2024 police in Ohio responded to a
report of a couple engaged in a physical
altercation on a
sidewalk yes ma'am um so I live with him
and we together right okay and he I
don't know he's very abusive I'm I'm
trying to go home I just got off of work

here he he stole the key from me I can't
get in our house you guys live together
yes we live together me and my kids he
keep saying me and my kids can't come
home you guys only have one key yes like
he took the key this this gentleman

together though no we don't yes we do I
allow her to come no he does not he does
not have nothing in I he does not have
nothing in his name it's a it's a woman
named Linda Owens she owns the house

like nothing is the

out I moved I had this part like 2
months I just I just moved in probably

sitting there empty cuz the house on is
um get about to be the owner passed away
um uh I've been there my mother been
there for about I don't like 17 years my
mother passed away too like two years
ago but then I took over the place
uh I'm sorry I'm just you're fine this

should show is um be like in the uh
probate trip yeah trip 7 it's going to
be like a probate play cuz the owners
passed away okay so instead of me
waiting for you know to come say well
you got to get out I would had moved out
early but right now right now um I moved
out early I told the um the one the
owner the owner's son like you you just
go take from the house okay I want to go

with that so I got me another spot and
you moved over to Kenwood I moved over
to Kenwood and who stays at Kenwood me
kwood she came in for a night she last
night she went she was trying she told
me she try to get in the shelter last
night she told me the shelter was full I

um her her daughter right now is in
Cleveland yeah I just put him to go okay
her daughter right now is in C and I'm
telling her look you got you got place
all all her families in Cleveland all

get out to get the hell away so then you
took your stuff out of the car M and
then how did so then what is in this
building I I live right here I I know
the people in the office cat you know
the people so you stay here so you know
the workers so you felt like you know
these people and all that stuff right I
P that right here okay so you did that
instead of going to your house and I KN
that I felt like if I went to the house
she was going to trash it it was G be a
big commotion okay so I came here did
that's why I didn't go to the house okay
did you drive or is she driving I was
driving is that her car it's her car
okay dri so do you need to ride anywhere
uh we're just trying to figure out like
what I want to go home home tell her to

way to do it is to go over there get let

don't have kids together or anything
like that right so then there would be
no reason for her to come back to that
rest and then you have us with you and
you she can't say you did something or
whatever she get stuff so then she can
she can drive her car over there and we
can give you a ride over there so then
you guys are still separated she's not
allowed to go to shonne either okay so
does she have all her stuff over on Shon
there there's I still got stuff there
too I got stuff there who has the key
that she showing me I got the keys does
she have keys to anything no she don't

handle that but if how long were you

she got she got kicked out in Cleveland
but she got places to go in Cleveland

the only issue that we're trying to
figure out like establish res to see so
if she was living there she has like
tons of stuff but you guys are the
landlord and all that and you guys are
pretty much like hey we got to we're out
because the landlord that's a whole
another fiction thing you're out and
you're giving up your stay then she's a
technically good squatter but that's
another issue for here or there does she
want to get her stuff and leave CU she's
saying she's she is saying that she
lives there with them on K what are you
saying that's
happening I got off for work sir I just
got off for work me and him we've been
together on and off for years we just
got back together recently like 3 4
months ago we was standing um in Good
Year
Right Moves over here everything was
going great but we just butting heads a

we met her we was actually riding by
there two months ago two and a half
months ago outside a prin side and she
just let she's letting you guys stay
there yeah um he did he talked to her I
was in the car I introduced
myself like oh this my beyon you know we
looking to find a place to move I spoke
with her he spoke with her we got the
keys
now he's so who's pay who's paying the
bills for the utilities at the place
both of us both you guys are paying for
it are you wanting to get your stuff out
of K and get it all while we're here and
beon no I live there me and my kids live
there how long you've been there we've
both been there for two months now okay
they moved in together you on the lease
no one's on the lease they're both
staying why someone else is no one is on
the Le someone else owns the house it's
both letting them stay there we can call
the problem is if you guys go back there
going to be fighting they're splitting
utilities at the moment me and my kids
this is the older man this is nobody's
on that list I don't know what he's
telling me he stole the keys and he's
saying I can't go home so why are you
there home I live there I just thought
off work I want to go home and take a
shower and eat lunch and watch The
Walking Dead like I always do when I get
a work well someone should probably
leave no he should

the PO not the PO she called the
prosecutor okay so the pr he didn't do
nothing and crazy talk to the prut

you want to stay Kenwood or can you go
back over to shonne or wherever pardon

can you go somewhere else no I'm staying

saying like there's no lease you guys

they're like this isn't working he has
the team so on so forth she had picked
he had picked her up and they were
driving and he was like you know what
this isn't working it's time for you to
go that's why I drove here and he got
all his stuff out of the car she was
upset with the
fact she humbled him a few times got him
in the eye and he and he just started
like be hugging
she continues
to um hold on and then um s sir what was
your name Johnny Johnny um comes out
with another uh gentleman to kind of
like to like she turns and bites him
right on the shoulder and he kind of
like drops and then he swings her onto
the ground after that and he's still
trying to get his bag he never in this
video hits her or does anything but he's
