The white car was waiting for traffic to go eastbound in order for it to go make a right turn. The motorcycle decided to go on the left side, go around the vehicle to the front, and then take a right turn, which he could have gotten into an accident. The white car could have taken a right turn, not even seeing the motorcycle, because a lot of people don't see the motorcycle, and he would have gotten hit, but it would have been his fault for passing on the left side, overtaking the car, and running the stop sign actually because he didn't fully stop either. So, that's several tickets actually. So, let's see what we find out if he has a motorcycle endorsement, which he does not. Tango 30 on two doesn't look like he has an endorsement. So, we'll we'll find out. If not, then total motorcycle. No motorcycle endorsement. [sighs] So, I just found out and confirmed that the gentleman doesn't have a motorcycle endorsement, which he's not allowed to drive the motorcycle. So, what we're going to do, I already called for a toe. So, the toe is going to come and pick it up cuz I don't I guess believe that he's going to not drive it away, which I think he will drive it away. So, we're going to tow it. [snorts] No endorsement. So once this driver committed those violations of improper passing, improper change of lane, overtaking the vehicle on the left side, run a stop sign, which uh I then we I then stopped them over here. Um I told him why the reason why I stopped him. Obviously before I stopped him, I gave the tag out, made the stop, I stepped out, I asked for the keys. He was asking why why was I stopped him and I told him give him the keys and I told him to get off the motorcycle, take off his helmet because you know I want to make sure that he actually hears me. Why? So then I realized he spoke Spanish. So obviously I had to talk in Spanish, speak in Spanish, translate what happened. I introduced myself. I let him know what was the violation that he committed. He gave me a license. I went back to my vehicle. I checked with dispatch and he doesn't have a motorcycle endorsement. not have a motorcycle domain, which it is a motorcycle. It's a criminal court there. It's a misdemeanor offense. He can be arrested, but you know, I use my discretion, decided not to. Instead, um I issue him two tickets. One for not having motorcycle endorsement and careless driving. Uh he does have a court date that he has to go and hopefully he does go. And another thing that uh hopefully he does go around, the judge will issue a warrant uh and you know his license will get suspended. Then obviously um I'm going to tell the vehicle because I don't feel safe that you know he's going to walk the vehicle, find somebody. I believe that he's going to drive away with it or continue to drive especially the way he's driving right now. So right now um he the driver left. Now we're waiting for the tow. That's about it. Uh he understood um his reasoning that he went around the vehicle was because the driver of the white car was on the cell phone. I let him know that, you know, the motorcycle do have horns for what I know. He could have honked the horn uh then let the driver know to move if that [snorts] was the truth. But I was behind all three old two vehicles. So there was I didn't see no movement as that driver having a cell phone on him or looking at his cell phone. because the white car was kind of creeping up and looking to the left. Uh so that's his excuse that the car the driver of the white car was on the cell phone and that's why he overtook it. He was waiting there for a while long time which not true because like I said I was the third vehicle in line. Uh and that was it. So now we're waiting for the tow.
