Tango 30 1050 make it uh Royal Palm University light change westbound silver Mercedes. It looks like two times traffic tango. Final stop is going to be the south side of EO EOS. Jim, >> morning officer by the RAM of course police department. Before you got to red light, you passed me going 59 on the 40. You were going westbound. I was going eastbound. You were on the left through lane. I was on the left through lane going east. We passed. You were going 59. I had to make a U-turn. So, can I see your license registration? Prove insurance, please. >> I'm just kind of late for work. >> She got her seatelt on. >> She does. >> She did. >> She had it on. She got slipped off. Okay. Well, I saw her moving around. That's why at the light. So, and she didn't look like she was on anything. So, >> she was >> I'm sorry though. I really was like >> Yeah, but you can't speed up because there's a lot of traffic right now because school's in session. I know. >> And you're going 59. That's a lot. >> That's not a school zone though, is it? >> It's not. But I'm saying the school and session. That's where there's a lot of traffic. Oh, yeah. >> And you're going 59 and you're going to get into an accident because there's too much trip. Huh. And a 40. So you're going 19 over and that intersection over there where you were 89. They just could go across. You know, people just take a right turn and you going 59. You're not going to see anything coming at you or or crossing your your path of travel. Oh my god. [snorts] >> Is anything wrong with your license? >> No, there's nothing wrong with my license. >> Well, I'm ask I got to ask these questions. If you don't have it, that's why. >> Oh, there's nothing wrong with my license. >> Okay. Yep. That's a registration right there. And then let me see that for a minute. >> This one? >> Yep. And your insurance card could be on your cell phone if you don't have it on paper. >> So you >> you can't find your insurance then. I mean your license >> that's supposed to >> seat belt. >> My husband is my car. No. >> Okay. Just give me a minute. Okay. So there's nothing wrong with your license, right? >> No. Okay, give me a minute. All right. So, we were going eastbound Royal Palm left through lane, which is a left lane, and she was going west on the left through lane, and I got her at 59 on a 40. So, I know she's late because she said she's wanted to get to to the school, and she hasn't showed me her license. tango 32 1092. Yep. And that's why she doesn't have her license because it's suspended. With the license suspended, I actually had to admit that is suspended to be a with knowledge. So, it be a criminal court thing since she said she doesn't have Go ahead. Then, uh it's without knowledge. All right, ma'am. >> All right. Remember I asked you if you have your license, what's wrong with it? Whatever. >> Yeah, there's nothing wrong. >> Okay, there is actually. It's suspended four times, failed to pay some tickets that you that you didn't pay. >> What? What? >> I don't I don't know. I You got to look it up. Once you go to the bravo uh clerk.org website and take care of it. Like I said, it's suspended four times. So, after this, you cannot longer drive. You need to park the vehicle. Call somebody with a VAT license or get on the website that's on this pink mailer and pay off those tickets. You have four tickets that are pending. >> What What tickets are those 104? >> I I I don't know what tickets you gotten like two, three months ago. Okay, you gotten stopped by somebody not gotten stopped. >> I I wouldn't know. All I could tell you the license suspended four times for pay to paid some tickets. I don't know what's tickets. I don't know how how many times you've been stopped. That's why you have to go to the website that's listed on this pink form. Go through it. You have your license number here and highlight it in dark black. Look at it. Put your name and everything, your date of birth, and it tells you what it is for. And then you pay it off so you can drive away. Because right now, you can't if I see you drive away, then you know I could arrest you. I could actually tow the vehicle right now if I want to, but I'm not gonna do that. You can be arrested once you leave if I find out that you have left and you have to take care of it. And then I had to tow the vehicle. Then I had to find somebody to get the child. I'm just letting you know. But you can't drive. So you're getting three tickets. Three. One, the speeding 19 over 59 on the 40. That's the reason why I stopped you. I That's what I told you. Remember you were going 59 on the 40 on this roadway. >> Can I see? >> No, that's on the that you can uh court in the courthouse. We'll have all the paperwork, all my calibration because everything's up to date. My vehicle have to be calibrated every six months. My radar system have to be calibrated every six months, which that will be in the uh in the website once everything goes through so you can view it. My daily log, which in other words, I have to check before and after that. And then my certificates that yes, I've been to school for radar. So that has to be in it so the judge could see all the paper. You will also have you in the state of Florida. I don't have to show you the radar. Okay, that's a car. My car has valuable info stuff, information and stuff. I'm not going to let you get in it or view it because there's no way. Okay, that's against the law anyways. Okay, some people do a courtesy, but not instead of we don't have to. But I'm just letting you know your only vehicle going 59 anyways. Okay, you have to sign all my tickets. You're now made to guilt. The reason why you got to sign on my tickets because you have not shown me a license in the center of Florida. You have to carry your license with you. Okay. >> Can I show like a picture? >> No, it had that's like myself. I have to carry it has to be on me. The two three documents you have to show your license you have to have it on you. You have to show it. Your registration you have show it to me and >> I think they still have the rule about >> no and then your insurance could be on your phone. That's the only document that you can show me on the phone is your insurance. Yeah, I seen it. I seen it when you had it out. That's the only document you can show it to me on your phone per the state law. The other two you have to physically show it to me. >> Okay. You have to sign. you're not into guilt. It's just saying that basically uh you have to take care of the you you have to take care of these three tickets within 30 days. It's a uh 256 for the speed 19 over you hit 20 it would have been 281. Yeah. So the other ones at 116 each 116 116 256. So we're we're talking about 500 already. 500 that's not even including court fees if you go fight it. That's another 100 600. See here's your stuff and your registration. Okay. >> Give me a minute. >> 1 minute. 1 minute. 1 minute. 1 minute. And right thumb print and then just park in front of them. Don't drive away, please. Okay. >> Just take care of it. Go in there. It takes about five minutes. Pay if you go to credit card, whatever you if you have taken care of it. [crying] >> Uh, all three. All >> three. And that's it. Just park over there. Okay. And there's your copies. All right. Just be careful, please. Thank you. Tango 30 1050 8900 miles westbound 69 Florida Dodge Challenger looks like three times out 69 on a 45 in the left through lane. Morning officer brother Rama coach warning smart reason why I stopped you were going 69 on the 45 yes now then you went from the left lane to the middle lane >> I know I'm trying to get into school >> okay but 69's a lot though uh you have your license registration proof of insurance please >> yeah like I said I was taking I'm trying to get him on supposed to be there at 8:30 trying to get him little that's Uh-huh. Registration and your insurance could be on your cell phone. That's fine. Yep. That's it. All right. You stay inside the vehicle. Okay. Thank you. We're doing stationary uh traffic enforcement. We're facing west on Wilds Road. So, this vehicle was going west, traveling westbound on the left through lane and then changed in the middle, but she was already going 69 45. So, it's 24 over $281 citation. So, just in case they want to know the amount, I like to always circle. It's 281. So, they won't call the police station and basically uh let us know that we didn't tell them how much it was worth, even though they could find out themselves. All right, ma'am. Look, this is a citation for going 20 over. That's a lot. Okay, it's a $281 ticket. Take care within 30 days. You have your options this pink form or hire a lawyer to take care of it. Okay, man. But you got to slow down. Okay, thank you. wheel. Pull over to the right. Driver tango 1050 making wild university floor. Lower the volume. Morning officer weather co police department. You just pass a school bus displayed all stop signs just now. >> The bus >> that bus does not stop like the stop thing was out. >> Yeah. And it was loading up students. Yes, ma'am. Well, you think the other car slowed down and stopped on the left side of you that you flew by? You have your license registration proof insurance, please? It did. And registration insurance. Your insurance could be on your cell phone. That's fine. Yep. That's your insurance. And your restriction is like a piece of paper like this thick. >> That's >> Yep. Let me see that. >> Uh yes, stay inside the vehicle. Okay. Thank you. All right. Obviously, we're doing again stationary radar on WS uh facing west. There was a school bus with the stop signs and the red light displayed because they were picking up students and this vehicle in the middle two lane just avoided disobeyed. I guess they didn't even stopped at all. She just kept going. Um maybe because she was playing loud music and wasn't paying attention. She says she saw the bus but she didn't see the lights. So I don't know. Not stuff for school bus is a $371 citation. All right, ma'am. This is a citation fulfilled to stop the school bus that's displaying the lights and the uh signs, the stop signs. Okay, it's a 371 citation. Make sure you take care of it within 30 days. You have options or higher law to take care of it. Okay, you got to be careful, please. Okay, thank you. Um, we're going to an unconscious call. They got some uh white male laying on the sidewalk on the road unconscious. So, somebody called. So, that's the call we're going to. Uh, they sent two units, but one's too far away with the closest second one. So, might as well. Everybody else is busy. Just be careful that time. [clears throat] >> What city are you in right now? >> Not quite. You know what year it is? 2008 something or just 2000. >> Yeah, laying down unconscious but he's arrested. >> Thank you, officer. >> All right. So, basically, somebody called for an unconscious person on the sidewalk. So, we were trying to look for it. Obviously, he was further away from the intersection than we thought. So, another officer found him. He's conscious and breathing. uh homeless, probably just sit in the shade, probably tired, exhausted, hydrated. So, they're going to take him to hospital and you know, give him some food and everything and hope he gets better. Um what I did is obviously when they go to the ambulance, anyone goes to ambulance gets to pat down. That's what uh the other officer did. Pat him down, make sure they have no weapons, no knife, anything because that can't go into the ambulance. >> If he did have a weapon, then basically we have to secure the weapon. You know, there are a lot of people are allowed to have weapons, but going to the hospital, ambulance, that's a no no. So, what we do with a weapon is we put it in safekeeping and our police department, then they could come back later on and grab it. Or better yet, if we can get a hold of a family member or friend, whoever who they are allowed to get it from, then we'll do that, too. So, but that's what he was checking, but he's he was fine. And also on the way over here um obviously uh since the person was not responding unconscious they call it we have to go lights and siren. Yes a few notes what I seen obviously we have to be very careful because of traffic going through intersections. The main thing is intersections with us that's very dangerous. People will say yeah they got lights and sirens they could go through the session like how they want. No that's not the reality. The reality is we have to slow down. People are not aware of what's going on. We don't know if they're on the cell phone, they're on the radio, not paying attention, but people need to look at intersections, especially when police officer ambulance go through, they need to stop or slow down and look. We already had already been through two intersections where people have not even stopped at all. That's why we have to be very careful also. But yes, because we go license, people say, "Ah, we can do whatever we want." That's not the case. So, like I said, we all, you know, people didn't stop for us. whatsoever. So, yes, to the people out there, just be aware of your surroundings. That's all. Uh, just be careful. Just be aware of surroundings. I like to drive with my windows down so I could hear things. You know, that's better off. Some people don't like to do that, but at least lower the volume. Pay attention because the lights, you can actually see lights. Lights are very clear. The LEDs now, so you can actually see them for miles. So, uh, I get it. Some people don't hear that well, but still. Just be careful with the intersection. And just be aware that sometimes ambulance, police officer going code three, which lights and sirens and uh we like to get there safely, fast to get some medical attention or somebody that calls us for help and uh and people not paying attention. That's how we get into accidents at intersections a lot of times. That's all. Thank you. Tango 30 pull me 97 on that crash. [screaming] >> [screaming] >> Who was driving this vehicle? >> You okay? Okay. Yeah. She was around that vehicle. You was driving around that vehicle. >> Okay. Okay. Hold on a minute. >> No. No. Hold on. Tangle. Go ahead. Slow down the other unit. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I think you could still drive. Uh, you okay though? Let me have your license registration proof insurance ready for me. Tango 1092. Hey, he's okay. She But the seat belt her chest, >> huh? >> Supposedly that's in park, right? >> Um, this is her phone number, her deal. She said she was coming from over there cutting across. >> Yeah. She said there was no traffic going northbound, but there was traffic here that was starting to move slowly, but there was a gap. She kept going and she said that the guy was coming in fast from this lane and then basically hit her. So, but I told her he had that right away. So, but she understood. >> Well, we're in the red light over here on Sample University. I heard a crash call with uh with injuries and it was right up the road, which is not even a block away. So, I decided to answer some of the closest with injuries, especially when somebody's injured. You know, it's good to go just in case, you know, somebody is injured and need medical help. Uh, came over here. Not really. Nobody's was actually injured. She just had a one one person had um chest pain due to the seat belt because it's going to lock you. It's going to hold you. So, it is going to hurt and you're going to get whiplash. Um, obviously in this situation, she's trying to go across. Like I said before, even though you have a hole, a gap, or whatever you want to call, and people let you through, you have to be careful for other drivers that are not stopped or not paying attention. In this situation, there's a three lanes. Three lanes on this vehicle way, which is University. They were facing south. She was going from east to west. Yes, there was a hole. Yes, cars were stopped, but she probably forgot since the first two lanes were stopped. She probably forgot about the third lane that was wide open and that's when the other car was coming southbound. And obviously she thought everybody will stop for her because everybody is stopped and then they collided. That's why you got to be careful. Just like I was telling you when I was going code three, lights and siren, when we go through the intersection, we got to go [ __ ] by bits and people just flying by us. Some people do stop, but yes, because one lane stops doesn't mean the other two is going to stop. They're gonna keep going. Okay. People not aware of cars stopping and you know, I don't know why people don't think, oh, is there a reason why cars are stopped? Uh, so in this situation, you know, she said that he was speeding southbound and then he hit her, but he has to ride away. So, and she does not. So, just be careful. I would suggest yes if you get into a road that's very has a lot of traffic and is three lane I would tell you to go make a right turn a turn make a U-turn and then come back that's even safer instead of going across and that's what a lot of actions been happening occurring people cutting across or stopping in the middle of the medium which you don't supposed to be doing anyways and then next thing you know your front or your rear sticks out on the lane then you get hit and it's it's going to be technically your fault because you're blocking uh the roadway. way. >> So that's what happened. So somebody has taken over the uh the report, a traffic accident investigator, and >> obviously she needs to get to. That's it. So we're done.
