Stop. Put your hand up your back right now. Nothing humbles a loud teenager faster than Miranda writes and shiny cuffs. Get on the ground now. No, please don't save me. I won't do it no more. Who has my face? Today, Detective Dale will take us through five cases where cops give hormonal teenagers a harsh reality check. Stop. Get down on your knees. Put your hands out to the side. Young blood is reckless and restless, but does that translate to a free pass for being dumb and dangerous? Absolutely not. I get it. Teenager is that magical phase of life where confidence is skyhigh. Common sense is missing and consequences are just some distant rumor adults made up to ruin the fun. Fret not though, cops are right there with cuffs and a reality check. So, are you going to stand up for me or do I got to bring my car and drag you in it? I'm asking. Some kids push their parents so far that the only parenting tool left is calling in the government. Like this father who clearly loved his thieving daughter, but still had no choice but to teach her a lesson. Get your foot in there. On February 12th, 2024, officers in Florida got a call from a concerned father who was certain his daughter had stolen his car. Again, when the officer questioned the daughter, she put on an Oscar worthy performance of cluelessness. It didn't take long for that act to fall apart. Bravo, Hotel 8, Papa, Quebec. How you doing? All right, man. How you doing? Chester, sir. Yes, sir. Nice to meet you, sir. So, what's what's going on? My daughter, she's uh been in trouble before with her mother vehicle. Uh she's on probation. Okay. So, she don't supposed to be around no smoking and stuff like that there. She's back doing that. So, I need to get away from the house because she took my my vehicle without my permission. Okay. You know, and she just need to go ahead and either go to live stream somewhere. Well, that's that's not the option. No, you know what you need to do. I I know. So, I got some questions to ask. Okay. Yes, sir. You need to answer them correct. Well, not correctly, honestly. I'm sorry. Yes. 26. Um, has she ever had permission to drive that vehicle? No, sir. Okay. Um, has she been residing here? Yes, sir. Okay. Um, what do you wish to do? Um, I'm wishing you Where's she at? Um, so here's how this is going to go. I'm absolutely not. Well, it doesn't really matter. So, what do you mean he's saying you stole his car and you didn't? Did you take his car or did you not? I I hadn't took his car. You didn't take his car? No, sir. I was right here the whole time. So why did he call me saying that you stole his car? No, sir. He He having a bad day today. He He gets like this. He gets like this. Yes, sir. Okay. Well, here's my problem. All right. It's his car. He's willing to sign an affidavit saying you took it, okay, and place you under arrest. So, why would he lie about that and when you have a history of stealing vehicles? Explain that to me. But he has no evidence that I was I was that I was That's a court problem. If he's willing to sign an affidavit, that's how the law works. Okay. So, you didn't take his car? Um, no. No, sir. I haven't. Okay. Go ahead and stand up for me. What? Why? What did I do wrong? You took his car and you signed an affidavit? I didn't take his car. I'm asking you my answer, sir. I'm asking you nicely to stand up. I hadn't done nothing wrong. I'm asking you nicely to stand up. I hadn't done nothing. I'm asking you nicely. Come over here and talk to him, please. You sign the affidavit. You got to the count of three to stand up. One. Two. No. Dad, don't take me nowhere cuz I'm trying to I'm trying to stand up. I just want to have my last moment. That's I hadn't had anything. Stand up. Stand up. I'm not ming around with this. Stand up. I hadn't I hadn't done it. Do you want to really get tased today? No, sir. Then stand up. Um, this is your choice. This is completely on you. I haven't done anything wrong, sir. The daughter went from I didn't do anything to I swear I won't do it again in record time. But by then, it was way too late for apologies. Her father had already made up his mind, and her decision to resist arrest didn't exactly help her case. The officer kept telling her to cooperate, but her complete lack of understanding pointed to something even more concerning than just a bad attitude. I'm not doing anything wrong. You're underrest. I'm just trying to talk. Let go. Let go. Please. Here. Let go. Please talk to him. Please talk to him. Dad, please. Please. 395. Give me traffic. Please talk to him. You're about to get tased. I apologize. Talk to my father before I go. If you enjoyed watching these cases, drop a like and turn the notifications on for more. Just stay right there. I won't do it no more. I won't do it no more. Please, my dad, stop. Stop moving. You're doing this on your own. Stop. Let go. Let go. Hannah, let go. I apologize. I just want to talk to my dad. No, you're not. All you need to do is let go of the cigarette. Let go. Dad, I don't want to go to life. Come on. Can you talk to me just a little bit more for it? Stop. Please stop. I hadn't done it. Stop. Please stop. Stop. Please. You're doing this to yourself. I won't do it no more. Get up. I won't do it no more. You were fighting me the whole time. Get up, Anna. You need to get up. I apologize. You made me drag you all the way from the backyard, sir. See that plastic piece right there? You mind handing that to me? Yes, sir. Looking at Yeah. Thank you. Come on, baby girl. I just I just want my smoke. I know, baby. You don't That's where you at. That's why you doing the things you doing. That's not That's not right. But you got you in this problem. Come on. He's the one that called us. Hannah, [Music] sir, I I I will cooperate with you. Can you just please let me stand up? Well, you'd think that the father was too harsh to his daughter, but there's a reason for his stern attitude. This isn't his daughter's first rodeo. I promise I'm going to go to live stream in 3 days. Please, Dad. Please, Dad. Dad, please don't put me on the papers. Please, Dad. I'm Can I go talk to my father? Hannah, you going to stand up for me? Yes, sir. Can I talk to my dad, though? I'll think about it. You don't fight me going to the car. Okay. All right. Go ahead and lean against my car real quick. Anything on here is going to poke me, stick me, or hurt me. Anything is going to poke me, stick me, or hurt me, Hannah. Come talk to me, Dad. Huh? Can you come talk to me? Or can you come talk to me then? Yes, please. Please don't take me in, Dad. Come on. Please, Anna. Come on. Step in. Go ahead. Scoot over for me. Nope. Just pin more. Can you take me to live stream? I won't fight. I had to fight you. Doesn't matter. You still committed a criminal charge. What was surprise, sir? What do you want me to take you to the live stream for? What's your concern? Cuz I can go and get my rehab in 3 days. Not for me. All right. Sit back. Do not do not. I will add another charge. Get your foot in there. Thank you. Here. And then a signature from you guys. Yeah. Gary, are you going back up there? [Music] Yeah. Nasty, sweaty. No, I'm just gonna throw it. Fine. You want to just write three LCSO 3095 on there? Uh, sure. Do you want to sign it? Then I'll I just didn't want. That's fine. [Applause] All right. Here's your case number. All right, bud. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. She didn't violate her probation, obviously. So, yes. Yes. I'm sure she probably sold your car before and that's why she's on probation. Well, my welcome to my wife's in the first time. Yeah. And that's it's been it's been over a year now. Yeah. But the thing is, you know, when she go to smoking that smoking that stuff, you know, and I'm sitting in the house, she got the key. She probably ran off tried to buy some more hers or something. So she she need to That's what I said. She need she been going to court in March. Mhm. You know, so this a good thing, man. I don't have to worry about her. I'm not be worried about out here, you know. Now she come a long ways. I remember that. Yeah. It's been a while since I've been out here. Been a long while. Yeah. So, uh, I'm good. I'm good. I I'll be good. So, when when they I What I have to do after this? Let's wait on them to call. Yeah, they'll call you. Probably do an interview or whatever. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Thank you, sir. Appreciate it. Yeah. Take care. Do you have all of uh Hannah Smith's signal 14 seconds? Can you show her 15? Sorry. Thank you. She was charged with grand theft auto and resisting without violence. At least this teenager looked remorseful, but our next suspects have no ounce of shame. Hey, get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. On the ground. Get on the ground. Now, these teenagers think they're slick stealing cars, but unlike them, the officers weren't born yesterday. I don't want I don't give a matter of fact. So, yeah. Congratulations. Y'all don't call me. Hey, what's up, bro? That was the last I got from y'all. On May 18th, 2023, officers in Florida were called out to a local neighborhood after a report of a stolen car. After a bit of digging, they quickly pieced together who the likely culprit was. In a move so immature you'd only expected from a teenager, the thief somehow forgot all about the street cameras. Are you calling about your car stolen? That's my sister. Okay. What's Where are you guys? What are you seeing? They just ran through there. They just They just ran through there. I'm here now with the cops. You know what they were wearing? It's a couple black boys. They just got on shorts, jackets, and stuff. They look like kids. Do you see your car? Where's the car at? It might be that way. I'm going to go see if I can lock down the car. Okay. All right. I'm 1012 with the vehicle. It's unoccupied. I'm in front of building 500. Hey, this is your car building. You know anybody that lives here? I don't knowbody that live out here. No. You think you'd be able to identify the kids you saw running or I seen I seen one light I seen one lightkinned boy and I seen the girl that got out. I didn't see no more. I saw the girl that got out. It was three boys. It was one light-skinned one and it was one dark one who had a little chip. Three boys and that one girl that got let out. They right by Oh, they must be live out there. They right by our house in the post. Where's that at? In building nine. Building nine. Okay. Cuz we had an officer just see some take off running. They walking past the building. What building? Our building. Well, just don't do that cuz I seen one on with a gun in his pocket. Yeah. They walking past building nine. You saw one with a gun? Mhm. The one that I seen had a gun in his spot. You got tracking system. Smart. Okay. And they they did that. And we just looked in there, they got all up everywhere. Yeah. When did it get stolen? See, we noticed it like 6:00 this morning. So, it had to be last night. So, they had to have it all night. But when I look at my thing, I can see how many miles are dropping everywhere. They stopped at everything. Can you kill the engine with that app? Yeah, but it wouldn't let because they was moving. I tried to turn it on. I tried to lock the door. What if they went to like a red light? The alarm off. It wouldn't let me all the way. It got to be in park. It's got to be in park. She lives in building 9. Whoever that girl is that was in your car. Oh my god. That girl. She said hey to my baby. Yes. She walked right back into building 9 when the guy took off from her. What the heck? That was her. They stay behind us. They stay in one of the apartments behind us. They was arguing and they had came out. That was her. She she was with they were walking out of a built apartment in building I don't know which apartment and then when they saw me the boys took off running and she went back into like whatever I'm letting y'all know right now I'm going to be here just let us know who she is cuz I don't know which apartment she went into when I see her cuz I know who she is. She said something to my baby. She had plat. No. When we just she had a little puff ball. Yeah. Puppy. Yeah. She got a little puff ball. Cuz the one that got dropped off though had braids. No. The one that got dropped off right there. She had a puff ball right there. Yeah, she had on the black. So, I don't know who she is, but we just seen her the other day. That's like frizzy frizzy hair. Yeah, she got like an afro. We just seen seen her the other day. That's crazy. Let me call one moment. Guys, I thought you had Don't ever trust guys. I was looking to see what Don't trust guys to see what what kind of hairstyle this road caller advised on the camera. They could see a bunch of signal 44s. Where is this polos? And they appeared to have a small handgun. About four to five of them. I want to go. They don't want me to lose. They Yeah, they went No, they they jumped. They went through the fence. Went through this guy's yard and went out that guy's driveway at the end of the dirt road going toward. Hey, he's right there, Keith. Hey, this is the Gainesville police. The K9 is right here. You don't want to get dog bit. The officers already knew these teenagers would wander around at night casing parked cars like they were shopping for a new ride. They knew the strategy, the outfits, the whole playbook. The only problem, tracking them down wasn't exactly easy. Apparently, being reckless and dumb doesn't stop you from also being annoyingly slippery. Hey, get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground now. We've got three males at Arbor Apartments. Apartment 232 in the back. Someone wants to come out here. Get on the ground. Lay flat. Don't shoot me, bro. Handcuff this one. Put your gun away. But unless they hit a park car unless they hit a park car like they're making a like they were making a quick turn. Yeah. Yeah. They swiped the pole or something or try to crank it up on the rim. Something that was only that tall. Yeah, cuz that that's the impact right there. Yeah. Can you hit there a little bit more for me? I can get a good print. And on here, too. They got three guys detained. So, I think all the guys are accounted for. I'm going to ride over there, see what they got in their possession, see what I can bring back over. Apparently, they found multiple cell phones. So, they've probably been breaking into the cars all night long. Might not have been the same. They didn't stole your car. You'd think they'd start acting right once they got to the police station, but nope. They kept up the same entitled attitude. A few cheap laughs and some poorly timed jokes didn't change the reality, staring them in the face. They were still heading straight for a jail cell. surfing. And you going to do? Yeah. Yeah. They'll be right back out. [Music] Wait till you do something. Get charges an adult anyway. I don't give a start. Do you know I'm start bro? Now that both suspects were safely tucked into their new ride to jail, the cops started digging through their belongings in the car. Turns out these teenagers were no less dangerous than a ticking time bomb loaded with weed, weapons, and enough bad decisions to fill a crime documentary. We're just frisking it. Just make sure there's no weapons anywhere. A pellet gun. A plet gun. Is there one? Pel 22 actually I don't know if you can lock the bolt open on this or not three one in the chamber safety offsburg 7022 rifle yeah there's something on his phone with the GPS and it tells it says like turn out of the parking lot or whatever with just sitting on the center console when I looked at it. Then he was up in that corner taking pictures. Then he walked back through and took pictures. Just blow that line. You see 10 squad cars pointing at a car. Why would you sit around? As I got my rifle pointed at him saying, "You're armed and dangerous." Walking in that lane. And I'm like, well, if they want to be that dumb, I guess. Are you hurt at all, bud? Yeah. No, they're hurt. I mean, other than the cops, are you hurt from them pointing your guns at you, the stop, anything like that? Yeah, like emotionally, yes. That did not have happened. I don't like that. So, here's what's going to happen. All right. So, Wer County is arresting you technically. So, we're driving you to there to give you to them. Suppose you were involved in a pursuit in a stolen car last night as well. So, this is the second one today. So, so it sounds like both you and your girlfriend are getting arrested for getting into a pursuit with Wera County and then stealing a car out of Wer County by gunpoint as well as getting another stolen car this morning through Winnebago County. We don't want nobody a gun. Steal that car. You want his property and stuff too? Yeah. Go inside the store here. Go with him. Do whatever these guys do. Yeah. It's my first day in Oo. Uhhuh. I just said that. Are you drunk? On December 6th, 2022, cops pulled over a car in Illinois for swerving and driving out of control. I'm sober from alcohol, but not but was probably like yesterday or two days ago. Yesterday or two days ago. I don't think it would impair my driving today. Okay. All right. Um, so since you've been at Target, you have not consumed any alcoholic beverages. Okay. And not and they can check the cameras and see that I Okay. Okay. Um, is there anything illegal that you may have in the car? No. Okay. So, you have no alcohol in the car? No. Okay. No. In the car? You don't have a warrant to do that. Actually, I have probable cause cuz I observed alcohol. You don't have warrant to do that? Because I observe. I have a right to not let you search my car. Okay. So, I have a right to not let you search my car, unfortunately. No, I have a right to not let you search my car. We're not We're not doing this. I have a right to not let you search my car. The girl tries her best to use her Tik Tok law degree with the cops, but fails horribly. After giving a free crash course on how actual law works, the cops give her news that she wasn't going to like you guys looked in my car before. You have a right to search my car and you saw the and so you you don't have a right to search my car. It's also plain view. Yes, you don't have a right to search my car. I do. No, you don't. We can figure this out and work through it. I'm just saying you can't search my car without a warrant with seeing a bull in my car. You can't search my car without a warrant. So I know the law. I know the law because I've looked it up and I know you can't search my car without a warrant. So, I'm not allowing you to, Ellie. I'm giving you one of two choices. I know you can't search my car without a warrant. You guys know this. These are your choices. You can go stand by that squad car with these two gentlemen. Okay? That's your That's your first choice. How about we try to do some breathing? Okay. He can buckle me up if you take off the handcuffs, please. Sweetheart, I can't. He can't buckle me. So, listen. This is the deal. If you keep fighting like this, my sergeant's on his way here and he has this device called the wrap and it completely restrains you. If you can't calm yourself down the way we are now, I am going to have to put you in that and I don't want to do that. So, we have to stop. Uh, we were in a driving complaint uh swing over the road and then we stumbled across her. She entered her car and there was that car. Yes. Okay. I'll fight that. Then I'll say that I was going to have someone come pick me up here. That's fine. I was I was calling my sister. I'm okay with that. You sweetheart, you can fight that in court. But right now, you're under arrest. So, this is what I have to do. I have to take you to the police department. And And if I take you to the police department, that's when the cuffs are going to come off quicker. So, the quicker the cuff? No. All right. Well, listen to me. That's why they're getting my phone. I just said that. Are you drunk? If a suspect starts losing their mind just because they can't get a hit off their vape, it's a pretty solid sign that something's seriously off. This one though goes completely off the rails. So bad that the cops are forced to take extreme measures just to get things under control. Can't take my vapes, though, cuz my parents buy those for me. You can't take those from me. My parents buy those for me and I'm 18 and that used to be the age. So you can't take those from me. You can't have him in the back seat. We'll just put it back in the car. How's that? For yourself, Ellie. No. Just cuz you're with the law does that mean you can touch me for yourself without consent. You're just making it worse for yourself. Touch me without consent. You can't touch me without consent. You can't touch me without consent. You guys hold on to it. I don't want men touching me without consent. You lay Stop touching me. Wrap her feet right now. You guys are old man. Stop. Come here. Stop touching me. Stop touching me. Stop. Okay. She's touching me. Hey, listen. You have to stop. Ellie, stop fighting. Stop fighting. At this point, the officers figured if a teenager wanted to act like a teething toddler, she might as well be treated like one. So they brought out the body wrap and sure enough when they hauled her into the station for a breath test, nobody was the least bit surprised when it came back absolutely off the charts. Ellie, stop digging your fingernails. He can't check your cuffs. It hurts. It hurts. Hold on. Stop. I'm trying to help you. I'm trying to help. I'm trying to help you. All of it. It hurts. You have to stop. You're pulling on it. It hurts. Okay, stop so we can fix it. Okay. Hey, I did that. All right, just put her in. I did that on purpose. You can stick her straight to What? What? We got to lift her up. Put her in. Wait. One, two, three. Dude, I'm going to [ __ ] bring you guys to It hurts. Stop [ __ ] I'm not. It hurts. It hurts. It hurts. It hurts. What hurts? My wrists and my stomach. I told you this. I can't be in handcuffs. But I told you that 45 minutes ago. Just bring me to the regular police station and call my sister or else I will cause a fit. Who has my bait? Who is going to answer? Who has my bait? My boyfriend's going to He's going to break up with me. Your boyfriend's going to break up with me. I'm stuck. Help me. Help me, please. Help! Help! Help! Help! Hey Ellie, we're almost there. Don't hit your head so you don't fall again. Okay, please get me there. So that's what we're doing. Yeah, we're right there. Will it take $100? Will it take Will it take $100? Can you please answer me? Talk to me and get there. Will it take $100 for Don't do that again. It hurts. Ah, you please let me out. Thank you. Please unbuckle this. I need to get out. I need to get out. All right, we're going to get you out. Okay, I'm going to put this on your head. Okay, I can't breathe. I'm thirsty. Get it out of my mouth. Get it out of my mouth. Get these handles off of me. Get it out of my mouth. Get the handles off of me. One, two, three. There you go. All right. I need to go home. You're not going to get anywhere like that. You okay? I need to go home in the morning. No. Right now. No. When you calm down, let me know and I'll get you booked in the process and I'll get you on the phone. But you have to show me that you're going to calm down and you're going to behave. I need you will in the morning. No, I need you right now. No. So, Ellie, calm down. Ellie, calm down. When you calm down, let me know. Okay. She was hit with a laundry list of charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated battery against a peace officer, resisting arrest, and more. Unfortunately, this is not the most chaotic case today. Our next suspects are about to put on a full-blown circus. Stop. I told you I don't see three. If you've never seen full grown teenagers act like wild animals, today is your lucky day. No. On October 5th, 2023, police in New Mexico were called to a Children's Youth and Families Department facility after a full-blown brawl broke out among the residents. According to staff, the kids were completely out of control, screaming, throwing things, and even assaulting the employees. Since this wasn't the first time the agency had called for help, the cops came ready for trouble. But nothing could have prepared them for the chaos waiting behind those doors. These girls are in custody. Um Vienna's rights have been terminated. The girls are supposed to be in custody. They are on runaway status and we need them back in. Um investigators have gone out to the home and assessed it as unsafe, which means that we definitely can't um safety plan. Plus, we have to address the fact that we have now got paint on our walls. Um they've been up on the tables. They're out of control. Tables and we need to get her. She has twice said that she'd rather be was going to Oh no, y'all ain't taking me nowhere. Do you have proof of saying that? You know I there's no proof. Do you have proof of you proof? You have proof and we're worried about the safety of these girls because I don't. Um can I report something too? They're letting kids live here and the kids are like alcohol. Like I have videos and pictures of them living here. They have guns too. They said there's going to like and they live here, sir. And they're not I don't think that's so technically kill. Yeah, I just reported that department has been calling me when my daughters were having an incident like the one that got tied up. What we need to focus on is the fact that we have these girls in custody. They need to come into What are you going to do? What are they going to do? I'm going. No, I don't. So, what's going on? Very little. What's going on? No. Up. No. So, what happened to that thing where y'all said my mom could be my parent? What happened to that? I don't know anything about that. No, we were doing a fostering connection thing and you said that it would be great if my mom could be my thing. So, I don't know paper what the called, but I have the paper about what you said. I'm working on your paper. I don't know what's going on, but I do know that something is not being completely honest with you. You know more about the situation than I will from what I came to learn from the from the lady that I talked to her from what I'm gathering that it sounds like something got reported falsely and then my name is in it. They're saying that I'm having marks on me. You're telling me that your officers have to hide reports of me pat on their camera, which I'm telling you I does not leave. Please don't leave me. I'm not going to leave her. I am not going with her again. She's not going to leave her. I'm not going to leave her. I'm not going to stand outside. I'm done. I didn't Please don't leave me. I already heard what you said. I've already heard. I don't want to go again. Proven like late in the afternoon so I can figure out where my lights are because I feel like my right. It works. What needs to happen? Mom, they have to step out. They want you to step out away. They were um Excuse me. I was respectful. Who are you? pushing and the the like the adult people they're fighting with the kids and the kids they need to I'm just standing I'm standing say please come down say please and now they want to fight with teenagers that they feel like especially to them because a lot of the kids have nicely said please I wanted to want you to be honest with me. Okay. Do you want to hurt yourself? No. I never said anything like that. Get me clean. Just listen to what I'm saying. Damn. Say yes or no. No. You want to? No. You want to? No. You want to hurt anybody else? No. Okay. That's all I need. Stop asking me questions. Worry about your own self. This is my job. If I have to ask you a question, I'm going to ask you a question. I don't want to go with them. It's simple. Why can't we just They let kids do whatever they use. And if you're not going to charge us damage anything, then there's no need for you to be here. There's no need for us to be here. I think the only problem is mom mom needs to leave. Okay? Cuz she's not a custodian here. She needs to go. She doesn't have custody over these three. She doesn't need to be here. She ain't in custody. She's 19. Are you 19? Doing here then with them? What are you out of here? Make me. I'm not make you. But you have no business being here. You're going to get arrested. That's basically because the kids were already cuz the issue is with with I guess these two. No, I'm in the incident too. I'm not in the incident. You don't need to be here. You're 19. Go wherever you go. Whether I got to Mom needs to leave and these two need to do whatever they're going to do with that's going. That's all for you. That's it. That's simple. Tell that to text me. Tell that to text me. Tell me. Apparently, three girls were at the center of the chaos, but actually detaining them was a whole task on its own, especially with one of their mothers stirring the pot on the sidelines. Since every kid at the facility had a history of trauma or past issues, the officers had to tread carefully. The problem was that the suspects weren't exactly making it easy. Stop. Stop. No. Hey, you're putting your hands on me. You need to put your hands on me. Don't do that. Stop. Calm down. Hey. Hey. Calm down. Hey. [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] Stop. Stop. Stop. Police. Let's go. Let's go. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Please. Stop. Stop. Hold on a minute. Hold on a minute. Hold on a minute. Oh y stop. Let's go. Stop. Get the cat. Let's go. I don't know. Stop. Come on. Stop. Stop. Going outside. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. What y'all are doing to these kids is wrong. It's illegal. It's wrong. [ __ ] stop. I saw them. They put your hair back everything. That was wrong. Wrong as hell. You my little kids. Y'all hold these little kids. Y'all done to my little kids. Y Let my kids go. Let my kids go. Stop now. Y'all give my kids like this. Y give my kids up like this. Y my kids. Stop. Stop. Let's go outside. You are I am going outside. went outside with my damn child born outside. She is I don't care. I don't care what they're telling you. You need to get your mother down here and tell them he made a goddamn mistake. This my family already done it. You already hurt these kids. [Applause] the cat. Give her the cat. Give her the cat. The cat. Give her the cat. No, I'm not going outside cuz y'all already putting your hands on my cat. No. No, I'm not. I'm not going outside. Y'all ain't putting your hands on my kids. Y'all took my kids wrongfully from their house when y'all put my kids back. Y'all a lie. Be a lie. Y'all damn lie. I'm telling you the truth. And I've done everything right. No, I'm not. Give me the kid. Get your hands off my head. Get your hands off of her. [Music] Okay. No, please. I got her. I got her. I want [Music] listen. Hey, let's go. They talk. You're not going back in. You're not going back in there. Okay. Let her go. Let her go. I've done enough to them. Enough. Enough. Enough. You need to get back enough. You said your talk with me and then you're taking that kiss on my head. Let her go. Let her go. Let her go. Let her go. Ying done wrong. Done wrong. Y'all put my kids at home with me. You put my kids at home with me. The y'all want to come up with all kinds of Now y'all are wrong. Wrong. Don't that my kids go outside enough for my children. You're being detained. Enough. You're being detained. Please don't. Put in the grass. Put in the grass. In the grass on the ground took my first nothing wrong. My dad was already sick. He was already dying. or two. They could have that man. If you guys don't get up at home, I'll get up. I'll get up. I promise. I will get up. Hey, if you cooperate with us, we'll be cool with you. All right. But we're not playing with you. You need to cooperate with us. You're acting now. We do not need that right now. We're not going to play this game. Go. Roll to your stomach. Roll to your stomach. Roll to your stomach. Inside the agency, the situation goes from bad to worse as one of the girls has a full-blown meltdown. Finally, cops were forced to go with a much harsher approach. Get back. Stoping pushing me. Get back. Put your hands up cuz they wrong. They're noting right. Except the kids made a mistake. Let us figure out I made a mistake. Go over there or you been charged with disorderly. Get charged with me here. I'm telling you. Get away. You got that me like this. Oh, stop. I feel trapped in here. Oh my gosh. Why are you so You work with us, we'll work with you. Quit banging your head on my window. I can't blame my window. I can't blame my head. Quit. We have a lot going on right now. Stop. Walker so much easier. Stop. Stop fighting. Stop fighting. Please stop fighting. Mommy, go. Please stop. Mommy. Mom. She like we're past that point already. Yeah, she bit me. Let me go. Let me go. No, I don't want to go with y'all. Come on here. Talk to me. Is she okay? She's fine. She's fine. No, they better not have done anything to her. She's too young. Stop. Stop. I told you I three I have right here at Burger King. Give me your hands. Give me your hand. Put your hands behind your back right now. You hear me? We don't give a [ __ ] She slipped her car. That's [Music] what I can't breathe. Still got it. Which one needed the wrap? The ones over there. Yeah. Okay. I'm going to go ahead over that way. Officers revealed they were getting called out to this place almost daily to break up a new fight. Now, just imagine what the staff had to deal with day in and day out trying to manage a group of outofcontrol kids. When the manager finally explained why she was desperate to stop housing these little hell raisers, the cops couldn't help but sympathize. Just let her go. I got her. You want to set her up? I got her. I got her. We can do this. Hey, relax. Relax. Hey, no. Hey, look at me. Why does everybody keep judging me? [Applause] No. Was it locked? Yes, dude. What the Sorry, man. We'll figure it out. Okay. Okay. It's my know I know, baby. I know. I know. I know. Hey, we're not here. No. I don't want them. I know. I know. I know. So, those three girls, one is missing and these two that you're taking. Well, I I caught the other one. They were they were talking to him and it's the girl that that girl over there is the one that called him. Okay. Are we going to fix this issue on housing them here? We don't want to house them here or get or can we are we going to get anybody incarcerated today? She's if we have a bed. Yes. Cuz this is this is starting to become a major major major. It is trouble. You're the Are you the watch planner that's supposed to call me back later? Uh oh. You don't have to. One of us Yeah. One of us supposed to call you. You don't have to. You don't. Yeah. I'm here now. No. Thank you. Coming in person is even better. Yep. No. This situation cannot be controlled. We cannot control what's here. You want to stick around? Um I think we got it, brother. You sure? Yeah. I appreciate you. They cannot control it. And it's like this all the time. Well, the thing is is what's was what's was getting to the point we respond here every day. I know you do. We arrest them for something every day. I know you do. And there's no bed. Now it's getting worse. My guys My guys are getting bit by people. We're now we're having to physically run after them. It's so are these workers every day. Yeah. So something needs to happen. So So here's the situation that we have. They are refusing the placements that are offered, which I guess they can. I thought I thought they were juveniles. I thought they can refuse. They I thought they have no say. We're trying. We're trying so hard. There's no male beds. There might be female beds in detention. So, we'll have to let this man is the one you need to talk to for that. Okay. Um there's no placements that will take some of them and we can't put them in. We can't force them to go because there isn't a medical reason for them to go. So legally we can't put them in like an RTC, a residential treatment or a group home because they're not medically need needed. This isn't classified as medically needed. Her she's she's hospital like like but all of them habitually breaking rules, habitually breaking the law. That's not a that's not a medical issue. Like something's not clicking like No, it's not. And and that's the problem. And that and because they're over 14, they have the ability to refuse medical care. not placement, but medical care. And so that's why we can't do anything. So when they when they do act up where we can get something where they might be detained, we try to call and get them detained. But now, because the governor wants all the gun people in jail, we can't get them in jail. We're going to have to figure out something because somebody's going to get seriously hurt. And it's not and it's not going to be us. I guarantee you that cuz if they keep on doing what they're doing right now, they are going to get seriously hurt. We explain that to the kids every day and this is how they act. cuz like my guys are getting very frustrated on coming out. So are we. We're scared. We don't want to come to work. We don't want to come to work. I don't want to work here in that. I'm a licensed master social worker. I don't want to work here with that. It shouldn't it shouldn't come down to one two. We have like 10. We have 10 police units out here. I'm happy. Okay. But it it shouldn't have to come down to this. I know that. But we can't do anything with them. We're not allowed to put hands on them. We're not allowed to put them down on the ground. We're not allowed to do anything. I wish y'all were because we can't. You guys are the only ones that can do that. That's why we call because when they get out of control like that, we can't help. We can't control them. All right. So, and when they're drunk and high, we can't control them either. So, all three girls under arrest, right? Uh-huh. Okay. So, two of them for Ario or what? What? I know the one that ran is Ario for sure. That one's Ario and battery against on me. She bit me. Yep. and battery on the on the CFD worker. Okay. This other one that we handcuffed in here, what is she under arrest for? I have no idea. I was I just been Okay, she's just detained. So, she didn't obstruct anybody or anything? No. Okay. All right. So, we will release her back to them. Okay. No. Which one? The one that we handcuffed that was in this building. That's the one that pushed somebody. No. Wait, wait, wait. Not Not the one that was on the floor in here. Okay. But the one that was in this building. She pushed. Who did she Who did she push? She pushed Teresa in the in the ambulance. So Teresa's at the hospital. Yes. Teresa Goodwin. Okay. Somebody. Hey, I need somebody to go to Eastern. Go talk to Teresa Goodwin. She got pushed by the girl that we handcuffed in here. And that girl was threatening everybody. Okay. The one in here? Yes. All right. So, we need somebody to go talk to. Uh, so the one that has your cups on her, huh? The one that has your cups on her? No. Uh, those are actually rot cuffs. Okay. Well, she's in the back of this unit. Okay. All right. Transfer her over there. Okay. You need anything else from us? Um, no. I think now I think I think we got pretty handled now. Okay. I appreciate y'all, man. I appreciate All three girls were charged with resisting arrest and criminal damage.
