okay well would you like to tell me what happened um I there's not much thought behind it I'm sorry I just didn't think I could afford some of those things okay did you have funds to be able to pay for them uh no so you had a little bit of cash I did have a little bit of cash and then probably some like credit card or debit card or something like that did you have a credit card yes okay so you would have been able to put all of it on there it just whether or not then paying off the credit card was your question mhm okay um so obviously it's not a good thing uh what happens from here is uh I need to go out to my patrol car and I'm going to be writing you a citation for theft in the third degree I didn't actually pay attention to to price 12873 for the stolen items um I'll be completing one of those and then coming back to you um and providing that to you um's going to have some work over here for you um for about trespass and things like that you won't be back allow at Walmarts I know this is a lot of information really quick before I go outside is there any questions I can answer for you um we never be allowed okay that's just their standard practice for everybody in this situation if you think any any questions I'll answer them when I come back here in a minute okay um [Music] [Applause] get through your paperwork all right so this is a criminal citation when we don't take someone to jail we get piece paper so what it has is has your information right here has uh where this occurred at at Walmart and what the criminal charge is that third degree slow Washington just means anything under $750 of value um up here is courts information what this section essentially says in the next 15 days they're going to be mailing a packet of papers to this address you provided me if for some reason I put in wrong or you decide you want your paperwork to go somewhere else call the court your phone number website mail address is right there why that's important is if they assign you a court date and you didn't show up there'll be a warrant for your arrest okay thats for everybody um so I do have to go to court you will have a court dat gu at simple okay you have to talk to the judge about what happened okay so this is for you I just need to take a photograph and stand up like Z's G to take a photo too we're all done you stand up for me just look straight ahead of the camera thank you any last questions for me um just wondering how it goes on from the court so typically the packet of papers that they're going to send you is explain the whole core process they'll talk about public defenders if you qualify for that usually most students do um they'll talk about how to set up uh your court date um what to expect things like that um I don't deal with the court side of stuff so I can answer those questions as specifically but the phone number on there you could always ask that okay um sorry this is very weird but I will be moving um I think be December or the end next month so would that all be done before that or would that up it's possible um the worst thing would be not to take care of it move because then you get warned for arrest and they follow you around for a really long time and prevent you from leaving the country and all sorts of craziness so what I would do is tomorrow is Friday after about 9:00 the courts will be open call the phone number right there and just say hey I have this time constraint and um they can work on getting it resolved quicker because they they want you to take care of it so they'll work with you okay all right I'll walk you on outside I'm assuming you have a car outside I yes okay all right and just like I'm sure Zane said can't come back to the property that includes even the parking lot here or anywhere else in the US okay where's your car okay all right make sure you load up and head out okay pman 467 subject to a sign release trespassed you closed out report taken [Music]
