And then I saw the mother holding her son. Yeah, we didn't see how it started. We heard the screams, and by the time I looked, the lady was just already walking with the knife. >> Bianca had stabbed the child. It was caught on video. The attack was unprovoked, as proven if we look back in time 3 months ago in March 2024. 34-year-old Bianca of Cleveland, Ohio was in Kissimmee, Florida. She had no money, no place to sleep, and told a hotel employee she had come to the state for a vacation. The employee called Osceola County Sheriff's Office when Bianca refused to leave the lobby, asking the deputy if she can go to prison since she doesn't have a place to live. Bianca was disappointed when she was released on March 25th, 2024. Back in North Olmsted, Ohio, the week before the stabbing, Bianca was arrested again. It was an arrest that placed her in their system and in their custody days before she would return. On the morning of June 3rd, 2024, Bianca returned to North Olmsted Police Headquarters on her own. She was there inquiring about cash she believed had not been returned to her from jail. Officer Danielle told her the jail had no other property in her name. Bianca was upset. Surveillance footage showed her in the lobby rolling a wheelchair that contained a suitcase. At approximately 2:50 p.m., surveillance cameras at the Volunteers of America Thrift Store captured Bianca entering the store. She made her way to a bin, rummaged through it, and pulled out two kitchen knives. She left without paying for them. From there, she walked next door to the Giant Eagle grocery store, and then she began her hunt for a vulnerable target. Less than 10 minutes had passed from the time she entered the thrift store to what happened next. Inside the store, Bianca spotted the 37-year-old Margo and her 3-year-old son Julian, who was sitting in a shopping cart. Margo had left her newborn daughter at home with her mother that afternoon and had come to pick up plants and supplies for dinner. Bianca followed them through the store and all the way out to their vehicle. She then stabbed the two repeatedly as people gathered, and the incident was reported immediately. >> So, I get get me statements. Sean. [ __ ] hot. Come on, Sean. Yep, yep, yep. Halo chest feels. The The one guy, he said, "What happened?" I said, "I don't know. I'm going to go look." Um I came about halfway and I saw her trying to get away. Just just to kind of like tie up that little loose end, you know? And then um so a detective will most likely be in touch with you within the next couple days to kind of go over everything, get like a another kind of deep deep debrief from you once you settle down, the adrenaline wears off and everything. >> Yeah, exactly. >> says that you need to have our medics talk to or anything. Yeah, maybe. Just clean it up a little so we can >> My writing's not the best though. >> Yeah, it's all right. All right, here. Yeah, you're kind of amped up. >> These are current phone numbers >> And then I heard people yelling for towels, but people were getting mad and I didn't know. >> So yeah. >> She was doing compressions on the kid, so we probably want to get her as a witness. >> WHAT DOES SHE NEED? >> DO YOU HAVE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH YOU? >> YES. >> DID YOU SEE IT HAPPEN? >> NO. >> OKAY. You just what? You came across it? >> Well, I parked over there originally and I got out of the car and I heard someone scream out. And then I heard someone scream, "Get the [ __ ] out of THE PARKING LOT." SO, I originally got back in my car to leave. And I drove up two lanes or two lanes and my window was down and And then everyone was running this way and they all had their phones to call 911 and then I just heard he was a 3-year-old or whatever old. I heart some of the pediatric ICU nurses at Rainbow. >> Okay. >> There was an old lady doing compressions, so I said, "I'll take over." So, I took over for maybe about a minute, minute and a half showed up and said, "Back up." So, put your my sunglasses on the ground. I don't need them back, but I just want you guys to know >> I'll grab it for you. Yeah, yeah, your driver's license? There you go. What's the phone number? Okay. All right, very good. Um, that's it. I mean, I'm sure we'll be in contact with you, but for for now, you can go ahead and take off. It's uh we don't really need anything from you. I'll grab your sunglasses for you real quick. No, yeah. All right, let's get this female ID'd and let's get her run through leads. If we can find a vehicle and she how she ever got here, we can run some plates. Uh, and if that uh let us know here. I'll be on channel one. >> Samantha Warner come to mind this man with this. >> Ellis out of Cleveland. She stopped at the station earlier. She was pushing wheelchair with a suitcase it. >> Copy. I'll have them run it right back. >> So, [screaming] we need to >> They're going to Japatos to preserve stuff. >> Yep. >> We need um her belongings, effects, no vehicle. We got to get you deconned. We got the other dude deconned. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Did you see another cart? >> It's in the rack. >> Another one? >> Another cart? Full of stuff? >> Glad I wasn't in there. I was I got locked in there last night. I was in there. >> Okay. >> So, what's the what's going on in there? >> There was a stabbing in there. >> What's all? So, just one person? >> No. More than Um >> More than one? So, why would you say one? >> Did you see any What did she look like? >> It's a black lady, um kind of heavier build. >> Wearing all black. Did you see her lurking around this area? >> There's a black woman in When I went in, I was I bring my food and I eat I eat in here sometimes cuz it's too crowded in there. Um >> When you went in, where? In the Giant Eagle? >> Oh, this couple hours ago. I was making my phone call. But, um yeah, she was a black woman, but she I think she worked at Giant Eagle. She was heavy set. >> Okay. >> She was heavy set, but I think she worked there. >> Did you didn't see anyone lurking around this area like maybe yelling on the phone or something like that? >> No, there was another person over here. She had a couple bags. She had a couple bags and she's white woman. >> Okay. >> Little bit heavy set. >> Okay. >> She wasn't doing much. >> But, that's your cart, though. >> Yeah, it was in there. >> Okay. All right. >> It's got food stuff in the cart. >> That's all right. >> Yeah. >> Were you with anybody else? >> No, I'm by myself. I I work outside. I'm I'm like retired and I work outside. >> Hey, did we put that over the radio on one that we found her stuff here? This is uh we don't think that this isn't hers. >> No, this isn't hers. >> That's she's saying this is her stuff here. >> Oh, I I didn't see him there. There was a white heavy woman sitting here about a couple hours ago, but she wasn't black. >> Yeah, this one was black. >> Do they have video that faces out that way? >> Uh yeah, Gepetto's. Yeah, don't know how good it is though. >> So, there's a Gepetto's and there's a uh >> She I arrested her at I ran out of the car at station. I arrested her in front there with the knife in front of Gepetto's and I came down here and and worked the baby. Taking her into custody. Hopefully. >> And then this stabbing took place out where in the parking lot? >> It's where the yep, exactly where it was at. >> And that probably is covered by Giant Eagle stuff? >> Yes, that'll be for sure covered by Giant Eagle stuff. >> And there's an employee that was working on the Giant Eagle stuff. >> And then I you just need to find her effects. So, this Or no, between it's got to be somewhere between here and Gepetto's. >> Here, Gepetto's and the police station. >> How long ago did you find her? >> Uh I don't know I don't know. Do we have anybody on scene right now who has found that female with the basket and the cart that she was pushing around? Copy. So, when she left out of the lobby, she had no effects on her, correct? Yes. >> Margo and Julian were transported to a nearby hospital. Julian was later pronounced deceased. His mother survived. >> We don't have anything here for you, kid. We're in the middle of the parking lot. We're in the parking lot. I think it's the same. Can I crank up the AC for you, okay? >> You got to get some tape with this officer. You need tape back here? >> Tape? >> Yeah. >> Upon further interrogation, Bianca's mother, Yolanda, came forward and informed the police officers about her daughter's psychiatric condition. She told the police that Bianca had been receiving treatment from a charitable organization called Murtis Taylor. Yolanda also claimed of not having seen her daughter for the past 6 to 8 months, but didn't file a missing person's report in fear of angering her daughter. According to her, Bianca was off her medications. Yolanda believes the incident would have been prevented if Bianca had taken her medication. Bianca was held on a $5 million bond. She was initially found incompetent to stand trial in September 2024 and was sent to North Coast Behavioral Health Care for treatment, including long-acting injectable antipsychotic medication. By February 2025, she was ruled competent to stand trial. Bianca was found guilty on nine charges and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. This concludes the report from our investigation division at Twin Scope Cops. All individuals involved remain presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
