Get off the plane. Stop. You hear me? >> No. >> Can I have my money back, please? >> No, break. >> Okay. Ma'am. Watch it. Tigger. >> What's up, everybody? In today's video, we have a brawl between employees at Jack in the Box that ends up in multiple charges. But first, you know that Spirit Airlines always delivers, and today is no different. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Talking to people. >> Get me off. >> You got your stuff? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, grab your stuff and let's go. >> Yes, sir. This I won't ride with someone who impress them. >> Come on. Come on. You're ready to go. >> Right. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Can you guys just shoot while you're leaving? >> You know what? You shoot. >> I won't ride. This is the last thing I'm going to do. >> Okay, go. Go. Go. Let's go. >> No. No. No. No. You won't go. >> Get off the plane. >> Last American >> Let's go. Get off the plane. Stop. You hear me? >> No. >> Get off. >> Hey. Come on. Get up. Get up. Come on. Come on. Come on. Turn over. >> And the award goes to not this lady because that was terrible acting. When she threw herself on the ground, I knew she was just trying to be extra. And I think that was possibly a ploy to get at a lower level so she could slap the guy in the nut sack, which is what she's attempting to do right now. One thing's for sure, Spirit Airlines, you will be gone but not forgotten. And I thank you for the hours of golden entertainment you have given us. >> [screaming] >> Hey. Relax. >> I'm being handcuffed. I'm being handcuffed. >> Okay. And uh >> Handcuffed. Because I'm Russian American. The United States on Thanksgiving. >> Get up. All right. Come on. >> I'm being handcuffed. I'm being handcuffed. I'm being handcuffed. You guys >> All right. >> That's all right. That's all right. That's all >> Thank you. >> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> You guys have no mercy for us. I think I'm going to die. I've never had a moment like my life. I'm sorry, sir. >> Okay. Just just keep walking. Relax. >> I had a moment in the middle of the worship. >> Let's go. Calm down. >> Okay, thank you, sir. >> All right. Relax. >> Thank you, sir. >> Relax. You'll be okay. >> What is that? Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. >> No problem. No problem. >> You got to know what you're drinking or what it was. >> Uh can you follow can you follow can you follow us out to the plane? >> I'm too sorry, sir. I just don't know what Well, I don't know where I left my shoes. I don't know where they are. I don't know. Somebody bought me a shot of or a drink of margarita and a tequila shot. What is tequila? Tequila tequila. >> You know what? That might explain it. It's because she's drinking tequila and she's not used to it. Tequila, even though it is 40% just like everything else, it just hits different. That's why I won't drink it. For some reason, whenever I had tequila, it just makes you way too drunk way too quickly. I don't know if there's a hidden percentage in there that they're not disclosing. I don't know what's going on, but that [ __ ] is very strong. >> Tito's? What is that? What is Tito's? What is Tito's, sir? What is Tito's? >> Just relax. >> Huh? Huh? I don't know what Tito's is. I never had it before. I was like I thought it was wrong. >> relax and we're going to go. You can't make this up. It's unbelievable. >> I thought they were giving me wrong. And then I looked it up and I >> I don't know. You had Whatever you had, you had a little bit too much. >> Oh my god. Mom. I I know she's just so Just have a margarita or a margarita or a a wine. I don't know what the [ __ ] Tito's is. What is Tito's? What is Tito's? Okay. >> And I thought it was some guy trying to hit on me from across the street. You know. So I was like, "Okay." Let me from across the bar, I mean. I I think I should I think it's And then it's just going to be all right. I'm like, "Okay then." I I [clears throat] don't know what I'm thinking. You know. I never had no Tito's. What? I looked at everything like, "Can Can I have another vodka?" I don't know. I don't do vodka. I drink tequila and rum and whiskey. I'm a whiskey girl. I don't know what. Tito's is Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Did I get offensive with you? Did I get offensive with you? >> Just Just wait here. >> Did I get offensive with you, sir? >> Wait here cuz we have another a female pat you down, okay? >> What for, your sir? Okay. >> Man, that's going to be one hell of a hangover tomorrow. You know she's going to have a massive headache on top of being plastered. She got into a fight with the cop. The cop was choking her out. Then I don't know if she hit the ground hard or not, but one thing's for sure, she's going to feel the weight of her decisions tomorrow and it's going to be 100% regret. >> Okay, Tracy you got a 10-15? Who's going to do the pat down? I think No, um >> Oh, she's >> Ebony a 15. >> Oh, Ebony. Okay. Oh, my god. >> Wasn't Teresa in the checkpoint? Or is it already closed? >> Oh, Teresa's there? >> Yeah. >> No, I didn't. I feel so much better. Oh my gosh. Oh, so much better. >> Oh, she's on this side. >> Hm? >> Oh, she's not on this side. So, she's in there. >> Oh. >> Go Go Go down. Stand up. >> Oh. >> Relax. >> Relax. >> Okay. Oh, I'm sorry. She's doing it again. >> We're going to have a female officer pat you down, okay? And then I'll sit you in the car and you can relax for a little bit, all right? >> I'm sorry, sir. I'm so sorry. >> All right, no problem. >> I don't know what people do. What is cheating? It's like a bastard thing. Oh my god, he's off. Oh. I'm sorry, sir. >> Okay, no problem. >> Oh, wait. I'm so sorry, sir. I'm sorry, sir. I'm sorry, sir. I love this guy. >> All right. Stand up. Stand up until the female officer is here. >> I'm sorry, sir. >> Thank you. That's okay. It's all right. >> No, it's not all right. >> No, Teresa. >> Cuz I should know my limits. I just had a had a little bit too much to drink. I'm sorry. >> All right. That's the only thing. >> And maybe I smoked it before I left Baltimore, but that's Yeah, I mean I want to be honest. But that was before I was 4 hours ago, 5 hours. >> Well, it's probably the alcohol that's causing it. >> Yeah. I'm sorry, sir. I'm sorry. I I apologize to law enforcement. So, maybe I've been an idiot. I took some computer shots and then I had a little more. Obviously, I'm definitely screwed. Bend your legs for All right. >> She's good. You can take the rest of the video. >> Okay. >> Why am I being held? Why am I being held? >> I have my phone. I'll take it. >> Why am I being held, officer? Officer, why am I being held? I need to let my attorney know. And he's on my ear, really. Why am I being held? >> Do you have her, um, >> Officer, what Where are you flying to, sweetie? >> I don't know. I wouldn't call her sweetie. She is anything but sweet. She is a total degenerate that caused a fight in an airplane. She was brawling with a 60-year-old cop. I think our definition of sweet is very different. >> I think it's Honduras. >> Huh? >> Um, Honduras. >> She's going to Honduras. >> I'd like to know, officer, Why am I being held, sir? >> That's it. >> I know I've been rowdy. I know I've been I haven't harassed anybody. I haven't caused the safety of anybody's harm. >> You're being arrested for disorderly intoxication. So, we got to take you down to the jail until the alcohol wears off and then they'll release you and you can come back. Let's uh let's take you down so you can relax. >> Yes, sir. >> Let me open the door. >> Thank you. Disorderly intoxication, right? >> Yes. >> I want to let my mama know. >> Emergency? I'll take your phone. >> I'm going in for a hearing. >> Let me try and get up. >> All right, so she was charged with disorderly intoxication and the crazy part about all this is that she didn't even show up to court and then the judge just suspended the case, withheld adjudication. So, there is no consequences whatsoever. It's like committing crimes is legal now. Anyways, let's move on to the next body cam and I just want to give you you a warning. There is a significant portion that is blurred at the beginning. I'll explain to you why in just a moment. >> All right. Nice and early. What's going on, ladies? What happened? >> We had to restrain Suriya [music] Suriya Suriya because she's trying to attack them. >> Okay, so what are we trying to attack another employee Okay, well because people you're All right. Oh, okay. All right. >> Really, can we just I would just like to have her escorted off. I don't want anything to happen. So, just please get her out of the building before anything happens. >> Okay. Okay. All you guys want is just her to exit the property? >> That's all we want. >> Okay. Do you have all your stuff? >> Yeah, she just refused actually. She doesn't even want to leave the general area of the employee. >> [music] >> So, why don't you let this kind of the the situation diffuse a little bit and then maybe try and come back and talk this is on a different day cuz I was obviously you're still heated right now which I wasn't here. I don't know what was said. You know, I mean I'm only going off of what I was told, but we have multiple people saying they had to hold you back and all they want in this situation is just for you to exit the property right now. I'd probably take the easy way out with that one and go that way. >> Ma'am, I don't want to see you back at this place. So, can I please just have you exit the building for the day, please? >> You know, I would leave if he apologized. So, if he's not going to, then I'm not. >> Okay. >> All right. So, the reason why so much of the screen is blurred is this. First of all, there's a strip in the middle. That's because the FOIA requestor got their names doxxed by the police. Some police department put the name of the FOIA requestor right in the middle, and I think this is a way to stop body cam channels, although it doesn't stop much. It just makes some of it blurry, and I find that really shitty because it seems like the cops are kind of retaliating against transparency. That's just my opinion. Now, the other blurred parts is just because those people are not suspects. I guess they're victims in this situation, and the department blurred them. But, take my word for it. This is still incredible footage. You'll see what I'm talking about in just a moment. >> We're going to do this later, right? >> I don't want no conversation between you and the employee from now on. Going forward, I'm done. So, can you please just exit the building? You're going to have a conversation home with the district manager here on her way. I just need you out of the building for you to calm down before you leave the building. >> I I already quit. I already quit. What's the point if I already quit? Okay. Ma'am. All right. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch it. Taser. Back up. Back up. Put your hands on the wall. No. On the wall. Freeze. Put your hands behind your back. >> They're on the wall. >> Taser. >> You ran in. >> Okay. >> Cuz arm doesn't rotate. >> All right. We're good. One to 10. >> 35 Please don't follow me. >> Are you okay? >> I don't want to say 35 or 45. >> Is everybody else okay? >> Yes. Are you okay? >> Very good. Okay. She did? Do you want to press charges? >> 35 or 45 >> You got a purse, too? >> Katie. >> Katie. >> Is this my bra? >> Yeah. >> Pull it up. >> No, it's Oh, yeah. >> Pull it up. Pull it up, yeah. >> [music] >> Better? >> No, not here. >> [music] >> All right. What did she say? Who me? No. What? >> So, let me just say my opinion, that was one of the least satisfying tasings I have ever seen because it looks like the probes connected, but there was no electricity that got discharged. Maybe she didn't activate it for some reason because the situation was already calmed down. I think she could have used 50,000 volts of electricity just for good measure. But, on another note, how stupid do you have to be to assault your coworker right in front of the cops? >> Did that really have to escalate to that point? All they wanted you to do was leave. Now, you're getting arrested for something so fair. For you it's It's very For you it's You upset because somebody was talking crap to you. >> Don't Don't just because you're not upset by it doesn't mean that other people >> It doesn't matter. >> Say it out loud. >> Don't say it out loud. >> I just said it out loud. >> I just said it out loud. >> A few times. For the last 15-20 minutes. But, just because it doesn't upset you doesn't mean it's not Just because it doesn't upset you >> You're a manager. >> I don't give a >> that people >> Honey, you going to go around and fight everybody because they talk crap to you? >> I do. Actually, I do. >> Well, well, honey, welcome to the >> The world is here. Here we are. >> Yes, welcome to the world. I can see why. >> Me, too. >> Lord, have mercy, dude. She's just got one problem right now. I'm not trying. I'm just trying to see where it's at. I'm I'm only looking. Yeah, okay. Hold on. We just don't want the thing to start poking. We're not debating. >> You want to have an ambulance come and take it out? >> It looks like this and it's in your back. Unless you want me to pull it out. >> Yeah. >> You want me to pull it out or you No, I just did this. Yours is normal, but I'm saying if you want me to pull it out, I'll pull it out, but usually we have the ambulance pull it out. So, it's up to you. Okay. I'll go in and talk to them in there, okay? We got her out of the building, that's what you guys wanted. >> So, she picked up three charges: battery, assault, and disorderly conduct. Now, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next one.
