alcohol a drug or combination of them operating a vehicle on the influence of a listed controlled substance or listed metabol of a controlled substance operating vehicle after underage alcohol consumption or having physical control of the vehicle while Under the Influence if you refuse to take any chemical test required by law your high driving privileges will be suspended immediately and you'll have to pay a fee to have the Privileges reinstated if you take any chemical tests required by law and are found to be over the prohibited amount of alcohol a controlled substance or metabolite of controlled substance and your whole blood serum or plasma or breath or urine as set by law your Ohio Dragon privileges will be suspended immediately and you'll have to pay a fee to have the Privileges reinstated so basically we're going to give you the chance to submit 10 breath test okay um there's no I can't tell you to take it and I can't tell you to refuse it um you don't have any priors so if you refuse the breath test then your license could be suspended up to one year uh if you do not refuse the breath test your license could be suspended up to 90 days so it's just up to you whether or not you want to send it to the breath test I don't know anything about it you want to think about it maybe okay well I'll let I'll let you think about it okay okay I'll come back in in a to you because I can't give legal advice is just that if you refuse the breath test today your license could be suspended up to a year if you choose to take the breast test today your license could be
