inside what's going on today well I my son is in the do with the doctor sitting inside I told them that after see the doctor I need to talk to her my my my son is only 18 years old okay and he has a to a I don't know if you're aware but the doctor is not legally allowed to discuss any of his medical issues with you because he's an adult uh he's a d has that permission for him to with me but the doctor doesn't have to is what I'm trying to tell I'm she knows me for years so she know you understand that the rules are different right now because of the virus and that they don't want people in office good afternoon good afternoon I understand to pre pre this with I guess you got my wife yes she's been she's been under a lot of pressure with this virus thing and raising two boys I've been on the road my wife is has a Julius doctor in law and she was a judge and an attorney and a prosecutor in Chile for 23 years so she can also be very headstrong about her civil rights you know she lived through p and all that so look I'm not trying to make excuses for if felony charges or misdemeanor charges um trespass after warning is a misdemeanor um the resisting arrest with violence is a felony well she's not a bad woman but I understand she acted like a fool yeah Claudia did in fact act like a fool that day she earned three charges including resisting arrest with violence trespassing after warning and battery on a law enforcement officer she was booked into jail and released on a $5,500 Bond the same day she pled not guilty and requested a trial by jury she later pled no contest to all three charges despite the maximum sentencing being 11 years in prison she signed on to a pre-trial intervention contract which deferred her prosecution and imposed probation likee restrictions such as drug testing an anger management course and 25 community service hours not a bad sentence for attempting to bite and kick multiple law enforcement officers do you think Claudia has the right to stay
