husband might be afraid of Susan but Susan is most certainly afraid of being sober she earned herself four charges including felony battery on a law enforcement officer domestic battery disorderly intoxication and felony bribery of a public servant she was booked into jail and was able to post bond the next day in the amount of $99,500 conditions of her release included mandatory weekly drug testing no drugs or alcoh alcohol and having no contact with the victim her own husband she supposedly ended up staying in a hotel during this time which didn't last long because she then petitioned the court to allow her to move back into the comfort of her own home while her 80-year-old husband was voluntarily forced to stay elsewhere this request was unfortunately granted Susan pled not guilty to the charges and requested a trial by jury the courts dropped the bribery of a public servant charge despite the obvious evidence I will pay you she ended up pleading no contest to the two remaining charges and was sentenced to one day of time served in jail 36 months of Probation and she was ordered to write an apology letter to the staff at the emergency room and the arresting officers it is unknown what occurred within the emergency room since that footage is protected from public release in 2016 she was arrested on domestic battery charges for punching her husband in the face with a closed fist the arrest report even mentions that she has a history of being extremely violent whenever she is under the influence of alcohol she got lit off incredibly easy that time as well do you
