hurt me that's true I mean I already
have it with threats that she's going to
have some over I
mean and it's happened before on
September 30th 2024 in Ohio police
responded to a domestic dispute
involving a couple the victim reported
fearing for his life alleging that his
girlfriend had threatened to have him
murdered going on so is there a way we
can up there a little bit I seen you
limping so I didn't oh I'm good want to
walk make you
walk so I only came up here just cuz the
fact she likes to run her mouth a lot
and everything else so I didn't want her
interfering with our conversation you
live there I Liv next door from where
he's sitting the one that had the door
open so we we woke up this morning and
we were doing fine smiling everything
and just out of nowhere it just turned
into a conversation or argument ever
since then I just keep getting threats
and all types of stuff to the point
where from my girlfriend oh okay and
we've had a schedule in the house we
basically put the kids in their room
with the gate baby gate just give Mommy
and Daddy some time and stuff even
though they're not my kids I claim them
because their dad's locked up he hasn't
been there for them so I've been here so
problem is I've had multiple threats her
dad's been here a couple days ago and
punched me in the in the face I made a
police report about it they didn't do
anything cuz there was no physical
proof um so there's a report on that
there's multiple reports on her brother
uh I just keep getting these threats and
threats and threats when things don't go
her way and I'm to the point because her
dad already put his hands on me that I'm
not feeling safe yeah in this house and
they've removed her for threats before
how long you guys been
together uh almost two years now just
recent or this been a whole like history
of these have all been recent what's
going on that's all this stuff so
apparently she likes to run her mouth
because certain days I like to have
certain time to myself so I put the kids
in their room and let them have time
they got a TV well had a TV I took it
down after the the argument and stuff
because it's my TV and everything so I
didn't want to get that broken in or
anything so I just put it
aside so everything draws up to the fact
that is always saying I'm treating their
kids wrong okay and I don't understand
cuz last time I checked I put them in
their room behind a gate for their
safety I don't want them getting into
it's trash in the house and all that
other stuff they were just how old kids
uh milia almost two and the other one's
going to be four okay so I never put my
hands on her kids never put my hands on
her um so I don't I don't understand how
I'm treating these kids like [ __ ] right
I don't I don't get it and it's always
because when she don't get what she
wants or she's in this attitude she just
runs her M to anybody and everybody and
now I have all these people that she's
supposedly saying that she's going to
pull up and everything that I'm calling
the cops and all types of stuff like I'm
not it's called I do [ __ ] the legal way
if it's not the legal way I don't want
part of it nothing physical no okay just
and I already yeah and I already told
the landlord about all this that I would
rather have her be removed with all
these so you live here first no we both
got it together oh okay but the problem
is is now I'm constantly getting these
threats I don't feel safe in my own home
I already had someone come here and
punch me in the face and she just brags
about it that's no it was about three
maybe 4 days ago there's already a
police report
about um so I honestly don't know what's
going on right now because like I said I
don't feel safe here and if I keep

keep doing it and all these people know
where I live so you're afraid are you
more afraid of like the people coming
over than her pretty much yeah yeah okay
so now she's just in there letting the
kids do whatever and everything else
when there's a
schedule all because she's
mad and she's just doing whatever wants
so mostly mad because she feels like
you're treating her kids different
different yeah and it's weird like I
don't understand yeah all because I put
them behind a gate every once in a while
and stuff to the point there's nothing
wrong with that well no I mean you're
not doing anything they have beds they
have toys they have a TV they can speak
to us because the door's not shut well
that sounds pretty good exactly so I
don't know how I'm treating her kids
like and I keep getting all of this
stuff constantly so I messaged a
landlord because I looked it up and I
sent a picture to him just to tell him
just if he says anything oh well that's
not true stuff type stuff I even said
yes or I even looked it up it said yes
if someone is threatening your safety or
breaking the law you should call the
police even if you have a lease and then
it
says uh then they could proceed to the
eviction proceedings to avoid liability
how long you lived here I've lived here
only almost on the eth I think it' be
two
months and and constantly just because
she don't get her way and I even
explained it to you and you didn't see a
problem with that so I I don't but I
don't see problem I mean you live with
her not you know I mean so that's the
exactly so I I told the landlord
straight out like I don't feel safe with
her being here no more the cops already
removed her once and I thought when we
came to our agreement after our sincere
conversation I bring her back give her
the key back and and she wants to sit
there and still threaten me have her dad
over here hitting me and [ __ ] and I'm
not going to tolerate it no more there's
only so much you can push someone to the
edge and I I don't want to do [ __ ] the
illegal way that's why I called you and
every time I call the cops all she says
oh you're just and all this other stuff
like I'm getting sick of
it
okay so cops told us to keep our
distance until the cops are here and
everything else so I've just been in the
drive
and there's nowhere else I could really
go this is my only
home what um what are you interested I
mean what would you like to see happen
today I would like to see her being
moved I mean well can't really do that
the cops don't well I don't know what
but we can't really remove someone from
their home unless we have a
reason I mean I don't know what to do
because even when you guys leave she'll
just keep doing it
again and it's
constant yeah I mean I I understand your
dilemma I do like I'm I'm a disability
person you think I can defend
myself thought you were out he was
telling me that he just feels he keeps
getting threatened by his girl that they
live together uh they don't have kids
together but she does and that's why he
called he's been keeping his distance
he's over here I haven't got her side if
you want to go in there and find out
what's going on with what's her name

and him and last time I was here that
she was getting all of her stuff and
moving out yeah she did move I and then
I tried to be civil I tried to bring her
back and communicate and try and work on
the relationship but here we are again

oh I asked him what he wanted to see
done he wanted her out of the house and
I said well that's we had to have a good
reason which would be if she's arrested
but other than
that right you a him yeah all right you
want to tell me what happened it's just
an argument I don't know why he keep
calling y over argument it's just an
argument it's petty [ __ ] I don't know
why he keep calling like it's annoying
so just verbal nothing physical just

it's [ __ ] cuz I threatened him oh
okay it didn't happen I mean what can I
do I'm a female you threaten to hit me
or something of course I'm going
threaten you with somebody like I mean
I'm a
female but yeah that's it he's just
calling all petty stuff basically just
just an
argument so you guys both he threatened
you first and then you likey to hit you
no he never he never know it's just like
I said it's an artification every
relationship sh goes through it so
that's all it is to it it was no hitting
no nothing like
that and he talking about I thought you
was leaving like I'm on this Le I don't
have to leave he has a car he can go
somewhere for a couple hours or
something like I don't drive he does so
he has an option I don't have no
option that's right best right now you
guys take some time chill out that's
what I'm saying like he has a car he can
go drive somewhere and chill out or
something I don't have no option like
that I have a place right here like he
has a whole car talking about I don't
got to leave well you can leave the
situation for a little bit in your car
and go drive somewhere and leave me
alone and and then he he wanted to get
all mad about talking about you breaking
the rules cuz I let my kids sit right
here in my loot room and watch my damn
TV what rule is that that is breaking oh
my kids got to be in their room and they
can't come in here and watch TV so he
got all pissed about it too and that's
when he end up calling you cuz I said my
kids don't have to be in their room or
something they're surround me I said my
kids are allowed to be around me right
here on the ground sitting watching TV

to solve it I mean he has an option he
has a car he can go drive it for a
couple hours leave me be hang out here
with the kids for a little bit

cop came last time the cop up there he
was like I thought you was moving or
something cuz when he came last time he
was arguing everything I KN everything
out but I end up coming back and he
thought I thought you was like I could
my name is on I don't have to go nowhere
my kids originally got this place for us
with my tax so I don't have to go
nowhere when you just made that smart
comment that piss me off I thought you

nowhere no I mean we can't make him
leave either even that's what I'm saying
like um I mean like at this point it's
just keep our distance and that's what I
said if you have a p or something you
have a car go drive in it do something
get away from me cuz you know I don't
have a car so and in the long term I
mean if he doesn't want
to if nether one of you want to like
willingly move somewhere else then I
talk to the landlord you might have to
wait until the lease is up but they they
might be able to work something out um

issue but yeah our suggestion would be
for him hey Walk Drive whatever cool off
um but just so you up like we can't
force either one to leave so if he does

try to stay away from each other all

up a lot of times just get out the phone

told her I wanted to get some space

getting my things and she had her
clothes in a tote that was mine so I
dumped it out and everything else just
cuz I want to put my belongings in it
well she came out or started running her
mouth and stuff and everything else and
saying you could be ignorant all you
want and blah blah blah and then she
threatened me again and I have it on
recording you have it I
do why you go why don't you do that why
don't you talk
to says I'll murder you or have you
murder
keep recording I don't care ain't nobody
recording what you got to do ain't
nobody even recording anything
dude I'm on my

time before I call
you no I told the sergeant she was going
to do it again you won't that he pleases
me too they had to come through me first

ago I reported it but there was no
evidence it's not going to happen watch

like so now I have proof that she
threats you do so I know that we told
you to take some time or think was there
anywhere that you could just drive for a
little bit cuz you got the car and you
could just go to a store or something
just to cool off a little bit not really
anything I can I need I would like to
just go in house and have peace but I
can't see I get that but even the
sergeant said that if I had a recording
with proof of
uh threats and stuff that it would be
handled so that's what he told me to do
that's what I yep and I got it so once
he's done talking and I'll talk with him
and see where to go from there I'm not
going to keep living here with RIS I'm
not this is like six times that I called
you out here
for uh threats and all this other stuff
and threatening me to have people come
over and do it and everything else like
I'm getting
sicker I get that have you guys like I
hate to say it but thought about
separating at all I didn't we did that
at once the cops told her to be removed
last time but I was trying to be a nice
guy just to move her back and try to get
over and it's just not working so are
you guys like together right now or you
guys I don't know at this point that's
fair I don't know at this point and all
she's going to do is just keep being
ignorant if we're broken up living in
the
same that's probably if that would be up
to you if that's what you want to do and
find somewhere else you know to like get
it to stop but like I get it's hard and
like you love somebody I understand that
but just for like your safety and stuff
cuz you know I get threatened all the
time well here's the thing the threats
actually happened into physical
abuse just like her dad a few days ago I
had to record you because he put his
hand through my window while I was
sitting there he just randomly came out
and told his daughter that he was coming
out to smoke instead he came up here and
punched me in the face I
mean and who's to say you guys leave

around face away from me can I have
someone go pick my kids

have proof of a domestic either menacing
which is threats or domestic violence be
physical we have to arrest we are going
to add what led up to

then nothing can happen you won't be
here he won't be here one of the
together you guys are separated no one
wanted to leave obviously the cops was
the other day for situation that
happened with him and her and her dad so
clearly he is he's the problem I was
about to leave if you guys were here the
other day ins because he her dad did
something to him because he how heat

it but yeah unfortunately he was
recording ing it's got her threatening
him like our hands are tired right

with domestic violence if found guilty
