67 M [Music] hour good morning I'm officer wi Coral Springs Police Department the reason why I stopped you're traveling 67 mes hour this is only a 40 mph zone so you're doing 27 mph over this posted speed limit what happened today uh-huh and I'm I'm to short up and I was wear a scarf in my my head and the guy that was in the cashier treat me super bad I give a bath like a box to put on my stuff mhm and they told him can you put on TI No still TI and so what's making you do 27 M hour of the speed liit right now are you in a rush to get somewhere I'm going to going to halale 27 miles hour of a speed limit is pretty quick 67 and a 40 so the excuse started out that somebody treated her poorly and any I don't know exactly how that correlates to speeding but then later on it was she's late she's heading to how Andale all right so we uh checked the driver's status uh she recently got a citation uh for doing 67 mph on State Road 7 in a 45 mph zone so now she's back here doing 67 and a 40 on Sample Road so uh we're going to be issuing her another citation today she obviously didn't learn a lesson the first time but uh she needs to slow it down because it's extremely dangerous to be traveling 27 M hour of the speed limit in a city I mean Coral Springs the fastest speed limit we have in the city's 45 mph she's out here doing highway speed so that's unacceptable trff hey hey feel free to stop at any time there buddy no you can stop right here all right I'm officer w at cwl Springs Police Department the reason why I stop traveling 58 mph it's a 40 mph Zone on Sample Road you have your driver's license on you any reason for the speed today no just trying to get home I got work tonight at 7even you still live in daa um no all right just make sure you get your uh your driver's license updated all right also the car does not have any brake lights working on the driver's side or passenger side the outside ones the only one that's working is the one in the back windshield stopped him he's changing lanes passing cars and left-hand Lane doing 58 and 40 uh stop the car he's obviously you can tell he's only got the one brake light working in the back window you have to have two out of the three no real excuse for speeding he just said he was trying to get home I also advised him he needed to update his driver's license address so the problem with not updating your driver's license address is when the State of Florida sends you anything about your license they're going to send it to the address on your license if they need to send you correspondents like Hey we're going to suspend your license in 30 days and then they do and you don't know that's why cuz they send it to the other address hello little doggy hello ma'am how are you I'm also W at cwl Springs Police Department the reason why I stopped you traveling 51 mph it's a 35 mph construction zone do you have your driver's license on you this morning yeah I could have swore my sub at 42 though to be honest with you got I I love when you you put your light on so but it's okay okay well but when I put my light on you may have slowed down so I got you before that on laser so it's okay because I know you guys are out there all the time so I watch for you guys yeah we're usually out here all right so we stopped her she's doing 51 mph 35 mph construction zone there are workers out here and uh she said she's doing 42 mph when she saw me turn my lights on which makes sense cuz usually you'd slow down if you see me but we did get her using a laser in the right hand lane passing people all right ma'am here's your license bag I did isue a citation for the speed but I did not write it for the construction zone that would have doubled the fine I didn't want to do to you all right good morning I'm C Springs Police Department the reason why I stopped you is when you're coming up behind me you're doing 62 mph this is only a 45 mph Zone you have your driver's license yeah 62 mph gotta bravo2 yeah you're catching up on me pretty quickly there I just turn the corner I'm sorry I got to go to work I'm logging in I'm 10:00 I sleep oh you're supposed to be at work at 10 yep yeah we got a Florida tag here she says she's a registered owner New York driver's license so we'll see when this was tag was issued but State of Florida when you move here you have 30 days to register your vehicle and get your license switched over CU she's been here for at least based on the vehicle registration a year so I'd say that's about time all here's your license back it issue a citation for the speeds moving violation so you do have three options all those options going to be listed in the blue mail gave you with the citation you do need to get a Florida driver's license so when you live in the state of Florida you have to 30 days to get a license from the time you moved back here so if this is your primary residence which it has to be if you have a licensed vehicle here so if you have a tag on your car with your name on it you need to get a AFF a license within 30 days okay it's been a year so go ahead and get that done all right yep have a good [Music] one
