Octavia was accused of stealing a laundry basket from the motel's laundry room an item belonging to another guest her actions were captured on the motel's CCTV cameras her actions after being caught with the real showstopper hey hey hey police depart who I am you're going to pay for it they going to physically set me up what began as a simple theft of a laundry basket quickly spiraled into a much more serious situation here is the basket owner telling the cops what really happened I had a basket in the laundry room I did my laundry when I went and did my laundry I left the basket in there so when they got done dry in the basket my husband went down to check see if they was done he was out in the trck went see if they was wash he was said me said did you get the basket and I was like no he was like it was gone so I called I was like I know y got cameras somebody took my basket I don't got nothing but that basket to get my clothes it's actually my mama's basket she loaded to me she said she seen who took the basket she went up there and tried to get the basket from the lady and the lady said prove that I did it tell her to come down here she can't tell me the room number and I don't want her to tell me the room number CU then we'll be taking us both the jail to be honest cuz I just lost everything right before Christmas and you stole my back the only you know what I mean like it's not even the basket it's the principal yeah um the lady here in the hotel she she been drinking apparently I thought she was a man my husband thought she was a man she thought she was man but anyways she here in the hotel she got my basket and I just Moke the basket back that's so she is on camera she on camera okay all right it's a white basket it still got the sticker in the bottom of it and it's got the little it's just a reg laundry okay I'm going see if I a little care and then we go say I told her I can't give her which is very understandable I can't the cameras this is the only C the motel's manager about the whole situation the manager asked the officers to help them tell Octavia that she was no longer welcome at the hotel and that she must leave the premises right away she wants the lady that took the basket she want her to be removed from the pocket and she want me to write I got to write a statement so this other lady and I had to change her um her departure date to tomorrow because she wants her out the hotel and she still okay so she wants to remove right now only thing is I asked her legally can I go ahead and let you in the room with the key she said she don't know so let me call Sergeant since you since they want her CU I have a this is the master key and since they want her removed from the property uh that's different now that they want her to move from the property did she open her door for I the neighbor said it was a dude it's not they think a girl okay the officer consulted his sergeant and he allowed him to assist the motel staff in taking also faced misdemeanor charges for second deegree criminal mischief and Criminal Trespass though Octavia was a definite pain in the officer's backside this next transgender person surpassed her in unbelievable ways let me call you right no I'm getting arrested for that take a seat I'm trying on April 12th 2023 Bloomington police officers were dispatched to a local residence with arrest warrants against Michelle she was accused of harassing her 9-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son you're on speaker okay this is Sergeant shely with the Blum Police Department when officers arrive it becomes clear things aren't going to go well this is how Michelle responded when confronting her unacceptable action hi there so we stopped my son yeah we stopped somebody that we thought was coming from this ain't touched that man I did not touch that man what's going on he talking he talking about I touch him talking about my check is fraudulent and all that stuff like that my check is not fraudulent I check and he going to do some work while here and going to go back when I got here they were saying it waited so long they were saying that this chick was a scam M so he went on the inside to see what with he want to be a trans transend you know how that is okay so he every what he got on here Bri grabbed the one that guy the workers in there okay and trying to make him get his check back and he told him he can't release his check because it was frog officers checked the cameras which confirmed the woman's physical altercation with the bank employee the employee further explained the situation what you did anybody else witness I got too many car key cases at the moment it was just us in here like it took place with okay so pretty much my manag the transaction when she let her in the drive that check going have to retain it cuz that's part of policy um she in turn said that she was going to come in that's why the cars parked like that I was going to come I came here to lock this door I was going to go lock it up she had already made it in she came in to exchange words with my manager saying you know hey give me my check give me my Che just being out rap and then you know as I'm standing here um I was like man well unfortunately you know my manager did her work on it we can't get back a check um that's when she in turn walks up on me wants to you know grab my grabbed Name the License say Brent but a changing gotta the officers found there was also some issue with her ID name which further supported the allegations of fraud against her Can I with my mom I'll let harassment it's violation so they want a continued like so you said over the years right yeah so it's been over the years but they haven't acted so well because every time they reconciled right so the idea is that we see like a consistent I'm going to bring your house down the ground stop texting me stop stop saying that stuff I don't care I'm going to bring your house down to the ground and then it keeps on like it's it shows some consistency so as far as charges go I'm going to tell them if they continue the behavior then there will be aggravated harassment charges okay but as of right now I don't really have much but I will go over there and talk to them and see what their yeah I don't know what to do see what their deal is guy because obviously it's cable uh and especially that you got your kids here so you guys have had but before obviously before they transitioned you guys were in a physical you guys had a physical relationship who you and Amanda no no no no no no no she's with my
