and I want you to put your right foot in front of your left foot with your right heel touching your left toe okay you can do that now make sure you put your right heel touching your left [Music] toe before we begin I want you to get into the starting position okay so like I said imagine there's a make believe line put your left put your left foot on that line Miss yeah put your left foot on that line mhm and put your right foot in front of your left foot with the heel of your right foot touching the toe of your left foot so left foot first and then right foot yep put the left foot on the line
