multiple felony warrants the officers tried to stop him several times but the suspect apparently allergic to following basic instructions dodged them every time this triggered a highspeed Pursuit fleeing possession of a firearm and much like Crawford another individual had the brilliant idea of raising a gun at an officer and as you'd expect he too had to learn his lesson the hard way on September 16th 2024 Chicago police were called to deal with the report of an armed individual however the 31-year-old suspect Rakim decided to flee instead but fate had other plans a black SUV came out of nowhere and hit him as he dashed across the street sending him crashing to the ground you'd think that would be the end of his Great Escape but popped right back up and aimed a gun at one of
