64 Yes, ma'am. Good morning. Officer Badarama Coral Springs Police Department. 64 mph on a 35 mph zone. Yes, ma'am. May I see your license, registration, proof of insurance, please? I was trying to get in front of that other car cuz I missed my turn. Okay. Did you give your dad the insurance card? And registration, please. I'm in the way. Do I need to pull over there? You already pulled over, ma'am. I'm behind you with my lights on, so you're fine. You didn't give it to him before you got to your dad? The insurance card? Now, you can't find it? No, I gave it to my husband to put in the car. Okay. You stay inside the vehicle, okay? Thank you. Huh? You stay inside the vehicle. All right. Well, we were facing north bound over here doing the uh stationary traffic enforcement Riverside. This vehicle uh on the left through lane, left lane was going 64 on a 35. So, that's 29 over. Still $281 ticket. She didn't hit the 30. Then it would have been a mandatory court appearance. That's fine. I'll see it. >> Here. Okay. This is a citation for going 29 over, though. Uh it's a $281 ticket. Take care of it within 30 days, okay? You have options here. You just choose one or hire a lawyer. Also, yes, be careful because if you would have hit 30, it would have been a mandatory court appearance, just to let you know. Okay? You just slow down for me. That's all. And you were fine before when you said I need to pull over. You're fine here on the left lane. That's fine. This is a safe area, anyways. All right, ma'am. Thank you. So, in the state of Florida, there's no requirement that you need to pull over on the right side as long as it's in a safe area. Right turn lane, left turn lane safe, parking lot, yes. You know, if there's no left or right turn lanes and you're still in the through lane, just make sure you park closest to the right side, the grass, or the rail guards, or whichever it is. If you're on the left side, like the highways, I would suggest park over to the left side. There's an emergency lane where you can pull over there. In the highways, there's emergency lanes on either or sides, anyways. Either or, whichever is closest to you. If you're on the left side, do not go all the way to the right because that could cause an accident. You might as well, yes, stop on the left lane next to the curb, next to that dis- emergency lane, next to the grass, to the berm. That is fine. You just make sure you pull over in either side, pull away from the roadway, make it a little safer for us to, you know, to come to you and pull over. So, nobody could hit us. That's all. That BMW on the left through lane. Tango 31050, make it State Road 7 and Creekside. Good morning. Officer Badarama Coral Springs Police Department. Reason why I stopped you, you're 67 mph on a 45. You have your license, registration, proof of insurance, please? I was doing 66. Okay. 66, but I got you 67. 66 on a 45, you're still speeding. >> No, you got me doing 66 well 67 before you got to the red light, sir. You know, you were on the left through lane and you went to the you changed to the middle lane and then you got to the red light, sir, when you passed me. Yes. Well, 66 on a 45, that's still going 21 over, sir. You you said 6- you were going 66. I'm sorry, what? Going around you? Actually, no, you were passing cars actually on the left side, sir. Okay. Well, yes, to let you know the reason why it's 67 on a 45. Yep, and registration and insurance card, sir. I'm sorry, sir. I can't hear you. All right. Well, find it and stuff and wave your phone outside, but I can't stay here all the whole day. I can't wait. All right. You stay inside the vehicle, okay? Thank you. All right. Stopped this vehicle still facing north bound on uh here on State Road 7. And gentleman said he was and he was in the left through lane passing all these cars and then he changed to the middle lane and he got to a red light over here. At first, he was saying he was going 66. It's the same thing. And he said that vehicles were passing him. So, still 22 over. All right. So, I got it. Um This is a citation for going 22 over. You just take care of it within 30 days, okay? You have options in this pink form. Choose one or hire a lawyer to do so, okay, sir? You got to slow down, please, okay? Thank you. A crash for injuries, single vehicle versus a tree. The driver's out. So, we're going to head into a crash right now. Tango 3, show me 51 to the crash. So, there are other units going at three, so. It's right down here, 25th. Way down here, so to detect Yep. They probably took the left turn fast. If there's a stop sign, there's no way they stopped. What happened, ma'am? Um I was on my way to work. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. You felt you But you were awake? You yourself you didn't like like got out of it, knocked out got knocked out, or seized or anything? She said that she stopped at the stop sign and basically when she took the left turn, she took too wide to the right. Uh I guess she lost her control and then hit the tree. She didn't fall, you know, get unconscious or anything like that. She said she was wide awake. I don't know. This Probably she just like didn't stop at the stop sign and tried to take a left turn. That's what I think. This is all your stuff, your license and all that. I guess you'll need it anyways, too. If you notice in the last video, the video might be a little blurry due to the humidity. Obviously, it's very hot here in Florida. So, once you come in from an air-conditioned place or cooler place into the hot environment, obviously you got to get fog in the lenses. So, I apologize for the inconvenience of the blurriness. So, but we're still going to keep going and record for you guys and give you what you guys want. So, let's go move on. Tango 31050, 5200 State Road 7 north bound. 67 and then 65. 5200 State Road 7 north bound. Morning. Officer Badarama Coral Springs Police Department. You were hit 67. You slowed down past me going 65 on a 45. You have your license, registration, proof of insurance. So, 67. So, is it on the trunk inside my bag? Do you want What's in your trunk? My trunk right here. Okay. What's in your trunk? My backpack. What's in your backpack, sir? Uh a bunch of stuff there. >> Okay. What Where's your license? That's where your license at? >> It's It's on the >> Okay. You have your registration? And it usually don't happen. Okay. You have your insurance card by any chance on your phone? So, there's nothing wrong with your license. It's not expired, suspended. It's just in your trunk with your stuff? Yes. Okay. My What is the name of my insurance, sir? I wouldn't know. There's no insurance. This doesn't have insurance. This is just a registration, sir. It's Progressive. I forgot. I forgot what Progressive is. Uh Civic and Challenger. Okay. You stay inside the vehicle, okay, sir? Thank you. All right, sir. Yep. All right. So, we were doing traffic enforcement here on State Road 7 facing north bound. This vehicle passed us going 65, but he was actually going 67. So, then I decided to get behind him and stop him, so. He said his license is in his backpack, which is in the trunk, but obviously, there's nothing wrong with it, so he says. Which we'll see if we can check. All right. So, this is a citation for going 22 over the speed limit, 67 on a 45. I circled the amount. It's a $281 ticket, just to let you know. Take care of it within 30 days. You have your option in this pink form. Choose an option or hire a lawyer to do so. But you got to slow down, okay? All right, sir. All right. You just got to be careful. All right. >> don't drive these beasts. I drive the other one. I have to inspect it. And this right here is just when I used to be a But uh I have a problem with the >> Everybody has their toys, though, so. You just got to be careful. a a radiator problem. It cracked on top, so I had it to replace it and then I got to get it sent to you. And every time I drive this, it gives me this problem. >> 10-4. Cuz you know, it asked to go Yeah, you just got to be careful. That's all. All right. Take care. Tango 31050, make it University Atlantic. Morning. Officer Badarama Coral Springs Police Department. Over there at the intersection, you in the middle lane, what did you do? It doesn't matter what your GPS says. What did you run a red light first of all? You took a right turn from that and went in front of people. You cannot do that. Okay, you have your license registration proof of insurance? And your insurance card? Your insurance? Your insurance card. Insurance. Car insurance. You have a car insurance? What what language you speak? Spanish? Okay. All right. Well, we were traveling Westbound on Atlantic. We were crossing the intersection Atlantic University. I saw this car in the middle lane, three lane facing south on a red light. He decided to move forward and then take a right turn. Actually passing the right through lane and then that's a right turn lane and then took a right turn. But it was red too. So, that's the reason why I stopped this guy. So, he ran the red light and took the right turn from the wrong lane. So, obviously he committed two violations. One is running red light, which is $264. And the other move violation which is taking the right turn from wrong lane, it's $166. Okay. Those tickets, okay? Those. Tango 30 final stop 2400 Riverside northbound. Morning, Officer Badarama course with police department. Before you got to the red light, you were going north, I was going south 56 on a 35. You have your license registration proof of insurance? Why? You were going to 56 on a 35, correct? When you were before you got to that red light. So, can I see your license, registration and proof of insurance, please? You understood me now that what I said why I stopped you? Okay. And how how fast you think you were going before you got to the red light passing everybody on the left through lane and Yeah, and then you were by yourself until you got to the red light up here. Okay. Well, I'm just letting you know the reason why 56 on a 35. And also you can't have your windshield tinted either. It's a tinted, I don't know. And your license, please. No, not for going 21 over, no. I'll give you a break on the windshield. Okay. First of all, you questioned me that's not possible I was going that fast and now you apologize just to give me a break. I don't Okay. I don't know what to tell you, but I did get your 56 and then your windshield is tinted either too. So, I don't know. All right. You stay inside the vehicle. Thank you. I stopped this guy for going 56 on a 35 northbound. Obviously, he thinks he said he passed one car. It's impossible for him to go 56. Being uncooperative in the beginning. Now he's saying if possible give him a break, which I don't I don't Not 21. Officer Rainey asked Gibbon stop by for my back up just in case this person start to argue with me or whatever starts to get a little physical, anything cuz now he's starting to argue. How you doing today, boss? I'm sorry? Uh-oh. What did you get pulled over for? He said I was speeding. I I don't I don't know. I don't see it, but I I tried to look at the gauge whenever I'm driving. But he said I was from I don't know where. All right, sir. This is a citation for going 21 over. I'm not I'm giving you a break on the windshield unless you have a medical condition and you get a doctor's note, take it to the DMV and then they'll give you a letter saying that you are allowed to have a windshield tinted. Besides that, you are not allowed to. Just like myself, I don't have my windshield tinted, okay? I can because I'm a police officer, but I refuse to. So, you have to do the same thing too, okay? This is a $281 ticket. Take care of it within 30 days. You have your options in this pink form or hire a lawyer to do so. I suggest slow down, please, okay? Thank you. So, we just finished with the traffic stop. I only gave him the driver only one citation. Which was for the speeding, 21 over. And I gave him warning with the windshield tinted. So, he did not have any paperwork whatsoever to have that windshield tinted. So, I gave him a warning for now, but I already told him it could have cost him $116. He needs to properly document and everything signed by the doctors and then at the DMV. So, he can have that windshield tinted. So, that's it. And good thing Officer Rainey came in backed me up because he was arguing with me in the beginning and then now saying that no, he wasn't going that fast and obviously he was. So, that was it. So, we're done with this stop. 10-4 51. Right now uh there's a patrol unit that stops on the up here at Riverside. Not too far off their traffic stop, but they need a translator. So, we got to translate in Spanish. So, we're going to help them out. So, what are you stopping for? Uh he was speeding. I got him going 52 in a 40. Okay. Um but I they they I ran the tag and it said it's come back not assigned. So, he doesn't speak any English. Uh I just want you to want me to tell him why he was going 52 in a 40. Right, correct. And then I guess he just got stopped this month. He got a ticket this month. Okay. Um he got a ticket this month and then uh see what he's up to. He doesn't he couldn't show me his registration or anything. So, just let me know if he has that. Maybe he didn't understand me or what, but if you don't mind. I was running a stationary radar at 2700 block of Riverside. Saw the car speeding. Uh he was going 52 in a 40. Uh pulled him over. We had an issue with the tag, but I guess that's squared away. He just didn't put the new tag on there. Uh we're going to issue him a citation for speeding today. When I got to the window, he wasn't very fluent with English. So, I luckily uh Vivi was close by in the area and he was able to come and translate for me. So, now what you see now is Vivi, he's just going to let him know the situation and that he's been issued a speeding ticket for speeding. Tango 30 10-50 Southbound State Road 7 Creekside. Morning, Officer Badarama course with police department. Reason why I stopped you, you passed me going 63 in a 45 before you got to the red light. Do you have your license registration proof of insurance, please? I'm sorry? So, you do have a license, correct? Okay. All right. You stay inside the vehicle, okay? I can't stay here that long and keep looking, okay? Uh she's 18 over, it's $256. All right, ma'am. This is a citation for going 18 over. It's a $256 ticket, okay? You have to take care of it within 30 days. If not, the state will suspend your license. You have your options listed here. Pick choose one option. If not, hire a lawyer to take care of it, okay? But you got to slow down, please, okay? All right, thank you. 65. Tango 30 10-50 8900 Wiles Westbound. 65 on the 45 left through lane. Morning, Officer Badarama course with police department. This is a citation for going 20 over the speed limit. I circled the amount. You take care of it within 30 days, okay? You have your option in this pink form. Choose one of the options or hire a lawyer to take care of it, okay? You got to slow down, please, okay?
