Well, I'm not even going to try to mess around back here. We first smelled it back here, so I thought maybe it was hiding in the back, but there's not going to be any getting in here. And Prevon was arrested and booked into the Dne County Jail on charges including fleeing an officer, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver THC, possession of other controlled substances, and operating while revoked. But as the case moved into court, several charges were dismissed by prosecutors. Prevon ultimately plead guilty to two felonies: fleeing an officer and possession with intent to deliver cocaine. On November 26th, 2025, the judge handed down the sentence. For both felonies, Prevon received 2 years of state prison and 2 years of extended supervision, but the prison time was imposed and stayed. Instead, the court ordered 3 years of probation plus 2 months in jail with Huber privileges. With the imposed and stayed prison terms, Prevon now had the chance to complete probation instead of serving immediate prison time, so long as he follows every condition the court set.
