asking the woman what had caused the commotion this morning I went to a chiropractor appointment I came home to rest because I have a crooked spine I can barely walk okay I have a problem child okay I'm putting her in Virtual School okay she's been kicked out several schools she's been diagnosed with bipolar anyways she came into my room and wanted to take the remote and shut her the TV off cuz she was just in a bad mood calling me a Su my like out burst it okay she ran and she grabbed my remote she grabbed my remote ran in there then threw it at me then ran back and as I was running back she came into my room in the room area and stole my vape okay okay she won't she won't give it to me so I said fine if you're she had food all in her bed she had stuff uh she's she's been stealing my mother's cigarettes and taking the ashes and dumping them behind the dresser okay I found that and I was I'm cleaning all her room out and she's not to have a room okay I went to the on the bed I went to the bed to lay down to lay down okay she comes after me attacking me wants to act like she's slapping me this and that so she was just doing this yeah okay like this to me like that like that initially she provided some details but quickly became emotional and started crying she explained how her daughter is bipolar and a problem child she claimed that her daughter even attacked her physically that day her distress State complicated the investigation making it harder for the officer to get clear answers nevertheless the officer continued to question her Shifting the focus to her daughter as there seemed to be a connection between the disturbance in the child the woman began offering a detailed explanation of the incident but as she spoke she lied to avoid admitting that she had mistreated her daughter so she takes the phone and comes up with the story of a LIF time in the bathroom okay I have real problems real problem okay why don't you hang out out here for me okay MH each time the officer asked a question the woman responded with false information attempting to cover up her actions despite this the officer remained composed carefully Gathering Clues and piecing together the true events but she's been diagnosed with bipolar hypertension orderline she's takes luum she takes anti-depressant she takes a mood stabilizer and she makes trome cakil the list goes on okay and she has these episodes where it's out the wall and then my mother doesn't help me she takes her side it's like a a control thing I got you and I'm just oh here if your back hurts we can get in the grass a little bit it's a little easier on your back no sitting is the worst sitting the wor it's the sciatic nerve okay so sitting is the worst for me okay but she comes in there swings her hands at me and stuff she has a scratch on her neck from MH from my nails scratching a she's so proud of it but um I don't know what else I can do I don't know what else I could do I I know's in there try to take some deep breaths at one point the officer observed the daughter and noted signs of potential abuse which raised further concern the woman eventually admitted that her daughter was around 12 or 13 years old she further claimed that the girl had stolen her Vape which had enraged her and led to the aggressive behavior that resulted in the disturbance I don't understand what's happening I was laying down I was watching Netflix I was literally watching Netflix and if she doesn't get her way it's it it's manipulative it's attacking it's threatening it's it's it's but she does Ava call I for the girls and threatening the a gun it became clear that the woman believed that her emotional state and strange Behavior would somehow exempt her from the consequences of her her actions she seemed to think that the law didn't apply to her perhaps due to her state of mind or how she was interacting with the officer when did that happen uh two weeks ago so she got spelled and I'm trying to go between Pasco C and sarasa C trying to work doing nursing assistant trying to go back and forth with a problem child doing this and that I can't okay obviously um we just hang tight here for a second I'm just going to check with my partner really quick okay right I just got done laying down literally I just got done telling you I said I I'm going to lay down Android she goes in charge and the officer having gathered enough information to confirm that the woman was indeed responsible for the disturbance and concern for the child's welfare decided it was necessary to take her into on the mom we have wounds on the daughter she lost her mind and started throwing away the daughter's stuff so the daughter went to pick it up and the mom reached and grabbed it and scratched her neck and then scratched her arm uh the little sister saw it all happen 13 and this is not the first time that this has happened at this house I would say no because she's got like open bleeding scat like claw marks on her neck I don't think that's really corpal punishment so Mom has not been living at this house they live with the Grandma she's just not the legal guardian so Grandma was here during all of this she didn't see it but she heard it and there's a long train of history with the mom just disappearing for weeks and then coming home and beating the girls and then leaving and yeah I'm not sure if you've ever been to this house I've been to this house a few times as the officer began the arrest the woman's emotional state escalated she started crying even more pleading with the officer to Let Her Go despite her attempts to manipulate the situation by appealing to the officer's sympathy the officer remained firm a lot sound and she can't put her hands on me anymore okay do you mind this is going to show up on my record it doesn't even matter if I get charged or not it's always going to show up that I was arrested for battery and I'll never get a nursing job ever again I won't do it after this I will never be able to work with the elderly with nobody once at the station the woman was processed and later brought before the court where she was charged with child abuse and disorderly conduct her erratic actions coupled with the lies she had told throughout the investigation made it clear that she had been attempting to manipulate the situation to avoid accountability
