Actually, if I'm a CIA agent, I know my running from the police. I don't have to answer any questions. You know what the penalty for assault on actual CIA? Cuz I have a clue that you're going to actually find out in your face. Little sexuality got sexual. On October 21st, 2024, officers responded to a suspicious figure hopping fences at an apartment complex, only to uncover a self-proclaimed CIA agent mid-m mission for her son's phone. What unfolded was a tangle of defiance, wild accusations, and a takedown straight out of a bad spy thriller. Watch the video to see what actually happened. >> How you doing? >> I'm great. How are you? >> All right. Can you stay right here? >> Explain to me what you were doing down there. >> Yeah, I grabbed my stuff, actually. What stuff? >> This. Do you stay right here? Wait. Just >> Why are you arresting me? >> Just work with us. We'll tell you. >> Why are you arresting me, though? >> I grabbed my stuff. >> Just work with us, please. All right. Just work with us. >> You're hurting my hand. I didn't even do anything. >> Ma'am, just stop moving. >> It's ridiculous that you're arresting me right now. >> I'm another unit. >> For what reason are you rescuing? >> What are you >> What are you moving? Stop right there. What are you? >> Ma'am, please stop resisting. >> I didn't do anything at all. >> Britney, >> why are you resisting? >> How do you How do you get on my neck? >> Because we talked to you before. >> No, I'm going home. >> I'm going home. I'm going home. Let me go. Let me go. >> Let me go. Let me go. >> Ma'am, please >> let me go. Why are you arresting me? Why are you arresting me? Why are you arresting me? No. >> No. Tell me. Let go of me. Let go of me. I ain't doing anything. Let go of me. >> Hurt my face. Don't hurt my face. >> All right. Stop resisting. Hurt my face. >> When officers spotted Britney midfense hop, she was all business. Clutching a sock like it was state secrets. Her instant I'm a CIA agent card had the cops blinking harder than in a bad action flick, demanding release like she owned the block. Her sass was peak main character energy. And instead of cooling down, she doubled down and what followed was way louder than expected. >> I got her legs. >> Yo, my face. Let go. Let go me. Let go me. Let go me. Bring me >> Britney. Britney, we don't have to do this. Just give us hands. Give us your other hand, Britney. Britney, please. Britney, just give us the other hand. We could stop this right now >> because they know how to arrest me. >> Yes, we do. You were trespassing. >> I was not trespassing. I grabbed my stuff. >> Give us your other hand. >> Stop doing that. I was grabbing my stuff. That was it. I don't >> Why are you arresting me when I was just grabbing my stuff? That's not fair for you to arrest me. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, why are you arresting me? Let go me. Can you get my glasses, please? >> Why am I being arrested though? Y'all came up to me for no reason. I was already on the sidewalk grabbing my stuff. So why did you arrest me? For what reason? >> I didn't trespass. I did not even trespass. You approached me. I told you you cannot detain me. >> Okay, bring it. >> No, it's unfair. It's unfair. I did not do anything to be arrested. >> I understand. >> Take a deep breath and we'll explain everything to you the second we can. Okay, take a deep breath. >> I came over here to get my stuff and that was it. So why am I being arrested? >> He's going to explain it to you. Just take a deep breath so we can talk, >> man. All day. Let me tell you, all day my son's ex my son's nonf father has been actively o all day long. I didn't do anything to be arrested. >> Nothing whatsoever. I grabbed my stuff and that was it. >> I don't have any license on me whatsoever. >> So what are you trying to arrest me for? >> Why did you run? >> Because you want to arrest me for what? You can't detain me for nothing. I don't have to actually be in front of you. I'm a CIA agent. I don't have to actually be in front of you. If I'm not being arrested for anything, you're trying to arrest me for absolutely nothing. So, when you went to talk to me, I walked off because I'm allowed to walk off. You can't just arrest me without a restraining order or something of that nature. I did not do anything whatsoever. >> You were trying to gain access into >> I wasn't No, I No, actually, I was not trying to get access to the building. I was already walking off. >> Yeah, you came under the fence. >> Yeah, because I had >> You saw No, no, no, no, no, no. Can I explain the tag, ladies? You can. >> I'm on the track plane. I just I can't do it here. >> Okay, that's fine. But you need to see No, you need to see what I grabbed. All I had was my son's car. It's unfair to arrest me. I did not trust that whatsoever. I grabbed my stuff and I let that was it and you decided to stop me. >> Very hard to be at the school. >> It's unfair to be stopped like that. I was already walking off. I grabbed my stuff and you said, "No, you got to go. You got to You're going to be arrested for what though?" Okay. >> And then you started chasing me. I don't have to stop and answer any questions without any kind of war. That's everything. Let's go. >> What are you looking for? >> Come on. >> Yo, >> y'all just want to arrest me every time I end up busting up near Sean Edwards. Y'all want to arrest me off the car? >> I want my stuff. I want to see my stuff. I want to see my stuff. >> Remy, my handcuffs are like by that area, too. If you want. >> This is ridiculous. Like, I've never had this much trouble with except for Edwards. The [ __ ] been stopping me everywhere. All I did was grab my stuff and that was it. And yet, all of a sudden, I'm grabbing my stuff. No problem. No noise. >> Cuffed in seconds, Britney flailed like a fish on a dock, screaming unfair, louder than a toddler denied candy. Officers begged for compliance, but she twisted the narrative to assault on a spy. Her rants about exes and death penalties painted her as a conspiracy queen mid meltdown. The takedown was messy, her ego messier, hinting at a booking room blow up. >> And yet y'all are arresting me already for what? >> I can't hear you. You scream so loud. >> My apologies. Cuz I'm not trying to scream at you, but I'm really upset because I didn't have a reason to have to go through this. >> Just take a deep breath in my hand. Stop shooting. >> No, you're taking me into custody. I have things to do. No, but you just sat there and arrested me for no reason. >> I didn't arrest you. Was I here? >> No, you were not here. However, he didn't have a reason to arrest me. >> You did not have a reason to arrest me whatsoever. >> Come on. Come on. >> Come on, buddy. >> This is [ __ ] ridiculous. Yo, I came to grab something and that was it. Man, I'm so tired of this. Make sure I've ever played this game all the time. I was minding mying business, grabbing my dick, and then this happens. >> No, I mean, this is unfair. Every time I bust some up about him, I'm a CIA agent. Nothing is coming from me on some dumb [ __ ] >> Joe, this is out of line. Everying time I do something. Every time. Now you can take me into custody for [ __ ] what? Joe, grabbing my stuff. I grabbed something off of the porch and that was it. We know you're right here for no reason. You know, you killed me before, but I've never had any problems with you like that. >> I know we don't, Britney. >> Why did you do that though? >> Why did you run away while we're trying to talk to you? >> Because I don't have to stop and do that. I can see when you want to go and run somebody. I am happy trying to talk to you though. >> Yeah, you do though, Britney. >> For what reason? >> You have to risk me? >> Cuz you're under investigation. You were in You're in an area where you're not supposed to be. >> Investigation for what? not supposed to be in that area. You don't live there. >> Oh, I'm grabbing something. You don't know where I live or what properties I own. You don't have any clue as to what properties I own. So, why would you arrest me for grabbing my stuff? All I was grabbing was a freaking beach well that it belongs to me. So, why would you arrest me for that? It's just the fact that I told you I never for Halloween. And because I got so now you want to arrest me and you already know I'm a CIA. You see my file. So, why you taking me to jail for it? >> If you were a CIA, you wouldn't run. People don't run for the police. >> No, actually, if I'm a CIA agent, I know my advisor running from the police. I don't have to answer any questions. You didn't have a restraining order. You had no reason to arrest me. So, just call my me out. I don't have to stop you. I can continue walking to the side. And you don't have the right to actually run after me. You saw me on the sidewalk walking off with my own property. You know what the penalty for assault on an actual CIA agent is? Cuz I have a clue that you're going to actually find out. Anything to get me down here. What you really want to do is get me in here. That's what you really want to do. You [ __ ] just mad cuz I won't turn no like you get everybody else to put on you. So since I won't give me no you want to arrest him forever that you can't arrest me on right ed game in the homeless shelter all the goddamn time. Any that you want he rap and the moment that I will let him do whatever he wants to do to me or anybody else then want to come for me. Right. You got a whole new walking around with a fake ass bag. You'll play way too much games. Y'all have nothing better to do. Nothing better to sh whatsoever. >> Man get your hands off me. Get your hands off me. Back up. I can do it myself. I can walk without you. You're not going to walk without I don't trust you and I don't like you. I don't trust you and I don't like you. >> Escorted to the cruiser, Britney kept the drama dialed to 11, accusing everyone of a setup by her nemesis Edwards. Officers explained the trespass basics, but she fired back with legal loopholes only a YouTube lawyer dreams of her. I own properties flex fell flat amid the handcuff clicks. The night's chaos was cresting toward a cold cell reality. >> Get your hands off me. You can grab me, but get the off my hands. Get the off my hands. Get the off me. I don't want you around me. Don't touch me. Get your hands off me. Get the [ __ ] off me. I can walk without him. I can walk without a short walk. It's a short walk. >> Get his hands off me. Get the [ __ ] hands off me. Get the hands off me. I got it. >> You always playing that little roll up face up. Get away acting like he had a new suit for the day. >> Do me a favor. Stare at this wall. Stare. Look at the wall. Look at the wall. All right. >> No, I don't want him dealing with me. >> I'm not touching you. I don't want him. >> Just face the wall. Just face You just got to face the wall. >> Throw me back up. Face the wall >> cuz that that ain't who he say he is. That's new playing around. >> Just face the wall. >> Face. >> Just face the wall. Stay like that. >> I hear you. >> You got to face the wall. Face the wall. >> That ain't no That ain't the person that sent that's supposed to be in that scam. That ain't nothing but a road terrorist. The only reason why you're arresting me today is because you know I uncuff you and then I want you to put that hand on the wall for me. Okay. >> Edward is always like you own some [ __ ] No, that ain't who he says he is. That ain't Garcia. That plays that game in homeless shelters all the time. He just get a new face all the time. That ain't nothing but the fake one who [ __ ] suit trying to escape the death penalty. No, you the death penalty. Keep talking with your mouth closer. >> Play a lot of games though Edwards. You really mad about getting busted up, huh? For all that raping [ __ ] >> Have a seat, please. >> No, I ain't no have a seat, please. I ain't having a seat yet. Sit down first. >> Why the [ __ ] haven't they rain your properly near Edward? Why haven't they rainfer to jailbird? Britney's graband go turned into a masterclass in bad decisions. She earned a trio of charges that no CIA badge could dodge. If she just chatted instead of bolting, maybe she'd be home plotting her next mission. Lesson learned. Sidewalks aren't shortcuts and cops aren't extras in your spy novel. The woman was charged with resisting arrest, battery on an officer, and criminal trespassing.
