the alcohol on your brother on October 19th 2023 the father of a 15-year-old girl named Autumn called 911 when he found her at a friend's house while obviously high on drugs and alcohol what the police uncover when they interrogate her and her new 20-year-old acquaintance Charles Cowart is both shocking and disturbing I've been trying to find my daughter all night and she appears to be inebriated there's another vehicle here and the driver also appears to be inebriated I don't know who he is how's your daughter uh she's 15 what's the male doing uh looks like he's getting in a car and leaving I haven't done nothing wrong is he trying to get your daughter to go with him all right they're driving away why did your friends leave I don't know sir they seem like in a big hurry to felony drug possession felony lewd molestation felony child abuse contributing to the delinquency of a child and Battery he was released from jail 4 days later for pre-trial Services supervision the state filed a no information or intent not to prosecute for the charges pertaining to his interactions with Autumn however the physical evidence is being held for possible further Court proceedings he was also ordered to have no contact with 15-year-old Autumn indefinitely he pled no contest to the drug possession charge for the unprescribed xan ACT found in his vehicle only only one month after being released from jail Charles was booked yet again for driving Under the Influence several more unprescribed pills were found in his vehicle who do you believe in this scenario was Autumn being
