one more time please on November 20th 2022 Deputy Boyd of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a domestic battery call regarding Christina Coe and her partner who will remain unnamed in this video we recently posted the footage of this couple's previous arrest for neglecting their three children and allowing them to live in horrifying conditions they're very loud and they scream a lot yeah it's called a kid ma'am your mother both of y'all are going to be going to jail tonight for the child neglect the victim's name and image are redacted for victim protection hey everybody calm down calm down okay I got he got mad because I called him out on his [ __ ] for cheating and lying to me and he doesn't want to hear it so he wants to kick me out like he always does every other time and then call me a stupid [ __ ] call me all these discriminating names and then say that I'm never going to get my kids back that doesn't give you the right you trapped me in there too okay everybody back off back off you you walk over there with him for just a second please okay I'm gonna have you step over here with me get over here man it started out her back was hurting this morning yeah I got up at 11 o'clock supposed to go to work oh you didn't feed me yesterday I offered to cook for you you got your license on you man yeah hey just just don't worry about her don't worry about her and I called her a cup we got into it and she got up in my face she climbed up on me as you can see around my neck and wrapped until I could not breathe I tried to throw her off that's the marks I promise from her on my back I'm swinging her trying to get her all okay and then she fall asleep in prisoned me so I grabbed her by her jacket and tried to move her out the way and then as I'm trying to step out the camper as she threw me out the camper to the ground okay trying to say that I put my hands on her I'm just trying to get her out my way I wasn't physically trying to hurt her I'm trying to get out and get away from this so what caused the whole thing an argument about about apparently her bring up passing I'm cheating on her and all this okay all right so look to the side for me look that way that's where she wrapped up on my neck okay okay and that's what her marks are from is me slinging around trying to get her off my back okay so you guys were inside either bedroom y'all were arguing with each other then how how exactly did it happen like just plain it out y'all were arguing over arguing we turn around we start going at it I called her going at it what do you mean by going at it yeah I'm okay and I called her she wrapped up around my neck locked up to where I couldn't breathe and I'm already on my knees trying to breathe I'm wiggling trying to move and I finally behind you in front of you behind me okay and then when I finally get her off me she's in the doorway blocking it would not let me through nothing so all I did was grab her by her jacket and try to move her out the way that's all I did when I finally got past her when I squeezed past her which was probably some of the marks when I tried to squeeze this doorway and it pushed her against it I want to step out my camper door and she grabbed me by the back and shoved me out the door to the ground okay okay hang tight with him for just a second I'm gonna go over here okay so I want to hear your side okay so I woke up this morning in immense pain at all today or at all yesterday and I told him that I had to go to work at 11. come step over here with me and just kind of when he doesn't get his way he wants to threaten to kick me out every time even though I have the pictures saying the campers in both of our names I got you okay I'm not worried about that what I'm worried about is what happened and then he wants to come off on me saying that he never did anything wrong and he was always there taking care of us when he was the one cheating lying to me behind my back for the past four years so I called him out on it yeah and then what happened from there and then he wants to call he wants to start taking the [ __ ] out of my hands and throwing it and breaking it across the camper and then trapped me in the room which then I got in the doorway what do you mean trapped you in the room we're in the back room so we were I was grabbing myself he trapped me in there and then how did how did he trap you is what I mean got in the doorway okay and then when I got in the then when I got myself I got in the doorway so he was trapped in and I was trying to get him to listen to me because he wouldn't listen he was just trying to force me out and pushed me out the door okay and he was saying I can't get any of my [ __ ] that he's gonna make sure that I don't see my kids that he's gonna putting Behind Bars because that's what he does all the time yeah he verbally and mentally and emotionally abuses me all the time and then he thinks that he can just throw me out all the time because he doesn't get his way I got you and then he thinks that because he's he's he likes to call the cops and get people in trouble I have nothing wrong with y'all but that's what he does yeah and then he likes to spin half truth I've been out here I don't know how many times he goes and spends half truths to his family all the time then I have to hear about it and then I have to tell the rest of the story of what really happened because he only likes to tell the story of why I'm asking somebody did anything physical happen he was he was basically yeah I got him back but I never hit him okay but he was pushing me against the wall multiple times he was literally like swinging around where I hit my back and my ribs and I had breathing problems I had back issues do you have any do you have any uh marks or anything a couple of cuts on my hands but that's about it okay I had like a red mark on my ribs but it probably went away my back as well you know I don't want you to lift your shirt or anything like that for me it's one of those things we have the place with her because we have nowhere to live yeah and it's just been getting worse and worse with him okay okay it's just the mental emotional she's been getting worse than words and I don't know what to do with constantly threatens to keep me out every time he doesn't get what he wants okay and he thinks it's okay that he constantly puts me down and he honestly harasses me and just says all these horrible things to me I'm already having a hard time struggling with my depression yeah it leaves me so much worse with all the horrible things he says oh our time getting out of bed some days yeah I've already done even first and myself just on me because I'm in so much pain and I'm a hard time struggling with my depression but he wants to sit here and make things worse than calling you stupid mother well nobody should be talked to them I understand that you know let's do everything for him and those kids and then that's how he repays me all the time is just putting me down out and saying all these horrible things about me and just freaking me out because he doesn't get what he wants so listen you or him I don't know I'm I'm just asking this have you are you or him under the influence of anything no we have no we don't we don't do drugs all we do is pop but we don't even have that okay we don't drink and when we do it's rarely to never yeah we have alcohol but it's been sitting in that fridge for a few months okay I gotcha I understand I'm not right look I'm here to get look I'm here to get both sides of the story right and then to go from there okay all right do you need any medical attention I'm used to this type of pain okay but I'm tired okay sit tight for me for just a second all right out and hundreds of dollars I'll come and make sure she gets close and then throw it in my face as I do nothing more you ever heard that saying if you do what you always did you're gonna get a charge what are you on paper for I'm on paper for what they uh they said it was uh child neglect they dropped it to contributing to doing computer science so that's misdemeanor probation yeah so both of you were on paper for the same thing yeah how many kids do you have them coming through you know talk everything and your friend Megan or something like that to have him uh what's her name I have kids saying she kind of hurt anybody yes no I didn't describe to but my arms weren't around him that's all I've heard was looking you're choking you're joking eating on my arms I jump he's a legend that you that he had to like basically push you off again around my head so I couldn't even see so I'm just grasping the air which was his jacket and then he's trying to throw the [ __ ] thing up like the door open and I can't see and I'm still like he's dragging me because my my jacket's over my head because he pulled it over my head so I can't see it I'm just holding on and he falls out the panther door after I pull my my jacket down like I would never hurt him it's just I'm tired of the [ __ ] wow this is the thing we've been out here I don't know how many times I've I you I've met you I've met half the other family and everybody always says they're not they would never hurt anybody but then it always ends up somebody hurting somebody I've never heard of him I had me one fight in my whole entire life and that was because I was standing up for somebody else okay I am a very protective person yes he made it sometimes and he may lie to me sometimes but I would never intentionally physically hurt him I made things and mean things to him but I would never intentionally physically try to hurt him okay yeah he's hurt me multiple times unintentionally but I know it was intentional and I know he doesn't intentionally try to hurt me yeah he may see things and do things that hurt me verbally or emotionally but that doesn't make him a bad person you just need to understand that the things that he doesn't says to me I got you just said time for me for just a second okay I just don't know what to do anymore I don't know how to get across to him but the thing that he doesn't say is to me affects me in a certain way that I'm going to react when you're still sitting here and lying to me and he still sits here what am I supposed to do how am I supposed to feel it's been five almost five years and you still can't complain to me fully and I have to hear from it about everybody else but him and hearing the truth from everybody else but him his whole family tells me the truth but him and I'm trying to get him to tell me the truth but he won't but I do love him but I'm he's a stop I get it like I've been so far isolated out here for almost five years I have no friends it's hard for me to even make friends because he wants to go through my phone all the time and then take things out of proportion or something said from the opposite sex that I can't control he flips out on me and then tries to kick me out huh sounds like a bad situation turn up your hands behind your background please I do have something on me that I need to take out of my pocket turn around put your hands on your back first uh can I get out of your pocket in just a second okay don't reach for it just it's a knife okay it's not too tight or nothing is it no sir okay you have any narcotics no I don't reason why is because after interviewing both of you you determine that you're the primary this side and a phone on this side okay okay is it okay if I reach in the pocket and get it okay I'll explain that but your brother was going to be going anyways because of that it was domestic violence in the State of Florida you call for something like this and there was something physical that was involved if we can come up with a primary aggressor right which is obviously going to be her you have marks all over your face you have marks all you know what I mean all I can do is investigate she told me some stuff you told me some stuff right in the end it was determined that she's the primary aggressor okay so now she has to go and it sucks you know what I mean for both of you I know you probably aren't the happiest about it but at the same time there's my hands are tied when it comes to something like this that makes sense yeah okay all right man you have a better day yep what is today today is Sunday Sunday the 20th so I wait until Monday before I mean yeah probably until tomorrow morning yeah usually so even though he put his hands on me first I'm still the one getting in trouble aggressor right he's got blood all over the side of his face earrings ripped out he said he was choked where he couldn't breathe at all I hopped off his back after he told me so that I was choking him I never intentionally like he told me I was choking him there's extremely extremely conflicting statements but evidence that we have to go off of right is he's got blood and scratch marks all over the side of his face y'all got kids together y'all are gonna have to learn how to you know figure this crap out because they were telling me he's been doing this to me for almost five years because I'm tired of being lied to all the time I know you all have kids together but if y'all are unhappy you know what I mean and don't and and I have nowhere to go I have no friends in the family that's the issue he's isolated me for four years I have no money my family wants nothing to do with me because I have okay is it because a hammer because of all the drug problems it's because of him they don't like him they don't like the way he treats me because I I mean obviously I look you up right as soon as soon as we talk to you as soon as we talk to him we lift both of you up and I can see you have a pretty extensive history with some drug issues all I've ever done is the pot so how how is it that if you've only done pot you've had because his brother drugged us one time he put some stuff in a blunt and I didn't know it until it was too late I didn't watch him roll the blunt like I've never intentionally gone out hey can I have some of this no I don't do that because I've seen too many families and get destroyed because of it I've watched people die because of it I mean I've been here to this house yeah the whole family has a lot of drug issues Savannah gave his yeah I've given his I don't know Sister sister-in-law whatever she is yeah she's in jail for drugs yeah I've given her Narcan and brought her back before because he'd rather be comfortable living with his mom so he doesn't have to pay bills or nothing he doesn't have to grow up you know like I'm tired of being at a place where I can't even go inside and actually take a shower without having to sneak in because we don't have running water outside I shouldn't have to live like this I can't even go inside and take a shower I can barely even cook inside like I can't even go inside because his mom I wouldn't have this trust issues with you if you didn't find any all these all these years and cheat on me this just ask you for you even telling the truth I wouldn't honestly have to doubt it he threatened me he's gonna take my kids away from me and put me in jail what are your kids names two girls and a boy how old's your oldest four oh wow so four-year-old three-year-old and almost a two-year-old so that was back to back to back I've dealt with that all alone too so Anna Anna's the one that's keeping your kids yep and she's been your she's been y'all's friend for a while you no she's like it's kind of weird she's only your friend because of the things okay I I don't really know her to her it's just somebody else kind of introduced us okay she's she's a really good woman so you're you're not allowed to uh see them or something we are I have visitations once a week oh okay but you have to be in a public place okay that makes sense it's like how are you gonna sit here and tell somebody you love them and you want to marry them but then constantly treat them like [ __ ] put them down sadly we deal with it all the time and it's it's a sad situation I was charged with my friends weed in his bowl and then it gave me another Year's probation even though I was in the passenger seat yeah I got charged with all his [ __ ] because he had all his pot stuff in the car with him and he pulled a stop sign I got in trouble because I was on probation and I got charged with all his stuff Christina might want to think about how she can make a positive difference in her own life for once rather than blaming her boyfriend her family her friends and the police she was charged with one count of domestic battery and booked into the Flagler County inmate facility she pled no contest and was sentenced to 60 days in jail she was also ordered to have no contact with the victim her own boyfriend and her children's father of three this did not stop her as she called him 17 times while in jail and caught her another charge of violating conditions of pre-trial release this is not the first time Christina has gotten into trouble with the law in a previous video link is in the description Christina and her boyfriend were charged with three counts of child neglect for which she was sentenced to 90 days in jail to make things even worse Christina went missing in March 2023 she was found five days later in a nearby town the victim in this incident Christina's boyfriend is currently incarcerated for unrelated charges which might end up on an upcoming episode of cop cam Nation do you
