I'm in the caddy baggage. >> One second here. Just and then I'm going to lock these cuffs really quick just so they don't tighten up on you and hurt your wrist. >> It happened at 12:21 in January. >> In January? >> Yeah. >> That's my apartment building, but they said it happened in January. >> Walk back. We'll go on this side so that way get you out of the traffic over here. >> Okay. Thank you. >> If you like our videos, don't forget to subscribe. >> I just knew y'all was going to get me for speed. >> Yeah, you were moving fast. That's why we looked up. They were like, "She's got a what? I don't wear." All right, let's have you sit back in here, man. All right. >> How you get in here? >> Uh, you just kind of face me and you'll sit down. Okay. Can you put my legs in for >> sure? Yeah, I can help you out. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yeah, of course. >> Now, >> all right. We're going to close this door just for a minute. What was What was your name? >> Ma. >> Mhm. >> Shatasia. Certasia. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. We just need to write it down. >> How do you spell that? >> C H A. >> Yeah. >> T A Y. >> Uhhuh. >> J A >> I'm going to have to have you step out of the car as well. >> What? >> Apparently, it's the same thing. So, we're trying to clear this up now. We just have to follow our >> somebody up. >> I don't know. Maybe. We're just trying to figure it out. Can you just leave your phone up on the dashboard for me real quick? >> Well, they taking both of us. >> Just face the front of the car for me. Thank you. Put your hands behind your back. >> Thankfully, the granddaughter agreed to let police cuff her while they figured things out. Later, the grandma confirmed that it was just a misunderstanding. >> Other side. >> Yep. >> All right. One sec. I'm going take you around the car. Just give me a minute to wait until this car goes by. Yeah, her name is Shueri. Not that's who you think you should. >> No, I said my wife. >> Her name is >> No, you said living cat. No, that's her mom. I'm This is my great granddaughter. Her mom is my >> Okay, you can send her outside. >> She can get out. >> Sorry. >> No. said you was hopping and I said no that's your mom >> we'll walk over here I'll take them off over there I just want to get you out of the road as fast as I can >> so you're born in 04 >> Mhm. So, you're 20. You can draw. You have a license? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Give me one second. I take these off. Yeah. Sorry. I think he uh probably just misheard your your grandma over there. >> Yeah. >> Um before I was able to tell him like what your name was and stuff like that. >> I'm looking for my mom. >> I mean, I'm not trying to Yeah, I was about to say I'm not trying. >> I ain't trying to do nothing. I was just trying to, you know, trying to help people out when I can, I guess. [Applause] Do you remember any sort of like altercation or anything that happened in January like at your apartment? I mean, my I see why my mama had a domestic violence cuz she split my head open. But not my grandma. >> Okay. >> My grandma just came cuz we was fighting. >> What's up, man? >> My grandma. >> Oh, it's your grandma back there. Okay. Yeah, we're trying to figure it out real quick. All right. >> All right. Um, one second. I'll see if he wants us. I'll be back in a minute. >> Give her a sign, man. She said she's going to be able to drive the car. So, >> who's got one for that? She >> All right. >> Okay. >> Did you forget about it? >> Not a big deal. We gave you a piece of paper for yourself. As long as doing anything else, piece of paper, you take care of it. You're done. >> Okay. Thank you. We're trying to figure it out right now. We're not I mean, we're not trying to >> uh domestic violence from January >> misdemeanor. >> Yeah. >> So, I mean, we're trying to figure it out now. I mean, obviously, the whole thing looks weird, but you never know. Like, from our perspective, obviously, we don't know. So, we're just trying to clarify it before we just start, you know, letting everybody leave and stuff. She was saying, >> "But even if it well, that's that's still like a >> they're gonna they're going to treat her differently than they do like somebody might, you know what I mean? Like, you know what I mean? So, we'll we'll try to figure it out the best we can." I think he's just trying to clarify right now. Like, since it's out of Akran, there's like certain things that we have to do and certain things that we might have a little bit more leeway on. So, I think that's what he's trying to figure out right now. >> I know. That's what I was like. I was like, "Yeah, I'm sorry, man. I'm gonna have to, you know, just use the outside of my hands to check your pockets." And she's like, "What do you think I got on me?" I'm like, "I don't know. You're beating people up, apparently." So, >> I gotta check. I'll be back in a second. >> You want me to flip them now, >> please? >> Okay. You mind just looking that way, man? >> All right. Well, here. Just stand out then. I'll do it right here. >> Huh? John step out the cuffer. >> Yeah, >> just helping out with the leg. >> Oh, I got two rods in the stink. Pull it. Pull it. >> Okay. >> Yeah. My dad's got some rods in his leg, too. >> In my back. >> Oh, in your Him, too. Yeah. >> I know. Yeah. >> He's been all crazy. >> Your grandmother going to jail. Uh, >> yes I am. >> Mhm. >> Yeah, we were running. >> See how that hurt? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I'll try to make it a little bit looser for you there. >> All right. Thank you. Cuz I ain't going no I'm going to >> they're going to Yeah. Hopefully they'll uh I mean usually they real quick. >> Sorry. Sorry about that. >> Just that way so they don't >> Okay. Oh, why? >> There we go. >> That way it doesn't lock on you and get any tighter. I think that might be what happened before. >> Is there anyone in line? >> Come on here and help me out here. >> I got to sit back up here. >> Yeah. >> You in there? >> Okay. >> The officers kept the grandma detained while they checked if the warrant was authentic. Unfortunately, grandma's got to go to jail because she does have a warrant. >> She do? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It's from uh Everton. Do you have family member up at Everton? >> Me? >> Me and my my my grandmother, my cousin Duncan, we all stay up there. Not in the same apartment, different apartment. >> But it must have been for something there. It happened in the beginning of the year. your names or your mom's name is on the uh call card and everything else. That's why I asked her. I'm like, "Who's in her front in in the front seat?" And she said it was uh what's your mom's name? >> Shquire. >> Yeah, Shaqu. I'm like, "Oh, that's her." She's like, "Yeah, that's why I said she's got a warrant." But it turns out you had a warrant either way. But >> uh you just make sure you show up and you take care of it. Okay. The courts are closed today because it's Veterans Day. But if you have any issues, like say you got to go to work or something, you can't find a ride, call this number. But don't do it on Monday. All right? Just make sure uh you call them like, "Hey, can I reschedule this so I can take care of it?" This is where you have to go. It's 172 South Broadway. It's no longer the police station. It's the old case building. Okay. So, here's this for you. Um Grandma said you can take her car. So, we don't have to Did you want anything out of it, man? Your cell phone or anything? Your wallet? >> I got >> I don't know. I mean, when you get out, you want to call somebody, right? >> There we go. Right. Yeah. See, >> there she already, right? >> I don't know. It's an original, so she's never been to court for it. So, I don't know. I got your ID up here. If you want to take it with you, you can. It's up to you. Whatever you want to do. >> You can leave. Yeah. You can either take it with you or you can leave it with your >> Yeah, they can leave it. Tell uh my granddaughter, make sure she put them turkeys in that freezer, the white freezer in the kitchen. >> Okay. And put gas in your car. >> Yeah. Hey, when I win, they start back. >> I ain't going to have a drop when I get out. And I keep it full. When I get back when I get to half tank, >> my car is going to empty. So I go back and put gas in it. I never go past the gas. >> Yeah. Well, that's good. It's better for your engine to do that. >> And then when I get it back, I might have a I might have a quarter tank >> and might not. >> What kind of phone is this? Is a flip phone. >> Yeah. Open it up. >> It's a fancy phone. >> Oh, that's legit right there. I like that. >> Yeah, that's cool. >> And I don't know how to use it under the answering dial. >> That's sweet. I >> But you know why I got that? Why is that? >> It's because them them long ones you drop them, they break so much. But if I drop that, I can't break this because it's pretty hefty. >> Mhm. >> Pretty heavy. >> Yeah, >> it's pretty cool. >> So, all right. Well, we're going to get this paperwork started to get you out of here and hopefully we can get this stuff taken care of. >> Okay, baby. Thank you. >> Yep. I'll close. >> I mean to be a real and you've been very nice, man. We appreciate it. I'll be back in the front one. All right. Squad. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Step on out for me, honey. >> Can you help me out? Can you just pull this leg out, babe? >> Okay. Uh, which one you want me to grab? >> Just grab them both and just help me. >> I do it real slow. I don't want to hurt you. Okay. >> Yeah, cuz I got two rods in the stent back there. >> All right, sweetie. Okay, there you go. >> Okay, cuz once I get around I'm scoop down. Okay. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Okay. All right. Let me get these off. >> Please not tight. And they was real nice to me. >> Well, they're nice guys. >> Yeah, they ain't mad at them cuz they put my in jail. They doing their job to go. >> Hey, they got to eat, too. Got to get this cleared up. I don't deserve it, but we got to get this cleared up. >> I got to put them behind you. So, I'm going to put two pairs on. Okay. >> Okay. >> Don't mess up with your bracelet. So, I'm going to raise your bracelet up slightly. Okay. >> Let's get the other one. You're welcome, man. >> Cuz I ain't going nowhere. >> I can't even walk. >> All right. Undouble lock them so that they don't hurt you. Okay. >> Okay. going out. >> Yeah, but I got you. >> Go right to the side here. >> What are you going to jail for? >> Domestic violence. They think I slap the hell off my knee cuz she called me a and I'm trying to see after her dad. >> One second. >> Okay. Okay. Now up. >> Are you going to be able to get up there? >> Mm. I don't. >> We're going to take the little step. >> Please don't let me fall. >> We going to let you fall, baby. >> No. >> Another big step. >> Okay. >> Okay. One more, honey. >> Oh. Oh, Lord. >> All right. What I'm going to do is I got to reach over and put a seat belt down. Okay. Okay. >> Not trying to get fresh. >> Well, I would know the difference. I ain't married in over 25 years. >> I wouldn't know the difference. >> All right, young lady. I'm going to shut this door. Okay, watch your arm. >> It's the nicest lady I've ever arrested. I feel terrible. Oh, thank you. >> The woman was charged with domestic violence. However, the sentence is unknown where this granny was the nicest person cops had ever arrested. We can't say the same about the next one. >> Out of the car. >> Out of the car. >> On June 29th, 2025, police noticed a vehicle parked in front of the Venice Police Department for a long time. Upon inspection, the police discovered it belonged to a woman who fell asleep inside the car. These are the events that followed. >> illegally parked in front of the PD. >> Ma'am, what's going on? I can't hear you. >> Well, >> ma'am, just open the door for us. Right now, we got to talk to you. Okay. Other button. Okay. Well, she can't just park here, right? I mean, No, >> you're right. It is a violation. And >> she has to identify herself. >> Yeah. >> She doesn't want to identify herself. All right. Then she's resisting. >> Rental car. Yeah. >> Can you open the door, >> please? We can't hear anything you're saying. You got to open the door to talk to us. Should I put spike trips under there in case he tries to flee? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So, if you open the door, >> she can't drive away. >> Got unreadable tag. It's going to be a Ford F-150 in color. I'm going to be in new 41 and eco point drive in the front of the car. National back up though. Ah, that's true. And it's I think it's a rear wheel drive car. >> Double 61 unit 746. >> Can you open the door? >> Yeah, we have to open the door at this point. You can't just ignore us and pretend that we're not here. You have to open the door. >> We're parked crazy at the police department and we can't hear anything. We got to figure out what's going on. I We can't hear you. That's some good insulation in this vehicle. It If you don't cooperate, we're going to have to break the window. So, >> do you want do you want to escalate it or you know, >> despite cops trying to just speak with the woman, she didn't cooperate. Several wine bottles were also visible inside the car. What she did next blew the officer's minds. >> Get her. You want me to chase her? >> You like [Music] your incident has been updated. proportion. Unfortunately, it stops. You need to get in the car. I can't get on because I don't have arms. >> Ready? Ready? You are fancy. The real police wouldn't do that. >> Well, if you would have uh talked to us at the police department, we wouldn't be in this situation. >> I didn't put you guys. >> Okay. That's crazy. Um, I guess just take pictures of the alcohol in her car, the wine bottles and whatnot. >> Her wallet's cards. >> Our whole car just has like random scissors in it. I think she's not going to be able to, but I can do them at the jail board. >> Yeah, because I have to call offer them here if you want. See if she's able to do them. I don't >> Yeah, >> it's perfect because as you're chasing her, you had permission from both of your friends like, "Should I go get her?" We're like, "Yeah, >> yes." >> Just honestly, definitely signal one. >> That was good. >> I'm going to ask her if she wants to do field sariety exercises. Yep. >> She's making about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine. But is it an act or for real? Ma'am, you listening to me? Make sure. Can you hear me? You're good. >> All right. I'm just going to speak then. All right. And you choose to answer me if you wish. >> All right. >> The the real police are under >> I have reason to believe that you are under the influence of alcohol andor drugs. >> I am neither. To dispel my belief of this, I'm going to ask you if you would like to perform field sobriety exercises. Okay. >> Do you want to conduct field sobriety exercises? >> I am not drinking and I am not under the influence of anything. I've never taken drugs in my life. >> Would you like to conduct field sobriety exercises? >> The real police are on their way. >> All right, ma'am. I'm gonna ask you one more time, and if you don't answer the question, I'm just going to take it as a refusal. Do you wish to perform field sobriety exercises? >> I will >> to confirm you want to. >> Yeah, because I'm not under the influence of anything and the real police are on the way. >> Okay. >> Maybe we should have her checked out by EMS first. Check out her wrist. >> I am totally sober. And you say close. It's not even my car. >> It's a rental and the real police asked me to stay there >> at the police station to save me from you. >> Okay. >> I've been drinking. I'm totally sober. And you are not real police. And you're in big trouble cuz they're on their way. >> Okay. [Music] I'm sorry you feel that way. >> No, they are. You're surrounded by police cars. It says police on them. >> Doesn't matter. >> And you drove to the police station where we made contact with you. >> We all could tell. None of you are police. Yeah. Where' they go? I don't know. >> Yeah, they went that way. I don't know why. >> I did nothing wrong. Nothing. >> I'm not under the influence. >> There's no way they didn't see us. >> I did nothing. >> You should play with us. Maybe they're going to park and just walk down. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Yeah, they probably just going to go right back around and walk and walk out. >> I did nothing wrong. I have You have nothing against me except that you hurt my body. >> You pulled me out of there where the police asked me to stay. >> Okay. >> I am sober. >> Okay, I understand. >> Don't do that. >> All right. Face face that way though. Okay. >> You're going down. >> Yeah. this time. I have two. What's that? I have two. Good. >> Should they like that? >> Police are coming. I just want you to know they're not coming from. They're coming from away to prosecute you. They're coming. I understand >> cuz I know that you're cartel. You're not real police because I haven't been drinking and I was asked to stay there by the police. The real police. >> Where were you having dinner at? >> I didn't have dinner. >> You didn't have dinner earlier? >> No. >> Oh, okay. They said, "Do not move." >> Okay. Well, we'll figure that out later. >> The real police told me not to move. >> Okay. >> And they went by, the real police had five police cars come and check on me. >> And how could five police cars come and check on me and then you come and say, "You're police. doesn't it doesn't equate the real police are on their way look over on the >> they really are on the way. I think you should get checked out. At least you have a little blood on your arm. >> I refuse. >> Well, that's totally up to you. >> You've done nothing. I real police are on the road. >> You keep coming out. >> I know cuz that's the truth. These people are are calling me um that I've been drinking. I haven't been keeping. I haven't I was told to stay there by the trees which were on the road that I'm totally sober. They dragged me out of the car and already broken my tires. That's why you're not the real police. >> If these are fake police, she'd hate to see real ones. Wait, wait, wait. Stop. >> We're not going to stop. >> No. No. I need to listen. I need to listen. >> Charlie, we're 104. >> I'm not going. >> We have an adult female. 10:15. >> I want my He took my purse. >> Okay. >> And then told us to leave because we moved a chair for our child. So when he tells you to get out of the car so we can talk to you about what happened >> and try and pull like it's not cool. >> I did. I'm still so mad. I was wrong. >> Unfortunately, a business can kick you out for any reason. >> We left. >> They can kick you out for any reason. >> We left after he he pulled the guy by the shirt. >> My daughter's here, my granddaughter. He There's a party of 11. We moved a chair. >> That's up to the business if they want to ask you to leave. >> And we left. >> So when we show up and tell you to do something, you have to do it. We're investigating. We're being told he threw something at someone, too. >> I threw something. No, I want my purse. He won't let me go back in. And I want my purse. And he said, "We can't go back in." I want my purse. >> Does she have the purse? >> No, it was hanging on the back of my chair. >> They went back in to get it cuz he refused to let me in. >> Somebody grabbed it like one of the employees. >> Okay, we'll make sure it's gone. It's taken care of. So, >> no one threw anything at him. >> Stay with that for a second. >> Did he say anything about the purse? >> Purse? I personally I'm going to go ask about >> he said I could not go back in because whatever >> the kid initiated it like Dave initiated it >> and then my mom probably was rude and like trying to call him names and stuff. >> So this this came out as a assault and battery in progress. >> Both ladies were making up stories. It was now time to get some answers from the other side. >> So everything happened over here. Uh basically just in the blind area. >> They're waiting for a table. Um, I asked just the sons, "Hey, are you guys using these chairs? I have a pregnant woman and the guy didn't want to sit at the bar." >> Okay. >> He flipped out on me, started screaming at me. I said, "For there's no reason to come. I'm just asking you." So, I gave the woman my chair instead. >> Okay. >> And then he decided to go outside and try to fight me. Took her shoes off. So, I just locked the door. >> And then she comes over to me and starts screaming at me. I said, "Man, why you screaming at me?" >> Right? >> And she just sc I'm screaming. So, we're walking through here >> and I get probably right about here. She just takes it. >> Chucks it right at me. >> Okay. >> In front of everybody, too. Everybody >> the plastic thing and I threw it down on the ground. >> You threw it on the ground? >> Yeah, I did that. That was me. Not Not the boy he was aggravating. I was trying I was trying to like distract them because I know the boy he grabbed >> would fought back. >> Okay. So, you threw an insert with the specials on the ground. >> Yeah, it was like a plastic thing on the table. I threw it on the ground. I screamed at him. >> Okay. >> Sorry. I shouldn't have resisted, but I'm like what? Like start people start fighting with us. >> Let's just >> I shouldn't have resisted. >> Yeah, you should. Listen, we're here. >> I know. But I'm like, "Oh my god." But he's >> there. Only reason we're still here. So he told us to leave. The only reason we're still here cuz he wouldn't let me go back in and get my purse. And so two of the guys were going back in to get my purse and then they weren't coming out. And so I'm like like we were worried. >> So we didn't want to leave them. >> Okay. >> Excuse me guys. Is this anyone's purse? >> It's mine. >> This is your purse. Okay. You guys know if you picked up a purse from the people who were >> No, I the one guy came by, but I haven't seen anything at all. >> Excuse me, guys. Is this your purse behind you here? >> Yeah. >> Did you guys see a purse that was left behind? >> Okay. Thank you. >> I'm sorry, sir. I'm having issues. >> We're still looking for your purse. Okay. I was told. >> Okay. >> Apologize. >> I apologize. I told her >> and that's the thing. Obviously, >> I'm in counseling for it. You grabbed my arm and >> I got I didn't deal well. I >> got you. And at the same time, you have to see where we're coming from. We show up to this. You see me coming, you jump in the car and you started flipping me off and laughing. >> No, I was I was like >> it happened. But regardless, >> and then when we tell you to stop and get out of the car and then you just want to say, "No, I'm not." And then even corporate got here and it was just And she was here and she's telling you to get out of the car and you're not getting out of the car. >> You know what I mean? >> I know. It's so hard. >> I gotcha. What happened inside? Other than I know that they're trying to move a chair and >> yeah, we're all se and the girls were all seated at the bar at like the big bar inside and then there we have 11 people. So then the guys were going to sit at the table like in the bar. >> So they moved the chair from the bar bar >> the big I saw the big chairs in there >> to the table thing you guys were saying >> to the table bar. >> Okay. And I and then I'm just and then I don't know like why or what two other people came up and that the guy in the orange shirt comes over and he's saying and then to the guys I don't know what he said or whatever and then the one young guy in our crowd >> he grabbed him by the back of the shirt or whatever and then he's mouthing off to him and and so I jumped up because he's a young kid and I knew he would like fight or get >> you were like sticking up. >> So I just thought be mouthing off. >> Okay. So I jumped up, mouthed off or whatever. And then he like told us to leave. So as we're like, you know, leaving, I was like mouththing on to him. >> And then when I came back over and my where the ta the bar where we were sitting >> and my purse wasn't there and I picked up the plastic thing. >> Mhm. >> And I like the it that has the specials. >> Yeah. It's got the little it's a little page with the menu and the drinks and stuff. >> I just like threw it across on the table. I'm like you they have it. >> They have the first. They did find the purse. Okay. I said somebody from the party they thought grabbed it and came back in. >> Yeah. And then >> and then so then >> Yeah. So then when we came out, everybody's like, "Let's leave. Let's leave." Or whatever. The guy was being ridiculous. And I'm like, "I'm not leaving without my purse." Like, and um so then when that's what >> he's pulling it up. I was going to grab that and then we'll be good. He's right there. He might have it. >> Okay. So, but your purse, they did. Someone here in the car has the purse. >> Yeah. >> It's hard to see. Make sure she was at the main bar of the bar. But so she comes over here. You can see her. I'm right here. I'm asking to leave. She throws it at me. >> I'm sorry. I >> totally reacted when you grab >> in trouble before. >> Never. >> Okay. I'm going to go talk to them real quick again. >> I was We were teasing earlier today. I have a speeding ticket for going 38 and a 30. >> Whoever pulled you over for that didn't >> It was on the military base. >> Explain that. I mouth off. I do run my mouth, but I was I was so afraid that Dave was going to get in a fight with the guy and get in trouble. >> And I asked the son cuz they took all the chairs from the bar. I said, "Hey, you guys going to use these chairs or you waiting for a table?" Because there were two guests that walked up and they took the chairs away. So this and the son goes, "Well, we're going to we're waiting for a table." I said, "Okay, that's cool. Thank you. I just these people like a seat." So he got up and started cussing at me. He starts getting mad. Girl, why you cussing at me? I would have been $100 tip. I said it's cool. That's not my problem. I was just asking if he could give these people his chair. So I got up and gave him my chair. He said, so then he flipped out. Then the son was like you. I said, bro, get out of here. He said, I'm not leaving. And I said, you're going to leave right now. So then he keeps going, keeps going. Then he decides to go out the side door. I'm going fight you right now. I said, okay, let's go outside. So he runs out the side door. That's when I lock the side door. She comes over to me and starts screaming my face in front of the entire restaurant, screaming at me for no reason to tell me I'm >> So then when we were sitting out here waiting like and the guys were going back in, look, it came from my purse or whatever. >> My daughter was just laying on the horn. >> Oh yeah. I heard So I heard the 911 call. >> Uhhuh. >> We were just being obnoxious. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And they're laughing on their way out. They're like, "Oh, nothing's going to happen." They're just like you. And I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to call the cop." >> So that and again, I know we talked about it. Pressing charges. >> Yeah, I will. I'm going to act like that. >> I'm going to go with the obstruction. I was going to do disorderly, but I'm just going to do the battery. In lie of a disorderly, I'm not going to hit the three things. >> Um, so if you want to tell her that she's no longer welcome here. Um, >> I'll let her know. >> Like you said, the battery and then we've got another charge on her >> and then I'll do I'll pull a separate number for the trust. I'll say >> so. Will I get in trouble if I put on the reviews? >> No, that's we're going to be speechless. You can do whatever the hell you want with that. The lady didn't even hesitate speaking this harshly to the victim in front of the authorities. >> After everything said down, I'm going to go ahead and just let you know you're no longer welcome at a restaurant. Okay. >> Oh, don't you worry. And you're not the owner, so quit calling yourself the owner. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. Quit your false pretense. >> That's good. I appreciate that. >> So, this is a trust. Do you understand what that is? >> Yeah. Never come back. That's fine. Yeah. Thanks. >> All right. We're going to go over. We're going to take a walk over to my car. Okay. >> Okay. But thank you. >> Yeah. >> Am I Can it okay if I grab your arm now? Guess if she stays with me, >> she'll Yeah, she can come along with us. We're just going to go right around the corner to my vehicle here. >> Wait, am I going to? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Because I >> Yeah, I already explained it to John. It should be >> looking in may take an hour or two, but then if you've never been in trouble before other than a speeding ticket. >> Um, well, because of So, one, there is the charge of obstruction, which is for you not listening to our commands, the other vehicle that threw him did hit him directly in the chest. Oh, no I didn't. Was my car here in the night? So, um, yeah. Do you mind? I'll check. >> Do you have pockets or anything? >> Um, I can't even I don't know. >> The lady was charged with simple battery and resisting without violence. >> Okay, let's pause for a second because behind every chaotic cane swing and sassy arrest, there's a story. These grandmas might be unhinged, hilarious, and totally unpredictable, but many of them are also lonely, hurting, or just trying to be seen. It's funny, yes, but it's also a little reminder that age doesn't take away personality, struggle, or the need for connection. If you're enjoying this ride through Grannyone Wild Territory, go ahead and hit that like button, subscribe, and ring the bell so you never miss another story that's equal parts chaos and heart. Trust me, the next few grandmas, they're even wilder. >> Officer Stevens. >> Officer Stevens. >> Officer Stevens. >> Clearly, this grandma likes the sound of her own voice, despite how insane her words become. Why am I going to jail? Can you tell me? >> On 9th March 2025, police were called to a local bar to handle an intoxicated woman who allegedly assaulted multiple staff members after being cut off. >> Still there [Music] belongs. Excuse me. >> Grab your belongings and we're going to have a conversation. >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me? >> No. Walk outside, please. >> Come on out here. You do some jackpots? >> Yes. >> What happened? >> Um, we got in an argument for nothing really. >> Okay. And were you there, too? Yes, sir. >> All right. Go inside then. >> And >> that's all I have to say to you. >> I have your ID real quick. >> Yeah. >> So, the two ladies that work here >> were down there on the street. >> Did Did you see them at all? >> No, there's somebody else. >> Okay. Well, there those two work here were standing right here when she came and confronted >> Did the lady came off the bar and confronted both of them right there. What do you mean came off the bar? She was drinking here with her >> and then they got us >> right here. >> Those were like Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> What's that? >> I had to follow her just to make sure you guys got her. >> Okay. So, tell me what happened. >> So, she was sitting at the bar. She was intoxicated. We decided not to serve her because basically she was intoxicated. She got upset about the situation. We put waters in front of her. We asked her. She kept yelling, "I'm a local. Y'all can't do this to me." We're like, "We're all local here, you know, and this is what happens when, you know, we thought you had too much to drink." Uh, basically she came like basically just kept cussing and screaming or whatever and like basically we came like we didn't come around. She tried to come around at us like come in. >> Where were you? Were you on the other side of the bar? >> I was on the other side of the bar and I told her the bartender had already alert alerted me and told me like, "Hey, basically this lady's intoxicated. I don't want to serve her no more." She was custody screaming. So I came over and I told her like, "Sorry, we're not going to serve you. We're only going to give you water." And she that's when she got all upset and then basically tried to come around the counter and I tried to come out so that that way I wouldn't she wouldn't come. But then she started attacking the bartender and then like basically >> who who did she that blonde girl? >> Yeah. >> So she had scratches all over her to where she was pushing her up against the bar and like wrestling whatever and we were telling her just leave. Just leave. She didn't want to leave. But then she started fighting like basically all of us trying to get her off of Ashley. She started fighting all of us. I got a scratch right here to where she grabbed my arm and then Ashley had a couple uh scratches on her arm. But she did hit Ashley. Like basically she was trying to elbow her and like basically swing back and hit her with a piss. >> I wanted here. >> Pull your ID out. I don't want your wallet. >> Looks like the other party's up. There you go. >> That's a medical ID. >> Sorry. Sorry, I didn't kiss you. >> At this moment, she almost seemed to understand the concept that there's no escape from the consequences of her pathetic behavior. >> I'm sorry. >> Sorry I didn't kiss you. >> That's what I said. That's what I That's what I said. I've lived here for 20 years. What do you want from me? >> What do you want? I didn't do anything to you, >> ma'am. Okay. You're You didn't do anything to me.
