well I I have nothing to do with that is just not making a whole L well I don't know how to explain that one on March 6th 2024 deputies were notified of a white U-Haul Van bearing an Ontario license plate which was reported stolen out of South Carolina they conducted a high-risk traffic stop on the driver Ryan yelman to see what else he might be trying to hide stop stop lift your shirt up spin around 153 all right come this way y I been pull over before on this apparently something to deal with a license plate or something like that and they ran they ran it saw there was nothing on it okay um so I've been through this before I understand why are they telling you it's stolen out of Canada it's not stolen out of Canada my boss is from Canada um this is his vehicle is there anybody else in it there's nobody else in it all right have a seat there just go make sure there's nobody else in the vehicle there's nobody else in the vehicle okay I promise you that who's the Vol belong to um I'm sorry uh Timothy doer out of where he's out uh Kingston I believe Ontario when was the last time you stopped uh it was week and a half ago maybe what they say like what nothing they ran the plate saw that it wasn't that I just ran it again they're telling me it's still stolen I don't have an ID on you Qui um I have a digital ID that's on my my wallet got stolen it's in the all right let's go get that real forget which county it was it was right outside of voala where I got stopped um it wasn't Mar maybe Lake I'm not exactly what I don't exactly know and I do have mors they are not extraditable um I'm in the middle of taking care of all that so just stand over there for not a problem what are the tags supposed to be on find stolen in 2023 they stop Lake County somewhere same thing it was right outside ofal I I wasn't exactly sure where it was it was kind of like on a back road somewhere was there a front license pled on it no it's just the back one where's the front license plate they don't have them they don't have them um there's a front license plate I have a front license plate it's in the car but there's nothing to attach it to okay so he says he has a front license plate say it's in the cab couldn't find it Ontario has two license plates yeah that's what I'm saying see if he has a phone number for this boss that owns it all you have a phone number for your boss uh owns a truck uh yeah yeah he stuck it over top of the old license plate that was there because you couldn't get it off there's another license PL yeah there's a the old plate that's on it is on there we couldn't get it off it had damage on it so he just stuck it over top9 supposed to be on it I can't see it um who's the vehicle belong to Timothy do what do you need to get it home and he's got Timothy's number yes yeah and what do you do for him uh I work for a uh logistical company so I deal with dispatching of truckers and um warehouses so where are you coming from now we're actually moving and that's why he let me use the van you're moving like your personal life yes yes okay to where uh down here in Florida we're going to uh Sarasota you're coming from where right now yeah where are you moving from I'm coming from Jacksonville right now so you currently live in Jacksonville no no no no we currently live I currently live in sarasona where you that's where you're moving to yeah that's where I'm going where are you moving from Virginia Virginia yes I got allowed to leave and move so I was moving about who oh I was on probation so still got warm yeah but and I don't know why they're still there because my probation officer is the one who allowed me to so I don't know what he did with it he said he couldn't get the dbit off of it so this thing has been alien taped on there where they call so let me guess if anything Falls wrong with this it's going to fall on me isn't it I mean huh I'm just it's weird is that you have a Ontario like well that's because it's from Ontario it's all glued and they bought it from here registered it in Ontario have Ontario PL I was there when he went and bu the phone number for that guy yeah but I guess you couldn't get those little things out or whatever and so they just yeah so they plastered the plate over top of it but like I said at this point I'm guessing this all gets to fall on me and I don't need that yeah it's still registered to you yeah why I have no idea does it not kick out the registry when he goes up to uh not unless not unless it cancels the registration with Arizona okay right now all we're seeing is that it's still it's supposed to have this tag on it okay and it's still showing as owned by U-Haul really yes well I I have nothing to do with that so I'm just trying to make it home to my wife man we're contacting Ontario to see if no no I I understand I understand I understand I'm I'm with you completely um so if y'all end up taking this can I at least get my stuff out of it vehicle's not stolen oh the vehicle's not stolen well the vehicle is not St the only thing I shown is that a plate is stol yes okay so it's supposed to have that plate on yes okay well then if that's the case I can keep it moving I was just doing with I was told I didn't think there was an issue I've never had an issue with it let's hook him up put him in your car and then read them and figure out this is not making like I didn't answer I call like 10 times yeah he's saying that his boss brought the van from U-Haul the Arizona tag is riveted like actually riveted into the the vehicle you can't get out sounds like BS cuz this guy has had more right now you're going to be placed in handcuff who who who why why why sir because the tag coming back stolen out of North Carolina they confirmed it's stolen North Carolina South Carolina wherever it was that that truck came out of Virginia whatever whoever entered it stol it whatever agency that is confirmed that they are in fact stolen front and rear license PL the fact that it's glued on there it's just not making a whole no no I I understand we're going push you in handcuffs and push you in a car so we can figure it all out all right will your boss answer the phone cuz he's you should TR to see the car your call has been forwarded to Tim's not answering call from your phone if your number's blocked or something so you're under arrest for sir sir for theft of what though license plate I didn't steal a license you're in possession of it that means you are actively depriving the person that owns it no I you knew it was glued on there no I didn't they said no no no no they said that they put him on the um put them on the trucks I figured that's how they put it on the truck I didn't know they glued it on there all I know is that they went out there with screws and put the tape on um Martin and uh Zach are those guys phone numbers in your phone no they work for uh they work for the garage at the at the office is there any way to get a hold of anybody else to cooperate any of this um my wife she works for the company what's her name in my phone that's my queen her name is Dawn da Yes she'll know how to get a hold of whoever El call is she should be able to get a hold of him I mean she's got when the last time you talked to uh yesterday I've done so much time in my life in jail I'm not trying to go back to jail for something stupid that I didn't even hello this is cor Sheriff's Office is this D yeah do you work for the company that owns this van that Ryan is in I'm sorry do you work for this company for the van that Ryan is in I do okay do you know how to get to the hold of the owner of the van um I can PR you what's his name the owner of the of the van or the company the owner of who who does Timothy who does Ryan work for doct doct okay and does he does Tim does Tim know he has this van or what absolutely okay do you know how to get a hold of Tim I'm GNA try to get a of out of I do okay and where are you located Don where am I located yeah Orman Beach okay how did he end up down here from Virginia I don't I don't know um really what's going on well he was pulled over in this van the van has stolen license plates on it stolen license plates yeah um well I don't know how to explain that one but I is he going to jail probably or stolen license plat yeah okay all right well I'm going to try to get a hold of Mr Zha 24 G this Ain up he's got a bunch of cars in here and all different names hey man you giving us a real name Ryan yelman that's your real name' been informed of your new charges no trafficking methampetamine possession of false IDE possession of somebody else's identification that's Steven's bag okay so where's Steven who's he where's he at he's back at Jacksonville why do you have his bag he left it in the van okay a trafficking meth charge is that it how did I have 24 G what the [ __ ] man and so y'all are charging me with having false IDs so what was one misdemeanor is now a misdemeanor and what like four felonies I'm not getting out of jail I'm not going home and Ryan still has not gone home he was booked into jail on five charges including felony methamphetamine trafficking felony feny trafficking felony possession of personal identification of five or more other people possession of drug paraphernalia and petty theft he has since appointed his wife and queen my queen Don Wilson as his prime AR witness who will tape her deposition via zoom on July 1st before his trial Ryan remains in the Jail's custody to this day awaiting trial but if any of you upstanding citizens would like to help bail him out you can do so for the low low price of $113,000 do you think Ryan or Ryan's so-called boss really own the van or did he just slap a stolen license
