so he is going to get be getting a few citations one for not wearing a seat belt one for suspended license without knowledge and another one for failing to display his license so where's always happen to me reason why I'm stopping this individual she she was at the red light left left the first Lane three lane to go Southbound on University went to the turn lane and went right through the red light I'm sorry man I'm fo God I'm a real to her I literally just coming to a closing I understand but ma'am you were you were stopped at a red light I'm right behind you you switched lanes and went through right through the light that was pretty blatant it was right in front of me okay I do have a job to do I'm sorry all right 30 days you 30 days to respond okay drive carefully please tangle 32 1050 61 sample how you doing are officer dinino Co Springs Police Department reason why you're being stopped you made that illegal U-turn right there okay oh I saw it a no turn at the light no u-turn oh I didn't see that there was yeah you have your license and my man next time you get stopped by the police don't just slam on the brakes in the middle of the the road all right just pull over to the turn lane been sto by the I know he almost caused me to rear end you just stand by okay reason why I stopped this vehicle directly behind him at the light at 6200 sample he made the legal U-turn with the sign right there above his head he said he didn't see it but you see the sign yeah you good warning huh I've never you want a warning today your lucky day all right just a warning all right I saw your record was clean um but next time you do get stopped by the police pull over into the turn L don't just slam on the brakes can it cause an accident like that all right you're good drive carefully and the sign's there obviously you see it all right take care so we have seen a lot of comments lately on the videos about how people drivers should conduct themselves when they get pulled over a few tips from me is when we activate our police lights and Sirens just don't slam on your brakes and cause us to slam on our brakes and possibly cause an accident pull over to the safest way to the left or the right off the roadway also when we approach your vehicle keep your hands on the steering wheel don't reach for anything that's the best shows us that you're you're compliant with us and also just listen to our what we're asking you for if we're asking for your license just give us your license don't reach for anything else in the State of Florida we're not like other states where you have to pull over to the right when we activate our lights if we are in the furthest left lane the best is for you to pull over to the left and we'll do our stop there we don't want you crossing over all Lanes of traffic and possibly cause an accident if we're in the furthest right lane pull over to your right and we'll find a safe spot that way as well although my work hours are during the daytime hours a tip for the motorists who get pulled over by the night shift officers is when you do come to a complete stop and you are off the roadway put your lights on inside your vehicle it's huge shows the officers that you are compliant it helps us see where your hands are see that you're Cooperative with us and it's huge for our safety Tango 32 1050 40 at what I am so sorry I know my license my registration is suspended and I made a wrong turn right sorry so officer toino Co Springs Police Department um the second reason is why you are being stopped that that illegal turn that you make okay I know I'm sorry and I'm on my break from teaching and I have to go back and get my kids I'm so sorry I got you but so if you were if you did the right thing you wouldn't even have to just renew it I just haven't had you just don't have it okay reason why I stopped this individual we were traveling eastbound on West Sample Road approaching about the 7300 block where she came out of the complex and instead of going around to Rock Island to make the U-turn she went through the do not enter where the westbound traffic makes the left turn into the community and made the illegal turn there which she spontaneously uttered right off the bats me so listen you are getting a few citations okay um is it going to be like so much money huh is it going to be like so much money uh all I know is it's it's a better situation there we could be going so I'm not going to get well so your license is suspended okay it yeah what do how do I fix that so hold on you're not even giving me a chance to speak to you so I'm giving you two tickets okay one for that legal turn that you made you live right there obviously it's intentional right at that point so it's like I can't even cut you a break there no I know that and then um you failing to display your license to me lets me know that I know that your license is not good and you know that but but I'm not going to go that route with you okay I just don't have my I'm not going to go that rout with you okay um you're not to drive from here you're going to pull over okay into this parking lot you're going to get a ride home okay I'm sorry that you're a teacher I'm sorry all this stuff but unfortunately I have a job to do as well 30 days to respond all the instructions are in here yeah fix your license um okay has your license been suspended in the past no okay so they suspended it recently and just because you pay the tickets does not mean anything you have to reinstate your license that's another uh charge that you're going to have to uh pay for okay okay so don't just pay for the ticket pay for the license as well to reinstate it so should I just pull over and absolutely pull over here and get picked up
