on May 28th 2023 an officer responded to a dispute that had started earlier when a child was playing with a remote controlled car on the street a person concerned about the possibility of running over the toy asked the child several times to move it the child didn't listen instead making the toy go under the vehicle frustrated the person said next time just run over it the toy was not damaged and nothing further happened at that moment upon arriving the group group of people started yelling recognizing the vehicle three people began hitting the person through the truck window and one of them attempting to escape hid from the officers see we're holding jump we've been doing this for the last couple of days at the second house here there's this little boy and he's always either got a bicycle out in the middle of the street we're having to stop there whatever wait on him and today when we was coming down through here he had a little red remote control car and I said hey get your car you I didn't want to run over I didn't want to break the kids toy so I said that to him a couple times instead of making it back up he makes it go under the car and I told I said Donnie stop I said it's under the car now and I said uh I said you know what I it next time just run over it and they'll teach them to keep they can't hide their stuff out in the middle of the street but we didn't run over it or anything well we come back down through here just now and one of them started we going to dump this load so we can go pick up another load and uh when we did they started hollering saying um there that's the truck that's the truck and we stopped three of them started meeting me through the window and the one guy that's tried to get away for whatever reason tried to hide from you guys started hitting on him on my boyfriend during the altercation the person admitted having a warrant but expressed frustration saying they couldn't tolerate being beaten at their age the argument had escalated with one of the people a woman allegedly pulling the person's hair and getting physically violent that's what's going on yes I have a warant you do yeah I mean I'm just be honest I'm being honest about everything okay I mean I got this $100 Bond and he's coming straight to bond me out but I'm not going to Li I5 years old almost I can't let people like that beat I understand you're taking up for your kids but your kid can't have toys out in the middle of a street that people fly up and down through here the one at the mom I guess she was beating on me and pulled my hair out of my head hit me right here in my face across my do and stuff Emma her and then there's this like a chubby with that has a cowboy boot they were both heading me through the thing there then get hering broke I mean but I didn't touch none of them except to try to get them off of me Easter I just live right here I mean you just go right here you're at my house and then there's one boy that's kind of got a shaved head or whatnot he kept saying is you better get out of here you better like he's got a warn or something I said I got work you as well hang out and go to jail with me like that but no one R over their toy but they can't have their kids having their toys out here I got you I'm not take keep on my another person involved in the argument stated that the individuals had come down the street Thrice this time they threatened to run over the child's new birthday toy a gift the woman also allegedly ripped a necklace off the person's neck including one of sentimental value with the ashes of a deceased relative happen they came down our street this is the third time they came down our street they're threatening to run my son's AR SE car out run it over they were cussing on my kids and so the third time I came out and we were arguing she ripped my necklace off my throat but she wants to play innocent the woman that came out of the truck yep and her husband they trying to run my baby's RC car over he just got it on Thursday what's the story behind these people why they're they're always coming chilling scrap off the side of the road taking our stuff out of our yard you guys have words before today or what no today the only day cuz she was telling her husband to run and she said I quote run that motherucker over get your little [ __ ] out of the road get your little [ __ ] out the road talking all kinds of craziness to my kids and your kids are out here running an RC car around yeah we're usually making PE it in the driveway it went too far it went in the street he's 6 years old they were screaming at him she ripped your necklace off yeah my grandma's necklace um it's in my go get it from Lisa she ripped both my necklaces off my throat okay I can't find the second one it was a mother daughter necklace my mom my daughter got me for Mother's Day and then the cross had my granny's ashes in it that died in September okay I did find that one did you do anything to her I pushed her okay I did push her you hurt at all no I'm just pissed like don't come on my road run in my kiddos where this so happen the road or your driveway and but my kids were in the road like right here she was driving through this is the third time she's came through cuz she drops her stuff off I'm assuming at rumy down there she picks people's trash don't get together now no it's my granny's ashes inside of it okay but she she came back even after she cussed my kids out that's what did it because I she ran off before I could even come Ro I don't understand why they keep coming down the road there's no strap on it okay I get it today is the bulk pickup or whatever and everybody's out getting [ __ ] out of the trash but there's nothing even on this so the first part she yells at your kids she was cussing them out they came in and told me and then you saw her come back through yeah and then I tried to tell her like don't be over here cussing on my kids and she's like they shouldn't be in the road we've lived here six years they're kids they get in the road sometimes the individual tried to defend their child and stop the woman from continuing her assault a witness confirmed that only the woman was involved in the physical altercation and that the person had only shoved the woman after her necklace was taken as the investigation progressed officers tried to understand the sequence of events the person acknowledged pushing the woman after their necklace was ripped off explaining that it was a protective response there was some confusion as different individuals involved in the incident gave varying versions of what happened physical altercation with anybody just you and the woman just me and the woman is it this woman here with the blue shirt yeah in the truck this one here yep okay were they in the truck or out of it they were in they were in the truck but when when they first came down and screamed at my babies you can ask them they're all four come out and tell you but it happened they were in their driveway w coming out to the car cuz the RC car ran out into the road it's like a big side by side one she was cussing and carrying on telling them that they need to get the F out the road um that they were going to run their RC car over and then this is the third time they've came down and this is when I came out and was like you're you need to quit coming down this road after you just screamed at my kids and then it just escalated from there did you throw blows on anybody in the car mm-m I shoved her shoved her after she took my necklace okay who's the other girl my sister yeah she needs to come out and talk to us too oh I would have been out here but I have a kid in there okay look the only thing I did was pull her off of her that's my involvement was pulling my sister off the woman so there wasn't anymore yeah like it wasn't like a she pull so I'm pulling her to get her away from that woman but what happened was when they came down through here my nephew and my nephew and the other kids right here playing they started cussing at them and threatening them and then they were going to run over his RC car so they come in get me and her and as we're coming out they sped off so then we were been waiting kind of them to come back well then they got to the stop sign we W even going say they got to that stop sign stop and then backed up to come start drama so my only actual involvement was pulling her away from the lady okay so there wouldn't have been any more of an altercation officers did you at any point get physical with the guy I stood out his window that was it cuz I asked him what was going on and the whole time he's going poting out his wife okay you can I'll go talk to the other officers thank you okay that's the other female there's two of them in there but that's the one that came out said she white shirt said she only thing she did was shove her did the one lady ever get out of the truck they said she said no they didn't get out of the truck but she like shoved her through the yeah shoved at her and she said she ripped her necklace off of her which she has a broken like a clas broken necklace guy in the black shirt said he just stood at the guys at the driver see where the guy was at the driver saying the kid in the black punched him in the chest with also grabbed hold his arm he actually the two people there at 370 said they're not Witnesses gu in the red over here said that they come out to tell them to quit I asked them if they witnessed anything and they said both said no sir yeah they're just yeah two women pulled open passenger door started to assault woman in the car guy dressed in black was yelling at driver started to assault attempted to open driver's door driver P door pull door closed roll up window the guy in the black pulled what appeared to be a baseball bat out of his car and walked back to the truck never used that and returned it to his car women continued screaming and cussing at woman in the car after neighbor came she people let's go let's go up here and sort this out one of the women involved explained that the people were threatening to run over the child's RC car for the third time and were cussing at the kids the upset woman tried to stop the altercation but things escalated she confirmed she had only tried to pull her sister away from the situation to avoid further trouble what was your involvement oh I already told him I literally just came out and got got H by the shirt so she would actually hit the lady you had shoved her and I just grabbed her so you didn't make any physical contact with her no mate no sir like no sir okay it's a lot of accusation trying to get everything ironed out so that what was your involvement again I suffer after she ripped my necklaces off my [Applause] throat what assault and I didn't even here's your necklace is there any way that is there can I get bonded out on the weekend yeah I thing it's going to be a Sal there should be a bond I don't know what specifically it is but there isn't no fking release no you have to stay in there until Bond lighter and I can get bonded out so yeah don't know want I don't even know what's happening half hour 45 minutes make the phone call am I going to jail too I believe so yes I'm to jail what you want to jail for so as well we're going to jail you want do you want to hand anything off to her oh my God you want her to take care of your kids that's in there yeah okay if you want to try and work out a bond or something like that you can do that call the jail in about a half hour 45 minutes and we'll have an actual amount I I don't know exactly what it is though so I don't know how I'm getting assault when she ripped my necklaces off and I shoved her where did all that take place did it all take place the truck wasn't the stop sign or no they were over here they moved before you got here I they pull up before you got here they they went to the sign trying to get out yeah no they moved before you got here she's going to jail yeah even though they pulled up to her house house like they pulled up here they were at the stop sign and backed up to start the altercation okay that's why we're trying to get that's where we're trying to get ironed out pulled up they were at the and back up to our driveway to start you guys somebody pulled up to your house and it's because they're trying to say if they were parked at the southide they were not parked at the South Side they were here they told the kids to get the get the car out of the road an hour and a half ago no and then they said they went unloaded some junk went and got more came back this is the third time they've been down my street C my kids and they were not pulled out the stop sign they were not they moved before you come came here they called you and then they moved car did you guys actually see the actual already open door she I didn't do that to her and then the witness over there said that she came out to break you guys up all she did was just pull me back just so I wouldn't get in trouble she well she already attacked me tore my necklaces off through a truck window no she off the truck with some stating that the individuals had stopped at the intersection and backed up to confront them the officers noted physical injuries on the individuals involved and the situation was further investigated to clarify who initiated the altercation however the details provided by each person were inconsistent making it challenging to establish a clear narrative sorry stop it I just I I pull up to my house and think I'm not about to do nothing stop you no you no you you know what I'm saying nobody's going to pull up to your's house and not do anything you know what I mean talk to you mess with your kids anything you're not going for that I would let you 11 you seen the whole thing I only think she was already stopped all but it didn't happen that way the words my son she already got out of her car door she opened her car door she did reach me she grabbed my stuff like what are you supposed to do about that I wasn't out there at come you here got two different stories over here I've got three two two stories of match one to so right so like e well I don't have a crystal ball to know there's no cameras so the only thing we have to operate off of is the physical evidence we have which those two people have injuries which is consistent with some kind of alteration what kind of injuries you got she just was grabbing my throat she ripped my necklaces off I showed the office that's what I I told the officer that the one necklace had my grandma's ashes and it she just died in September and it was she broke it off it's probably not there now no you see see what like the redness right on the top yeah that's from her grabbing me cuz like she anything happened otherwise she grabbed her and I didn't go through the truck window she opened other went to get out of her truck we were telling her they need to leave and stop coming by the house for one cuz this is the third time they came back yelling and screaming quit coming over here be my kids alone that's what started it I said you've already been over here you've already cussing it's right in my kids and then she opened her truck door and attack grabbed my throat like took my necklaces then she get to and I shoved her I didn't hit her in the face this here predic though we have several different versions of the story and we're trying to figure out exactly I'm not mad I'm just mad that it happened I'm mad that they're about to get me to go to jail with them and they came here threatening my baby he's a 6-year-old there was four kids out here that can tell you what they said to them what what were what were the kids telling you what they had said said they were cussing at them they threaten run over the RC car by the third time I came out and I said you need to stop coming by they literally were already parked the individual being questioned was frustrated about the situation expressing anger over how it escalated and affected their child they maintained that they didn't intend the situation to turn physical and were simply trying to protect their child and belongings right here in yard they're just playing RC the first time they came out my son's RC car was in the in the roadway and he was trying to turn it back to the driveway and she told her husband to run that motherucker over so you're going to be placed on a r assault we'll talk to the kid here in a second [Applause] they're bringing their 11-year-old son out cuz appar he was out with the other kids saw everything he went to him it don't matter that anything in your poet man' no you can check I didn't going to freak out see Mom and she has the kids tocate I don't regret trying to defend my child yeah but I didn't assult hering to get us where done we're in jail buddy well there's a bond on so it's not a mandatory you to stay until Court there is a bond I just don't know what the amount of the bond is is it going to be over 300 for each of us I I can't answer that 10% it that's a better that's a better question for the yes please I'm dying I like I'm yeah I'll get windows down here it's okay we'll get it figured out so when we get down the jail we'll ask about the bond I've never been arrested before I understand that just got to step right in the door there I'll come back to you in a few minutes okay that one's not it either so maybe they're bring a third one please don't put me with that girl no I'm going to tell them staring at me through the window that was the problem I get you out of the hot ass car so have to wait on the correction off to come down charges were later filed with the elderly woman having an outstanding warrant the woman and the male were charged with assault and the individual who defended their child also faced charges yeah I'll ask that' be my next question have you had a uh no that was more thing I mean I guess you can be it's not like a mandatory you have to stay in jailan it's still a violent CRI it's not get until Tuesday yeah but the bond least get you out tonight let me grab a trash B tell I don't know how to take my nose rings out I've never taken them out I can't remember if like the little balls on screw or how how that exactly Works no I didn't need you to put that in there s no way all of your jewelry and stuff put it in that TR right there she don't know if her out we're going to try it we're going to try and get it out if you can't that's fine but all your big jewelry like your earrings and all that got to come out so it sounds like 557 which is 10% of 5,000 that's what
